Overal we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The kids liked it. There are different spaces for grown and little kids.

The facilities are good overall, but the hotel needs some cleaning and renovation. The coridors are a little dark which makes it a little uncomfortable

Das Essen im Hotel war wirklich sehr lecker, das möchte ich positiv hervorheben. Leider war das für mich aber auch einer der wenigen positiven Punkte. Das Personal war größtenteils unglaublich unfreundlich, unhöflich und wenig zuvorkommend. Man hatte teilweise das Gefühl, als Gast nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein. Besonders negativ ist mir aufgefallen, dass andere Gäste häufig bevorzugt bedient wurden. Wenn man beispielsweise keinen Alkohol bestellen wollte, sondern lediglich einen Kaffee oder ein anderes Getränk, wurde man teilweise einfach warten gelassen, während andere Gäste zuerst bedient wurden. Auch bei der Zimmerreinigung waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Offenbar wird sogar beim Toilettenpapier gespart, denn teilweise wurde überhaupt kein neues Klopapier ins Zimmer gelegt und man musste selbst hinterherfragen. Noch schlimmer fanden wir, dass die Bettlaken während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts von zehn Nächten kein einziges Mal gewechselt wurden. Das entspricht für mich definitiv nicht dem Hygienestandard, den man von einem Hotel erwarten sollte. Das Hotel selbst ist außerdem schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte meiner Meinung nach dringend modernisiert werden. Auch das gesamte Konzept des Hotels ist sehr stark auf russischsprachige Gäste ausgerichtet. Während unseres Aufenthalts bestand ein sehr großer Teil der Gäste aus russischsprachigen Urlaubern und auch Unterhaltung, Musik und allgemeine Ausrichtung des Hotels waren entsprechend darauf abgestimmt. Wer genau so ein Hotel sucht, wird sich hier vermutlich wohlfühlen. Für andere Gäste sollte man das jedoch vorher wissen. Das Essen war wirklich gut, aber aufgrund des sehr unfreundlichen Personals, der mangelnden Zimmerreinigung und des insgesamt schlechten Eindrucks würden wir persönlich nicht noch einmal kommen.

Een heerlijk resort met een prachtige ligging, vriendelijk personeel en een fijne, ontspannen sfeer. De kamers en faciliteiten waren goed verzorgd en we hebben hier een geweldige vakantie gehad. Zeker een aanrader!

We really enjoyed the variety of facilities and activities available throughout the resort. There are plenty of different areas to explore, so you can always find something to do and enjoy a different atmosphere.

Personally, I had no complaints at all.

Ingen städning sker, bajs i poolen, avloppslukt i rummet, grundläggande hygienartiklar i rummet existerar inte och behöver köpas separat, solstolar som reserveras över natten, inga mörkläggningsgardiner. Utöver det är det väldigt smutsigt och utslag på huden tillkom pga den bristfälliga städning med hygien på sängkläder! Med andra ord, ett hotell som är 5 stjärnigt på papper men MAXIMALT 3!

Хорошая еда. На автобусе 30 иожно доехать до аланьи и до авсалара, где очень классный песчаный пляж. Рядом 15 мин езды аквариум с акулами и другими рыбами и там можно плавать. 20 мин ходьбы большой базар и совсем рядом через дорогу обычные базары. В море камни. Сразу глубоко. Детям тапочки нужны. Анимация класс. В номере удобнве подушки, одеял теплых нет. Много русских туристов что очень радует. Практически все турки говорят по русски. Рублями можно платить во многих местах. Очень хорошая музыка. Шампанское было в баре бейлиз ликер тоже. Все ок.настоящее вареное кофе делают в баре на 2 этаже.

Однообразныая еда ,уставший отель , плохая вентиляция, плохие кондиционеры! 90% руских. От куда 5 звезд,не понятно!

