Staff , the BEST !!! Boutique hotel sossegado e elegante , requinte !!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the excellent location, which made it so convenient to explore the area and get around, to the quality of the service, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented options. We also truly appreciated how warm, welcoming, and attentive the staff were throughout our stay. We would especially like to mention Fatima Zehra, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. She was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Her genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a wonderful difference and made us feel truly valued as guests. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, and truly wonderful hospitality.

None

Clean and staff. Thank you for all staff reception, gust rektionships Fatuma Zahra and Muhsin and all. House keeping stafc were excekkent the property was high standards.

It was bit expensive, but this was composated the fact it was high standards hotel

The hotel was exceptionally clean and maintained. The gym was modern and well-equipped, the food was absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed the activities, particularly the art class, which made our stay even more memorable and we would definitely recommend for family and we would definitely stay here again.

Even though our stay was wonderful overall, the Wi-Fi was very frustrating. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting throughout the stay, and the issue persisted for almost 3 days.

Fantastic Moroccan bath! Everything was perfect, from the traditional techniques to the cleanliness of the facilities. One of the best spa experiences I’ve had—I’ll definitely be back

The STORY Rabat team was very sweet and respectful, attentive to the client’s needs. Special mention to Houssam, Myriam and Meriem who were there all along to help me with literally anything. Furthermore, the place is beautiful and really quiet. Ideal to rest peacefully.

If I could provide an area of improvement it would be on the breakfast. It could be useful for the hotel’s restaurant staff to write down the client’s orders instead of memorising them, so they could avoid mistakes.

Exceptional stay at Story Rabat. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Mrs. Ahlam, Mrs. Fatima Zahra, and Mr. Hossam for their professionalism and kindness, which made my stay truly memorable. Story Rabat will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Rabat again.

Staf

This is an amazing hotel, probably the best hotel I have stayed in for many years. Beautiful decor everywhere, so relaxing, the perfect place to wind down and de stress. Beautiful grounds and gardens, with a tranquil pool area to relax by. Restaurant, food and mocktails were delicious. From arriving to leaving, the front desk treated us like we were family, I have to mention Housamma, customer relations, so friendly and professional with a desire to make things easy for my husband who has mobility problems. Also Myriam on reception, she could not do enough for us, she was so kind she touched my heart, these people make such a difference when in a hotel. The Spa! We had a couple of treatments, one word wonderful, a truly relaxing environment, so clean and inviting. Sabha was very professional, one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. I will be back on our next trip to Rabat to enjoy this lovely experience all over again. Thank you to all the staff, wonderful example for a beautifully run hotel.

There is nothing to dislike at this hotel.

Beautiful location and a very peaceful environment. The best part of my stay was the hotel staff extremely professional, kind, and always impeccably dressed. The food offered exceptional value and was among the best hotel dining experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

I had a great stay at STORY the housekeeping staff and spa team (Malika) are definitely worth mentioning. A quiet upscale hotel with a serene and tranquil environment.

An exceptional and truly first-class experience. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations and reflected the highest standards of hospitality. The pool is absolutely magnificent and impeccably maintained. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the thoughtful upgrade, which made my stay even more memorable. I am genuinely delighted and thoroughly satisfied. Thank you for such outstanding service

Clean, Nice location, staff very friendly

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is well appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the over all service was very cordial. Our stay was made especially successful due to the friendly and efficient services of our concierge, Fatima Zahra.

Great hotel !!! exceptional staff, breakfast is very tasty !! Restaurant staff are professional ,rooms are clean the reception and the concierge fatima is very friendly ,helpful ,professional and kind !! thank you all

Every thing peaceful and beautiful

My Best Hotel in Rabat , always keeping the same standard never change, very comfortable room and very good service as always

Délicieux, copieux. Beaucoup d'options.

Gorgeous hotel with modern decor, beautifully designed. Rooms were large with sufficient outlets, lighting, etc. Breakfast was a highlight! Plenty of great choices on the menu. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We highly recommend!!

I have very good SPA, Moroccan bath with the professional staff. The place was so nice for the stay ,,,, with the polite staff. Delicious food. Special thanks to Malika from the SPA, she really give me very nice Moroccan bath ,,, so relaxing and I will never forget this moments. Willing to be back. They're so good ,,, the place so nice

Highly recommend the hamam experience with Malika

Story Rabat is a beautiful place to stay and the whole staff was doing its best to ensure I had the most pleasant stay. A special mention to the great SPA team with the wonderful AYA for ensuring the best experience, the talented SABAH for super relaxing massages , and finally AYMAN for his great support . My stay was absolutely amazing : restaurant was first class , and the atmosphere in the resort was so cool .I’ll come back very soon
