Pokój miał drzwi łączące z pokojem obok (można było przejść z naszego pokoju do pokoju obok - byliśmy ze znajomymi więc to nie problem, ale przy kimś obcym byłoby to bardzo niekomfortowe). Telewizor jest, ale pilota brak. W pokoju chodziły mrówki.

Sin duda el motor de este hotel es el gran equipo de personas que hacen que cada día sea mejor que el anterior!! todo el equipo de animación es increíble! Camareros y personal de recepción un 10! Por lo general las instalaciones si que no son modernas y podrian cambiar la decoracion de las habitaciones y camas algo más cómodas pero en aspectos generales por la calidad y el precio más que recomendado ya que te pasaras todo el dia haciendo actividades y disfrutando de las piscinas.

Нам очень понравилась еда и вид с балкона ( открывалось на сторону моря ) . Так же нам разрешили въехать в номер раньше времени так как прилетели утром , что было очень приятно. Парковки хватало всегда. В целом номер чистый , хоть и староват .

•Частенько полотенце выдавали 2 шт. Хотя нас трое. •В целом было чисто в номере , но один день работал абсолютно не профессионал , которая не помыла ванну она была вся в песке и при всём при этом ,у нас на столе лежала гора наших грязных вещей , которые мы отложили и под конец отпуска когда собирали в чемодан, то нашли под одеждой грязную, мокрую , вонючую тряпку которую оставила уборщица , это прям расстроило сильно. •Комната довольно маленькая , если чисто поспать и помыться то очень даже неплохо. •Пульт от телевизора нужно было идти в ресепшен и просить. •Анимация была плохая вечерняя , мы два раза были и дольше 20-30 минут не могли высидеть. •Очень шумно в столовой . •Приходилось частенько долго ждать лифт. •Звукоизоляция отсутствует, должно повезти с соседями , чтобы иметь возможность спать спокойно.(нам повезло более менее). • Хоть еда нам очень понравилась , но к сожалению за день до отъезда , муж отравился предположительно десертом и блевал всю ночь включая диарею .

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato de los chicos de recepción, los camareros de la piscina y las limpiadoras, la cama era cómoda, y las instalaciones grandes y bien repartidas.

Lo que me decepcionó fue la variedad de comida y que no siempre estaba buena, la ubicación está lejos de todo pero es precioso todo lo que lo rodea para desconectar. Si buscas relax, no es el hotel más indicado pero si buscas diversión para tus peques es genial.

Alojamento com ótima relação qualidade preço! Funcionários impecáveis, muito simpáticos, comida ótima e muita variedade. O bar, para além das bebidas, tem granizados e gelado à disposição! Espaço grande, com 4 piscinas todas diferentes, é só escolher o ambiente que mais agradar! Muitas atividades de entretenimento também. Quartos muito limpos, todos os dias eram cuidados, nada a apontar sobre isso! Tem vários estacionamentos na parte da frente do hotel. Tem também uma paragem de autocarro a 1 min a pé. Localização ótima, perto de imensas praias famosas.

A internet do hotel é bastante lenta. Pelo facto de ser um hotel bastante familiar e muito grande, a zona de restauração estava sempre cheia, principalmente ao jantar, tornando-se difícil por vezes encontrar mesa, mesmo sendo um espaço gigante! E, consequentemente, por ter imensa gente, é bastanteee barulhento.

Localizado numa pequena zona turística, com boa relação qualidade preço, com 2 piscinas grandes e bar aberto que torna a estadia agradável. Check in fácil. Quarto limpo e arrumado, com ar condicionado e cofre, bastante úteis. O restaurante sempre várias opções de comida (estilo buffet), com reposição bastante rápida. O entretenimento tanto diurno como noturno para todas as idades

Hotel direcionado para famílias, sem momentos de serenidade, principalmente para casais. Piscinas grandes, contudo, ambas utilizadas por toda a família com imensas bóias e objetos semelhantes, o que dificulta o uso da piscina. Organização do refeitório durante as refeições deveria ser alterada, não só pela dificuldade em encontrar mesa disponível como também pelas filas longas para apenas ir buscar massa (p.e.). Check in com alguma falta de informação relativamente ao acesso aos vários serviços. Quartos mal insonorizados, o que dificulta não só o descanso à noite como também de manhã. Os diferentes horários dos vários hóspedes faz se sentir no descanso, pois ouve-se portas a bater, música alta, gritos, etc, em vários horários ao longo do dia. Levem tampões Possui mini autocarro para a praia, o que é uma vantagem, contudo, pela sua dimensão é difícil utilizar a menos que se chegue com horas de antecedência.

