Prima di andare abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua che non c'era ma hanno risolto subito e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la camera alle 13 anziché alle 12

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Loved this place - right on the waterfront. Simple rooms but super clean, friendly staff and beautiful views over the water from our balcony. Did a 5am sunrise boat trip which was fab, then came back for a lovely freshly cooked breakfast . Highly recommend.

Be aware that when you park at the hotel that you car might be 'parked in' over night by another car parking right behind your car. That issue took us/the hotel approx. 1/2 hour to solve in a morning - but luckily we were not in a rush...

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Ottima struttura in una posizione davvero strategica, proprio di fronte al mare e ai moli di Río Lagartos, perfetta per partire in barca alla scoperta delle mangrovie e di Las Coloradas. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di un ampio terrazzo con una splendida vista sul mare. Lo staff è stato molto professionale e gentile, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. La colazione inclusa era buona e completa, con frutta fresca, uova strapazzate e succo di frutta. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliato!

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Prachtige ligging over het water, prachtig zicht vanuit de kamer. Groot terras aan de kamer met goede stoelen. Een zeer rustgevende plek. Goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel (dat amper Engels spreekt, maar dat was geen probleem). Alle mogelijkheden om excursie naar mangroves te doen recht over de deur en ook via het hotel die dit in een mum van tijd regelden. We hebben dit geboekt een uur voor we kwamen, en we hebben er geen spijt van gehad, het was een van de mooiste plekken van onze roadtrip.
Niets, het was perfect!

Des hamacs juste en face de l'hôtel, un petit déjeuner face à la mer, préparé à la minute simple mais très bon : bon pain avec beurre confiture, fruits frais coupés, œufs brouillés, jus d'orange frais et boissons chaude.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026I spend two very relaxing days in Rio Lagartos. Did an exiting boat trip and a walk on the Sendero Peten Mac with two frightening crocodiles. I especially enjoyed my stay in this very nice hotel Villa Pescadores with its fantastic views over the amazing lagoon and the boats, the nice breakfast and the very friendly service. Not to forget the cozy hammocs provided by the hotel at the pier. Shower worked fine, was hot. Private parking at the hotel provided.

L'accueil : nous sommes arrivés avec 3h d'avance par rapport au check in et quand j'ai demandé au monsieur où nous pouvions attendre, il m'a répondu sur le parking. Donc nous avons attendu dans la voiture alors qu'il y avait un salon et une terrasse en rooftop.

We had a personal boat driver - our receptionist at the hotel recommended him - priceless. You have to experience this excursion.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Great Wi-Fi, which is not always easy to find in Mexico. Location great, has a parking lot. Nice balcony with a great view, but there is no kettle or mugs to make coffee and enjoy it in the early morning.
The breakfast is just average - you get a fixed option, not sure if it is really worth it. The hotel would benefit from a deep cleaning and better maintenance, and the photos look better than the reality. For the price, it does not feel like good value. It is fine for a one-night stay, but during a short walk around the town we noticed several better-looking hotels in the same price range.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Idéalement situé pour les excursions. La vue sur la lagune est impressionnante. Les flamants roses étaient visibles depuis la salle du petit déjeuner et la chambre. La chambre est très grande et calme. Le parking est bien pratique dans la cour de l hôtel.
Pour dire un axe d amélioration, un petit déjeuner plus varié peut-être mais c est un détail.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026De grootte van de kamer met 4 bedden, het balkon en uitzicht op de haven en flamingo's. Alles was schoon en werd goed bijgehouden. Ook het ontbijt was prima. De afstand naar Los Colorades is met de auto een klein half uurtje.
De kamer is best gehorig, dus neem oordoppen mee. Het stadje zit vol met mannen die je vrijwel niet met rust laten en je tours aan proberen te smeren. Dit is wel op meer plekken, maar hier werd het gewoon vervelend. Tijdens het ontbijt zijn we 1 uur lang non stop aangestaard, wat best vervelend was.
