Dreamz Inn

The hotel was outstanding, staff was great, room and facilities were excellent.

There was nothing not to like everything you would want in a hotel.

The breakfast was well displayed, food fresh and variety was excellent.

The occupants on the floor above me had a young child who ran back and forward in their room constantly until after 11:00 pm. This made my for a difficult relaxing evening to be obtained. I woul have complained if I was staying longer than one night.

The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. The hotel was very clean and great amenities.

So comfortable. Clean and well resourced.

Not being able to take a bath. No bathtub.

the room and facilities were very clean.

too much emphasis on high end decorations and amenities like plush house coats, shoe covers a safe etc. but the layout and convenience of the room suffered. There was very little space to place belongings.only one bedside table for 2 queen beds. Some sites referred to a full breakfast that wasn't the case. The continental one was only adequate and not worth the extra cost of the stay.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The pool and hot tub were great, and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. There are outdoor loungers, a basketball area, and plenty of space to sit outside and relax. Everything looks nice and new, and the beds were very comfortable. A few downsides: the included breakfast is extremely basic, with no hot food and mostly sugary or high-carb options. There are also limited electrical outlets in the room, particularly around the nightstands. The pool was a little on the cold side. Our biggest issue was the TV. It was stuck in demo mode, and we could not figure out how to turn it off. This left a pop-up displayed on the left side of the screen for the entire evening. Despite those issues, the property itself is very nice, comfortable, and well maintained.

It was a great location very secure. I felt very safe. Rooms were clean staff friendly. I would definitely come back.

The bathtub needs to be updated ours when you stepped in it sound bad as if you were going to fall threw.

Very comfortable

Location and cleanliness and well maintained, good beds

Shower head needs to include a shower wand in each room. As you replace each shower head advise you to install a shower hand held wand, for female hygiene, and washing out the tub (very slow draining). The breakfast too basic and not appetizing at all. Perhaps artisan bread and nicer fruit, boiled eggs perhaps….

Breakfast was underwhelming, for the price. For $360 a hot breakfast should have been available.

DreamZ Inn decor adds to the calm relaxation feeling. The saltwater pool and jacuzzi provide a nice way to unwind. The property is designed outdoors to enjoy the spacious land. It was nice having a gym and sports activities outdoors. The rooms are clean, and spacious. I was delighted to see welcoming drinks in the fridge. The staff are friendly and very helpful in navigating dining and activities in the area. The added bonus was breakfast was included. I would highly recommend DreamZ Inn.

Excellent customer service, very clean, extremely comfortable beds, good complimentary breakfast, great price!

Amenities and outdoor landscape

Bed a bit hard

The property was very quiet and well kept!

The sheets were a bit rough

This is a great place ,staff are excellent, the amenities are fantastic, 👏 rooms are spacious and clean ,they really take great care of their Hotel ..and go above and beyond to make your stay the best experience...

almost like being at a resort..large rooms with 2 queen beds and couch..wonderful indoor salt water pool with hot tub and sauna..hotel provides robes and slippers and towels for pool..lovely yard with plenty of seating

The funky decor, the size of the room, everything really. The pool and gym were great. Outside space is well maintained and inviting. This is a step up from your average motel/hotel. Breakfast is continental, more than adequate and included.

Property is great, location might not suit everyone as you need to drive to get dinner etc. This was not an issue for us, 10mins to Goderich, 15 mins to Bayfield.

Beds were amazing Staff was super friendly. Rooms were bright and cozy Coffee machine was 10/10 Pool was crystal clear Honestly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to.

Really wish the breakfast offered hot items .

The frog statues and other decor, how clean it was , and the large fenced in yard

No eggs or meat for breakfast

Breakfast was perfect. All staff members were quick to answer questions, provided excellent service, were courteous and most helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The garden area is beautiful. Although we didn’t use the other facilities this hotel offered, they were all sparkling clean and welcoming. We welcomed the ‘quiet’ being slightly south of town.

We would have preferred brewed decaf coffee although we think instant decaf was provided which we did not try.

All of it

Nothing

전체적으로 깨끗하고 친절합니다.

아침식사가 너무 미흡했습니다.

I stayed here for a few nights mid March 2026 for work. This place is odd (styling wise) to say the least. First off its in the middle of a field 10 minutes from Goderich, so nothing immediately around the hotel. With that said, it was very clean and literally had every amenity. The room had a fridge, microwave, safe, fireplace, iron, TV, robes and slippers, sitting area, a desk and probably the best bed I have ever slept on! My colleagues had the same sleep experience. There is a pool with a hot tub (nice and hot too) and a sauna. Even the towels were quirky for such a hotel. I did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind a short drive into town and an awesome sleep.

Very fashion forward decor. Super comfy beds. Fun time.

Pool and hot tub

No vending machines

Upgrading room for free right beside pool. incredible 😲

No more waffle maker but great hot drink machine

Breakfast was good

Was a nice little getaway. Staff was very friendly.

The soaps and conditioner could be better. Didn’t smell nice at all and conditioner was awful on my hair. I suggest to bring your own.

Beds aren't the best

Everything.., beautiful, super clean, great location , the backyard, salted poll and hot tub amazing

Nothing, everything was great

Unique place to stay, fun little garden areas and decor. Great set up and room was very quiet and peaceful. Basic continental breakfast but thats what I was expecting. We will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is a great selection and wonderful! Best hotel coffee we've ever had! Love the property for my 3 year old to run around.

