Su piscina. Ubicación alejada del turismo de ocio nocturno. Tranquilidad y cercania a una playa muy bonita. Alquiler de motos en el mismo hotel.

El baño es anitguo con ducha y WC juntos. Al parecer es bastante habitual en muchos hoteles. Mi pareja estuvo con dolor de barriga y mientras me duchaba tenia que ver como cagaba. Una experiencia inolvidable.

El baño,horrible,sucio,sin apenas luz,ducharse es un calvario. Cambiamos de habitación porque la primera era horrible,un calor inhumano,la ventana no se podía cerrar,los baños daban miedo.y tenías que subir unas 30 escaleras que estaban altísimas,cada una de un tamaño y el suelo irregular. Pero cambiamos a otra habitación pagando casi el doble y la calidad de todo mejor,aunque solo 1 toalla y el baño seguía siendo horrible.

Me gustó porque la zona está alejada de la fiesta, es una zona muy tranquila y el apartamento que me tocó estaba bien, aunque no tenía AC, solo ventilador

Podrían mejorar un poco la limpieza general y mejorar algunas cosas del complejo, por lo general es un buen lugar para estar unos cuantos días.

Pagué una pción que pone “parking “, que es un poco más cara que la que no ponía esa opción . Cuando llego, pregunto por el parking y me dicen que aparque en la calle, que es gratuito. Cuando le explico al de recepción que he pagado un “extra” por el parking, me dice que no puede ser porque no tienen parking privado. Le enseño a través de booking la opción que señala la opción de parking, se va mirando la página de booking y después de un rato vuelve diciendo que el “extra” que he pagado es por tener unos días más de cancelación gratuita. La cuestión es que si no tienen parking privado, no deberían de poner ese dato porque da lugar a confusión . La verdad me sentí engañada.

Great location, beautiful beach and lots of good restaurants in the area. We stayed in a bungalow with no AC or hot water but didn’t need either during the time we stayed. Great view from the bungalow balcony. We were able to rent a scooter and book taxis and ferries from the front desk easily. Would stay again.

Abbiamo scelto il bungalow beach side perché dalle foto sembrava sulla spiaggia invece è attaccato alla strada con vista sul parcheggio dei motorini a noleggio. L’arredamento della camera è inesistente, manca un armadio con dei ripiani dove mettere i vestiti. In bagno neanche una mensola. Il rubinetto del lavabo otturato completamente dal calcare schizzava acqua ovunque fuorché nel lavandino. Ci vorrebbe poco per rendere almeno il bungalow un po’ più accogliente. La cortesia del personale della reception è molto lontana dalla quella che abbiamo trovato in Thailandia, sia sulle isole che a Bangkok.

Schöner Pool und guter Standort direkt am Meer. Personal sehr höflich und hat sich nach Beschwerden gut um uns gekümmert.

Es war sehr dreckig und teilweise konnten wir Schimmel finden. Machen Gegenstände waren auch einfach kaputt so das man sie nicht mehr nutzen konnte.

Very noisy beachfront unit, right next to the main bar / eating area. Very loud till after midnight, next night people sitting outside our room till after midnight agin locals, then third night was sons till 11.15pm . This was a real shame as we paid good money for the unit.

la vista mare dal ballatoio della stanza era bellissima; ottima la posizione comodissima perché situato in una zona dell'isola tranquilla ma con tutti i servizi e vari ristoranti, la zona più caotica e della movida raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti di taxi

la stanza che ci è stata assegnata era basica, priva di comodini e senza alcuna luce vicino al letto, basterebbero piccoli accorgimenti per migliorarla, la scalinata per raggiungere la stanza direi... impegnativa! Soprattutto con i bagagli!!!

El alojamiento es bastante básico y nuestra experiencia podría haber sido mejor. En nuestra habitación no había aire acondicionado, aunque se puede solucionar con el ventilador, que eso sí, hace bastante ruido durante la noche. Tampoco había nevera. Además, encontramos una plaga de hormigas en la habitación. Las sábanas estaban rotas y tenían algunas manchas. En cuanto a las toallas, solo había un par para el cuerpo y no había ninguna específica para el pelo. Otro aspecto incómodo es que la ducha está integrada directamente en el baño, sin ninguna separación, por lo que al ducharte se moja prácticamente todo, incluido el váter. En general, creemos que hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar, especialmente en cuanto a limpieza, mantenimiento y comodidad.