Престоят ни в този хотел беше изключително неприятен и далеч под очакваното ниво за 5-звездно обслужване. Снимките, предоставени на Booking.com, изобщо не отговарят на действителността и реалната обстановка няма нищо общо с тях. При прекрачването на прага на стаята ни посрещна остра и задушлива миризма на мухъл, което е абсолютно недопустимо за хотел от такъв клас. Като цяло хигиената е под всякаква критика – както в помещенията, така и в неподдържаните общи части.Персоналът в ресторанта ходи с мръсни униформи, а масите изобщо не се почистват след всеки гост. Докато се храните, служители минават покрай Вас с мръсни колички за събиране на чинии и буквално бутат столовете на хората. Храната е изключително еднообразна, а терасите постоянно се опушват от скарата, правейки престоя там невъзможен. Асансьорите са друга огромна черна точка – чака се изключително дълго време, а вътре въздухът не стига и имаш чувството, че ще се задушиш.Поради всички тези абсурдни условия и невъзможността да се диша в самата стая, се наложи да напуснем на 3-тия ден от общо 10 платени нощувки. Бяхме напълно коректни и предложихме да заплатим разумна неустойка за по-ранното напускане, но управителите отказаха всякакво компромисно решение. Изгубихме цялата предплатена сума за оставащите 8 нощувки. Вместо професионализъм, персоналът просто си "прехвърляше топката" и никой не пое отговорност. Категорично НЕ препоръчвам!

Доброго дня! Це Анна. Адміністрація готелю чекала на мій відгук. Мені пообіцяли особисто відповісти на мій відгук. Що ж, почну з того, що ми приїхали великою компанією — нас було 9 дорослих і 2 дітей. На рецепції нас зустріли досить привітно. Окремо дякую Юлії та Манолії — нам із Вами було досить комфортно спілкуватися. Тут має бути написано, що сподобалось, тому дякую за комунікацію, за окремий стіл на вечерю, дякую за смачну турецьку каву. Також до плюсів хочу віднести басейн і море (пляж гальковий) Біля рецепції комфортне місце, де можна випити каву. Територія готелю доглянута Ввечері є розваги для дітей. А кози окремий плюс) Вони такі смішні)

Але продовжу далі. Ми приїхали великою компанією - нас було 9 дорослих і 2 дітей. Наша ситуація полягала в тому, що ніде не було вказано, що близько 90% відпочиваючих у готелі - росіяни. Ми з України, і для нас це принципове питання. Якби ця інформація була зазначена заздалегідь, ми б просто не обрали цей готель для відпочинку. Готель позиціонує себе як 5-зірковий. Але, на жаль, особисто для мене це максимум 3 зірки. Я одразу пояснила ситуацію адміністрації та сказала, що за таких умов ми не можемо залишатися в готелі. Я попросила повернути кошти з вирахуванням вартості однієї доби нашого проживання. У цьому нам відмовили. Я розумію, що втрачати близько 8 000 € не хоче жоден готель. Але водночас вважаю, що гості мають право отримувати повну та чесну інформацію про умови відпочинку ще до бронювання. Щоб вирішити ситуацію, адміністрація запропонувала нам змінити номери на номери з видом на море, надала два бунгало на весь період проживання, а також, на моє прохання, організувала великий стіл для нашої компанії на час вечері. За це я щиро дякую — персонал дійсно намагався піти нам назустріч і зробити наше перебування максимально комфортним. Але, на жаль, навіть найкращий номер із видом на море мав свої проблеми. Кондиціонер працював, але в кімнаті температура трималася на рівні 26-28 градусів. Це занадто спекотно для комфортного перебування, особливо вночі. До нас двічі приходив майстер, але пояснив, що це центральна система кондиціонування і зробити з цим нічого не можна. Також номер 713, у якому ми проживали, розташований безпосередньо під кухнею, тому всі «запахи кухні» потрапляли до нашої кімнати. Це було дуже некомфортно: у кімнаті 26–28 градусів спеки, немає можливості нормально охолодити приміщення, і при цьому постійно відчувається запах смаженої їжі. Для мене це точно не відповідає рівню 5-зіркового готелю. Кухня. Дуже хотілося б, щоб адміністрація звернула увагу на кількість персоналу.

Very nice resort, and we had a pleasant stay. The pools, activities, and meals were all excellent. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially Sevcan from Guest Relations. She addressed all our concerns and did her best to ensure that we had a wonderful vacation at the resort. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this resort!

