Friendly staff and good food

The hotels had construction in certain levels amd it wasn't clean

Breakfast was good. Rooms and pool were good. Dinner was extensive over a huge area.

The total experience was excellent. Nice and calm and well maintained environment. Friendly and hospitable staff. Quick service . Especially the swimming pool dedicated to the deluxe rooms.

Floors had not been mopped. Dated rooms ... particularly the bathrooms. Being provided wristbands were degrading ... the hotel management should have come up with a better process. The group was constantly questioned as if we had paid for drinks or were drinking the allowance of a family member who had another colour wristband. Will definitely not be visiting this hotel again. Price of food was too high compared to the other hotels that I stayed at around Sri-Lanka. Don't believe we received value for money.

We booked a Superior King Room with a HB package, and everything went smoothly from check in to check out. I’d like to mention a few things that really stood out to us. The staff were amazing, kind, and attentive to detail. For example, we took an inflatable swim ring to the pool. I was trying to inflate it by mouth, and one of the pool staff noticed this and brought us a pump without us even asking. We didn’t even realize they had a pump, so we wouldn’t have thought to ask for one. Another small but thoughtful thing happened during dinner. I was eating crab with my hands, and one of the staff members brought me a bowl of water to wash my hands before I even asked for it. These may seem like very small things, but those little details really stood out to us. We were also one hour late for check-in, and they kindly allowed us to stay an extra hour the following day. The room was spacious and clean, and the food had a good variety. The Indian corner was particularly good, and we really enjoyed the food. Most importantly, as local guests, we sometimes experience being treated differently at certain places. We didn’t feel that here.

The food variety was already good. It would be even better if there were a sushi or Japanese food corner as well for the dinner. Since we arrived on a Monday night, there were fewer guests, so the evening music only continued until around 10 PM. I’m not sure if this is also the case on weekends, but having longer music sessions would be better.

Even after asking multiple times, the room was allocated so far away.

I booked for a garden terrace room and the staff said it is not available during my checkin and provided a room which is far away and less comfortable than what I booked. I’ve stayed at multiple cinnamon hotels, which provided extraordinary services, but this is average

3 pools, one private one kids and one main pool. very lavish breakfast catering to ppl from almost all ethinicity. rooms are cozy and big.

Had few issues such as hot water supply didnt work and had an issue with the TV as well, but staff attended quickly and resolved them.

it would have been better if more chicken mutton and fish items kept. More pork and beef were there so those who do not eat those found it difficult. The dinner and lunch were terrible. The food for dinner was not at all tasty and no choices were available. Also it would been better if more biriyani varieties are available

The room was comfortable and pleasant,and the swimming pool is especially good for Deluxe residents. The buffet was also excellent, with a large variety of dishes. Overall, it was worth the money.

We had an excellent stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and truly enjoyed every moment of it.The resort is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The two swimming pools are excellent, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim. Our room was also excellent clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The lunch and dinner were outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious dishes available at the buffet. There were plenty of choices to suit different tastes, and the food quality was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Beruwala!

We visited this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday i already informed before booked the room, but they didn't provide any complimentary surprises. They have to improve their staff capabilities to enhance guest satisfaction and experience

Stay was very comfortable, hotel rooms was very clean and the staff were very courteous as well especially the room service staff - Nalaka. We enjoyed our trip.

The property is big but the rooms need to be upgraded as well. We had 4 rooms, of which 2 rooms were allocated in old wing of the hotel building and 2 rooms were allocated in new wing.

Nice rooms, great view, good location right on the beach, nice and very comfortable rooms.

You can book a deluxe room to have access to the deluxe pool but nobody is there to monitor if it’s actually only the deluxe pool residents there, so the deluxe pool gets just as crowded. Also the buffet is very crowded, there are too many tables so the dining experience is not too nice.

Architectural design and space of the hotel, swimming pools and rooms were decent. Check in and out was much faster than in any other Cinnamon Hotel I’ve been to previously - this was a plus. Staff were very helpful when approached.

Whilst good variety of food, it was dry in a lot of cases. We would usually get a welcome drink on arrival in any other Cinnamon Hotel - but was disappointed that this didn’t happen - as I always look forward to this. For evening meal in the main area, there seemed to be what sounded like an exciting set of Sri Lankan music and dancers performing, but where we were seated there was no way we could either see it or experience it.

The whole hotel needs a small overhaul or refurbishment. I also want to point out the pillows - they were very hard and huge and not very comfortable to sleep on. Other than that - no complaints :) had an enjoyable stay

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The options available on the breakfast buffet was great. We dined at the Noodles restaurent which was also great.

The food options available in the bar was minimal. Could be better if more variety of options are provided. The in room dining menu choices are not great either.
