The Italian à la carte restaurant was one of the few pleasant places in the hotel. It was the only place where the tables even had tablecloths, although the waiters were rather stern and not especially welcoming. The animation team was friendly and did their best to make the stay more enjoyable, the entertainment team helped make the experience a little better. They are trying the best to save positive attitude at the hotel. Good animation team, I really appreciate their effort.

Be careful if you do not want to ruin your long-awaited vacation. For this price, you can easily find a much better hotel in Kemer with far better service and overall quality. Unfortunately, my stay at Crystal De Luxe Comfort in Kemer was a very disappointing experience. The service was practically nonexistent. No one welcomed us upon arrival, no one helped with the luggage, and no one explained anything about the hotel — they simply handed over the room key and that was it. The first room we were offered smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Only after we insisted was it changed to another room. For a hotel in this price range, this is simply unacceptable. The building is old and clearly in need of major renovation. Many things look worn out and outdated. The hotel territory is very small — there is almost no real outdoor space to enjoy. Another big disappointment was the food area. It feels more like a cafeteria than a proper restaurant. There is no atmosphere of comfort or quality dining. The beach also does not meet expectations. It is public, poorly equipped, and does not provide any sense of comfort or privacy. One of the most shocking things was a bird cage placed right next to loud music speakers. Keeping singing birds under constant noise is cruel and unacceptable. Overall, it felt like the hotel was trying to get guests in and out as quickly as possible, rather than making them feel welcome and cared for. The situation with the birds was one of the clearest and most disturbing examples of this attitude. It reflected the overall hostile atmosphere of the hotel.

Location was exellent. Very near to the centar of Kemer, less than 5 minutes walking. Staff on reception was very polite. We have very nice room ( only view was not on sea side ). They clean the room every day. Food was exellent. You have oportunity to eat something 24 /7. Looby was very good but small advice staff should not alloved people to put their clothes and no body can sit like that they own privat seats. There is lobby bar oponed 24 hours and all the staff is very polite and proffesional. There is big choice of drinks and sweat program includ even ice cream. Room was very big and clean. All in all very good value for the money and highly recomanded hotel !!!

Small thing, do not alloved people to put they clothes in the lobyy like they have privet spice and nobody can seat because they go somewhere and space stay empty cover with they clothes and when you come with your family you can not find space to seat.

Snad nedorozumění v recepci. Nedostal jsem obálku, která mi byla doručena na číslo pokoje. Měl jsem přislíben účet za ubytování k vyzvednutí při odjezdu, ale k dispozici nebyl.

Byłam pod wrażeniem obsługi hotelowej, bardzo pomocni i życzliwi .

Brakowało mi większego placu zabaw dla dzieci , gdzie mogłyby dzieci swobodnie się bawić .

Everything is mostly ok

-Noice from karaoke every night until 3-4 am -No robes in the room. -One rude waiter in the main restaurant( he is the same who was 2 years ago , working in the end of terrace , on the right ) , other 20+ are very good guys . -Absolutely unacceptable rude behavior of barman guy ( with short cut side hairs ) at the pool bar

Cold pool. We stay 2 weeks so the second week the choice of food wasnt 100 perceng for taste. This was the second year when we coming so its a bit disapointment for room cleaning service. During 2 weeks time tge room even once wasnt cacuumed, everyday something wasnt do right (forget coffe, give only one spoon, leave cleaning materials, not fill the minibar or etc.). Also last year the room was cleaned between 11-13. This year sometimes 9.30, but most of times 15-15.30 and you never know when comes. A bit disapoined for a bar, because even you ask to mix coctail from 2 utems, most if tine they fill so many alkohol that you cannot even drink. So even uf uts all inclusive, would be nice to have a quality not qyantity.

Die Zimmer waren deutlich zu klein für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, und die Schränke boten nicht einmal genügend Platz für die Garderobe einer dreiköpfigen Familie. Die Nutzung mit einem Rollstuhl war sehr schwierig, da wir nur mit großer Mühe ins Zimmer gelangten. Das Essensangebot war eher bescheiden und zu stark auf Gäste aus Russland ausgerichtet. Das Kinderprogramm begann zu spät, ebenso wie das Abendprogramm für Erwachsene, wodurch der Lärm im Hotel bis tief in die Nacht anhielt. Insgesamt vermitteln die Zimmer den Eindruck, dass eine gründliche Renovierung dringend nötig wäre.

