房間非常殘舊，浴室面盆破裂，浴簾不能擋水，沐浴後整個洗手間地板全濕，非常危險容易滑倒，整體感覺欠佳。

Excellent location, 30 seconds to subway station, few mins distance to Foshan center area, the room is spacious and decent.

i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, 50 yards from a subway station, and a bust stop also very close. However, the room was just ok. Kitchen had no dishes or cookware, so it was pretty much a waste of space. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have endured in as long as I can remember. It served the purpose. One thing I found strange was that the reception desk said there was no breakfast. However, on the day I checked out, I saw people eating breakfast. Go figure.

The front desk service was excellent. When I asked them to change my room because of the sewage smell from the washroom drain, they did it promptly. The shower valve had problems in delivering hot water. Other than these two drawbacks, the apartment hotel is livable. The best thing for this hotel is its location. It is located just at the exit of a subway station. Transportation is extemely convenient. There is an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, malls and street vendors in the neighbourhood. Very enjoyable in doing window shopping or trying various food items.

清静

整潔度一般，牆身有污跡，沙發有煙頭燒穿痕跡，沒有暖氣供應。相信以後不會再入住。

整體來說房間擺設、空間感也很好，只是浴室的抽氣比較差，若打開浴室門，開了抽氣扇，坐在客廳也會聞到一陣陣臭味；估計是去水渠味！ 當晩住11樓，走廊外(天井位)是客用洗衣房，放了裝修工具。翌日凌晨4時竟然有打磨及電鑽開動的聲音，我的家人被吵醒了。 這令我對這酒店的感覺大打折扣！

地點方便,商場,地鐵就在附近!

One of the best area to stay at Foshan. But the room is not as clean as the past.

We stay for a night, the room are very spacious. It very closed to Subway station , Shopping Malls. & Zumiao.

是一間吃飯逛街地點非常棒的公寓，交通很方便。公寓很乾淨，服務人員很友善。

A little English from staff would help a lot.

交通通方便，鄰近食肆商場,地鐵，是佛山市中心及遊覽區。房間舒適寬敞，設備齊全，房間隔音良好，電視提供多個頻道選擇，以質素來說，價錢很合理。

優點: 樓下就是大型商場及祖廟地鐵站, 購物和飲食都非常方便! 缺點: 房間內的空調較嘈; 廁所洗手盆開水後, 地面隨即有水滲出, 職員維修後仍未改善!

带老人家入住，当天是母亲节，酒店还赠送两个早餐，房间干净舒适，床铺大而舒服，父母很满意，下次还会入住！

整體都比較舒適，只是洗手間有味道可能是下雨天渠道不暢通引起吧。位於中心區，購物美食都很方便

新春假期訂的房間, 房價很便宜, 整體還不錯, 就是隔音有點差。在地鐵口旁, 交通便利, 周圍也很多食店。

The breakfast is not good. Nevetheless , the hotel upgraded my room!

Location, eateries, mrt, taxis, local history, hotel staff.. ALL good! Free use of laundry machines now !! Cable tv is mainly Cantonese or Mandarin mix (a few English & one japanese). Only thing lacking, are digital-safes are missing from the rooms. NO phone-handsets to call front-desk reception?!? Not everyone can have access to a China SIM card !! I am a regular at this hotel

酒店優勢在地鐡站出囗，與嶺南新天地亦是步行距離，服務櫃檯員工友善，check in亦很快捷，以本人第一次到佛山旅行感覺好方便，酒店下面及對面均有大型商場，食市選擇亦多，唯第二晚在酒店房內天花間歇有類似冷氣轟轟聲，而早餐食物種類少，不太適合香港人口味，但對我而言，方便已優於一切

Reception good, housekeeping good, clean quiet room, free use of laundry machines this time.. decor looks a little tired now, after a few annual visits. Location to metro, shops, eateries, some local sights, etc. Are ALL a great plus ! I'm a regular here.

Conveniently located next to subway and bus stations, shopping malls, and many restaurants.

The hotel is located next to Exit B of Zumiao Station. Beware, this hotel is at the Fosan Area. It takes close to 2 hours, and 2 transfers to get to the Baiyun airport. Moving of bigger piece of luggage is not an issue because escalators and lifts are available at the stations. Getting to Guangzhou city takes about an hour. But, this is a good compromise with the very cheap room rate, spacious room and relatively new building and amenities. The down side is that we had a noisy aircond in our room. We also need to adjust the hot water control knob frequently to get to a desire temperature when taking our bath.

Perfect locations, easy walk to Metro Station, restaurant and shopping Mall. Big rooms, comfortable bed, but the floor toilet has a bad smell.

