The room was spacious and commfortable, I had a bit of difficulty with the bathroom , but all in all it was great !

The frame in the bathroom could be better to restrict the flow of water from going to the rest of the floor.

1. Отсутствие парковщиков/ сервиса valet parking. Парковка далеко от отеля и очень неудобный путь обратно. Это не то, чего хочет путешественник после дальней дороги. 2. В кондитерской отказали ребенку и не дали мороженое, сказали закончилось. Хотя при нас дали мороженое другим. 3. Сеть wi-fi постоянно терялась, запрос пароля был раз 10 за сутки. На пляже и вовсе нет сети 4. Ребенка записали на рисование на футболке, а потом оказалось, что рисовать не будут. Дочь плакала от расстройства. 5. При заезде в номере был сломан дозатор для шампуня. Пришлось ждать пока принесут новый. Почему это не проверить при подготовке номера? 6. Очень сложная система где и когда можно что поесть. За два дня так и не разобрались. 7. Отсутствие цивилизации вокруг. До ближайшей аптеки пришлось ехать. Хорошо что есть своя машина. 8. Холодильник в номере вообще не охлаждает напитки. 9. Кондиционер в номере тарахтит как трактор в поле и еще дребезжит громко. 10. Нет меню подушек и всего одно одеяло на большой кровати. Шея болит

Deniz taşlı ve çok bi anda derinleşiyor o yüzden keyif alamadık. Aquapark da botlar ile kayıldığı için biraz hızlı ve tehlikeli bulduk ve çok kalabalık sıra beklemek zorundasınız.

Clean rooms, breakfast, lunch and dinner were very varied and delicious, there were lots of programs for the kids (slide park, kids room), the service was excellent, there are bazaars nearby that can be easily reached by bus or taxi, the staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We had a great time for 10 days, it was great!

There was no pharmacy, the local shop was very expensive, the water was very cold for the child at one of the slides, the beds in the room were very hard.

Food and entertainment was beautiful.

I am from Ukraine and for me was very difficult to stay there if 90 procent of people from Russia.

Svart mugg/sopp på hotellrommet, gammel og slitt, nesten ingen av de som jobber der snakker engelsk, fult av frekke russere, ligger bokstavelig talt på motorveien, bråkete og dårlig lydisolert, harde senger. Rommet var ikke klart når vi kom 10 timer etter innsjekk midt på natten med 2 barn… Styr unna, dette er ikke 3 stjerner en gang.

Oteldegeçirdiğimiz tatil genel olarak fena değildi, ancak beklentilerimizi tam olarak da karşılamadı. Otel oldukça büyük bir alana kurulmuş, ilk bakışta mimarisi ve geniş alanlarıyla etkileyici görünüyor. Lobi ferah ve şık, resepsiyon işlemleri hızlı ilerlese de personelin karşılaması biraz daha samimi olabilirdi. Oda büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi, balkon da genişti. Klima, minibar ve kasa gibi standart donanımlar vardı. Ancak mobilyalar biraz eski görünüyordu, temizlik konusunda da bazı eksikler göze çarpıyordu. Havluların yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var ve bazı günler oda temizliği geç yapıldı. Yemek konusunda çeşit oldukça fazlaydı ama lezzet açısından her zaman tatmin edici değildi. Özellikle kahvaltı zengin sayılabilirken, öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde menü birkaç gün sonra kendini tekrar etmeye başladı. A la carte restoranlar biraz daha özenliydi, fakat rezervasyon bulmak zor olabiliyor. İçecekler genelde yerli markalardan oluşuyordu, kokteyller ise ortalama seviyedeydi. Havuz alanı geniş ve canlıydı, özellikle çocuklu aileler için gayet eğlenceli bir ortam vardı. Deniz ise genelde dalgalıydı, biz fazla giremedik. Sığ değil ve plaj karışık; yer yer kum, yer yer taşlı. Açıkçası deniz kısmı çok keyifli değildi. Animasyon ekibi enerjik ve akşam gösterileri keyifliydi. Personel genel olarak ilgiliydi. Sonuç olarak, otel genel anlamda büyük, imkanları bol bir yer. Ancak hizmet kalitesi ve detaylarda biraz daha özen gösterilirse çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunabilir.

Im Hotel waren die beliebtesten Angebote die Kinderanimationen und die organisierten Künstlerkonzerte. Es gab einen Kinder-Aquapark mit Pool und einen separaten Aquapark für Erwachsene. An jedem Pool gab es unbegrenzte Restaurants mit sehr gutem Essen.

