L’agent je précise c’est uniquement celui du soir la réception le soir dort sur sa chaise affalé avec son ventre qui sort de son tee shirt ,toujours en train de dormir et quand on l’appelle au téléphone il n’est pas aimable Vraiment ça ternit l’image et l’accueil de l’hôtel Toujours pareil au petit déjeuner mais il est complet

Walls are super thin and so is roof, so can hear EVERYTHING from adjoining rooms Restaurant on site is handy but food wasnt the best

EVERY THING WAS WONDERFUL!!! VERY ATTENTIVE STAFF!!! LOCATION WAS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING AND ON THE BEACH !! JAY, AT THE ACTIVITIES DESK, WAS BEYOND AMAZING AND HELPFUL!! THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE!! FOOD ON PROPERTY WAS GOOD.VERY EXCELLENT!!

THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY STAY.

All stuff are nice and respectful they will do whatever you are asked in so fast time

There was not a great choice for vegetarian breakfast. Evening reception staff seem to be sleeping more then checking who is coming in an out

It’s about what you’d expect from a budget 3-star resort. It’s beach front in a nice quiet part of Pa Tong Beach, which is a big win considering the price. Close to everything; Pharmacy and 7-Eleven are just 5 minutes walk away. Bangala Road street is about 10 minutes walk. Staff are nice, the breakfast is decent, and the amenities are basic. Nothing more, nothing less. You get what you pay for, as advertised. That is why I keep coming back.

The show can use a certain and the toilet get clogged from the time to time.

Расположение отеля находится в стороне от главной , шумной, улицы Банглароуд, что по нашему мнения хорошо. Отель на первой линии от моря расположен. Завтраки есть, но не большой выбор. Персонал - хотелось бы повежливее и внимательнее.

Шумные соседи за стенкой, после 12 ночи, устраивали громкие разговоры, музыку слушали, ругань, шум, гам до раннего утра.

Приехал отель, перед заселением попросил показать номер. Вместо резервного номера мне предложили другой, более худшего качества за туже цену, номер был на первом этаже с выходом на бассейн вместо балкона, для меня это очень не удобно. В номере невыносимая жара и ощущение что нахожусь в аквариуме. Сам номер по всему виду уставший и явно требующий ремонт. На ресепшене сказали либо берите этот номер либо уходите. При мне распечатали бронь там было 306 номе( как думаю 3 этаж 6 номер явно то что бронировал ) и перечеркнули 306 ручкой написали 106. Сказали мест нет, не нравится уходите, при том что отель явно был почти пустой. Явно рассчитывали что я уставший с вещами и не буду спорить, просто загнали в ловушку. Я развернулся и ушел, не нужны деньги, плевать на репутацию - ок их право. Снял хороший номер в соседнем отеле и прекрасно провожу отпуск ) очень рад что не стал портить себе отпуск этим плохим номером и отелем. Я здоровый парень с деньгами и большим жизненным опытом, не боюсь проблем и сложностей, всегда найду что мне нужно, если вы не хотите лишних проблем лучше обходите стороной этот отель, вдруг и вам не повезет. Всем отличного настроения и прекрасного времени !) 😁

Хорошее расположение отеля, море через дорогу. Хорошие завтраки. Убираются каждый день. В номере есть фен, халаты, тапочки. Чистый бассейн, пляжные полотенца. Есть лифт.

Breakfast. Due to off season, they limited the options to only fruits, eggs and bread.

Room was nice and clean . It also includes bathrobe. There were no insects also . And the bed with pillows were comfortable . I will definitely be back .

"The hotel itself is clean, but the overall experience was very frustrating. The staff do not speak fluent English and were highly uncooperative. When my booking via the app ended and I wanted to extend, they unexpectedly raised the price. Furthermore, even though I had a valid cancellation, they insisted that I pay for 8 full days, and it took a very long time and a lot of arguing to convince them otherwise. I wouldn't recommend it due to the poor customer service and management."

لمكان من ناحيه الموقع ممتاز الحمام غير نضيف ويحتاج الى صيانه الغرفه كأيبه جداً الفراش غير نضيف الفطور سيء سيء سيء جداً جداً ليس كل الموضفين بعضهم تعامله في الخروج غير لائق يوجد طحالب في الحأط وفي الارض مقزز الفندق الطلاء تبعه متهالك يحتاج الى صيانه با الكمله مع المرافق انا لا اود ان اقيم فيه مجداً

Loved the location, across road from beach, close to shops. Clean room. Gorgeous pool area, pool very clean & well maintained. Great breakfast 😋 Excellent massages from the ladies downstairs.

Friendly staff. Slower customer service at reception, they seemed to be quite busy on other things.

Atitudinea celor de la sala de mese ,cel ce parea seful de acolo te urmarea ce pui in farfurie si vorbea apoi cu alti colegi in limba lor , parea ca furi mancarea nu ca ai platito la un pret destul de mare,faptul ca nu am gasit intelegere pt. Prelungirea concediului la un tarif corect ,tinand cont ca zborurile de inapoiere au fost anulate di cauza razboiului din golf ,am fost nevoiti ca tinp de 8 nopti sa stam in alt hotel cu tarife acceptabile pt situatia noastra din acel moment, este al doilea sejur la acest hotel ,dar faptul am avut 2 nopti inundatie in camera si nu am fost ajutati deloc cu prelungirea sejurului nu recomand si nu voi reveni aici ,din pacate

Everything went very well. The staff is very dedicated and professional, always smiling and happy to help. The breakfast has a great variety of food, and a clean and calm environment. The room with the sea view was really big, a lot of space for cases, and a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect, just slightly out of the main noise, with still an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Baan Boa is an excellent place to stay.

The only bit to change would be a better double-glazed window, as the main street could be noisy with the scooters, etc.

This was our second stay here and it was even better than a year ago. Wonderful breakfast. Lovely staff - very obliging. Great pool. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is on the beachfront. The staff is exceptional, Thai people are such welcoming and friendly people, really love this. Felt welcomed from the start to the end.

The hotel location is fabulous only 5 minutes walk from the beach with a convenience store nearby (7eleven) which sells anything you may need. The room is very comfortable with good air-con and quiet at night, Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of variety, including fruit and cakes etc. - note the coffee served is to our tastes very weak (typical of all South East Asia)!! The staff are really nice and helpful at all times. There is a swimming pool we didn't use as we prefer the sea.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was large and opened onto the pool. Everything was very clean. The breakfast selection was high and did there was not any need to ask for anything but they would cook certain extras if required. The staff were really friendly and would help with any requests.

Great beach front location, just down the street from markets and food. The pool is great to relax in and escape the heat. Air cons in the room work great.

There was an issue with one of the light switches in the room - it wouldn't turn off unless the key card was removed from the slot. The key card had to be in the slot for the air con to work, so we just slept with the light turned on. Really was not a problem, we had eye masks anyway.

Ideal location - right on the beach, calm & quiet though only 5 min walk from all the happenings. Good food, ample choices in breakfast. A nice pool.

The hotel could have guided better about car bookings or outings. The travel help corner was almost always empty. When asked about the car booking, the reception asked us to check directly on the roadside. During checkout, the attitude of the cleaning staff was not pleasing. The way she checked for towels was to the level of accusing while all of them were right there.
