However, the staff, starting from the reception to the servers, etc., are cold and seem uninterested – not a great vibe for sure. Even at the club we asked the front desk for water; they said to get it from the gym, which was quite a distance away. Food is strictly average bordering on poor

The charges were very high, but it was not value for money and there was no clarity given about the charges. Eg. Pet stay charges were not disclosed, also, there were no welcome drinks or any welcome kit given, which are part of most of the 4 star hotels

Staff was good but definitely not trained for 5 star experience. I think it's the hotel internal management that should think about it. It's not a staff issue it's a training issue. The food was not at all par with 5 star experience, it could be lot better. Breakfast has less options. No salads or variety of sweets/dessets and very less indian options. With that cost it was below average. The rooms doesn't qualify for 5 star. Doesnt feel luxurious. Sofas were cheap. Missing toiletories like brush, comb, napkins, tissue, razors, moisturisers. With the price i paid, these should be included here given that you claim it to be 5-star. No sitting area or very less sitting area for guests and receptions can have better management. Staff was not present all the time. Toileteries were absent. No brush, comb, napkins, razors. Value for money is not there.

It's slightly off the beaten track, so getting to and from the city is difficult. So if you don't wish to move out, it's a great place. This also means you rely on the property's food options. During our stay, due to LPG storage the menu was squeezed which devoid us for options

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025The location was quite picturesque and in the midst of the valley it was pleasing to see the greens.
The first room that we were offered had a problem with the door. It would not lock despite all efforts. We were made to wait for maintenance staff, who could also not solve the problem. Then after an hour we were asked to wait in the lobby while they found a second room. By the time we got settled into the new room it had become dark and we couldn't avail most of the activities as they shut down at 7pm. Also there were used towels and toothpaste lying in the room that housekeeping hasn't cleared. It was a disappointing start to the visit. The restaurant staff was friendly and food portions were big. The breakfast options were limited, but good.
