Surprisingly a pleasant hotel with good ambience. Staff - very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast spread is really great with many choices. Superior room is kind of small however Deluxe room is great, quite spacious.

The hotel is rather old. There's a smart tv in the room, but it cannot access the internet because you need to log in with a browser ( but there's no way to do it with the tv).

De entree van het hotel is indrukwekkend, de kamers zijn goed en van alle gemakken voorzien, maar het is wel een beetje verouderd en slecht onderhouden. Ontbijt is heel erg goed, veel keus en het personeel is netjes en vriendelijk.

Kamers kunnen wat schoner en het is jammer dat de lokale bevolking hier zwemles krijgt, terwijl je net wil gaan zwemmen. Prima hoor, want vermakelijk, maar zou beter zijn als dat wordt aangegeven.

Kamer mag wel wat gerenoveerd. Het bed kraakte en is veel te hoog.

We are cycling through Sumatra and were staying at the Aryaduta. I lost my wallet outside the hotel with money and cards inside. The staff was very helpful and did everything to find it. They did! Excellent staf! Thank you once again. Regards, William

Het is een goed hotel. De kamer was netjes en heeft goede bedden. Wij hadden twee aansluitende kamers (met tussendeur). Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd. We hebben ook een keer in de avond in het hotel gegeten. We waren de enige gasten die avond in het restaurant. Het eten was goed en ook niet duur. We hebben 1 keer gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Je krijgt bij het zwembad een grote badhanddoek. Een andere dag wilden we ook graag zwemmen, maar toen was het zwembad in gebruik voor zwemles aan kinderen (dit gebeurt geregeld bij hotels in Indonesië). We vonden het niet gepast om dan toch te gaan zwemmen (het had misschien wel gemogen, maar wij hebben het laten gaan). Het hotel zit op loopafstand van een prachtig (nieuw) winkelcentrum.

I haven't got enough room to write it all , the room smelt of urine, shower didnt work properly, toilet flusher fell off , outside window covered in mould , towels were old and dirty , could not adjust air-conditioning, This probably used to be a good hotel but not now , needs maintenance and a clean. 2 star hotel.

Getting worse..... not as good as before. We checked in here for 2 nights. Expecting it to be a great stay. Booking through apps was a problem already as only indicate smoking room. Anyway, Aryaduta is nice...they provide personal small private pool in the room (mampet). Then last night we came back to the hotel with martabak and decided to eat together (cause we are from diff room). Lobby was not comfortable so we go to the restaurant and thinking of ordering some drinks. Before we can start, we are chased away and if we decided to eat there, they will charge us Rp 55,000 for the martabak! And the whole restaurant was EMPTY!!!! I will really reconsider of coming here again. I attached our mini swimming pool picture. And our bed sheets are like cheap motels...greyish instead of white.

De lift was een keer erg druk. Het gebouw is wat ouder, maar voor mij helemaal prima.

It is a very stylish place to be. And it has an intimacy that makes you relax and feel at home. The food from The Kitchen was top notch. I liked what I ordered so much I didn't try other things. Salmon, mashed potatoes, veggies - confort food. And a chicken mushroom soup that had a layer of a kind of filo dough on top of the bowl and was baked. SUPERB freshness, quality. 5 star in my book.

The elevator could be a bit of a wait when busy. But not bad. This is not like/dislike. Just info. I like big windows views and light. The less expensive rooms have that, but then no bath tub. I loved the view out of my floor to ceiling windows.

The staff were all very friendly and always tried hard to make our stay as good as possible. They even set up an extension cord in our room for our CPAP machines and had our breakfast vourcher already in our room. The hotel facilities were good.

A minor point only, the sliding door to the room cupboard is falling off it's tracks.

Very good hotel in Palembang. Room is spacious, big lobby, clean hotel, staff are friendly, food is delicious & offering a tasty local cuisine, hotel location is good also. The hotel is in nice location as well. Reccommended hotel in Palembang.

Got a Free room upgrade because there were no non smoking rooms left. Staff is friendly and kind. It’s next to Palembang square.

Lacks of maintenance in the room. Especially the bathroom. Also there were 2 towels on the back of the bathroom door from the previous guests. The rest of the room was clean. I was hoping on some more western foods at breakfast. Mostly Asian food. But that’s just preference

Breakfast spread was very good

Bathroom light in the room shares the same switch with the coffee area. Disturbs the person who is sleeping on that side of the bed. Perhaps should separate the switch for the lights. Also the bathroom light is very dim.