Ter gelado de cone durante o dia , as piscinas eram grandes embora a capacidade do hotel seja elevada.

A localização é pessima não dá para ir a pé a lado nenhum é longe . A comida do buffet não tinha variedade , poucos opcoes e sempre os mesmos pratos . No 6o andar era difícil tomar banho uma vez que a água mudava a temperatura rapidamente sem nós mexermos . Na banheira ainda têm resguardo em plastico o que é um pouco nogento una vez que se cola ao corpo quando estamos a tomar banho.

Die Ausstattung ist sauber, allerdings ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Alles alt und abgenutzt Beim Buffet fühlt man sich wie abgespeißte Tiere, zu kleiner Raum für zu viele Leute, viel zu Laut. Große Essensauswahl, aber nichts besonderes und schlecht gewürzt

Absolutely appalling. We stayed for 8 nights and every one of us got a vomiting bug, and we weren't the only ones that were sick. We saw the doctor there constantly to treat patients. The smell of vomit and urine in some locations of the hotel were dreadful, and we believe the sickness was from the food. we complained to reception, filled out a review form for managment, emailed managment but have still heard nothing back from them in relation to our stay. I would absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs.

Il servizio navetta gratuito x la spiaggia. Il cibo buono, ma potrebbe migliorare di molto.

La distanza dal centro.. almeno 25 Min a piedi. Nessun negozio vicino all hotel, per spostarsi serve per forza la macchina. La sala da pranzo troppo piccola per contenere tutte le persone e il personale non riesce a stare dietro al cambio dei tavoli.

Las instalaciones están bastante antiguas y un poco dejadas, no hay demasiada limpieza.

La comida y las piscinas muy bien, los horarios excepcionales, y lo mejor de todo sin duda alguna la animación, el equipo de animación se lo toma muy enserio y hace disfrutar de la estancia. Los animador@s increíble, enhorabuena.

Las instalaciones del edificio principal estaban un poco envejecidas.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff . Lots of entertainment for kids , but also for adults . Food basically all day so you won't be hungry , good choice for everyone needs .Very clean , our room was cleaned every day , bus shuttle to the beach every hour . Bus stop just outside hotel , very convenient if you fancy visit Palma ot towns around . Good connection link from the airport as well ( we didn't rent a car ) kids club every day , with staff being very good and look after kids with all nationalities, so not knowing English is not a big problem . Close by (just 15min walk )little town with few shops , cash machine and bars

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The food was good.

Places need some renovations, the mini golf would need refurbishment. Also, it would be great to have better options/quality for drinks. Cocktails were artificial, not tasting good. I would have paid extra money for a better drink.

Ne-am simțit foarte bine la Canarios Park. Este o locație curată, liniștită, orientată spre a face oaspeții să se simtă confortabil și este ideală pentru familiile cu copii. În fiecare zi se asigură curățenia în camere și zilnic se desfășoară activități tematice. Chiar ne-am simțit în vacanță și nu am ezita sa ne întoarcem aici dacă am stabili un alt concediu în această zonă de insulă. Recomandăm! :)

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Ausstattung ist alt und die Betten sehr unbequem. Es gibt keine Strandtücher, das Badezimmer ist nur mit einem Duschvorhand ausgestattet und bei uns war die Aufhängung für die Duschbrause kaputt. Zudem wurde das Wasser ca. nach 10 min. duschen kalt. Es ist sehr hellhörig, man hört alle Gespräche vom Zimmernachbar. Die Abendveranstaltung beim Pool dauert bis 23:00 Uhr und ist ebenso sehr laut.