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed our family holiday. The hotel territory is huge, beautiful, and very well maintained, with lots of entertainment and activities. The pool area is spacious and a great place for the whole family to relax and enjoy the day. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention Ms. Manoni, the Client Relationship Manager. She was very kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly with our family and with other guests. Her warm attitude made our stay even more pleasant. The food was exceptional, with a great variety and delicious choices every day. Overall, our family had a wonderful and memorable experience, and we would definitely be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my experience at this resort was very disappointing. There were several issues that significantly affected my stay. The room had a strong smell of dust and mould, which made it unpleasant to spend time in and raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. I also found the behaviour of some of the bar staff unacceptable. When I asked for a non-alcoholic drink, the bartenders were rude and refused to serve me. I found this treatment unnecessary and disrespectful, particularly as I was simply requesting a perfectly reasonable non-alcoholic beverage. Most seriously, I experienced what I considered to be racist and offensive behaviour from one of the resort entertainers. During an activity involving painting eggs, the entertainer made a comment/joke about giving me a white egg instead of painting it. I found the comment humiliating and racially insensitive. This was particularly upsetting in a holiday environment where guests should feel welcomed and respected regardless of their background or appearance. Overall, these experiences left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would expect a resort of this standard to maintain clean accommodation and, above all, ensure that its staff and entertainers treat every guest with courtesy, dignity and respect. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and addresses them appropriately so that other guests do not have a similar experience.

I would say people booking the sunbed with hotel towels for their whole stay. That was a bit crazy for me. Most of the times people don't even show up

Cet hôtel dispose d'un aquaparc vraiment sympa pour les enfants et surveillé par deux maitres nageurs très agréables en revanche le sol est trop glissant et pas assez sécurisé car chute d'un de mes enfants. Le restaurant principal ainsi que celui de la plage sont vraiment au top avec une cuisine turque variée et de qualité. Tous les spectacles de 21h30 à l'amphithéâtre ont été apprécié. Notre chambre (712) disposait d'une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur le complexe et la mer. Le voiturier privé (Tugay) est super sérieux et ponctuel. Notre chambre était propre à chaque nettoyage. Le personnel de la restauration est remarquable et à l'écoute des clients. Tous les sanitaires collectifs étaient nettoyées et donc très propre (nettoyer 24h24 7/7 toutes les 1/2 heures). Les piscines étaient très propre malgré le monde présent. L'animateur Dogukan était super et souriant lors des activités.

La clientèle essentiellement slave est irrespectueuse envers les autres clients mais aussi vis à vis du personnel. Les serveurs devraient faire un effort sur l'ordre de passage de chaque client. Les enfants ainsi que nous même avons été doublé sans scrupule par des slaves. La climatisation dans les chambres est insuffisante et défectueuse au vu des chaleurs dans la ville de Manavgat. Le balcon de notre 1er chambre n'était pas sécurisé. Vu et bruit désagréables côté route. Nous avons réservé une chambre de 4 lits, a notre arrivé il y'avait que 3 lits malgré qu'une confirmation nous avait été adressée. Les chambres ainsi que le mini bar sont vétustes. La piscine de l'aquaparc nécessite un aménagement pour éviter les chutes dangereuses. Le personnel de l'accueil de l'hôtel négligent les personnes d'origines turques aux dépens de la clientèle étrangère. Aucun affichage ni annonce à l'aquaparc sur les activités de l'hôtel. Manque de sanitaire à l'aquaparc pour les enfants qui d'ailleurs urinent dans les bassins. Au vu des vagues à la mer, la plage manque de surveillance. Il manque un ponton sur la plage privée de l'hôtel comme annoncé sur le site booking. L'espace enfant n'étaient pas accessible à l'inverse de l'annonce indiqué sur booking. L'espace restauration pour enfant est manquant. A notre arrivée, nous avons manqué d'explication afin de localiser les aménagements. Les boutiques privées dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel appliquent des prix exorbitants. (Exemple : bouée dans l'hôtel 900 TL, à 200 mètres de l'hôtel 350 TL ). Les serviettes de plage ne sont pas toujours propres et les horaires de prise et dépôt ne sont pas adaptées.

Excellent séjour de 15 jours en famille. Le gros point fort est le mini-club : un immense merci à Meltem, sa responsable, à Ina et à toute l’équipe. Notre fille de 4 ans a adoré les nombreuses activités proposées tout au long de la journée et la mini-disco le soir. Une équipe exceptionnelle avec les enfants ! Très bonne équipe d’animation également, personnel agréable, nourriture bonne, belles piscines, plage et toboggans. Malgré la fréquentation, nous avons presque toujours trouvé des transats disponibles.

