The location is perfect!!! Very clean and good price point. Staff lovely. The pool is perfect after a big day of sightseeing.

The rooms are very small, but we knew this when booking and it is common to have a small room in Singapore. The bathroom set up is a bit of a pain with water going everywhere but once again we knew this and worked around it.

Il personale molto gentile ed attento, sono state veramente disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. In particolare Amirah Batq e Joke Ling, loro sono state fantastiche. Infatti abbiamo deciso di tornare la settimana prossima prima del volo.

Gute Lage, nah an der Marina Bay, nettes Personal, sehr sauber, schöner Pool auf dem Dach.

Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis, zu hoher Preis für das kleine Zimmer. Man muss dazu sagen, das Hotelzimmer in Singapur grundsätzlich überteuert sind.

Central location. The staff were very helpful. Easy access to public transportation and lots to do within walking distance. Lovely café nextdoor for breakfast. Excellent air conditioning.

The bathroom was tiny, with the shower hanging almost over the toilet. Our room was next to the pool so no way of opening the curtains. No room to sit and relax in the room nor in the rest of the hotel (other than a bench next to the front door).

Very central location we walked everywhere and if we couldn’t walk it was a very short ride on the MRT to get where we wanted to go, small room but clean and tidy. Staff very helpful

Nothing to complain about

Soggiorno molto piacevole e in linea con le aspettative. La camera è piccola, come generalmente accade negli ibis budget, ma per una o due notti è più che sufficiente e c’è tutto il necessario. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile; dopo il check-out ci hanno anche custodito gratuitamente i bagagli. Acqua sempre a disposizione e colazione semplice ma buona. La posizione è molto comoda per muoversi a piedi e visitare Singapore.

L’unico aspetto da considerare è la dimensione della camera, piuttosto ridotta, soprattutto se si viaggia con molti bagagli. Per soggiorni brevi, però, non rappresenta un problema.

Hôtel bien placé et propre. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Piscine très sympathique au 6ème. Lits confortables.

En revanche, les chambres sont très petites. Aucun cintre pour suspendre des vêtements, pas de placards. Salle de bain minuscule. Le douche est devant les toilettes. Aucune tablette pour poser ses affaires au dessus du lavabo. Malgré tout cela reste un hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Quelques améliorations seraient souhaitable.

Gute Lage nahe MRT und Chinatown, Pool, Betten (Twinroom) waren bequem. WC und Dusche von eigenem Zimmer schliessbar (keine Glasfenster o.Ä.), Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Sehr eng. Wir waren zu Zweit und das zeite Bett war durch eine Mini-Madrazenerhöhung abgetrennt (Hat Zweck erfüllt). Das Bett war aber ganz am Fenster anliegend, dass die Person auf der Fensterseite über das Fussende aufs Bett steigen musste (wo in der Ecke ihr Koffer stand). Die Dusche ist gleich vor der Toilette ohne räumliche Abtrennung, d.h. nach dem Duschen erst Mal Wasser wegschabern. Platzsparend, aber nicht Urlaubsggefühl. Trotz allem können wir das Hotel empfehlen.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Ibis Budget Singapore Clarke Quay. Whenever I walked into reception the staff always greeted me with a bright smile and called the lift for me very hospitable. Whenever I had a question I always felt comfortable going to ask the staff. The facilities were amazing. Very clean, well maintained with cleaning staff coming around daily, and an overall joyous atmosphere.

There isn’t anything in particular that I disliked about my stay. It’s more so the entry to the property. Unfortunately there are no ramps, only stairs to enter the property. As I was travelling with a 30KG case and 2x extra luggage it was a slight challenge to enter the property with my luggage. Although the staff were amazing with helping me with my luggage but a more accessible entry would be amazing.

Very attentive staff, especially Amirah, Cintlao and Darroy. They were able to answer any questions and were helpful. The rooms were very clean and good value for money and in a great location.

The hotel was really just a short distance from Clarke Quay mrt station. We were greeted by Mr Lee on arrival who welcomed us very warmly and explained all the hotel facilities. When we checked out, Darroy, Batq and another staf were also very accommodating and helped to store our bags while we roamed around spore for another few hours. Thank you so much.