Parfois certains soirs (vers 3 h du matin) le squat bruyant de plusieurs personnes sur le petit muret devant la terrasse. C'est vraiment le seul point noir.

Nous étions en bungalow double lits simples ss climatisation mais avec ventilateur aviez vue sur mer. Le logement était fonctionnel et propre. Nous avons adoré la vue sur la mer, la proximité immédiate de la plage et de tous les commerces et bien apprécié la piscine quand il y avait des méduses dans la mer! Nous y reviendrons si c'était à refaire !

Rien! Où peut être la salle de bain avec la douche sans bac, mais ce n'est pas du tout propre à ce logement....

Great location near the beach and close to lots of restaurants, the pool was so nice to have and was never too dirty! The bed was comfortable and they offer cleaning services every few days for the room.

De locatie is goed. Je bent dichtbij Sharkbay, je bent overal snel, prima. Zwembad oke, kamers oke.

Let op welke kamer je boekt!!!! Op het eind van het terrein wordt een nieuw gebouw gebouwd, recht voor het appartementencomplex. Je moet over de poten van de steigers heen om bij je kamer te komen. Ik denk dat het gebouw op 2 meter afstand van je kamer wordt gebouwd. Echt heel naar. Verder is de plek prima, is het schoon, leuk zwembadje. Gewoon zoals we dachten, maar ik vind dat ze deze kamers eigenlijk niet moeten verhuren tijdens de bouw. Er was ook geen oplossing, want alle kamers waren bezet. Jammer dus!

AC wasn’t great, and despite loving being poolside it was unfortunately quite loud during the middle of night from people hanging out at there/coming out from a night out - staff didn’t seem too bothered when I brought it to their attention)

L'emplacement était bien, a proximité de pas mal de restaurants. Le personnel de ménage était efficace. Lit confortable, possibilité de faire appel au service de ménage pour les long séjour.

L’accueil a été plus que désagréable. La piscine était la majorité du temps sale (cheveux, etc.) et, malgré le règlement, certains clients faisaient du bruit jusqu’à 3 h du matin. Concernant le logement, nous avons l’habitude de séjourner sur des îles et savons qu’il peut parfois y avoir un certain niveau de vétusté. Cependant, au vu de l’accueil reçu, notamment de la part de l’un des réceptionnistes, l’expérience a été particulièrement décevante. Le réceptionniste avec des lunettes, en revanche, était cordial. Le ventilateur, sans télécommande, ne permettait pas de régler précisément l’inclinaison. Les lits étaient néanmoins confortables. La douche était petite, mais suffisante, malgré un miroir très vieillissant et la présence de pas mal de petits insectes. L’eau de la douchette des WC avait également une très mauvaise odeur. Habituellement, je ne suis pas quelqu’un de difficile et je peux facilement passer outre certains défauts, surtout sur une île. En revanche, le comportement de l’un des hommes à l’accueil mérite vraiment d’être souligné. Un minimum d’amabilité et de sourire aurait largement amélioré notre séjour.

L’emplacement au bord de la plage était super.

À notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas forcément très propre. Nous avons trouvé qu’il manquait d’accessoires basiques comme une lampe ou un miroir.

Avant toute chose, nous tenons à préciser que nous avions la seule villa avec vue directe sur la mer.C'etait magique, d'être face à cette petite baie. Attention, les autres villas n'ont pas de vue.

Même si le personnel étaient accueillants, toutes les prestations sont payantes (transfert depuis le port, serviettes de plage...

Pas de climatisation alors que les 2 chambres sont exposées toute la journée au soleil. Le ventilateur était vieux, cassé car une seule position et insuffisant et donc les nuits pénibles. Le Check out à 10h.

The room was full of ants, the toilet was smelly, and they were building another part of the hotel just opposite the rooms, which made a lot of noise early in the morning until 18h. We honestly think the Resort should inform the guest about this situation before making a reservation

La relación precio calidad muy buena. Al lado de la playa y con piscina para refrescarse. Si no eres muy exigente con la limpieza y comodidades de la habitación, está muy bien.

