Der Preis ist sehr hoch für ein Dreisternhotel. Anscheinend ist das aber der Standard in Gstaad.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Die Lage ist Top, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles ziemlich unkompliziert. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war richtig, richtig schön. Einfach ein schöner Aufenthalt. Gstaad ist sowieso ein wunderschönes Chalet-Dorf, Ich bin gerne dort. Gstaad versprüht einen ganz besonderen Zauber und hat diesen ganz besonderen, unaufgeregten Glamour-Vibe. Wir kommen wieder.
Die Matratzen sind viel zu weich und vielleicht den Teppichboden austauschen.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Charmantes Hotel mitten an der wunderschönen Promenade. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlichen. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und qualitativ hochwertige. Wir haben zweimal im Restaurant gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen tollen Blick und trotz Blick direkt auf die Promenade war es ruhig, so dass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann.

酒店無冷氣，開窗經常有烏蠅飛入黎，又有蚊！所以我地關晒窗，但關晒窗瞓瞓下覺又會好熱，熱到好似開左暖爐咁。所以我都瞓得唔好。 同埋間中會有馬車經過，馬車上有鈴鐺，都好嘈。 當日盡有個男人係樓下大聲講野，好嘈。

Le coussin du lit était trop dur , il y a eu un peu de bruit le samedi sir depuis le restaurant car notre chambre était placée juste au-dessus.

Parkplatz war leider nicht inkl. aber es hatte ein Parkhaus in der Nähe. Am Abend wollten wir im Restaurant vom Hotel essen, leider haben wir keinen Platz bekommen. Das Restaurant war allerdings halb leer.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025The Posthotel is a beautiful wooden chalet in the heart of Gstaad - a lovely historic building but with all the modern comforts, fantastic location and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, coming here feels like home. This was my third visit and although it was for work I felt wonderfully relaxed, it's so clean and comfortable and all the staff greet you like an old friend.
If you're used to a bigger hotel, then you'll find it a shame not to have a kettle or iron in your room (due to fire risk, as in a lot of old wooden buildings) but the staff will iron for you and provide a flask of hot water if you need it.