Certaines parties de l’hôtel mériteraient d’être rafraîchies. La salle de sport est le principal point faible : très grande et avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais sans climatisation malgré la chaleur, avec du matériel ancien et de nombreuses machines hors service. Même constat pour la salle de jeux des enfants, dont beaucoup de machines ne fonctionnent pas. Dommage, car ces espaces pourraient être excellents avec une rénovation et un meilleur entretien.

Very relaxing and safe for family

Le personnel est souriant et disponible. Le restaurant proposé beaucoup de choix, les tables étaient nettoyées très rapidement. L'équipe d'animation était sympa et en particulier Emine qui a été super ! Les chambres étaient propres à l'arrivée. C'est un super hôtel que je recommande.

Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix de cocktail sans alcool, mais Mehmet, un des serveurs nous a quand même fait des préparation, merci à lui pour sa gentillesse. Nous avons demandé le nettoyage de la chambre et malheureusement le sol de la salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyé et les serviettes n'ont pas été changées.

Это самый плохой отель, в котором я отдыхала когда либо. Начнем с того, что я искала хороший пляж для ребёнка. Здесь нужны тапки для входа в воду и постоянно волны. На весь огромный корпус отеля всего 2 лифта. Их ждёшь десятилетия, да и внутри душно, выходишь как из сауны, зато, музыка играет. 🤣🤣 Отдельное внимание нужно уделить еде. Это не все включено, это все выключено. Даже яиц нормальных нет. Они все готовяься в одной бадяге с луком. Выбор белка никакой. Набор вообще не меняется. Выпечка отвратительная. Бассейн ничего. Но все остальное на территории за отдельную плату. Да ещё хамамщик и продавец курток достали своей рекламой. Очень навязчиво. Не советую

Établissement très sal, qualité prix médiocre. Si vous voulez passer des vacances en un hotel dégueulasse allez-y. Les gens verse leur boisson dans la piscine. Les enfants ce lave les mains dedans après manger. Les chambres sont remplies de moisissure. Personnel je m'enfoutiste. Cest la guerre pour trouver une place quand cest leur de manger. Nourriture qui a aucun goût

Otelin eğlence aktiviteleri de çok güzeldi sadece çoğunluk rus olduğu için genelde rusça şarkılar çalındı. Ama yine de eğlenceliydi. Odalar gayet konforlu ve rahattı. Özellikle oda servisindeki şarap ve meyve tabağı çok hoşdu. Otelin misafir hizmetleri bölümündeki sevcan hanım çok kibar ve işini çok severek yapan biriydi aşırı yardımcı oldu her konuda teşekkür ederiz

Lobide girişte çalışan bi beyfendi çok kabaydı. Daha yeni girişimiz yapılırken çalışan hanımefendi bizimle ilgileniyordu bilekliklerimizi takıyordu. O sırada oda telefonu çaldı ve beyfendi çok kaba bir şekilde telefona bakmasını müşteriyle ilgilenmesini söyledi. Sonuçta bizde otele yeni giriş yapan bir misafirdik biraz tuhaf bir davranıştı. Onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel offered great value for money. The food selection was varied and good, though some sheep-based dishes like head and trotters (Kaleh Pacheh) and beef/lamb tongue seemed unusual to European guests. The desserts were excellent, especially the milky baklava. The beach nearby was clean and beautiful, and good drinks were conveniently served right near the pool. The entertainment shows were also quite engaging, particularly the Brazilian dance performance.

The hotel building was old and in desperate need of renovation, with a strong musty smell of dampness in some of the hallways. We had to call reception for almost everything, including basic amenities like slippers, shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes. Both the TV and the room telephone were out of order; staff came to fix them three times, but the issues were never resolved. Additionally, English proficiency among most of the staff was very poor, practically non-existent.

Das immer alles schön Sauber gehalten wurde. Für Kinder gibt es viel Attraktionen. Sevcan hat sich um alles gekümmert wenn etwas nicht gestimmt hat. An der Pool Bar Ahmet für mich Persönlich der beste, immer ein freundliches Lächeln und sehr Nett.

