This is a really comfortable apartment in a great location. Very close to 2 metro stations (1 on the line with a direct link to the airport) and only a 15 minute walk to Placa de Catalunya. Plenty of supermarkets and eateries close by and streets of beautiful architecture. We arrived very early and were able to leave our bags and go out exploring until our apartment was ready. We'll set up for self catering. Air con worked well and bed was comfortable. Also had a couple of English TV stations.Staff were welcoming and very helpful

部屋は家族で過ごすのに十分な広さがあり、清潔で快適でした。ベッドや室内の設備も整っており、滞在中はゆったりと過ごすことができました。キッチンは広く、塩・こしょうが用意されていたのも助かりました。また、乾燥機能付き洗濯機も備えられているため、荷物を少なくでき、長期滞在にも適していると感じました。 周辺にはスーパーやパン屋、飲食店などが多く、日常の買い物や食事にも困りませんでした。駅や主要な観光地へのアクセスも比較的便利でありながら、周辺は落ち着いた雰囲気で、夜も騒音が気になることはありませんでした。家族で安心して過ごせる環境だったと思います。 スタッフの方々もとても親切で、対応が丁寧でした。分割予約による部屋移動の際には、預けていた荷物を次の部屋まで運んでおいてくださり、大変助かりました。早朝に停電が発生した際も、WhatsAppですぐに連絡を取ることができ、迅速かつ丁寧に対応していただきました。チェックイン時には周辺の地図を見ながら、スーパーや飲食店などについて詳しく説明してくださり、滞在中の行動を決めるうえでとても役立ちました。 設備、立地、スタッフの対応のいずれも満足度が高く、家族で安心して快適に滞在できる宿だと感じました。機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

キッチンは広く使いやすかったものの、包丁は日本の感覚からすると切れ味があまり良くありませんでした。また、料理や食材を保存できる容器があると、さらに便利だと思います。

Appartamento molto bello e pulito, in una zona abbastanza comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi ( fermata del bus proprio di fronte, metro a 400 mt). La casa è dotata di ogni confort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, phon,c'è anche il bidet.Letto molto confortevole, il divano invece un po scomodo ma nulla di insormontabile. Lo staff molto gentile ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check out oltre l'orario

Il monolocale corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione, ampio e confortevole, multi accessoriato. La lava-asciuga ha dato inizialmente dei problemi che però abbiamo risolto da soli. Il bagno, ampio, è dotato di bidet. La pulizia veniva effettuata quotidianamente. La posizione è comoda. Parcheggio convenzionato a due minuti a piedi.

La pulizia, benché quotidiana, potrebbe essere curata di più. C’era molta polvere in posti poco battuti, come ad esempio la cappa della cucina o, più banalmente, l’alloggiamento del phon. Inoltre, trattandosi di appartamento, sarebbe senz’altro un punto di merito in più far trovare una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo, scottex ect.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend it. Location was perfect as it wasn't near a busy neighborhood. Theres a cafe at the corner, where we ate breakfast and also dinner. The host was extremely helpful.

Struttura davvero impeccabile! La camera era pulitissima, dotata di tutti i comfort e delle comodità necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la tranquillità: non si sentivano rumori provenienti dall’esterno, quindi ho potuto riposare benissimo. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consigliata!

Appartement très bien situé. La double isolation des fenêtres côté route. la climatisation fonctionnait très bien aussi. Le lit double côté chambre est très confortable. Les équipements sont bien entretenus et propres. Seul petit bémol : la chambre est ouverte sur le salon, ce qui offre moins d’intimité. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour très agréable.

Quizás el precio es un poco elevado

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, vicino alla metropolitana. Il parcheggio convenzionato è dietro l'angolo. La zona in cui si trova l'alloggio è sottoposta a restrizioni di transito, ma con soli 7 euro (pagati sull'apposito sito del comune di Barcellona) ottieni un pass dalla durata illimitata. A circa 200 metri dalla casa c'è un supermercato e, volendo, le principali attrazioni possono essere raggiunte anche a piedi (con una passeggiata di 40 minuti si arriva alla Sagrada Familia). Consigliato!!!

instalações antigas, a TV não tinha acesso à internet, a lava roupas estava quebrada. Faltava também itens na cozinha, sal, azeite, guardanapos.

They have everything you need, eg. cooking stuff and laundry. They kept out luggage until 4:30 pm and called taxi for us.

