My experience at Orange County Kemer was very good overall. Almost everything was excellent, especially the cleanliness, food, safety, and general atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were also very good and friendly. I especially enjoyed the coffee and the service from the baristas. The bar in the middle of the street was also very nice, and Koray was a very kind person and made my experience even better. The beach bar was also excellent. Ali and Ahmet were very polite, friendly, and helpful, and I really appreciated their service. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience at Orange County Kemer and I would definitely consider staying here again. Unfortunately, there was one incident that negatively affected my experience. One of the people working at Orange County was the same person who encouraged us to go to Aura Disco. At the disco, an additional $11 was charged to my card without my authorization. I believe he may have thought I was too drunk to notice the extra charge. This really ruined my mood that night. If he had simply asked me for a tip, I would have happily given him one. The problem was charging an additional amount to my card without my permission. I do not know his name because, unlike the other staff members, he was not wearing a visible name badge. If the management of Orange County would like to contact me regarding this incident, I would be happy to provide his photo so they can identify the employee and investigate what happened. Apart from this incident, my overall experience at Orange County Kemer was excellent, and the staff, cleanliness, food, safety, and atmosphere were all very good. My rating: 9/10

اولا موظف الاستقبال ايمري كان متغطرس في التعامل معنا دخلنا غرفة ليست نفس اللي حجزتها ورجعت للموظف وحاول يصرفني وعندما هددته بشكوى للموقع اللي حجزت منه رجع واعطاني غرفه اخرى ثانيا الافطار اقل من عادي والغذاء عندي تساؤل لماذا فترة الغداء الاكل يكون بارد بشكل ملاحظ وايضاً وجود كثير من الشباب لا اريد ان اذكر اسم الدوله ولكن وجودهم كان مزعج جدا رغم السلبيات دي ولكن الفندق صاخب

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu, et le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : accueillant, serviable et toujours attentif. La localisation est l’un des grands points forts de l’hôtel. Il est situé au cœur de Kemer, ce qui permet de profiter d’une magnifique vue côté plage tout en étant à proximité du centre-ville, des commerces et des agences proposant des excursions. C’est très pratique pour découvrir la région sans avoir besoin de beaucoup se déplacer. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est agréable et conviviale, et la cuisine est irréprochable, avec beaucoup de choix et une très bonne qualité.

Le seul point négatif concerne davantage le comportement de certains visiteurs que l’hôtel lui-même. Beaucoup réservent plusieurs transats à la piscine et à la plage en même temps, puis s’absentent pendant longtemps. Résultat : tous les transats peuvent sembler occupés alors qu’en réalité, peu de personnes sont présentes. Une meilleure gestion de ce problème améliorerait encore l’expérience.

L’hôtel est agréable dans l’ensemble et le séjour s’est bien passé. Cependant, je trouve que le prix est assez élevé par rapport aux services et aux prestations proposés. À ce niveau de tarif, je m’attendais à davantage de qualité et de prestations. L’expérience reste correcte, mais selon moi, le rapport qualité-prix pourrait être nettement amélioré.

I really liked the atmosphere and our room. When I told them we were on our honeymoon, they decorated our room specially for us. I also really enjoyed the pool and the beach.

I didn’t like the food, especially the lunch and desserts. I stayed for four nights, and only one night did the hotel have a really good entertainment program. On the other nights, they used amateur performers, so the entertainment wasn’t very enjoyable.

The welcoming and the way they are giving. All of that was Great.. and also you can't be bored there is activity all the day 7 am to the 12 am .. even if you are hungry any time there is something you can eat .. one of the best i have ever visited

Расположен более или менее нормально. Персонал отзывчивый но есть но.

На территории с возможным размещением максимум человек 500 умудрились воткнуть более 1000. Где то наверное около 1300. И поэтому в ресторане с питанием все хорошо , все успевали и ассортимент великолепный , как везде в турции , но если ты не можешь себе найти места на 2 человека , то какой смысл от ассортимента и качества готовки. Нужно сделать по меньшей мере 2 -3 круга по столам чтобы найти место. Wi-Fi отвратительный , на ресепшне ещё нормальной , но чуть подальше уже все провал. Вода в номерах с перепадами , то холодная , то сильно горячая скачит туда сюда. Ну что ещё сказать , я думаю не соответствует заявленным параметрам звездности.