Beschwerde über Ihren Hotelaufenthalt Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte hiermit meine große Unzufriedenheit über meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel ausdrücken. Leider entsprach dieser in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen. Die Aufzüge sind sehr alt und unzureichend. Die Standardzimmer sind in einem schlechten, ungepflegten Zustand. Die Badezimmer riechen äußerst unangenehm. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren nicht. Das Meer ist voller Steine und in sehr schlechtem Zustand – absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die großen Pools für Erwachsene haben unangenehm gerochen, viele Gäste sind krank geworden. Entgegen Ihrer Angaben gibt es keine ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten, sodass wir unser Auto außerhalb des Hotels abstellen mussten. Das Hotel nimmt offenbar mehr Gäste auf, als die Kapazität zulässt. Im Spa-Bereich wird man von Mitarbeitern massiv unter Druck gesetzt, kostenpflichtige Massagen zu buchen. Whirlpools sind ebenfalls ausschließlich gegen Gebühr nutzbar. Das Hamam wird vernachlässigt, und das Personal spricht kaum Deutsch oder versteht kaum, was man sagt. Lediglich die Lage des Hotels ist positiv zu erwähnen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werde ich Ihr Hotel nicht erneut besuchen und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich erwarte eine Stellungnahme und eine entsprechende Entschädigung für die erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten

Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again.

Lovely room overlooking pools and beach. Food was really good with a lot of fresh options throughout the day including great buffets, patisserie and bar snacks. Good quality drink options. Pool was cold but not too cold to swim it. Good animation team, kids disco, evening entertainment etc. Lots of space in pools and waterpark.

Only downsides were that the beach was sometimes left dirty with used plastic cups and plates. More signage to ask people to clear up after themselves or extra attention to litter picking in that area would be good. Was noisy up until 11 to midnight every night with entertainment if you wanted to go to bed earlier. A lot of shaded areas around the pools so sometimes had to move to catch the sun, but the beach was fantastic all day long.

Not a good location. It’s in the middle of nowhere. You can change beach towels only once a day which is terrible. The water park is dangerous. Workers don’t look when they release people, so I was riding right into a child and pushing him down the waterslide which could result in injuries for both of us. Hotel staff did not clean the room often enough. The hotel did not provide a shampoo which is insane for all inclusive hotels, so I had to request it. My mother requested it too but it wasn’t provided for her and my sister. Food was very strange. It did not feel like authentic Turkish cousin.

A buffet. A great selection of food, especially meat, fish and poultry. Also a lot of green - salads, vegetables and vast amount of fruits. I was able to restore my normal diet. The swimming pools are large and also there are cool pools inside. There is a good programmes for everyone, including adults and children. The sea beach is good and there is enough space for everyone. The aquapark inside the hotel is great.

A buffet. A bit of overcrowded even it there is a place for everyone, you must to go a long way in a restaurant to grab a food and go to your table, also its quite noisy. Also we had 2 visits to in-house restaurants included in our stay but they were overbooked and nobody offered us in advance to book them. A room. Dryers on balcony are too small. There was a leak in the bathroom The cleaning was not perfect and a lot of days was skipped

Lovely and clean lots of sun beds , spacious rooms, nice big pools that were very cold tho ! Plenty of good choice and plenty of food places.

The bar staff were rude and quite arrogant in the way they spoke to guests. The cleaners were the nicest people there!! No atmosphere felt abit flat and entertainment wasn’t great sadly repetitive same thing most evenings

Food is great, many things to try

Overcrowded, you can’t even walk properly, finding tables for food always a problem, you need to wake up at 7am to go and put towels on the pool otherwise no space, they gave us downstairs family room, it was a disaster, then they changed the top floor but land view, not happy with the room at all, soo many local guests, good for kids but in a week they closed the water park many times because of some kids poo in the pool, not bad hotel but I will not go there again.

This hotel is not 5* it’s 3* at best. The wood in the bedrooms is rotting, the aircon in the central areas is terrible, the food is average. The gym is tiny and lots of things are broken and there is no mini golf. Whilst then resturant and bar staff are lovely, the reception and guest relations staff are unhelpful.

food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.

a couple of things could do with improving and if these were spot on, I would have given a 10. the gym lacked equipment, mainly dumbbells (not many) and the ac in the room didn’t work. even though we went in October, it was too warm to get a good night sleep without the ac, however everything else was so good that over all a good experience

Sejour de 10 jrs agrable !la nourriture est tres variées yen a pour tous les goût !les restaurants sur reservation sont top,le personnels fait bien son travail toujours en train de nettoyer et ramasser mais malgré cela ca reste ,de la bouffe qui traine dans les coins a droite a gauche car les gens n'ont pas de "savoir vivre" et que tous est a volontés !les soirées sont top est animées. La seul choses qui ma déplus ces qu'il ya trop de monde,ce qui est un peu normal vu que c un hotel de 3000 pers !faut faire abstractions!!!