We stayed for two nights. Excellent apartment, very clean and tidy, and in a great location for getting around the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

There were hardly any drawbacks at all. However, it is worth mentioning that on our second night, we were repeatedly woken up by the apartment’s intercom, as people outside from the street kept ringing the bell continuously, trying to get inside.

Decoración moderna y todo muy limpio. Cocina bien equipada. Las camas y almohadas super comodas. El aire acondicionado es perfecto, por conducto, mantiene la habitacuon a la temperatura perfecta. Super cerca de la línea de metro. Todo ha estado muy muy bien. Lo recomiendo. Parking vigilado a la vuelta a un precio razonable por día para Barcelona.

The room was clean, well laid out and it had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The hotel was quiet and we had restful sleep The washing machine and clothes rack were very useful and the dishwasher was a great addition. The main bed was large and very comfortable . The lift was right outside our room and very useful and quick There are shops, bakeries and restaurants locally

I wish the bathroom had a mat to stand on when you get out to help with water spray

Die Wohnung ist ein wenig in die Jahre geraten. Die Möbel in der Küche hängen an diversen Stellen schon ab z.B die Türe zum Mistkübel und andere Hatten in der Nacht eine Verstopfung vom Klo die nach 2 Stunden von selbst weggegangen ist, bis dahin war das Wasser aber bis zum Rand voll - keine Klobürste. Sonst hat alles gepasst für den Preis

Everything was very good, clean apartman near the metro. It was perfect our family.

This apartment is fabulous! Nothing bad I could say. It was so clean, well maintained and well managed. So much room and well appointed. There’s nothing that wasn’t in the apartment. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was loaded. The staff were fantastic and they have cleaning service. Not common at all in the apartment business. The shades are great. Total blackout for sleeping. Would come back again for sure.

The staff at the information desk were wonderful; they provided us with a ton of useful information and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation had everything we needed. We traveled with just backpacks and occasionally did laundry during our stay. There’s both a washing machine and a dryer available, which was very convenient. The bed was fantastic - extremely comfortable and supportive. It's the kind of mattress that doesn't sag or make you feel like you're sleeping in a hole. It provides excellent support, especially for people with a higher body weight. The sofa bed was also great for our child, offering plenty of space and comfort. The city itself is amazing - it honestly makes me want to move here! 😄 We've already started looking into schools for our child. Public transportation is well organized, people are relaxed and friendly, and we have never experienced any unpleasant situations. We felt safe walking around at all times. The food deserves a special mention. The quality is outstanding, both in local markets and in restaurants. Everything tastes fresh, from fruits and vegetables to seafood, meats, and pastries. We were impressed by how consistently good the food was, whether we were eating at a restaurant or buying ingredients from a market. If you love food, Barcelona will not disappoint. There is something interesting to discover around every corner. People are also very considerate - we often saw passengers on buses helping elderly people and those with disabilities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly come back.

Központi helyen van, közel minden ami kell (piac, metrók, Lidl, éttermek). A belvárosi elhelyezkedés ellenére nagyon jó ár-érték arányú apartmanszálló. A szoba teljes konyhával, illetve mosó-szárító géppel felszerelt. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt nekünk. A nagy melegben a klíma tökéletesen működött. A recepciós nagy örömünkre tökéletesen beszélt angolul.

Apartamentul e destul de mare si frumos, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, intr-o zona buna, aproape de punctele de interes- se putea merge pe jos la casa Batllo, casa Milla, chiar si la Sagrada familia (un pic mai departe), sau in piata Spania. Am putut lasa bagajele la receptie dupa check-out out gratuit.

Bildschönes Apartment mitten im L’Eixample und super zentral gelegen. Die Shopping Area La Dreta de l’Eixample ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Wer jedoch hauptsächlich zum Strand möchte, für den ist die Lage eher weniger geeignet. Ansonsten kommt man mit Uber, Bolt oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos überall hin.

Ein dicker Minuspunkt: Es gibt nur sehr wenige Aufhängemöglichkeiten bzw. Haken für Handtücher.

Eccellente per famiglie, camere confortevoli e posizione strategica Struttura situata in un'ottima posizione, circondata da ogni tipo di servizio come bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La camera si è presentata pulitissima, spaziosa, profumata e super accessoriata. Anche se l'abbiamo vissuta poco durante il giorno, dato che uscivamo la mattina presto e rientravamo la sera, ci ha offerto tutto il comfort di cui avevamo bisogno. Nota di merito per i letti: comodissimi e larghi, anche i bambini hanno dormito divinamente.