Crystal De Luxe Otelden konaklama aldım ancak bizi daha iyi olduğu belirtilen denize sıfır Crystal Aura'ya ücretsiz gecirdiler. Gece banyoda böcek gördüm. Klima bakımsız ve çalıştığında koku saçıyordu. Restoranda kimi kaşık çatal lekeliydi. Yine ana restoran oldukça kalabalık oluyordu klimalı kısımda yer bulmakta güclük çekiyorduk. Yemeklerde lezzet hiç yoktu. Çay Lipton demlik poşeti ile demlenmisti. Türk usulü çay otuyla demlenmemisti. Deniz güzeldi temiz ve suyu sıcaktı ancak plajda sigara dumanına aşırı derecede maruz kalmak bizi çok rahatsız etti.

Hotel is nice but not 5 star they should do better in terms of meal variety. For fruits, sweets It was more quantity but not quality. No coffee machine at breakfast buffet. Rooms smell.

Modern dizayn edilmiş.Banyo tertemiz. Ama küçük tuvalette hafif koku vardı.Temizlik görevlisi arkadaş temizledi ama yine de geçmedi.Orayi kullanmadık. Merkezi klimalar çok iyi çalışıyor. Tüm kapalı alanlar ve odalar oldukça serin. Ama saat 4.00 gibi kendilinden kapaniyor.Sabaha karşı terle uyaniyorsumuz tekrar çalıştırıyor siniz. O can sıkıcı biraz.Animasyonlar yeterli. Kaldığımız 5 günün ikisinde canlı müzik ve dj performanslı akşam etkinliğine katıldık ve çok eğlendik. Havuz yeterli büyüklükte. Hiç şezlong sıkıntısı cekmedik. Denize akşam üstü girdiğimiz için orada da rahat yer bulduk. Genel anlamda ikramlar hem havuzda hem de denizde yeterliydi. Deniz klasik kemer denizi,temiz ve dalgasız. Personel genel anlamda ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Çalıştığım sektör nedeniyle üst segment otellerin neredeyse tamamına gitmisimdir. Daha iyisi olabilir mi, elbet olabilir. Kapalı şişede bira almak ya da daha kaliteli çerez yemek gibi. Ama onun için iki katı fiyat vermeye değer mi tartışılır.İlk cümlede belirttiğim gibi FP oteli.

First, no customer service representative asks for our ideas. We were totally incisible to them. Second, the employees in the hotel newer smile. That means they are not happy. When the vaiters are approaching towards you, they try to ignore you for not serving you. You have to shout to call their attention. Reservation employees are adressing at you in ordering manner, not in a requesting manner. Food and drinks are so limited bot in number and şn quality. I guess bosaes of this organisation shall take certain measures. Otherwise it will ruin their prestige. Although this hotel is barely a resort for the beach is somewhere else, they dont pay any attention to change their impression. Besides, we stayed in this hotel before

I like the environment and Friendly staff. The food environment was very good, room clean and nice view.

Pool place was take even you get breakfastand after almost 50 percent of place around pool were reserve by dropping towels and even guest not show up for a few hours.

Excellent spa! And massage, can't recommend more. There is a big selection of water sports on the beach

Für echte 5-Sterne Hotels ist dies eine Beleidigung. Das Essen ist schlecht und das Personal ist faul, arrogant und unfreundlich. Während meines Aufenthalts hat beim benutzen der Klimaanlage mein Zimmer jeden Abend nach dem Grill der Küche gestunken. Teilweise Party vor dem Hotel bis 4 Uhr morgens.