We spent 11 nights here as a family with our 2 boys, ages 6yrs and 11yrs. I have seen alot of comments about the rooms being dated and yes they are but they are spotless, bedding and towels pristine, not a bug or pest in site and bathroom spotless. The whole hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were always helpful and very friendly. We preferred the pool on the site of the hotel to the splash pad over the road but that was personal preference as we found the splash pad side music much louder. My husband and eldest son never struggled at any meal time, my youngest is very picky but he was very happy as there was always pasta and a tomato based sauce. The paella (chicken and vegetable versions as I can't eat fish) were delicious and always a big range of fresh fruit on offer. We used the hotel bus service on several occasions to go to the beach and town, under 10 minute drive away, and on a few nights we walked into town, took us about 20mins. We got a taxi back which was €8. There was a bus stop just outside the hotel grounds and we used this to go to Porto Cristo (20min journey) and to visit the Caves Del Drach (just under 15mins away). The hotel bus beach service is a small 8 seater so could do with either a bigger vehicle or a couple of them running as the queues to get to the beach and back could be quite lengthy but again it wasn't a difficult walk (I also struggle with back and hip issues). Bare in mind the hotel doesn't provide towels for the pool which we hadn't been told so good idea to pack some. Night time entertainment was brilliant, boys loved the Zorbs and exotic animal shows and my eldest loved the riffle experience with Jordan in the maxi club. We would definitely return for another holiday.

Not a family resort at all not a lot for the kids to do . Food was terrible nothing for kids to pick from most nights were fish. 2. Of my family ended up being very ill from the food and this rewind the Holliday. The rooms are not as described a double room is just 2 singles beds pushed together and they separate every-time you Move . Ps entertainment staff were very nice and friendly.

За свої гроші досить непоганий відпочинок. Готель старенький і потребує реновації,але достатньо чисто. Окрема подяка співробітникам рецепції,які заселили нас раніше,ніж в 14.00-у нас був нічний рейс і в готель ми прибули біля 4 ранку. О 9 вже мали ключі від номерів. Також величезна ПОДЯКА співробітникам кухні-вони працювали,як бджілки,постійно прибираючи і тримаючи ресторан в чистоті. Їжа досить смачна і різноманітна-хватало всього.

Найбільше розчарування-це аніматори. Так,вони працювали кожного дня на 200%,але через те,що ніхто не володів німецькою і звісно ж українською мовою наші діти не могли приймати участь в конкурсах,катаннях на поні і взагалі їм не було приділено взагалі ніякої уваги. Це дуже засмутило дітей,тим більше що на Майорці досить багато туристів з Німеччини.

Let’s start by saying don’t read the bad reviews and put you off because you’ll most definitely enjoy yourself here. Myself and my family spent 10 nights here it was such a wonderful hotel. I’ll be honest I’ve never stayed in a cleaner hotel. The cleaners deserve endless amounts of credit as they do wonders. The rooms, are perfect for a family, yes they are a little outdated but very clean the bunk beds are dangerous for children on top there not much to keep back them falling out and my son fell out one night which was quite scary. So be careful Yes the walls are paper thin but I’m quite deaf and after 11pm you don’t really hear anyone when they’re in bed The pool over the road from the hotel is absolutely brilliant. Splash park for the kids, activities all day and nice music playing with a bar for your refreshments. Plenty of sunbeds and is spotless. The food, I’m in a love hate relationship with it. I will agree it’s not great for the British, kids have very little to choose from. And well they do a lot of fish. Some nights was really nice. Some nights wasn’t but the snack bar is open all day and night so can really grab something. Lunch is far better than dinner. Breakfast was great. The food is always fresh which is a bonus. Literally people moan about the all inclusive cups, but it’s not bad at all. You can take the cups back at any time and get your tokens you don’t need keep hold of them or you can change them for fresh ones every drink. If you loose your token or cup, hotel will just replace for you. Entertainment at night is fantastic for the kids. Mini disco, kids shows and a lot of space for them to watch at the front. The hotel absolutely need to get rid of the parrot show and the man, the show is absolutely awful. We seen him hit a parrot a few times and push a kid out the way. He really upset alot of people. During his show half the people stood up and left. This is why I have to drop a star for the review. PLEASE HSM GET RID OF THE PARROT ABUSER The hotel is on a slight hill, but I’ve walked down to the other side at the town and it’s not steep at all. Taxi is €4 to the village and very easy to get, beach is located at the village steps down next to globlas America hotel.

