The property was exactly what we were after, good location, the apartments were very spacious with huge balconies

The hotel is good, pool and pool area is very clean.

The twin beds were extremely squeaky. There wasn't much going on in the hotel in terms of vibe. There is a nightclub opposite and every single night, the music is on full blast (and can be heard from the room) until 5 in the morning.

Die Lage und die Infrastruktur des Hotel war gut. Die Poolbar war sehr gut ausgestattet man konnte Frühstücken, Lunch und Dinner haben.

Leider waren Utensilien der küche nicht so viel und von schlechter Qualität. Das Bett war sehr unbequem.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. The swimming pool area was lovely, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay with the family.

There wasn’t anything major that we disliked. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Pool and snack bar were great. We had a huge apartment and 2 balconies with excellent air conditioning and everything we needed. Also no shortage of sun beds. My wife’s 50th birthday was while we were there and the birthday pack I requested was in place when we arrived which was great.

Night club over the road although it was far quieter than I expected so was fine.

Buenas habitaciones, limpias y cómodas

En la piscina no hay ningún tipo de control, te puedes encontrar a 4 adolescentes jugando como si aquello fuese suyo y nadie le dice nada. La bebida cara, la comida tipo comida rápida. Hay otro hotel al lado, que tiene fiesta montada todas las tardes y el ruido llega. No tardaron ni 5 minutos en casi echarnos después de la hora de salida, sabiendo que llevamos dos niñas pequeñas, aunque nos levantamos siempre con tiempo, pueden pasar cosas y tardar un poco. Literalmente estaba la limpiadora esperando en el pasillo a que saliéramos.

Solicitamos habitación con vistas al mar y así lo hicieron! Nos pusieron en una de las pocas habitaciones desde las que se podía ver aunque fuera solo un poquito. Muy amable por su parte!

Las habitaciones son pequeños apartamentos muy amplios. Gran terraza. Desayuno excelente. No es grande y se hace cómodo y acogedor. Servicio del bar de piscina ideal para comer y pasar toda la tarde entre baños y copas.

The hotel was beautiful the rooms are so spacious with everything you would need if you wish to use the cooking facilities the pool area is always clean and there are no sunbed wars you can get up at 9am and still get a bed the bar around the pool has lovely bar snacks never ate anything which was not nice I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a chilled holiday but close enough to both the new town and old town I would definitely visit this hotel again highly recommend

The only fault I would say was there are no plugs in the main bedroom however plenty in the living area so we still managed to charge everything

The only thing that we like about this hotel was the room which was pretty big and also the iced coffee from the bar

First thing the pool was very quiet there wasn’t any music plus also the pool is really cold so nobody is really in and we ended up moving to the hotel next to it Topázio

Limpeza do quarto e das zonas comuns. Quarto com sardaniscas e mesmo após comunicação a receção não foram verificar. Cabelos na cama e lençóis um pouco sujos. Zonas comuns com lixo e sujas. Piscina com sobra total às 16h (mal posicionada)

Boa piscina, apartamento/quarto com espaço bastante razoável, funcionários atendem com simpatia, estacionamento dentro do espaço envolvente do hotel. Um ambiente agradável por todo o hotel. Muito limpo.

Na casa de banho, o chuveiro é fixo dentro da banheira, o que não é nada prático nem funcional. Na kitchenet faltam alguns utensílios que seriam úteis.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. There was a beautiful pool in the back, but we couldn’t use it cause there was no access to pool towels. That was very odd and very inconvenient. The staff for excellent, very friendly and polite. The breakfast was amazing.

There were no pool towels at all. The property was well-maintained. However, the umbrellas poolside should be replaced because two of them fell down due to heavy winds and could have easily injured someone. Need to be replaced with heavier based items or a totally new structure that provides some kind of protection from the sun. Some new lounge chairs would also update the look of the place. Overall good value for the money.

The room was lovely, with a big balcony, had a good kitchen, 2 single beds.

It was a difficult walk to get anywhere, very hilly. Not many shops and restaurants nearby, enough to get by but not very central.

Propreté des lieux public ,la piscine est top et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est très agréable, ce qui compense un peu les désagréments.

Le ménage dans les chambres laisse à désirer. L’insonorisation est très mauvaise : entre les chiens des voisins qui aboient la nuit et les bruits incessants dans les couloirs, les chambres l’étage, il est difficile de se reposer. De plus, le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché, ce qui n’a pas été réparé pendant notre séjour. Dommage, car le lieu a du potentiel.

They didn’t have any onsite restaurants, room service was patchy. Noisy area.The pull out bed was dangerous,it smashed my fingers. No first aid kit in the room.

We were staying as 3 couples in separate room at this very nice hotel. Check in was very efficient. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a large bedroom plus apartment. Airconditioning worked well. Pool area was lovely with decent snacks avaialble. The hotel was located about 15 minutes taxi ride from the old town. Uber is widely available and cheap.

A tiny gripe ! While I was not expecting a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, the wine was of a very dubious quality. This was confirmed by other members of our family , staying in the same hotel. There is a night club located nearby with loud music platying fduring the day at the weekend.

I thought by the name Beach suite hotel that it would be closer to a beach than it was.

Prachtig appartement met een groot terras, zongericht. Vriendelijk personeel zowel aan de balie als aan de bar bij het zwembad. Het appartement werd elke dag onderhouden. Het hotel was ook prima gelegen.

De matrassen van het grote tweepersoonsbed waren ons een beetje te hard. Verder was er wel een beetje te weinig keukengerei. Ook de het tv scherm was aan de kleine kant en slecht geplaatst.

Could hear noise from other hotel rooms, hotel didn’t provide towels for the pool (which is fine but good to know beforehand) and there were 4 or 5 parasols total around the whole pool - when everywhere else I’ve been had one between every two sunbeds.

Some of the facilities are a bit tired and worn. Toaster was old and not all buttons worked Fridge storage on door was no longer there. Toilet flush kept overflowing Electric box near front door buzzing. Bedroom door catch was stiff

Great hotel in a very quiet area. Tough choice each day whether to go to the beach next door or the pool as both are great.

Unable to book to stay next year on both Booking.com and Trivago, not sure if the hotel is closing for a bit.

This was my 3rd time at the hotel. It looked a bit tired in places. Tree so high and encroaching on the balcony wasn’t great. It needs cutting back. Hotel next door was a bit noisy with their music

Lovey clean hotel, staff where very friendly and helpful. Pool was great.

The night club right across the rd. Music loud until 6am most nights.. So disappointing, sadly this is the reason we won't be returning.

Breakfast was poor, scrambled eggs the worst I have seen at a hotel, poor hot selection asked for poached eggs and was charged extra. Bit of an insult.

Hotel and grounds are spotlessly clean. The rooms are huge, they contain everything you would need. The staff are brilliant.

Proximity to the Disco club KISS. Musica all night. Also next door to apart hotel Kiss that played loud music all day for a younger crowd