Our stay was lovely, staff was nice all around other than one member of staff who had a bit of an attitude which as a VIP member did not appreciate. Food was nice but needs to change and have more variety Entertainment bit boring but last night we were there was good with the dancers Location is great with local shops & restaurants Spa facilities were great having had a Hammam Coffee scrub mixed massage which included full body reflexology and hot stone massage with a face masque Shisha was available which we did a couple of times We did a boat trip and quad biking arranged by a local company referred by the hotel We met a hotel rep who came to talk to us on our last day and we said it would have been nice to have had him there at the begining of our trip so we had an idea of what we could do. Overall the trip was a nice memorable one however with some improvements it will be awesome being there. 8 out of 10

Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!

Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a two room suite It was quite comfortable. It over looked the pool and outdoor stage area. The cleaning crews were exceptional. The all-inclusive food/drink was more than enough variety and interest. We loved being able to grab and go from the pool area or the beach when appropriate. You have to cross a street to get to the beach, so no true beachfront view from the hotel, but it is a private beach area with lots of amenities once you get there. The lounge areas, inside and out, where you can grab a coffee or a drink and just hang out, were delightful. The spa seemed great, even though we only used it for beach towels, other people seemed to be enjoying it. We did use the onsite doctor for some small injury assistance and he was quite quick and helpful. The guests were from all over the world and we enjoyed getting to meet friendly people and learn their stories. The hotel is gated and there is a person on duty at the driveway entrance. The street it was on, is a bit remote, but we had no safety issues. My only thoughts on improvement would be the loud music past 11pm (from the disco maybe - not sure)? Also the Guest Relations person I spoke to only knew about the hotel offerings and literally told me she didn't live around the area so she couldn't tell me anything about what I could find in town. I thought that was a bit odd. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Staff r very friendly, food is rich, location is functional and plage is always clean and nice. The hotel manager miss ludmilla has considered all if our requirements and has encouraged us to keep on joining crystal delux resort frequently and ll shall do that.

This is the worst so called 5 stars Hotel I stayed in. The reception staff and management were useless and hopeless. I had to sleep on the FLOOR for six nights because the mattress was very old, uncomfortable, sinking springs. I reported it to the management and they promised to change the mattress. All they did was to turn the mattress upside down, ending in a worse situation and resulting in back problems. After several complaints with the manager called Leila and even others, they suggested to change the room. Nothing happened at all. In addition, it was stated in the offer by Expedia to be given a bottle of wine on three occasions I raised the matter which was ignored completely. It seems they don’t value and appreciate Expedia’s Gold members. I hope the matter would be thoroughly investigated with the management of this hotel.

Grote mooie hotel en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie legging. Spa was heerlijk.een nadeel veel te dure spa paket wat niet voldeed door een niet werkende jaccuzie.wel 250 euro betaald wat gelijk stond aan 3 dagen verblijf in het hotel.

Отель оправдал ожидания, очень чистый, все отлично организовано, основное питание представлено турецкой кухней, каждый вечер дискотеки,Собственный галечный пляж вблизи отеля с пирсом и прекрасным видом на горы. Отель расположен В самом центре Кемера, есть где погулять и рядом рынок. Хороший спа центр и бассейн с горками. Для стандартного турецкого отдыха с друзьями - идеально!

Einen großen Dank an das gesamte Personal . Besonders Mahmut, Hüseyin und Islam kümmern sich tagtäglich mit sehr viel Energie um die Gäste. Ich muss zugeben , dass das Personal 1A waren und die großen Mängel des mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels kaschieren. Tolle Mitarbeiter nochmals herzlichen Dank an Alle! Der Spa Bereich geführt von Serdar ist auch sehr sehr gut! Begonnen hatte ich mit einer Massage am Ende waren es drei Massagen, weil die Masseure mich sehr überzeugt hatten. Nochmals auch einen herzlichen Dank an Serdar und seinem Team ! 💪 Hut ab und weiter so. Schlussendlich kann ich sagen: Wenn Kemer dann Crystal De Luxe

The stay was good, the hotel is clean and all the stuff there was helpful except the reception guy his name is " Halit " he was terrible and his way in talking was too bad to complete the reservation and we were coming from a long airplane trip but he wasn't helpful at all. But the the hotel was good, there was a variety every day at the food.

Hotel is zeer schoon. Alles wordt direct schoongemaakt en desinfecteerd. Eten is goed. De hele dag is er eten. Ook s’nachts is er een snackrestaurant aanwezig. Personeel is vriendelijk en handeld snel. Deze hotel kan ik aanbevelen. Goed prijs kwaliteits verhouding.