Just back from a 7 day stay as a family of 4. Hotel is slightly dated but very clean and room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Food was average but we need to remember it is only a 3 star. Facilities for kids is great and all staff extremely friendly especially the bar staff. None of us experienced any sickness, I was a bit OTT with the hand washing and ensuring my kids drink pool water or even have ice in their drinks. TBH wish I never read all the negative reviews before I came as i spent the whole week thinking one of us was going to be ill. Am not saying people are lying about being ill but I really don't think its down to the food.

We did 9 nights but by day 5 I’d honestly had enough. I think I need a holiday to get over this holiday. *What worked:* The pool and splash park across the road are the only real reason this gets 3 stars. The kids did enjoy them and it kept them busy. The hotel is clean and the staff do try their best. Evening entertainment is okay for a 3-star, nothing special. Cocktails at the bar were alright. *What didn’t:* Location is a big issue. There are no local amenities worth visiting at all. The beach is only accessible by a free shuttle, which is always overpacked and has zero shade once you arrive. Food was very repetitive and hard to find anything each day. Lots of fish dishes which meant the kids really struggled to eat. Soft drinks just didn’t taste right. The play park is basically derelict. It’s incredibly loud. Paper-thin walls, people talking and running down corridors all night with no consideration. Sleep was tough. Sunbeds are another battle — loads of them but people still reserve them hours in advance and the parasols can’t be moved from where they are which makes it a struggle to get kids the much needed shade. There were a lot more nationalities than expected. Not a pro or con, just not what we were expecting so thought I’d mention it if it would be an issue for you. Overall: If it wasn’t for the pool across the road I’d give it 2 stars. Fine for a short stay with kids who just want to swim, but don’t expect relaxation, good food, or peace and quiet.

We arrived two days ago! We don’t want to go home!! Perfect for families!! Short walk to the beach! And local attractions! Fun lively atmosphere which my children have really enjoyed! The room is clean and comfortable! The bed especially is very comfortable we’ve all slept very well! Great to have a bath aswell as a shower! The hotel is clean, staff are brilliant especially the entertainment team, all staff are friendly and playful with the children! Food is brilliant! Lots of choice from especially if you have fussy little ones! Fresh fruit at every meal, Restaurant is clean and cool! Staff again very friendly and attentive! Pool area is great for the children and younger children! Definitely want to come back! Value for money for sure!! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Tiene dos zonas de piscina donde se puede estar cómodo sin problema por coger una hamaca, no se ve mucho mogollón de gente por lo que la estancia es tranquila a pesar de ser julio. Servicio de furgoneta que te lleva a cala domingos.

Los snacks tienen que ser dentro del restaurante a las horas que indican, en los bares de la piscina únicamente puedes consumir bebidas, debería de haber comida para no tener que entrar al comedor cambiado cada vez que quieres picar algo. No hay mucha variedad de comida. Habitaciones muy antiguas pero las camas son cómodas.

Każda osoba przy zameldowaniu otrzymała jeden token, który następnie wymieniła na kubek w barze. Kubek ten trzeba było pilnować, żeby móc dostać napój. Bez kubka nie dostawało się napoju.

Lo peor por decir alguna cosa q está un pelin apartado del centro pero te lo solucionan poniendo un bus para bajar a la playa del centro asi q problema resuelto. Y si destacar q igual el mobiliario y la decoración no es tan moderna ..pero está muy limpio y cuidado .