Das Animation Team war sehr mau. Fitness Studio gibt es aber eine Schande das man sowas Fitnessstudio nennt. Ich war gefühlt 5 Minuten drinnen und nichts funktionierte. Das man am Abendessen die Getränke selber holen musste, das hatte ich an den letzten Hotel Anlagen nicht gehabt. Klar gibt es Kleinigkeiten wo man sich etwas ärgern könnte aber es gibt immer an jedem Hotel was zu beanstanden. Wir haben das beste aus unserem Urlaub gemacht

Reinigung der Zimmer waren gar nicht gut. Wurde nur oberflächlich gemacht. Das Essen war nur türkisch genannt, hat aber gar nicht türkisch geschmeckt und gekocht. Es waren meist die gleichen Speisen täglich. Es hatte für jeden etwas dabei für Gross und Klein aber waren täglich die gleichen Speisen im Angebot. Die Animationen und die Wassersportspiele waren nicht für alle zufriedenstellend.

L'intérieur de l'hôtel et très vieux, les portes des chambres se ferme durement les salles de bains sont vieilles.

Podczas śniadań był duży wybór posiłków, a czas serwowania śniadania był długi - od 7:00 do 10:30. Jedzenie było dość urozmaicone. Bardzo miła i pomocna była też obsługa hotelu.

Kawa była bardzo słaba, kilka razy jajecznica była przypalona, a soki z dystrybutorów bardzo słodkie. Podczas lunchu i kolacji był bardzo duży tłok, goście przepychali się po jedzenie, był duży hałas i trudny do zniesienia harmider. Nad basenami i na niezbyt atrakcyjnej plaży od rana wyścig o leżaki. Baseny spore, ale głośna muzyka i animacje skutecznie utrudniały relaks. Wokół hotelu nie ma nic ciekawego, nawet miejsca na poranny spacer. Plaża mała, kamienista i zatłoczona, a woda w morzu mętna i bardzo szybko głęboka. Pokoje małe, zaniedbane, klimatyzacja chyba nie czyszczona od lat, bo zapach stęchlizny i kurzu był w nim stale wyczuwalny. Po przyjeździe do hotelu dostaliśmy pokój, w którym ten zapach był trudny do zniesienia, więc poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju, jednak wszystkie pokoje były zajęte i musieliśmy czekać aż do następnego dnia. Na szczęście w tym nowym pokoju zapach był już trochę mniej wyczuwalny.

Die Zimmer sehr alt und runtergekommen. Leider alles dreckig, Zimmerservice unzureichend.

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die gute Beach Bar waren positive Punkte, können die zahlreichen grundlegenden Mängel aber nicht ausgleichen.

Leider können wir die vielen positiven Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Dieses Hotel hat für uns mit einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nichts zu tun. Wir sind mit entsprechenden Erwartungen angereist und wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmer sind stark veraltet und dringend renovierungsbedürftig, besonders die Badezimmer. Ein weiteres großes Problem ist die Klimaanlage: Sie ist offensichtlich sehr alt, hat keine digitale Temperaturregelung und lässt sich lediglich auf drei Stufen einstellen. Zusätzlich macht sie auf jeder Stufe laute Geräusche, was besonders nachts störend ist. Wir befinden uns im Jahr 2026 – bei einem Hotel, das sich mit fünf Sternen präsentiert, erwarten wir definitiv eine zeitgemäße, leise Klimaanlage, bei der man die gewünschte Temperatur einstellen kann. Besonders unangenehm ist außerdem der Geruch im Hotel. Vor allem im 1. Stock riecht es deutlich muffig und für uns eindeutig nach Schimmel. Ob tatsächlich Schimmel vorhanden ist, können wir natürlich nicht beurteilen, aber der Geruch ist deutlich wahrnehmbar und sehr unangenehm. Auch bei der Hygiene und Sauberkeit gibt es erhebliche Mängel. Der Lift war während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder dreckig, besonders die Spiegel. Im Restaurant waren zahlreiche Teller fleckig und teilweise sogar noch klebrig beim Anfassen. Die Gläser rochen teilweise merkwürdig bzw. unangenehm. Auch die Badetücher waren teilweise fleckig und hatten einen komischen Geruch. Selbst am Strand setzt sich dieser Eindruck fort: Die Liegen waren teilweise sichtbar verschmutzt und hatten gelbe Flecken. Bei einem angeblichen 5-Sterne-Resort sollte es selbstverständlich sein, dass Liegen, Handtücher, Geschirr und andere Dinge, mit denen Gäste täglich in Kontakt kommen, sauber und gepflegt sind. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr eintönig, vieles wiederholte sich ständig und einige Gerichte waren geschmacklich enttäuschend. Das Hotel war außerdem extrem überfüllt.

