Le petit déjeuner banale copieux mais qualitativement pas digne de cet endroit . Je suis déçu Si c est à refaire je préfère prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs et même les repas

Super séjour à la Villa des Ambassadeurs ! Un endroit calme, apaisant et très agréable. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, adorable et très gentil, aussi bien avec nous qu’avec les enfants. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable. On a aussi eu la chance d’avoir la piscine pour nous tout seuls, un vrai bonheur pour les enfants. Ils se sentaient comme chez eux et ont adoré leur séjour, surtout avec un personnel aussi attentionné avec eux. Une très belle expérience en famille, on reviendra avec plaisir.

Lieu très bien situé au calme, quartier des ambassades à Rabat, nous avons pu garer notre véhicule face à l’entrée de la Villa, Très confortable jolie décoration traditionnelle, chambre spacieuse, climatisé, bon petit déjeuner traditionnel, complet, le personnel très attentif et attentionné 20/20 et discret à la fois parfait nous avons une chambre pour un couple et une chambre pour une ado sécure on peut se baigner à tout heure évidemment dans le respect des autres hôtes dans le calme vue sur les nids des cigognes spectacle magnifique Merci à toute l’équipe

L'esprit d un peu comme à la maison. La gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner à la marocaine digne d un 4 étoiles 🌟 Chambres propres et literie confortable. Disponibilité du personnel et gentille attention. Serviabilité 15 ans que lors de chaque voyage je m y rends Toujours ravie mais un peu de réno serait apprécié.

Un vrai besoin de renouvellement et de rénovation des chambres et surtout des salles de bain. Tout en gardant cette esprit du lieu particulier et qui en fait le charme La piscine s effrite un peu le mobilier jardin fatigue aussi. Des endroits sans gazon où l on met des tapis. C est dommage le jardin est si beau. Pas beaucoup pour sublimer davantage.

Nous ne comprenons pas comment Booking.com peut laisser des commentaires qui n'ont rien à voire avec la réalité ? Cet établissement n'est ni une maison d'hôtes, encore moins un hôtel ni un riade! Un établissement hors d'âge pour un prix d'un hôtel 4 étoiles avec une salle de douche vieillotte et rafistelée, un personnel incompétent sans manager, un diner hors de prix pour une qualité quelconque, une piscine mal entretenue en terme d'hygiéne qui nous a valu une bonne tourista... A fuire.

La piscine, la calme, le claquement des cigognes. La gentillesse du personnel. En particulier Philippe et Morad et les femmes de chambre bien évidemment.

Le lieux est exceptionnel, petit hotel avec moins de 10 chambres qui garanti de pouvoir profiter calmement du jardin et de la piscine. Le personnel est gentil et très attentionné, je vous recommande.

L’accueil et le service du personnel était impeccable. Abdellah était au petit soin avec nous.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel principalement pour la piscine mais elle était dans un état lamentable. Pas de système de filtration, des insectes volants baigner dans Al piscine. Le lendemain, le jardinier passe la tondeuse à gazon autour de la piscine et fou de l’herbe partout dedans. Et pour finir, ils me facture 2 bouteilles d’eau à 100 dirhams.

Our stay at Villes des Ambassadors was like a fairytale, honestly staying at this property was such an exceptional experience. The decor is absolutely stunning both inside and outside- the gardens are lush and the pool is big enough for a proper swim. We had breakfast every morning in the garden which was such a perfect way to start the day. Inside the property feels like a small palace, with a regal feel and lavish decor. Beautiful beyond words. We had dinner and drinks and everything was truly superb. Because it's a small property, it felt very cozy and the service very personalised. I'm so glad to have found this little gem in Rabat.

Although the location is in a stunning part of the city where most embassies are located, there are no restaurants/shops nearby so taxi rides are needed to get to/from the property.

The pool although it was cold but it was March. The breakfast gentleman was very nice and welcoming.

The extremely loud music every night, night club volume music with no soundproofing. No mention of this in the advert, sleep was terrible. The hairdryer it a real safety hazard should not be in there, pulled my wife’s hair out.

Beautiful historic building. Beautiful garden.

Inside it’s quite dark, but you have the awesome garden if you need more sunshine.

Personnel aux petits soins. La valeur de cet établissement tient essentiellement à son équipe serviable, dévouée et attentionnée. Literie d’excellente qualité. Piscine agréable. Prestations de qualité pour le petit déjeuner ou le dîner. Climatisation puissante très appréciée en période de forte chaleur.

L’établissement mériterait un petit coup de neuf ici ou là :salles de bain un peu vieillottes par exemple. Mais rien de grave ou de rédhibitoire : tout est parfaitement fonctionnel.

Le cadre est très sympa la piscine , la verdure l endroit est reposant .

I experienced huge problems with this hotel. the hotel did not correspond with me for three months.

It is a more economical option for staying in Rabat. Very secure with surrounding gates and great outdoor space. We only spent the night and didn't have time to explore the property fully but we enjoyed our stay and the room was adequate for our needs. We did have to call to figure out how to get in as there is no typical driveway to approach the hotel. You park out front and ring the bell to get in.

J'ai rarement vu un hôtel avec des personnes aussi dispoinbles et accueillantes. J'ai un problème familial grave et ils étaient tous à mon écoute et très arrangeants. On a le sentiment d'être en famille. Les espaces sont très agréables.

We had a fabulous time in Villa des Ambassadors in the 5 days we stayed. We were there for a family wedding and it couldn’t have been nicer. The staff were so accommodating. It’s a bit out of town but they were very helpful organising taxis any time we needed them. It’s a lovely place 🎉

First time in Rabat, travelling on business. This was something special compared to big hotels. Extremely friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and very special interior. Felt like being in One Thousands and One Nights fairy tale.

It took quite some time to get warm water in the shower but it came eventually

Wonderful staff who make you feel at home. Local place in an amazing former Ambassador's house with history and culture. Bit out of the way but quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden and pool. Not for the business traveler who wants a 24 hour service, gym and bar, but great for couples, small family, and end of long trip repose. Moroccan food is fantastic!

Morad was the best part of our stay, he was very kind, helpful and made sure my family’s comfortable.The staff and property were very nice EXECPT the front desk people when it came to payment. I booked this trip with Expedia, directly as I got there they tried to charge for me for an extra bed that was INCLUDED in my payment. The next day as I’m checking out they tryed to charge me for city taxes even though I had my receipt from Expedia showing I already payed everything I needed to pay including taxes.

We loved our stay. The service was awesome and the premises were beautiful. The breakfast was generous and the room had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great location for my purposes. Very friendly team, just lovely people. Not luxurious but that's reflected in the price. Clean, friendly, convenient.

For the value the property provides there is no room for nit-picking. Of course there are many things that could be "better" but it's a great value. And again, the team is great.

Excellent accueil and wonderful hotel

Breakfast was baladi, it's as expected. Water in the shower were hot.

I was not have with the level of maintenance they have on their room, my room cartins was not probably installed from one side. It's allow for the ligh to comes in. The TV was small and does not have any channels.

Check in was challenging. They kept trying to charge an old credit card, and threatening to cancel our reservation. But a beautiful hotel. Far out of town. Quiet and private.