Not normally one to review but the service at the reception was poor. family of 4 when I asked for a second room key (as one was for the hotel air con which is extremely poor) and one was for us to share between us, I was rudely replied to by the reception demanding €15 or I couldn’t take one, meanwhile there is no mini fridge in the room for cold Water (knowing the air con is poor) Went to the reception again about a mini fridge as I was straight away charged with a €50 bill for the fridge for the 5 days I’m there. Very minimal basics for the rooms Lunch menu is tiny with a bit of Risotto and slices of pizza / chips One little selection of protein on evening buffet menu (which is unknown fish) not many people picked it out it that way. Looks the part on the websites. I go all over and this is worst one I’ve been to. Would not recommend really Wish I’d of paid that little bit extra and gone else where

Honest Review from a Welsh Family of 11 (3 Groups) – 7-Night Stay, July 2026. All stayed on level 4. Overall, we had a lovely family holiday and made some great memories. We travelled as a family of 11, including children, so this review is based entirely on our own experience. The Good The hotel itself is spotless. The cleaners are constantly working, and you can see the staff take pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. During our stay we had a power cut in our room and our toilet stopped working, but the maintenance man arrived within 10 minutes and fixed both issues straight away. The pools are cleaned every morning, and our room received fresh towels and bed sheets daily. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and we honestly had no complaints about the room itself. I’d read lots of reviews saying the hotel is “in the middle of nowhere”, but I completely disagree. The free hotel shuttle bus runs regularly throughout the day until around 6:20pm, making it easy to get into town. We often caught the bus there and enjoyed the 20-minute walk back. It’s mostly flat with very little incline, and even my 8-year-old daughter never complained. We walked it several evenings after exploring the town and beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water. It does get busy, but it’s definitely worth visiting. There’s also a lovely restaurant by the beach. One evening we ordered a fresh takeaway pizza and ate it on our sunbeds while watching the sea. The entertainment team work really hard. I wouldn’t say it’s the best entertainment we’ve experienced, but it was enjoyable. The staff were all lovely, especially Jordan and Jenny, who my children (and myself!) really took a liking to. There was plenty going on during the day, including mini golf, darts for the adults, table tennis, pool games and dance sessions. As with any holiday, you get out what you put in. If you’re happy to join in, you’ll have a great time. The Not-So-Good The biggest disappointment for us was the food. It was very repetitive and the restaurant felt more like a busy canteen than a relaxing dining experience. We’ve stayed in several all-inclusive hotels before, but this one definitely had a different atmosphere. The food itself was quite basic and there wasn’t a huge amount of choice. For example, they served tuna pizza for two days in a row with no alternative pizza option. Chicken nuggets only appeared on one day during our stay. When travelling with children, especially fussy eaters, you’d expect simple options like Margherita pizza and nuggets to be available every day. Our girls mostly lived on plain pasta, chips, the occasional cheese pizza and plenty of watermelon. On the plus side, the breakfast croissants were lovely, and the unlimited ice cream available throughout the day was a huge hit with everyone. We ended up eating out three times just to break up the canteen atmosphere, and we’re really glad we did because the food in the town was fantastic. We especially recommend Travellers Inn for both evening meals and a brilliant English breakfast. The Cup System One thing we really didn’t like was the reusable cup system. When you check in, you’re given tokens which you exchange at the bars for reusable cups. We’d brought our own Stanley cups hoping the staff could make our drinks directly into them, but they wouldn’t. Every drink had to be made in the hotel’s reusable cups first, and we then poured it into our own cups ourselves. What concerned me most was how the cups were “cleaned” between uses. Each returned cup was simply held against a water rinsing machine around the rim before being handed back out. The same machine is used for everyone’s cups, which personally didn’t seem very hygienic to me. I politely asked staff not to rinse our cups that way, but they continued doing it. I couldn’t really understand the logic behind it, as it didn’t seem like an effective way of cleaning them and, in my opinion, could increase the risk of cross-contamination. Personally, I think either disposable cups or allowing guests to use their own reusable cups would be a much better system. Because of this, we often bought bottled drinks from the hotel shop instead. Illness Before travelling, I’d read so many reviews about guests becoming ill that I honestly considered changing hotels. It made me incredibly anxious before the holiday and I lost quite a bit of sleep worrying about it. In the end, I packed lots of hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes, our own hand soap and even Fairy liquid to wash our reusable cups. Touch wood, this seemed to work for us. Out of our group of 11, only one young child was sick during the holiday. We don’t know whether it was from swallowing pool water, something they ate or just a random upset stomach. As nobody else became ill afterwards, we don’t think it was a contagious bug. That said, on our first morning I heard someone in the room above us being sick. I also spoke to another British guest whose husband had been unwell one evening, and she mentioned another guest they’d spoken to had also been sick. Someone had also been sick near the downstairs toilets. Whether this was food-related, a virus or something else, we simply don’t know. I don’t want this to put anyone off booking because the hotel itself looked very clean throughout our stay. There is hand sanitiser available at the entrance and exit to the restaurant, which was good to see. I’d also read reviews mentioning rats around the bars and pool area, but we didn’t see any at all. Perhaps the hotel has dealt with that issue. We did see a couple of cockroaches at night and a few lizards, but that’s fairly normal in hot countries and wasn’t something that bothered us. Final Thoughts Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our holiday and made the most of every day. The children had an amazing time, came home smiling and created some lovely memories, which is the most important thing. The only downside for me was that I’d read so many negative reviews beforehand that I spent much of the holiday feeling anxious and overly cautious. Looking back, that probably affected my own enjoyment more than anything else. If you’re travelling here soon, I’d say go with an open mind, enjoy yourself and try not to overthink it like I did. Wash your hands regularly, especially before eating, and if it gives you extra peace of mind, pack some antibacterial wipes to give the reusable cups a quick clean before using them. As for the food, just use your own judgement, particularly with meat. I personally avoided it, although one of the men in our group ate plenty of it all week and had no problems whatsoever. Every holiday is different, and this was simply our honest experience.