The service at Aryaduta Hotel's Executive Lounge is amazing! The cozy and calm atmosphere makes me feel at home. Ms. Natasya, a very friendly staff. She is always ready to help with a smile and a cool attitude, making me feel very appreciated. The elegant lounge, delicious snacks, and excellent service make this a great place to relax.

The hospitality and the service you get in aryaduta is one of a kind. I have been here for 7 years now and every single time they give such good service. I feel so at home here and in palembang. Thanks to communication, the gm andre, security that helpt me every time with the stroler. And to the service in the lounge she just works there for 4 months but her service was great. Thanks again to make such a memorable stay als for my son. Looking forward to my next stay with you.

The bedroom, bathroom, breakfast, swimming pool and service are okey. The hotel near with the mall and we can easily looking for a good food and any kind goods we want to use. The hotel has a lounge and bar with a competitive price, we will visit again!

The breakfast and the swimming pool were good, although were very busy. The staffs were responsive and friendly

The room was not cleaned properly. There was still some rubbish and used slippers on the floor when we came to the room. The shower hose was leaking and getting broken. The maintenance officer was very responsive to repairing the hose, but the hose replacement was too short, so it was not able to put the shower on its hanger.

The ambience is quite good! Especially for the club floors customers, they just provide us with extremely good service + additional things to do at the hotel. Very recommend to book this hotel, the room is spacious, since it is also in the heart of shopping centre and the town itself! Go and enjoy your own experience in this hotel!

Perfect location close to large mall. Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. The gym the best I've seen in a hotel. We stayed for 1 week and didn't want to leave.

You could not fault this hotel it ticked all the boxes.

Everything was good

Paid a visit last week with family, the kids loved the pool for young age. The jacuzzi is very relaxing, the pool staff agus was very helpful. Check in and check out process were very fast, the female receptionists (deasy and puri) were very responsive in handling the request and coordinated well to prepare the room with the nonsmoking request. The lobby was well-decorated and smelled pretty good. The food was okay, the kids got balloons which they really liked. A total recommendation!

The room are quite spacious, also clean. The bathroom is also clean even though the sanitary ware is old. There are also quite a lot of TV channels to choose from.

The breakfast is not good, the menu choices are limited, and the taste is not delicious. The breakfast area staff was not quick enough to clean the tables that had been used, even though at that time there were quite a lot of hotel guests having breakfast.

Overall we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and other meals were good also. We liked being able to walk 5 minutes to Icon shopping mall for a few items we needed. Only negatives were the rooms need some updating. Primarily the bathrooms. Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property.

너무 오래된 호텔이고, 노보텔 팔렘방에서만 묵다가 지겨워서 바꿨는데, 큰실수 였어요. 하수구 시궁창 냄새와 구석구석 너무 더러워요. 냄새때문에 향기 스프레이를 잔뜩 뿌려두는데, 냄새에 섞여서 구역질 납니다. 바퀴벌레는 매일 봤어요..진짜 너무 스트레스 받았습니다. 직원도 모두 친절하고 레스토랑 음식의 경우 주문해 먹는것은 맛있습니다. 조식은 한번 먹고 너무 맛없어서 안먹었어요.

Stay for 3 nights, stay in 2 deluxe room but the room very outdated. But 1 room TV no Netflix, youtube etc poor channel selection. It said not all deluxe room upgraded yet. Found 2 cockroach in toilet,Old towel (bad quality). Once order request for ice cube call 3x never delivered. Stay on weekend, there's a wedding happening, it takes 1hr just to enter hotel area and find parking. Breakfast time, it is crowded & no server take care to find us table, first come first in. Very unpleasant experience. Gym outdated & lack maintenance. Swimming pool water dirty, over dosis chlorine, only get 1 swim towel/room. accidentally break 1 glass in room, charge Rp100000. had stay in other 5* international chain resort hotel before, same case they even only charge me only Rp75000.

I came to the hotel at 16.00 WIB but the rooms are no available to check in. Very late, i didnt feel comfortable anymore after this condition. This hotel was ruin my schedule. :(