Las vistas desde la habitación, a un lado daba a las cocinas de unas casas y de vez en cuando venía olor(aunque no entraba a la habitación) y al otro lado, que están ampliando el resort y se ha pasado de ver la playa a ver un bloque de edificio a medio hacer. El baño no está bien diseñado, la ducha tiene el sumidero en el lado del wáter y el agua para allá, por lo que, el suelo del wáter queda mojado tras la ducha y también podrían reacondicionarlo un poco para mejorar la estética visual. El ventilador de la habitación es ruidoso y estaba sucio.

Nous avions loué deux chambres : une de luxe et bungalow chambre double. Dans le deuxième logement, la table était quasi cassée et salle de bain en mauvais état.

Localisation super ! Au sud de l’île donc à 30min à pied du centre avec les magasins, le port et les bar, mais le resort donne sur une plage magnifique et calme. Il y a plein de centres de plongée et de restaurants autour et vous pouvez facilement faire du stop ou louer un scooter pour aller en 5min dans le centre. 7/11, petits commerces, laverie à 3min à pied. Piscine agréable. Chambre très bien et propres. Personnel très agréable !

Des travaux comment à 8h, mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles ça n’empêche pas de dormir !!

Pas de Clim juste un ventilateur … j’ai eu beaucoup trop chaud. Et j’étais dans une chambre tout en haut de la colline donc avec mes sacs c’était vraiment compliqué.

El sitio tan bonito donde se ubica y la comida del restaurante a pie de playa. El hotel está muy limpio, proporciona la posibilidad de alquilar motos y el personal es muy agradable. La comida del restaurante es muy buena y a buen precio.

Hacia mucho calor, es verdad que cuando reservamos no nos dimos cuenta que no tenia aire acondicionado. Para la próxima vez cogería una habitación con aire acondicionado 100%

Très belle chambre, assez neuve. Pas le niveau européen, mais pourtant moderne. Juste: ne pas laisser de la nourriture dans la chambre, des fourmis étaient présentes le jour après.

Our stay at JP Resort Koh Tao was an absolute disaster from start to finish. If you value your sleep, your safety, and basic hygiene, do not book this place. 1. Zero Customer Service & Lazy Staff The hospitality here is non-existent. At check-in, the staff just handed us a key, pointed in a general direction, and told us to find the room ourselves. Checking out was just as bad—no friendliness, no "thank you," not even a simple goodbye. The staff makes absolutely zero effort. 2. No Security or Staff at Night (Extreme Noise) The resort claims to have "quiet hours" from 10 PM to 8 AM, but they do absolutely nothing to enforce them. In fact, there is NO staff or security present on the property between 7 PM and 8 AM. For two nights in a row, we didn't sleep at all. At 4 AM, groups of people were screaming, partying, and swimming naked in the pool, while new guests arrived with barking dogs. Management completely ignored all our messages on Booking.com during these disturbances. We literally had to get out of bed in the middle of the night to act as unpaid security guards and confront these people ourselves. 3. Terrible Room Conditions & Lack of Hygiene The rooms are in awful condition. Major windows are missing completely, replaced only by cheap mesh screens that allow insects, mosquitoes, and lizards to crawl straight into the room. The showerhead couldn't even be hung up properly, making a normal shower impossible. To make matters worse, the bed felt sticky from the moment we arrived, as if a layer of sweat was resting on the sheets. On top of that, we also suffered a complete power outage with no AC or lights. This resort simply does not care about its guests. They take your money and leave you to fend for yourself in a noisy, unmanaged, and unhygienic environment. It completely ruined our experience in Koh Tao. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Супер бунгало с видом на море, горячая вода здесь и не нужна. Прекрасный вид на море. Локация отличная, от пристани идти максимум 30 минут, дорогая хорошая, можно спокойно передвигаться с чемоданами. Много рыбок, причём плавают косяками, очень интересно. Вернусь обязательно.

Nice room, good location, staff were helpful and let me check out a little later with no additional charge, beach and pool, restaurant ok.

Thin walls: there was a family next to me the first night who were very noisy and it felt like they were in the room with me. Also no daily cleaning. They did say after 2 days I could leave my key at reception to have the room cleaned but I was diving so leaving early and didn't want to leave my key at reception when nobody was around.

La piscina es buenísima. La habitación muy cómoda, al igual que el balcón que da a la piscina. En la habitación no hay aire acondicionado, pero con el ventilador y abriendo todas las ventanas para que corra el aire esta perfecto! El Baño es amplio. Todo en general muy limpio.

