Rocco Hua Hin Beach Seaview

Good location with ocean views

My one bedroom apartment was quiet and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. With a 7 Eleven downstairs and only a few minutes walk to both Market Village and Bluport Malls the location was excellent. There is an additional electricity charge that worked out at just under 3000 baht for my 26 night stay (I used the air conditioning most of the time there) so you need to add that to your budget. The swimming pool was not too busy and long enough to have a good swim in - a nice reprieve from the 33c heat most days I was there!

The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable - it had a raised part in the middle (very strange) so I had to sleep on the side. No other real issues.

I like the staff. They were very helpful. The location was good, it was within walking distance of the mall that has a lotus grocery store. Having a 7/11 downstairs in front of the building was a plus. It has a kitchen so you can cook your own food instead of going out for every meal

It was over priced and the electricity cost extra. It says beachfront but it's not. It's about 250 meters from beach. The gym was also a let down. The room was old and rundown. Wood floors were beat up and so was the sliding doors that separated the bed from the living room. The Sofa was also old and not that great. The room had a ant problem so I had to buy ant spray from the 7/11 downstairs. I left two weeks early even though they don't do refunds on unused days. I was unhappy, so I wanted to get the hell out of there. Over-all hua hin was a bit boring and is mainly for retired old people. There is no night life there

A great location. A few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the nightlife of Soi 94. My room was a good size and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it

My room was a bit noisy during the day when sitting on the balcony due to the proximity of the main road. There were no issues at night, though, when the traffic died down.

Fanns för lite porslin mm. Saknade en hopfällbar torkställning. Av:n behöver nog bytas ut eller åtminstone rengöras

Tyvärr fanns det ingen frys på rummet, bara ett frysfack. Annars var allting perfekt. Men som många skriver ska du försöka få en lägenhet in mot gården, för trafiken kan störa ganska mycket. Jag är van efter att ha bott i Hua Hin under några år tidigare och gillar livet utanför!

Varför har man elkontakter i rummet alltid på fel ställen i Thailand? 😉

Apartment was very good, balcony large/nice. Location very good. 711 in the building. Walk to Soi 94, mall, and beach. Short tuk-tuk ride to old town or points of interest south. AC and internet work well.

Was very satisfied. Our view (6th floor) had a somewhat unsightly rooftop view of building in front, but definitely could see over, but don't go lower for sea view of 2bdroom unit. I really hesitate to even bring it up. Hua Hin is a city and crowded, so should expect. I would also put a bigger table/better chairs on the balconies of the 2bdrm units. Kitchen a bit small, but workable/okay. I would change layout of living room to place couch closer to only average size TV. You could live here nicely. I would return, it was a good value! Happy!

Mye kakerlakker på rommet. Mye bananfluer på rommet. Kunne vært bedre renhold. Forferdelig støy fra trafikk til tross for at vi betalte kr 3000,- ekstra for å slippe støy fra trafikken.

Great place. We were happy to stay in a room not on the road side. Quiet and comfortable, and very helpful staff. Perfect location. Recommended!

Not the best beds, but they helped fix it with a mattress topper. A bit expensive, avd they made us pay electricity in addition. We stayed 4 weeks.

Excellent location with 5 mins walk to beach, 7 eleven and pharmacy nextdoor. Good cafe also nextdoor for cheap breakfast and good food. Easy walk to shopping malls and soi 94 for Wonderland. Short taxi service to Bintabaht area for nightlife 100bht only.

Initially my room was facing main road. That is very noisy. Make sure only book room facing beach or carpark area, then it's very quiet. I was able to move after a cancellation on a better room was made. 1 week in noisy room but then 2 weeks in a much quieter room. I would return again so long as I could book a room not facing the road. Shower was feeble.

Lägenheten ligger mot huvudgatan med ett förfärligt oväsen från trafiken. Dessutom ligger Bangkok hospital rakt över gatan med otaliga ambulanser med sirener

Staff is helpful, location is superb. Pharmacy and 7/11 with ATM on the ground floor. Located between the two shopping malls, has a light regulated crossing less than 50 meters from the building. The soi (side road) running next to the property takes you to the beech.

Sound from the road is audible, I'm a light sleeper and had to use earplugs. The balcony door frame was so crooked that housekeeping was unable to lock the balcony door. Internet speed was lacking, I had to use my mobile 5G to watch series/movies. Electricity has 15-20% higher markup than other apartments in the area, if you're AC dependant keep that in mind.

Locatie is goed en vriendelijk personeel.

At night the sound of the cars, better take a room with view to the ocean if you have a light dream.

Repeat customers at Rocco. Adore the location, on the beach, and the facilities. Very easy to live in this space and access to a swimming pool too. Markets, Songthaews and nature all on your doorstep. Hua Hin is an underrated gem in our opinion; and Rocco Condominium is great.

Schickes, geräumiges Condo! Ausstattung ein wenig veraltet! Super Lage - 5 Minuten bis zum Strand, ein 7eleven direkt im Gebäude...

BElle piscine très agréable. Nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres et salle à manger de très bonne taille. La situation près de 2 mall sympas avec food court ou chaînes de fast-food.

Vis à vis avec les autres appartements Manqué un rideau voile donc soit on ferme les rideaux de nuit, soit on est vus des voisins.

Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead. Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night… On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach.

The furniture was old and uncomfortable and the kitchen was poorly equipped. If the owner spent $1000 on a new settee dining chairs balcony table and chairs and kitchen utensils it would be worth the money, just Also I booked Garden view and got the complete opposite

Rooms were spacious and clean.

Across from the hospital and the sirens were quite loud.