Tesisi tercih etmemdeki en büyük sebeplerden biri oldukça yüksek puanlama ve yorumların pozitif olmasıydı ama otelde bunun bu şekilde olmadığını deneyimledim iyi yorumların sebebinin misafirlere iyi yorum yapmaları konusunda tavsiyede bulunan animatörler olduğunu ve pozitif yorum yapanlara plaj çantası hediye ederek teşvik ettiklerini gördüm restoran yemek çeşitliliği oldukça sınırlıydı ve sürekli tekrar eden yemekler vardı ve özellikle türk tatlıları nasıl bu kadar kötü yapılabildiğine anlam veremedim.

I loved the atmosphere, the beautiful seaside location, the entertainment, and the variety of food. The resort was very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Akşam çıkan et döneri beğendik. Bu gelen misafir kitlesiyle doğu anadolu esintisi verdi.

2. gelişim bu otele. İlk ziyaretimde adults only’di ve o zaman oldukça keyif almıştım; kitle/profil çok daha iyiydi. Bu sefer ise inanılmaz derecede kötü bi tecrübe oldu. Hiç bu kadar “hanzo”yu bir arada görmemiştim. Otel 4-5 kişilik arap, doğulu erkek gruplarıyla doluydu. Azınlıkta olan birkaç yabancı kıza rahat vermiyorlardı. Gerçekten iğrenç bir görüntüydü. Hem çalışan hem de müşteri profili, daha önce hiç görmediğim kadar kötüydü maalesef. Üzülerek söylüyorum. Otelin çalışanları aynı zamanda Aura’da da çalışıyor. 1-2 genç personel dışında çoğu saygısız, suratsız ve gözü paradan başka bir şey görmüyor. Saat 12’den sonra herkesi Aura’ya götürmek için ısrar ediyorlar. Orada da kısa göbekli bir çalışan, loca açmadığım için gönül koyuyor sabah denizde😅 Böyle saçma bir otel sistemi, böyle bir otel… Ne desem boş. Her yerde kirli sakal, kara kaş, kara göz görmek istiyorsanız bu otel size göre olabilir. Nezih bi “aile oteli” yada kaliteli bi discosu olan oteli istiyorsanız bu otelden uzak durun. Keşke eksi puan verebilseydim.

Сподобалась концепція ,багато розваг,сумувати ніколи ,було враження що це не готель а маленьке курортне містечко .Розваги як для дітей так і для дорослих .Різноманітне харчування .Чисто . Дівчатка аніматори чудові та чуйні ,дуже приємні і спілкуванні .

Відсутність тихої зони . Деякі чоловіки з персоналу приставали ,було кілька стресових ситуацій та думки покинути готель через це. Перед заселенням готель попередив що буде багато відпочивати турецьких людей,і тепер я розумію чому попереджали ,нажаль багато з тих людей ведуть себе не коректно та нагло .Наступного разу я враховуватиму це. Відсутність охорони вночі на території готелю (був випадок коли відпочиваючий пʼяний чоловік переслідував з ціллю отримати інтим) Дівчина МС з України,яка після мого від’їзду почала чіплятись до мого хлопця ,тому дівчата будьте обережні .

Das Meer ist einfach traumhaft, das Essen ist fantastisch und das Design des Hotels ist wirklich beeindruckend! 😍 Jedes Detail ist wunderschön gestaltet. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Orange County Kemer özellikle gençler ve eğlenceyi seven misafirler için oldukça hareketli bir atmosfere sahip. DJ performansları, köpük partileri, dans gösterileri ve farklı etkinlikleriyle tatil boyunca enerjiyi yüksek tutuyor.

Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was that our stay ended too quickly. We had such a wonderful time that the days seemed to pass very fast. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Наш відпочинок сподобався. Дуже цікава концепція готелю. Він компактний, в стилі вулиці в Амстердамі, де з одного боку в основному зданії на нульовому поверху всі ресторани, бари, магазини, а з іншого боку вулиці басейни з горками. Також зручне розположення в Кемері, до центру декілька хвилин ходьби. В готелі все близько, неможливо загубитись, що сподобається сімʼям з дітьми. Кожного дня о 7-30 є йога, дуже сподобалась! Серед дня аквааеробіка, дартс, теніс, але ми весь час були на морі, тому не можу оцінити якість. Після вечері в 21-00 розважальні шоу, сподобались як дорослим так і дітям, якісні та яскраві! Одразу після шоу дискотека до 24 годин. Для тих хто любить нічне життя, то бар працює після 12 ночі). Їжа смачна і різноманітна. В перервах між сніданком обідом і вечерею є ще морозиво, картопля фрі та інше( ми не встигли навіть все спробувати) постійно приносять фрукти та якісь закуски, коли ви відпочиваєте на морі чи басейні. Багато якісних фруктів і ягід є завжди. Для тих хто любить погуляти вночі, є пізній сніданок і пізня вечеря, а також нічний суп з 1 ночі до 5 ранку. Для сімей з дітьми і тих хто любить тишу, моя порада просити номера ближче до лобі бару і з видом на гори, а не на басейн і море, бо весь час музика і шум, звукоізоляція погана. В цілому нам все сподобалось, але трошки зіпсував враження не дуже якісний інтернет і чистота в номері.

Готель потребує ремонту комунікацій. В нашому номері постійно текла вода з під душової кабіни і доводилось класти рушник на підлогу( дуже добре що рушники міняють кожного дня). В номері моєї сестри три дні поспіль затоплювало зверху і доводилось викликати майстрів, які на третій день відпочинку все ж таки це полагодили. Уборка номерів це зміна рушників, застеляння ліжка, та винос мусора. За весь час нашого перебування жодного дня стіл не протерли і там весь час були плями від чашок чаю і пил, також був бруд в душевній кабіні, яка так само не прибиралась. До самого номеру немає притензій все що треба в номері є.

Mensen dringen voor en personeel geeft het aan hun mee. Word niet grondig schoongenaakt er zat viezigheid op bed eerste dag en word als niet gezien beschouwen. Heel hard muziek in je kamer te horen tot laat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, with a huge variety of dishes and almost endless choices throughout the day. The sea was beautiful and very enjoyable for swimming. The hotel also has a lively and pleasant atmosphere. Most importantly, the employees were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

There was nothing significant that negatively affected our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and the service.

Je n’ai pas aimé le temps d’attente à mon arrivée à l’hôtel. Je suis arrivé à 14 h, mais je n’ai pu avoir ma chambre et mes valises qu’à 16 h. C’était trop long et cela m’a empêché de profiter pleinement de ma journée.

Я сняла номер с видом на окрестности, но номер оказался настолько ужасным, что я сразу же поменяла его, хотя и пришлось доплатить. Они не убирали комнату вовремя.

Firstly the design of the hotel is amazing. U feel like u r in amsterdam . Animation team is pro so there is something everytime . Food s real good as you would expect it in turkey and the staff is smiles all the time .

Unfortunately, our experience at Orange County Kemer was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the uncontrolled smoking throughout the hotel. The biggest problem is that almost every outdoor/common area feels like a smoking area. Cigarette smoke is everywhere, and for non-smokers this makes it very difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities. Even during the evening shows and entertainment programs, where guests are expected to sit together for a long time, people smoke continuously around you. At some points, the cigarette smell was so intense that it was genuinely difficult to breathe comfortably. This was particularly frustrating because evening entertainment should be one of the most enjoyable parts of a resort holiday. Instead, we often felt that we could not comfortably sit and watch the shows because we were surrounded by cigarette smoke. A hotel of this size and category should have clearly separated smoking and non-smoking areas, especially around entertainment venues, seating areas, restaurants, and places where families and children spend time. Non-smoking guests should also have the right to enjoy the hotel's facilities without being continuously exposed to second-hand smoke. Unfortunately, this issue significantly affected our entire impression of the hotel. Regardless of the other facilities available, it is very difficult to enjoy a holiday when you constantly have to search for somewhere you can sit and breathe comfortably. For us, this was a major disappointment and something the hotel management seriously needs to reconsider. Until there is a much better smoking-area policy and proper protection for non-smoking guests, I would personally not recommend this hotel to non-smokers or families who are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Our stay in Kemer was better than we expected. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious, clean and nicely maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of different options every day. There was always something to do, but we could also find quiet places to relax. The whole hotel had a lovely holiday atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

A fantastic holiday experience in Kemer! We really enjoyed the hotel, especially the friendly staff and the beautiful surroundings. Everyone was very attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The room was comfortable and cleaned regularly, and the food selection was impressive. The pools and common areas were also very enjoyable. Everything felt comfortable and well organised. We left very happy with our stay and hope to visit again in the future