The verity options in pools, activities , beach. You’d never get bored if you wanted to relax you had the spacious garden with hammocks or if you wanted beach activities you had the seafront. Or simply to kick back by the pool. I loved the shisha rooftop for a nice chilled evening. A big shoutout to SEVCAN for being available to help 24/7 !

The fact that EVERYTHING WAS RUSSIAN no one really catered to English guests which is a bit sad. Russian guests taking the sun-beds at night not giving other guests chance to have a space.

Avis très négatif — À fuir Très grosse déception pour cet hôtel qui est très loin du niveau attendu pour un 5 étoiles, surtout au vu du prix payé. Le buffet est vraiment sans plus et manque clairement de qualité. Pour un établissement 5 étoiles, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux. La propreté et le ménage sont également largement à revoir : dès la première nuit, j’ai retrouvé des problèmes dans les draps et j’ai été piquée par quelque chose, avec l’apparition de plaques sur le corps. Une situation franchement inadmissible dans un hôtel de ce standing. Le service client est également très décevant. Malgré nos problèmes et les preuves/photos à l’appui, aucune véritable solution n’a été proposée. Même concernant l’annulation, celle-ci reste payante alors que nous avons signalé plusieurs problèmes et fourni des photos. Concernant les soirées, là encore, grosse déception : aucune véritable animation le soir, pas de show, et tout s’arrête à minuit. Et si vous avez un petit creux après ? Rien à manger, seulement de l’eau. Pour un hôtel de ce prix et présenté comme un 5 étoiles, c’est difficilement acceptable. Autre mauvaise surprise : les photos de la chambre ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous avons clairement eu l’impression que l’établissement mettait en avant des photos beaucoup plus avantageuses que ce que nous avons réellement trouvé sur place. Et pour finir, le parking est dangereux : une plaque d’égout s’est soulevée lorsque nous sommes passés en voiture et a rayé notre véhicule. Nous avons signalé le problème à l’hôtel, mais aucune prise en charge n’a été proposée. Bref, une expérience extrêmement décevante du début à la fin. Le rapport qualité/prix est très mauvais et le standing annoncé n’est absolument pas au rendez-vous. Pour notre part, plus jamais. À fuir, surtout au vu du tarif.

Oförskämd personal med dålig attityd som lurar sina kunder genom att ta mer än 50 % över riktpriserna på taxiresor. Otrevlig personal i baren och vidriga pooler. Dåligt städade rum. Maten var under all kritik – torr kyckling, smaklösa grytor samt överkokt pasta och ris serverades dagligen.

Cea mai prosta locatie de vacanta din Turcia.Mirosul de mucegai venea de peste tot,din instalatia de aer,din saltele,pana si paharele de sticla de la restaurant aveau acelasi miros,probabil sterse cu o carpa mucegaita. Din aerul conditionat curgea apa.pe masuta de la oglinda nu puteai lasa nimic ca se uda,lenjeria de pe pat avea pete de mucegai. Sezlongurile de la piscina principala erau ocupate de seara cu prosoape si colace,asa ca dimineata nu aveai nicio sansa sa gasesti vreunul gol. In minibar gaseai apa si suc doar in ziua sosirii,apoi esti instiintat ca nu se mai aduc( in urma unei recenzii negative la un reprezentant de la Guest Relations,seara am gasit in camera in 1seara apa si Pepsi).Este un singur magazin in incinta resortului unde preturile se faceau dupa fata clientului,noi am platit 72lei pe 2sticle de suc la 1l si 2pungi de chipsuri,prietenii nostrii 50lei pe 1sticla de suc. 90% din turisti erau rusi,iar angajatii vorbeau turca si rusa,era sport extrem sa te intelegi cu ei in engleza. La masa era horror sa iti iei de mancare,pur si simplu Zombieland,toata lumea te impingea sa treaca in fata sa usi ia mancare,copiii au fost ridicati de la masa ca sa se puna alte persoane cu care angajatul respectiv a comunicat mai usor in rusa. Activitati de seara... aproape inexistente. Pe plaja numai pietre,intrarea in apa foarte abrupta,sezlongurile de la mare infecte. Mai sunt multe de spus,dar macar sa se citeasca si sa nu isi mai ia teapa si altii ca noi.O SA REGRETATI SIGUR DACA VENITI AICI!!!