The bath room is heavy smelly. The air conditioner is above the bed so that the blowing is directly forward to us, which is very very uncomfortable

說升級了客房，但還差過住普通房。最主要是分廳和房，但房冷氣不涼，睡至半夜，整身都熱濕了，與朋友一起訂了五間房，五間的冷氣都有此情況。已多次住這間酒店，今次的評價真的較差。

the hotel location is super good, room is clean, the worst part is the front desk, we like to locate both room is the same floor, first they said no room, i said i need tomorrow then, suddenly they said they have now, the front desk is super unhelpful, foshan give m an impression service sector is super good, but only not this hotel

El hotel esta en un inmejorable lugar, esta muy céntrico y muy buen hotel para viaje de negocios, el Wifi funciona sin ningún problema y el desayuno es bueno, recomiendo este hotel ampliamente ya sea para viaje de negocios o viaje familiar.

We booked two rooms. One of them didn’t even have Wi-Fi and desk phone. When complained about it, they switch us to another room, which has Wi-Fi, but the whole room is full of smoke smell. We decided to stay the room without Wi-Fi, thanks to the fact that we ordered unlimited data plan with our iPhones. In another room, there was a terrible smell fin bathroom. The only benefit for staying in this hotel is location, which is very convenient.

Going to china you are going to get less that what you see on photos. All beds in china are hard, so it takes a little getting use to. In comparison this hotel is considered really good in fo Shan especially given the price. But it’s got older and dirtier than the last time I was there 10 months ago.

Located at the Heart of Foshan. Near to Ling Nan Tiandi, several big shopping malls & local attractions. Big and clean room!

Our stay at Bo dun was excellent. The apartment was right in the city center and close to malls and supermarkets etc all within walking distance. We were given a free upgrade to a superior room and had an awesome view of the city. The only downfall for me was there was a kitchenette in our room so we decided to get some food to cook. It wasn't till will purchased all of our food that we realized there was absolutely no kitchen equipment. It was 40 Yuan just to rent a pan which wasn't financially viable for us as we would have needed plates, cutlery, cloths etc. we still cooked anyway but it was rather tricky so if you intend to cook I would advise to check the borage cost of kitchen equipment first :)

Excellent staffing levels of service; room 1106 had faulty toilet and a questionable room door entry; changed to Room 1211 and the door was jammed ajar most of the time.... many of these small issues could have been resolved & given a much higher room-rating...

This hotel is confusing with the other 'U' Bodun Hotel which has the same address.

Hotel was great. Went for some business in foshan and canton fair. Complimrntary Shuttle bus to canton fair is convenient. Hotel is just steps away from zumiao station (exit B), hotel check in was fast and easy, room was very nice. I would recomend to include english speakers staff, english is not very good. No safe deposit in room, I asked for one and they said (with their poor english) they didn't have. Also they say hotel has gym and pool. On my first attempt to ask, they say they didn't have. On my second attempt they say on the other building, they say I had to go out the hotel and look for other building, try but didn't find it. But overall great hotel, great price. I would recomend this hotel and stay again.

Overall this hotel is definitely not a 4 star property as rated by hotels.com. You absolutely get what you pay for and the pictures are not indicative of the type of property it is. Please avoid!!

very good location with underground station in front of hotel and convenience store behind the hotel. Most of taxi drivers are aware of this hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious, with comfortable and cozy furnishings. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

HOTEL LOCATED IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS JUST IN FOOT STEP.THE ONLY THING IS TOILET HAVE SOME BAD SMELL.

Stayed there for 5 days. Nice hotel, 4 stars that I think are deserved. Location is perfect, on top of the Zu Miao metro station and the A11 Mall (you can leave through the mall exit, second floor, to the plaza, and there is the hotel entrance). Great supermarket, and just a couple of blocks from the Zu Miao temple area with dozens of cafes and restaurants. To get to Guangzhou is about 35 minutes in the Foshan line, then another half and hour to most Guangzhou destinations. The hotel itself is perfect, very new, big rooms, good cleaning service. Staff at the front desk need to learn to be a little more polite. Besides that, all good.

This was an excellent hotel. It is above the Zu Miao Metro station, in the A11 Mall building. You can exit through the mall (exit B) walk out the second floor, and just around the corner is the entrance to the hotel. It is pretty new, and I agree with the 4 stars. Breakfast is ok, plain, however after 6 days, you don't want to ever see it again! Personell was a little rude the first day, but they were really busy at my arrival. Then they were ok, and made an effort to speak english. In general, good hotel, excellent value for the money paid. All my family liked it, because the room was pretty big. One thing: Kitchenette stuff is for rent, is not included in the price. The kitchen is there, but there are no utensils unless you pay like 8 bucks per day extra.

Good experience staying in the hotel. The location is very good, it is in the downtown near all eating places and other facilities. Only one problem, the hotel staff did not understand English.

It's ok for staying . Had some businees in Foshan. Rooms are pretty big. All is ok. Many cafes around it.

Hotel located in the middle of Foshan. Very convenience on transportation. Price is reasonable in this condition. However, the map indication is very poor. My map is english but actually the apartment name only chinese. There are 2 similar apartment in the same area. I spent over 20 mins to find the right place.

Modern furnishings, equipped with the essentials and a super-reliable housekeeping. Climate indoors was ambient without excessive heating/cooling required. Location was great, right outside Zumiao subway station with 2 large shopping malls nearby.