L'hôtel est magnifique, bien situé

L'hôtel est bien situé. La plage est trop petite et il n'y a qu'une piscine qui se rempli très vite lorsqu'il y a bcp de monde. Pour la plage, il faut traverser une rue et marcher qq minutes pas idéal quand on a des enfants. Le buffet, comparé à d autres hôtel, j ai vu mieux. Les salades, desserts sont bons et variés mais les plats chauds pas top.

The best Hotel i've ever been. Price x what you get for it ate amazing. Food was tasty and various, cocktails, food outside near the swimming pool, and on the beach. Swimming pools inside and outside, spa complex, sauna. Really close to the beach, and the sea is the cleanest and nicest and warmest I've been to (beginning if September). Highly recommend.

This Resort is NOT 5 star, at best 3.5. Feels like a Retirement Home, Definitely Not for a young couple. Out of 4 restaurants only one is working, Only Local alcohol, I tried to buy Remy Martin or Hennessy Cognac, They don't have it. I booked there best room with Jacuzzi on the terrace, then was waiting all Day for them to clean that Jacuzzi, it was very dirty when we checked in. My reservation was for 5 nights, I only stayed 2 nights and booked different hotel. This place is very outdated, No Entreatment at all.

Hard to fault very much, but they handn't quite got the BBQ arrangements right with smoke in both the inside & outside dining areas. Otherwise excellent !!!

Yemekler kötü, yiyecek bir şey bulmakta zorlandık, meyve suyu yok olan da toz sulandırılmış meyve suyu, her şey dahil ama taze sıkılmış portakal suyu ücrete tabi.. Memnuniyet anketi yaptırıyor sonra diyorum bu konularda memnun kalmadım orta seviyede puan veriyorum. ama çok düşük bu puan illa iyi diyeceksiniz otele.anketi değiştirtiyor. All in all, it was a very good experience. Comfortable beds, nice showers, excellent food, and good service. The only things I didn't like: the A/C was very weak. It wasn't that big of a deal due to very pleasant weather in May, however, out could be a real problem in hot summer months. The other thing is that there is very loud entertainment right into the very early morning hours, this does make getting a good night sleep would a challenge. I will still recommend this place, but thought you should know...

Es war gesamt betrachtet gut, jedoch war der Spa-Bereich etwas vernachlässigt. Das Hamam, das Dampf-Bad und der Pool waren schlecht geheizt bzw. das Wasser kalt. Ferner waren die "Massage-Drücker" recht aufdringlich. Mann wurde ständig mit Thai-Massagen zum "Sonderpreis" behelligt.

Ekim sonu kasim basinda gittigim. Deniz ve çakıl icin gidiyosaniz iyi bir secim. Fakat sahile ulasmak icin biraz yurumeniz gerekiyor. Havuzlari gayet guzel.Hersey dahil olmasindan midir bilmem ama yemekler 4 yildiz ayarindaydi. Odalarda ve oturma alanlarinda internet zayif zaman zaman hic cekmedigi oldu. Duzeltilmesi gerekiyor. Otelin konumu gayet iyi. Temizlik konusunda biraz daha ozen gostermeleri lazim. Personel kilik kiyafetleri kesinlikle 5 yildiz bir otele yakismiyor. Personeli yardimsever pozitif insanlar. Otel biraz yipranmis odalarda ve diger bolumlerde biraz tadilat istiyor sezon sonu oldugundandir diye dusunuyorum. En onemli kisim bir daha gidermisin derseniz neden olmasin derim. Iyi gunler.

Flott hotell med bra beliggenhet. Full service og virkelig ett deluxe hotell med alt inkludert! Maten var god, variert og noe for en hver. Både til frokost, lunsj og middag. Spaet var bra og du får det du blir fortalt at du får. Standen ligger bare 5 min gåtur unna med bar hvor der også var alt inkludert! Etter middag var det bra og variert underholdning. Både for barn og voksne. Jeg og venninnen min ønsker å reise tilbake neste år.