When we arrived we were the only British family and this only increased to a total of 4 British families a few days before the end of our 10 day stay. There’s was soo much to do at this property tennis, pool games, market stalls weekly, evening shows every night, hairdressers, spa, mini zoo the list is endless. Snacks were available throughout the day and lots of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options. malik and aziz both restaurant staff were outstanding at their job and were more than happy to have a conversation with us in English even though English was tricky for them, they both made a huge positive impact on our holiday as they made us feel very welcome and important even though there was what felt like 1000 other guests for them to attend too. Both were more than happy to help me with food selection options as I needed soft food due to having multiple stitches in my mouth after having dental surgery just before arriving at the hotel. The Pool was lovely and big and always clean. The food was served to a great standard and always tasted great. The beach pavilions were lovely and calm and offered a great place to chill out and rest and were really easy to book via guest relations. The guest relations ladies were fabulous. They went out of their way to make our holiday amazing including reserving a table in the dining hall for my birthday which the dining hall staff then decorated and provided a cake even though we hadn’t asked for one. (Huge bonus) Majority of the staff at the hotel will do as much as they can to provide a 5 star level of customer service. The entertainment of an evening was great with lots of variety. And the animation team did a great job throughout the daytime. We would definitely book this hotel again !! It’s a great family hotel and we would recommend this to other family’s for the summer holiday location.

There weren’t many negatives at all. There needs to be more food options for British families Yes there was pasta options daily but a lot of the pasta options were spicy which our daughter and myself then couldnt eat. Majority of the food was aimed towards Russian and Turkish guests. It would be nice is bar staff were able to provide English tea with milk, throughout the day rather than just at main meal times. As it’s only available as black tea as this is how the other nationalities at the hotel drink it. There was no rules enforced within the dining hall in terms of guests waiting their turn in line for food so regularly myself and my 10 yr old daughter were pushed out of the way by other guests with no apology offered. It was like we were invisible. this being the main negative of the holiday and not really the hotels fault but if so form of order could be in place it would be amazing and a lot less chaos. The majority of the current frequent guests were Russian or Turkish and this was a huge factor of staff assuming we were Russian and not understanding much English so made asking for things a little tricky. If this could be altered to allow English families to feel more welcome this hotel would be an unbelievably good destination for British families !!

Antalya’daki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu, temizliği, yemekleri ve genel atmosferi gerçekten çok güzeldi. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tatilimiz boyunca kendimizi çok rahat ve özel hissettik. Özellikle Sevcan Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kendisi çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her zaman bizimle ilgilendi ve ihtiyaçlarımız olduğunda elinden gelenin en iyisini yaptı. Misafirperverliği ve güzel enerjisi tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Böyle çalışanların bir otelin kalitesine gerçekten büyük katkısı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Genel olarak otelden çok memnun kaldık ve Antalya’ya tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle yeniden tercih etmek isteriz. Tüm ekibe emekleri ve ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederiz. ❤️

Gerçekten çok güzel ve keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim. Otelin temizliği, yemekleri, çalışanların güler yüzü ve ilgisi beklentimin çok üzerindeydi. Her şey oldukça düzenliydi ve kendimizi gerçekten rahat hissettik. Özellikle personelin samimiyeti ve misafirlerle ilgilenmesi çok hoşuma gitti. Tatilim boyunca hiçbir konuda sıkıntı yaşamadım. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederim.

Ils ne font pas respecter les règles ils ne surveille pas assez, on ne doit pas rentrer dans le restaurant sans rien sur nous, on ne doit pas servir à manger mouillé !( j’ai vu des gouttes couler sur nourriture), on ne doit pas réserver les places au niveau des piscines ( une journée avant), on ne doit pas boire des boissons au bort de la piscine ( j’ai vu boisons renversé dans l’eau) brefs pour avoir des bonnes commentaires il ne faut pas laisser faire tout ce qu’il veulent vos clients sinon vous perdrez d’autres clients

Після пʼяти днів уся сімʼя отруїлась. Було жахливе зневоднення і нудота. І загалом їжа одноманітна, кожного дня одні й ті ж страви. На рецепції один з менеджерів спитав у мене чи штучні в мене груди. Дякую за толерантну цікавість. Прибиральниці заходять у номер в рандомний момент. Немає розкладу прибирання. З прибирання лише викидають сміття і застеляють ліжко. Жодного вологого прибирання. Гель для душу довелось просити поповнити. Так би мились лише водою.