All the staff were very attentive and friendly - always eager to help. The pool upstairs was a great place to cool off and refresh before heading out at night

The size of the room was very small - just about adequate. TV channel selection was very limited.

Huoneessa ei jääkaappia. Huoneessa oli torakka, meille tarjottiin toista huonetta ja siellä myös torakka. Kolmas tarjottu huone olisi ollut toisessa kerroksessa, mutta tässä kohtaa vaihdoimme hotellia saman hintaiseen ja paremmalle paikalle.

The location is perfect: close to Clarke Quay and China town. Breakfast at the café next door was great. Staff were excellent ... friendly and helpful. Bed was perfect.

We had a good stay at Ibis budget. The pool was actually nicer than expected. The room was small but sufficient.

Some areas look like they could use a bit of TLC such as some areas on the ceiling in the room looked a bit dingy.

The staff were very helpful and happy to answer any questions. The locations was great and easily accessible to the train and river. Value for money for a short stay.

The walls were paper thin and no shower screen in the bathroom.

La posizione è ottima, ci si può muovere a piedi verso il centro di Singapore o anche verso la zona del fiume. Inoltre la fermata della metropolitana è a due passi. Molto bella anche la piscina sul tetto.

La camera è decisamente piccola e il bagno altrettanto.

Proche du centre pour tout faire à pied. Piscine sur le toit très appréciable

La ducha… poco más y está encima del retrete… olía la habitación a cañería. A la mañana nos recogieron las toallas sucias, pusieron unas nuevas, y nos hicieron la cama, pero a las 15:30 no se quien entró a la habitación… nos asustamos, ¿si eran los del hotel a que volvían?? Sin más…

Room looking over the pool was cool, private enough. Restaurant downstairs was excellent, used it a lot. Staff very helpful, pool lovely (a bit warm), and location close to everything. 4 night stay for 4 of us and everything worked really well.

The window side of the bed was a bit tight, and you can see in from the pool! But still.

Sehr hellhörig, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Manchmal Musik auf dem Gang. Kleine Zimmer (was für Signapur von den Quadratmetern schon Luxus ist). Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ich hatte aufgrund der Weiterreise einen frühzeitigen Check-out mitgeteilt, jedoch hat man mir nicht mitgeteilt, dass eine Rückerstattung erfolgen kann wenn ich vor 10 Uhr das Hotel verlasse - etwas ärgerlich, da ich die restliche Zeit überwiegend nur das Gepäck im Zimmer stehen hatte.

The room was not what I would call a superior room. Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in . I had to crawl in from the end of the bed to get in and out. We expected a double bed instead had two singles close

Clean room, friendly staff. Good location too.

Noisy. Because the walking alley is quite narrow, so we can hear clearly while people are talking. And since the hotel is crowded, so the noise is unavoidable. It seems that other guests didn't concern enough to lower their voice when speaking. Maybe the hotel can put an appeal about this.

De bedden en douche waren goed, veel lekkere kussens. Behulpzaam personeel overdag, die met ons meedacht. Fijne locatie t.o.v. van diverse bezienswaardigheden.

De kamer daarin kon je je kont niet keren, geen ruimte voor de koffers, raam kon niet open en geen afzuiging in badkamer. ‘s Ochtends rook de badkamer naar alsof iemand anders in een andere kamer had gerookt. Ontbijtbuffet bij de buren maar wel tegen betaling; best duur.

Location is fantastic, super vibrant & central neighborhood. Staff was excellent, especially Yoke Ling and Jason provided all the support i need as a first timer in Singapore. Same applies for the breakfast & cleaning staff, they do their best to enrich your experience as a guest. Pool was decent. Clean rooms, close to the metro& china town and clark quay are walking distance. Thanks again!!

Small bathroom was the only downside. Other than that, perfect!!

We booked the cheapest room with no window, but it was fine for us as we were out travelling all day. The location was fantastic for being close to Clarke Quay eateries and Chinatown and close to train station to other areas. The pool was clean and nice.

The shower was all in one with the toilet which meant everything got wet after a shower.