W apartamentach był problem z klimatyzacją, awarie zostały naprawione, dodatkowo zepsuta lodówka i czajnik.

I would enjoy an oven

Prime location with easy connectivity with various mode of tranit and activity centers. The room was decent size for the family of four(2+2). It had all the necessary facilities which are expecte from a serviced apartments. The manager (Moh’d Sarmed) was super helpful and cooperative.

Purtroppo il letto matrimoniale era composto da 2 letti singoli, quindi un pò scomodo. La lavastoviglie presentava parti del cestello arrugginiti per questo motivo ho evitato di usarla. Anche i piedini del tavolo presentano ruggine. Mancavano alcuni servizi della struttura descritti nella prenotazione: ad esempio la TV non era satellitare, guardavo solo programmazione spagnola. Insonorizzazione inesistente anche se dichiarata. Dalle tubature del bagno si sentiva un continuo rumore di acqua, probabilmente causato dall'uso dei bagni e docce ai piani sopra, sinceramente la notte diventava fastidioso.

Someone met us which made it very easy

Goede centrale locatie. Appartement wordt tussentijds schoongemaakt. Het bed is comfortabel, de slaapbank vooral geschikt voor kinderen. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. De keuken is goed uitgerust en er is zelfs een wasmachine, handig!

De c/de Valencia is best een drukke weg. Met de ramen open geeft dat een hoop geluid.

Materasso del divano letto e del letto a castello non comodi (da sostituire). Insonorizzazione con altri appartamenti e spazi comuni non perfetta.

Sehr gute Lage, öffentlicher Verkehr sehr gut angebunden und Stadt fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz Citylage ruhig. Es ist weitgehend alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wohnung wird täglich gereinigt.

Einige Möbel sind etwas defekt und müssten überholt/ausgetauscht werden (Hängeschränke Küche, Kühlschrank, Couch). Scharfes Gemüsemesser und Schneidbrett fehlen.

Posto tranquillo, posizione centrale, stanza pulita è dotata di tutti i confort. Personale accogliente e gentile.

La struttura è in una posizione eccezionale per visitare Barcellona anche in pochi giorni, alla reception ci hanno accolto in modo splendido dandoci anche informazioni su come poter visitare la città . L’appartamento era pulito e il terrazzo privato che avevamo era a dir poco meraviglioso . Pulizia della camera e staff delle pulizie ottimo. Siamo stati davvero bene una vacanza a Barcellona che porteremo sempre nel cuore un ringraziamento speciale a chi gestisce l’appartamento che nel giorno della festa di saint jordie ci ha fatto trovare in camera due rose per renderci partecipi della festa di Barcellona . Grazie!!!!

Pulizia e cordialità

The location was very convenient, it was about a 10-min walk to either of the L1 and L5 metro lines which would take you easily to the tourist areas. There's also a bus stop in front of the property and other ones just a few minutes walk. We just took a bus to get to our airport coach/bus. We never bothered taking a taxi throughout our trip. The room was very practical. The open living room has a huge sofa bed and kitchenette with all cooking utensils. Just remember to buy your ingredients, there's nearby Mercadona (big supermarket) which is also in a building of a clean wet market. The room is cleaned daily including the kitchenette which was big plus. The staff members are very friendly and helpful and they can be easily contacted via Whatsapp.

It's just a preference really, I didn't like the dark tiles in the bathroom/washroom. The ambiance is moody but it's just too dark for my liking. There's a false sense of cleanliness because you can't see if there's any dirt or mould. It would have been better if the tiles are in light colours so the room is brighter and that you can actually see the room is clean.

Great location, the flat is very modern, bright and clean and suitable for stay with family, easy access to the center of Barcelona (15 min walk), bakery next door with amazing churos and coffee, small supermarket right opposite the road, fruit market on the corner, bus stop accross the road - the best apartment I ever rented for holidays!

Il cuscino in quanto erano presenti 2 cuscini a persona ma entrambi troppo morbidi. Ho chiesto se era possibile averne uno più duro per un problema alla cervicale ma mi hanno detto che erano tutti uguali e cmq me ne hanno portato un altro per venirmi incontro in qualche modo