Из плюсов - аквапарк и ухоженная территория. Из минусов - небезопасность около детских горок в аквапарке, точнее позади них, где лестница на горки (за 30 минут, что сидела около них, двое детей очень сильно упали, один ударился головой и плакал, лежал какое-то время). Сходила к спасателям и попросила постелить противоскользящую дорожку, которой почему-то там не было изначально, но за два дня так ничего и не сделали. Гест-релейшен на все вопросы посылает на ресепшн - зачем тогда они там сидят? Ехали только ради аквапарка, в следующий раз выберем что-то более безопасное.

Tatilini sira.bekleyerek gecirmek isteyenler icin mukemmel biyer. Heryerde en az 5 metre sira var. Oturacak masa sandalye bulmak imkansiz. Dinlenmek icin gittim daha cok yoruldum. Otel kapasiyesine gore yetersiz ekipman ve personel ile calisiyor. Tam bir ticarethane, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Das Hotel-Resort ist sehr gut und sehr Kinderfreundlich, das Entertainment war sehr gut, das Essen war hervorragend. Leider sehr schlecht (very bad) -> W-Lan / Wifi. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

A really nice place to have fun and and enjoy the sunshine, friendly people and nice resort.

Sauberkeit fehlt im Restaurat, zimmer sind nicht regelmässig aufgreumt, sehr schwache wifi, tv hat nicht funksioniert, wenig platz im restaurat 15 minuten warten bis eine tisch frei ist.

We stayed between 11th and 21st of Aug 2018. The hotel was overcrowded. We didn't like it. I had 1 and 6 year old kids. Finding table night time at the restaurant was a challenge. You had to be there at 7. Food was amazing and plenty of choice but unfortunately the guests acted like they never seen food in their lives by jumping queues and rushing around grabbing food. The pool was not that clean. We all cough a bug from something and I think it was the dirty water. Beach is not sandy so we couldn't use it at all with 2 kids as our feet hurt, we couldn't even walk. The hotel is mainly full of with Russians and Turkish people. There was one or two British family. I wouldn't recommend for British people. It felt so different. Animation was OK. However I didn't like that they forced me to leave hotel 5 stars feedback. I refused. They kept asking lots of other people to leave 5 stars feedback there and then. I witnessed as they asked our friends and family the same thing. That's why this hotel is well overrated in my opinion. Misleading and unrealistic feedbacks. Its definitely not 5 stars. Staff all looked tired. Apart from Ali (the ice-cream man) no one had smile on their faces. I would never go back to this hotel. It was disappointing for the money we paid.

I feel this is more like a glorified 4 star firstly the photos on Expedia shows sandy beach it was all black stones the whole way so why put pics of sand when there is none! Very dissapoonted there for sure! Because it is in the middle of no where you feel like your in a fish bowl the one place to go for entertainment same two places to eat Dinner is a mad rush for tables lucky to have cutlery or no chairs. The juices for kids were processed juices that had more sugar than you could ever believe we were putting water into a quarter of juice in a glass then it was ok! Dessert was always the same thing and were all bland tasting! So we always had the melon cut fresh but on holiday you want the cakes! No sign at all of pancakes or waffles those are what my kids love on holiday but they don’t do it! Ice cream is from a hut during the day 1-5pm only hence ques! The slides are open from 1-4 only why when that’s one reason I chose the hotel so kids could have all day!! On one occasion we went there and the biggest slide was shut at 3 I don’t understand it really don’t! Our bedrooms were cleaned everyday which is great but from the day we came there was like a mark on the flush and it never got cleaned off! Using tissue to flush is not ideal in a five star! Shower wash on wall ran out for days so I had to pull out and leave onside ! Defo not a great holiday but if you like just to have a rest go for it

Verblijf was prima. Lekker gegeten leuke activiteiten, heerlijk dichtbij de strand genoten! Wij willen zeker terug. Sommige personeel was niet spraakzaam en soms lag er wat rotzooi, maar het is een enorm groot hotel. Dat soort dingen kunnen gebeuren. In het algemeen prima leuk hotel.