Super clean, and extremely friendly staff.

A beautiful Inn. Clean lots of space in the room. The outside is nicely done. Friendly staff. A nice little sitting area in the room. Just south of Goderich easy to get to.

Beautiful property, comfortable clean rooms with some thoughtful inclusions like pop, water, and chocolate treats. The jacuzzi was amazing, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. We ended our stay with a great continental breakfast to send us on our way home. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return in the future. Thanks for the excellent service.

Interesting inn- interesting design choices

Very clean and beautiful in and out

Clean

Over all perfect

All of it.

The breakfast was to plain.

What a beautiful little off the beaten path property!! Clean, safe very quiet..easy parking and room access. Complimentary pop and water in your room fridge. Morning breakfast 😋 was simple but hit the spot. Butter and cream cheese were not frozen easily spreadable !! Excellent quality !! Spent the evening in the hot tub and salt water pool, had a morning infared sauna before breakfast Definitely hit all of our marks !! Well done Dreamz Inn !! Thank you Bryan and Shawna Rockefeller

The room was lovely spacious and clean. Safe was friendly and accommodating. Outdoor space was surprising. Quick drive to Goderich

Comfortable spacious clean. The pool and jacuzzi were great temperatures. Breakfast should have hot items. Employee very polite. Love use the key card to get into the premises.

Good

Glad it was a pet free Hotel

This place is spotless. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and service good. Had a room facing the garden and it was very quiet. Garden is very nice with lots of seating areas. Breakfast is continental self-service in also very clean dining room.

It was a nice touch having free water and pop in fridge

Gorgeous hotel. Excellent, friendly staff. Many free activities avaliable. Best stay at any hotel in years! Highly recommend

Very polite and helpful

The room, the matrass

Breakfast room, limited offering

Nice area.

Probably the biggest issues I had were within the room. When you book a room in a hotel and stay there, probably your main concern is getting a good nights sleep. In this hotel that was next to impossible. The room has a small fridge in it and every time the fridge started up you’d hear water dripping onto water, which was extremely distracting when all around the hotel is silent. The constant dripping could drive you mad. Then the air conditioner, which we put on had a ticking sound which also was extremely distracting and kept you awake. As a result, we had to turn the air conditioner off. The body soap and shampoo and conditioner, are attached vertically attached to the wall and to get the product out one has to squeeze these very hard non-pliable bottles which made it very uncomfortable and not easy to use Finally the office chair which was supplied for the desk was broken and wobbly, and I was unable to use it. However, I spoke to the manager and they did replace it for Definitely not a positive experience

Spacious room with comfortable king bed and jacuzzi tub. Clean and quiet facility with excellent customer service. Only con was hot tub was not working, however the saltwater pool was great.

Great stop in Goderich for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed in a huge room. Nice to have a fridge with free water and pop. Lots of amenities including pool, sauna and hot tub and green space.

Very nice quiet place to stay.

Breakfast was good 👍 the location was excellent if you're planning on going to goderich area 😀

I like everything this place has to offer.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. I loved my stay there and I will definitely go back there again. Thank you for a great place and stay, and so clean!

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for what we had planned. Lovely gardens, relaxing, serene location.

Pillows are needing to be replaced.

Clean accommodation with nice attention to detail. Highly recommend a stay at Dreamz Inn.

Very well maintained, great pool.

Was ok.

Such a unique and beautiful hotel! Would definitely come again!

Hotel is clean. Room spacious and can compare to a 4 star hotel. Friendly staff and excellent service.

It was a great, relaxing comfortable hotel. It was very clean. The grounds are impeccable. The room is large and the bed is great. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing.

Very clean excellent stay, pol and hot tub was excellent, everything was satisfactory!

Overall experience was not bad but not as advertised as 5 Star hotel. Bed-sheet, blanket was very basic and does not feel like freshly washed. Washroom soap bottles were little weird, need to squeeze hard to get soap. Breakfast room setting was nice but it has very basic and not a hot breakfast. Overall good hotel but over priced.

We booked Dreamz inn because it has great location near Bayfield, and close to Goderich. Hotel is very nice, clean and have a pool with sauna and jacuzzi, beautiful garden around hotel. Plain breakfasts provided by hotel is very convenient. Management are very polite, helpfull with everything you might need while you stay and keep hotel in good shape. The only one thing hotel is missing that is open windows in the room, so you can enjoy fresh air in the room while you're sleeping. We will definitely stay again in Dreamz inn.

Totally pleased! While we had some disappointments with some independent inns/hotels - Dreamz Inn was a pleasant surprise they met and even exceeded what they offered. A clean and well managed facility worth many return visits

I witnessed the staff member use a Dustbuster to vacuum the tables in the breakfast area and then turn around and use the same machine to vacuum the floor and then he went over where you make your breakfast, your toast, etc. and use the Dustbuster again it was disgusting

Dreamz is a decent hotel , it’s a bit too colourful for my taste but for a night it’s fine . The only real complaint that I did not like about the room is it has no dark out blinds , so it’s crazy bright until it gets dark out and at sunrise bright again . Did not enjoy that aspect . Breakfast was mediocre

My husband and I stayed here because we had a wedding in the area. The motel is very cute and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were very happy overall.