Podobała nam sie lokalizacja i ogólnie pobyt Czuliśmy się bardzo swobodnie,jak w domu. Cena adekwatna do jakości. Świetnie spędzony czas. Jedzenie smaczne choć nie wszystko ale to kwestia gustu. Polecam rodzinom z dziećmi.

Boisko do piłki nożnej mogło by być lepiej oświetlone. Podczas naszego pobytu wieczorami było dość ciemno a mamy dwóch chłopaków którzy uwielbiają grać w pilke.

Le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. On peut manger et boire autant qu’on veut, il y a de la variété au buffet. Le personnel était super sympa. La chambre était nettoyé quotidiennement. Les piscines étaient très bien. L’hôtel propose des animations tous les jours et tout au long de la journée. Nous avons adoré le séjour !

On a seulement eu une soirée où l’eau n’avait plus de pression et était plus froide que d’habitude. Mais c’est vite revenu à la normale. Peut-être une surcharge avec les arrivées de nouveaux clients

Supposed to be a 3star hotel, with all inclusive, staff were rude, room was well below standard, missing towels, wardrobe doors, food was cold with no variety, entertainment was highly catered to the Spanish guests, lounge bar permanently closed, would downgrade to a 1star

Location - awful if your going with a pram or wheelchair don’t bother we had to walk on the roads as the paths are impossible to walk on extremely uneven and rocky when you eventually get to the main bit with the beach, shops etc there are no ramps at all and endless stairs Rooms- we had to change rooms twice due to the smell from the drains in the first room, the second room door leading from the room to the balcony the glass was loose the lamp in the wall was handing off with exposing wires and the walls were paper thin Value- we went all inclusive, ate in the restraunt the first day and spent 2 days ill so had to eat and drink out after this Atmosphere - every night round the KIDS entertainment there were grown women and men arguing and fighting even the one time we went into the restaurant there was 2 family’s arguing and swearing which nothing was done about Lastly the amount and flys and wasps was absolutely horrendous to the point we either had to go and sit in our room or leave the hotel and go out and about

this is our first time visiting this hotel and The magaluf area .and we ve had a great experience .we had heard some unpleasanT things before .so i highly recommend it...

La gente q se alojaba, había niños q molestaban con las pistolas de agua y los padres los defendieron. Eran ingleses. No fueron nada educados y los niños continuaban tirando agua a los ojos, oídos y dónde te dieran. Fue muy incómodo.

Pues pedí cama doble con antelación y me dieron dos camas individuales pegadas súper incómodas además, el bar todo era preparado de máquinas sabían los tragos bastante artificiales, la ducha mientras estabas bañándote cambiaba de fría a caliente el agua en un momento, se escuchaba todo en el pasillo y entre habitaciones niños llorando y haciendo escándalo…

Lo peor las comiddas..muy mala y poca variación..algunas veces no sabías que comer siempre de lo mismo..lo personal de camareros muy apaticos..no vuélvere ..aparte muy mala combinación para ir al centro..