Alles in allem kann man da schon Urlaub machen, allerdings ist das niemals ein 5 Sterne Resort und man nimmt viel Abstrich in Kauf. Zimmer: sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings bestehen die Wände aus Papier, man hört sogar die Nachbarn 3 Zimmer weiter wenn sie flüstern, wirklich Ruhe hat man nie was nachts um 3 irgendwann stört... Essen: das Essen an sich ist essbar mit der Zeit aber sehr eintönig. Katastrophal hingegen sind die Hygiene Zustände, mehr als die Hälfte der ausgestellten Früchte waren verschimmelt (und wirklich komplett verschimmelt), Messer die auf den Boden fallen (bei uns am Melonenbuffetmensch) wurden ohne waschen aufgehoben und fröhlich weitergeschnitten... die Wartezeiten an den einzelnen Buffets betrugen locker mal 10 Minuten, der Rest des Tellers war dann kalt bis man am Platz war, mehr Infrastruktur wäre bei soviel Gästen dringend nötig. Trotz der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants wurden diverse Buffets 1.5 Stunden vor Restaurantschluss nicht mehr aufgefüllt... Personal: Freundlich, sind aber doch motivierteres gewöhnt nach dem 3. Mal Türkei. Die wenigsten sprechen Englisch. Pool: Pool ist sehr gross und macht Laune, nervig nur die dauernden Werbeangebote des Hotelfotografen, welcher einem täglich nervte und sogar noch aggressiv wird wenn man ablehnte. Trübt das Feeling am Pool leider enorm. Auch das All Inclusive Angebot ist sehr bescheiden. Strand: wird nicht geputzt eine richtige Müllhalde.. reinste Katastrophe, der beschriebene Sandstrand war Kies...

es lag nicht bei Expedia. Party mitten im Pool mit Live musik ging bis 0:00. Unser Baby schlief nicht da schall & Musik durch die scheiben kamen. An Zimmer Sauberkeit muss das Hotel noch Arbeiten. Die zimmer werden zwar grob gereinigt, unter den betten und kanten saustall. Hotel ist auch in seine Jahre. Es muss schon dringend saniert werden. Ich kann den hotel mit Lara oder Belek nicht vergleichen. Dort ist schon anderes kaliber..

Aile olarak gittik. Oda temiz. Yemekler başarılı. 3 gün kaldık, otelin genel müdürünü 3 ayrı günde de otel içinde dolaşırken gördük. Aile odası da çok başarılı idi.

Birbirinden lezzetli açık büfe yemekleri, snack bar çeşitleriyle enerjimiz hiç bitmedi. Eğlenceli animasyonları, güzel plajı ve temiz havuzuyla da, bize sadece tatilin tadını çıkarmak düştü. Otelden ayrılırken, seneye yine Crytal Admiral'deyiz, dedik.

The staff was amazing, they were so polite and friendly! Loved how the beach was part of the hotel, and there was 3 different swimming pools! They did something for my boyfriends birthday which was really nice. Only disappointing thing is the market place (where you get sweets and lilos from) the guy is really rude told me to shut my mouth after popping my lilo by putting too much air however it was resolved and I got a new one when I went to reception. Very helpful and polite. Loved my stay there would definitely come back.

In overall it is a good hotel in comparison to the prices. The swimming pools were very nice. The food in the restaurants was really excellent and very tasty. Rooms were clean and spacious. The game center was beautiful. However, the ACs in the room were not functioning well. That was the only main minus to us there. Other things were great.

this was my first visit to Antalya and it was a great experience. the resort and the services were at a high level. the only issue was the WiFi did not cover all the geographical space of the resort so I had to be at my room or around the reception to get good network.

Sea and the waterpark on the sea was amazing. The rooms are clean and spacy. The food was ok, 24 hours open bars and free local alcohol!. However the hotel disco closes at 02.00 am and there is no clubs close by. It is great for families as well as friend groups. Pretty big hotel over 800 rooms, guests were pretty international when we stayed there, mixture of german, russian, english speaking, Scandinavian, locals and turkish living abroad. On the other hand not all the staff was super warm and helpful !.

We were there for a long weekend. The sea and the waterpartk was great. 24h open bars with free local alcohol!. There were lots of families with small kids but we still managed to have fun as 5 guys in 20s. It would be great if hotel disco was open little longer. Because we had to drive quite some km to close by clubs. The food was ok. In general hotel staff was helpful and kind but I can't say the same for all. I assume it is ok for a such big hotel..

Personel güleryüzü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar hergün temizleniyordu, hijyen iyiydi. Yemekler, kırmızı et yönünden zayıftı. Okuduğum bir yorumla çekinerek gitmiştim ama güzel bir tatil oldu.