The room and bed were large, with balcony, hot shower. The pool was not busy.

Construction work for new rooms in the prpperty was noisy. Anywhere else than Koh Tao, the same price would have offered much better accomodation and more service.

Habíamos estado anteriormente en la habitaciones que están frente a la piscina, y estaban súper bien. Pero esta vez, por no disponibilidad, cogimos una Deluxe y la verdad que el nivel no fue mayor que la anterior (a pesar de ser esta más cara). Un chico de la recepción es bastante seco

La chambre était propre, plutôt spacieuse et confortable. Le ménage a été effectué une fois pendant les cinq nuits, ce qui me convient largement tant qu’il est fait au milieu du séjour. L’emplacement est globalement bon, avec des restaurants et bars à proximité immédiate ainsi qu’un 7/11 et la plage juste en face. Pour se déplacer plus facilement sur Koh Tao, il est préférable de louer un scooter. Cela peut être fait directement à la réception, avec des tarifs entre 200 et 250 bahts selon le modèle loué.

Le principal problème concerne la description sur Booking. Il est indiqué qu’il y a une vue sur la mer, alors que ce n’était absolument pas le cas pour ma chambre. J’étais au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue directe sur la piscine uniquement. Je l’ai signalé à la réception, qui m’a montré leur version de Booking en expliquant que, de leur côté, il n’était pas précisé que les chambres avaient une vue mer. J’ai également contacté Booking, qui m’a indiqué avoir contacté l’établissement. Au final, je ne sais pas exactement d’où vient le problème, mais la description reste trompeuse pour certaines chambres comme celle que j’ai eue. Comme souvent avec le service client Booking, j’ai l’impression que rien n’avance réellement et qu’aucune solution n’est apportée.

Die höchstliegende, günstigste Unterkunft hat eine schöne Aussicht, aber Achtung: leider kein warmes Wasser oder Klimaanlage.

Sehr anstrengende, kaputte und unebene Stufen bieten grosse Sturzgefahr! Hatten beim Einchecken Staubläuse im Bett (von zu hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer) was aber “normal” sei. Hoher Lautstärkepegel in der Nacht von Tieren und Motoren der Boote in der Bucht (Hall). Typ an der Rezeption ist wohl die unfreundlichste Gestalt, die uns je begegnet ist.

La piscina estaba genial, y la zona de leer libros también. Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, lejos del ruido y además a 1 minuto de la playa.

Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, Baustelle 5 Meter gegenüber. Lärm und Staub. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage kein anderes Angebot.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit Rollerverleih. Das Bungalow war sauber und ordentlich. Alle 2 Tage wurde es gereinigt. Der Pool war zwar klein aber sauber.

Die Bar nebenan spielt bis 12 Uhr nachts Musik und die Klimaanlage war kaputt. Diese wurde aber sofort repariert.

Das Bett war gemütlich und der Raum groß mit einer gemütlichen Couch. Wir hatten die Strand Villa. Die Aussicht aus dem Bett auf das Meer ist toll

Für den Preis hätte es noch ein wenig sauberer sein können. Abends ist es etwas laut wegen der Bar nebenan.

We stayed in the budget room with a sea view, the view was very nice and did feel private. You could rent nice electric mopeds for 250bhat per day. There a lovely bakery called dough I would massively recommend it.

The budget room was very budget of course but not good standards at all. You are up a lot of concreate stairs with no banister. The room itself it’s a decent size but the bed was so uncomfortable and felt like it was going to collapse. We had an ants nest in the bathroom and multiple dead/living geckos stuck in the bathroom window. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks and you are right up on lots of rooms so it’s very uncomfortable. The fan barely works and outside the room was colder than inside. The photos of a communal area are actually a different business which the reception is attached too so they will ask you to leave if u don’t order anything straight away. Had a blood stain on my pillow the sheets were definitely not clean. If you’re a backpacker and looking for a budget place I wouldn’t recommend it, we ended extending but moving location. The beach isn’t good but it looks gorgeous but slimy sand and you can’t swim and there are lots of boats and shallow water. I can’t speak for the rest of the rooms as obviously we went for the cheapest room but I don’t think they are the best value for money you can get better else where.