Pues las como das y lo servicio de barras en zona piscinas..un día estuve en cama te do el día igual que e un familiar..pues de asistencia médica cero 0..que llamara un médico privado..total.con no ir nunca más.ya me confirman..

The location was quiet and perfect for secluded beaches but a bit out of the way unless you hire a car, which we didn't. Public transport was OK in the daytime but taxis very expensive. The room was initially quiet but then a noisy family moved in next door and the walls are not great so it's really luck of the draw who your immediate neighbours are. It's a family hotel and whilst most kids are cool, some are feral with zero adult oversight. The pools are fine with enough loungers and parasols to go around for our stay. Staff are friendly, the massages were great (additional cost). The closest beach is adorable. There's some coastal walks and nearby additional extras such as caves that you can book.

No major issues. It's a 3* buffet dining in a family orientated hotel so the food was as expected. We read reviews that whined about repetitive food but it did change daily and wasn't fine dining but it was acceptable canteen style food with something for everybody. My friend would've appreciated halal meat. I ate lots of seafood without any regard for the negative reviews and had zero gastro issues. A kettle in the room with tea and coffee would've been nice and we had to ask at reception for a TV remote for the tiny TV but it was nice to learn some more Spanish via local TV.

Сподобалось все. Розташування, спокійно ні авто, ні лишніх людей. Їжа смачна. Два басейни і два бари. Бармени хороші хлопці, веселі. Аніматори, розважальні програми все супер. Одне щоб радив потрібно орендувати своє авто. Трансфер є, але не можу за нього нічого сказати оскільки не користувались ним. А так все супер.

El personal, las camas cómodas

Hotel con NADA al lado, excepto Cala Antena que está a 15min andando en cuesta, muy sucia y con medusas. Hotel demasiado antiguo, las puertas tienen pomo con cerradura de llave de los años 80. Moqueta muy sucia como es normal en las primeras plantas más aún que en las más altas... En el comedor el aire acondicionado está siempre exagerado ( eso es mas cuestión de gustos). La comida excepto la plancha que se cocina al momento y ha cambiado todos los días, el resto prácticamente igual siempre...A pesar de haber cuatro ascensores por planta, son muy lentos y demasiada gente, en mi caso optamos por subir y bajar por las escaleras ( 4° planta, nada agradable pr al menos no te aburres de esperar) .. Después de nuestra estancia, entendemos el por qué de la diferencia de precio con otros hoteles.

Viešbutyje ypatingai daug šeimų su vaikais, tad valgymo metas triukšmingas. Ne visuomet personalas atkreipia dėmesį, kaip griežtai laikomasi viešbučio nustatytų taisyklių, o tai jau sukuria šiek tiek netvarkos. Paplūdimys toliau nuo viešbučio.

Avoid this hotel if you can!! Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The hotel was in a poor state, and we even saw rats in the bar area, which was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about hygiene. The food was awful throughout our stay. Meals were either served undercooked or stone cold, making them inedible. Unfortunately, after eating at the hotel, I suffered from food poisoning, which resulted in me having to take time off work. The room was very basic and lacked even standard facilities such as a kettle or fridge. The television was hanging off the wall and wasn't even connected, making it unusable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Between the poor food, lack of cleanliness, substandard room, and illness afterwards, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking. Do not book this Hotel. It needs downgrading from a 3 star. Everyone we met except a small number felt the same. We actually left early as it was so bad. Some staff work hard but from what we heard are treated terrible. It's supposed to be all inclusive but you can't get the basics until the restaurant opens unless you pay extra. No facilities in the room either. The rooms do have aircon but no where else does. You have to pay for a TV remote and if you want batteries for the remote you are told to go yo the shops to buy some. The food is terrible too. Many people advised they got sick but the Hotel can not pin point where its from. Drinks are basic. Cocktails are from a machine and not great. Coffee can only be obtained from the restaurant and again not great. So glad we left early.
