We were 3+1 in a room. 1. Instead of a king-sized bed , which seemed to be available, the twin bed room was alloted, and we had to join and manage the joint . 2. Toiletries were for only 2 , had asked for another 2 Complicated lighting switches.

The bathroom light was not working, and the room was quite small. The cleanliness was also not up to the mark, and unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations either.

The rooms are always clean and the staff are amazing and helpful. Food isn't bad.

The floor lobby had a bad stench. We moved our room but still couldn't get rid of the odour. Thankfully it dint enter our room.food is average. Not great for the amount they charge. Breakfast is also basic.

1. Location was bad, very narrow connecting road to hotel. 2. I have to remind multiple time for room cleaning. 3. Room has mosquitos, I have to call front desk in middle of night, staff has arranged goodnight on request but that was totally unexpected in Radisson 4. Exhaust fans were not working in toilets 5..booking. Com mention guaranteed late checkout for 3 hours but front office was not aware however they agreed for late checkout on our request as we were traveling with family. 6. Original business class room was too small for family which was recommended for ™kids Stay for Free™ I believe based on provided information with kids age it should not be recommended, however we upgraded on charge basis to family suite. Rest all are good.

The stay was really great. I spend around 14 days here. The hospitality was really good, room keeping service Atish did the job well. Everyday he made the room shine, clean, and hygiene. I am happy about the entire stay

Had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Hinjewadi Pune. The service was warm and welcoming, especially Sanskar at the front office, who was very helpful and courteous throughout.

I had a very comfortable stay at Radisson Blu Hinjewadi Pune. This was my second stay at the hotel, and everything was as expected. The staff were helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Subham from the Housekeeping team for personally assisting me with my laundry request and keeping me informed about the delivery time. His support and courteous service made my stay even more comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

Experience is very good. Room is excellent and house keeping service by Atish rathore is done on daily basis. Breakfast is very good.

Ground staff is good and professional while the upper management is rude towards the guests and not so welcoming.

The experience is very good and the atmosphere is lovely. The rooms are near and tidy. One of the assistants Sandhya was very helpful and was easy to communicate with.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were satisfied with our experience. The staff was courteous, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable.

The only area that could use some improvement is the room service, as we found it to be slower than expected. Faster response times would make the guest experience even better.

If you are looking for 5**++ luxury this is not the hotel but it’s a good 4**++ hotel and good staff good service

The breakfast was our highlight, we enjoyed it.

I and my wife travelling on my superbike(motorcycle) the security person kept telling us to go from wrong way as bikes are not allowed on the property to go to hotel entrance. This took away the feeling of booking a good hotel and felt like living in the small hotel. The hotel rooms were not clean, especially the bathroom floors - they had a salt/white sand like deposites on the shower floor while made it look unclean.

The stay , travel all the way from Mumbai to Pune Radisson , the money and time not worth at all . Very bad stay .

Only few lights were working in room. Odour smell in washrooms. Carpets were with stains. In room dining staffs were very irresponsible.

Had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu. The staff is very cordial and assisted me with all the requests. The front desk staff made sure I get the requested room and the cleaning staff especially khushal rathod was very polite and did a great job. The hotel is located at a quiet space and hence can be traveled for leisure

It was a good experience with comfortable stay. It quality of food and services was good and as per the ratings of the Hotel. The conference hall was good and having all the facilitties for the organisation of conference at venue.

Everything thing is good , but some how I felt that they need to work on their room service. After connecting with them they took little bit time to solve the issue. Rooms ,foods ambience are great .also they are concerned about the customer feedbacks and satisfaction.
