Convenient location, quiet, nice view, staff were helping

TV only had a few channels and was not set up for Netflix or You Tube. No lift. The room lacked decorations or a painting.

Park across the road and good BTS access

The rooms are just fine – nothing special but this generally works for a short stay. A highlight of sorts is the park in front of the hotel – always welcome in a city this frenetic.

I wouldn't quite dare to market my room as having "a city view" – is a wall a city view?

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, something you really appreciate in Bangkok’s heat. The staff were polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever we had questions or requests. Their warm service added to the overall positive experience.

one downside we noticed was the smell in the room. It wasn’t very pleasant and slightly affected our overall comfort during the stay. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can improve on.

Impossible to open windows

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Bahn war nicht weit entfernt.

Der Abfluss von der Dusche war schlecht. Steckdosen und Lichtschalter an beiden Betten wären gut gewesen.

Hotel is noisy. Hotel needs renovations(maybe sound proffered windows) to become good standard. Super old used towels with holes(but clean) is not the best example.

ホテルは1000バーツ、1200バーツ／泊、一人なら部屋は広くて綺麗し、シャワーも湯量は問題ない。 エレベーターは無いけど、目の前に綺麗な公園があって、とても良い場所です。エアコンの音以外はとっても静かです。 BTSまで徒歩圏内です。アソークまで早い時間だったら15分くらい、駅までの道中で途中で食事するところも何箇所もあるし、セブンイレブンもすぐです。 道端で果物も格安で売ってたりなんか良いところですよ。 さらに、グラブバイクでプラトゥーナム市場まで数分ですし、プラトゥーナム市場周辺は、タイ国内の観光箇所の中でも一番物価が安いんじゃ無いかなと思います。マッサージも60分200バーツです。チャトチャック市場より買い物も安いです。 どこに行くにも便利で、且つ、快適な夜を過ごせる、ベスポジ宿泊施設です。 ホテル周辺は10時には屋台や飲食店のお店のほとんどが終業です。とても静かです。 ベトナム料理屋さんだけ、ラストオーダー深夜1：30です。帰りが遅くなったらここで食事できますよ。

Don’t have lift

Location is great with the BTS a short walk away. Eateries and shopping malls abound. We easily spent a day exploring Victory Monument and its surrounds with its malls, convenience stores, street markets, Catholic church, various modes of transport making it a breeze to get around. Staff are helpful, efficient and hard-working. Communication is great. They readily arrange a room on the lowest level for Mum who has mobility issues, and upgraded the other 2 rooms with views of the park.

Water from the shower cubicle pools over and into the dry area, takes some time for it to drain away.

Nice clean hotel with good location close to the sky train station.

Asking for a thousand baht bond for three nights stay is ridiculous.

No elevator, room abit small, wifi isn’t working

Well priced affordable option, near the BTS station, accross a public park big enough to do some jogging or strolling if you want. Also very close to a couple of 7-11s, a small market, several laundry options and an English speaking doctor if you need one. All within 5 min of walking. The terrace in front of the hotel can be used to have a smoke if you are a smoker. Staff is helpful, assisting with directions and odd checkout times and hailing a taxi at those same odd times. The rooms are clean and the AC is quiet and fast. When you request cleaning, the staff also leaves a couple of bottles of water in your room. Elderly should keep in mind that there is no elevator, but the stairs are not steep. Contact the hotel about ground floor rooms if any.

The only thing I would add is a few more wall hooks for towels, a few more hangers and a plastic container for dirty laundry to make it easier to separate and store.

Friendly staff. The facilities were clean. The room was cleaned up every day. Although there is no elevator, it was not a big problem. Surely, I will stay at this hotel again

Ett bra hotell att ha som bas.

I asked for a quiet room but was told the room i booked only on one side so there is no other choice. But i asked for higher level as people can see you through window if you stay below level 4. There is no blind curtain. But in the end i liked the room facing a beautiful park, i really enjoyed staying at 4th flow so that I can open curtains sit in front of the window and enjoy watching the park .

Poor wifi signal.

S3 Residence Park is an Idea location for using the sky Train network situation only ten minutes walk from Victoria Moment Station giving access to many area's of Bangkok. We used the train network every day to access many attractions which was much better than using taxis and stuck in traffic.The room was a good size with a large and comfortable bed, storage space,TV (not used in our stay) Safe, hairdryer small table and two chairs and air conditioning. There was a nice view of well managed park opposite, lovely for walking around relaxing after all the hustle and bustle ot Bangkok. The separate bathroom had shower, toilet and basin. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied. There are plenty of places for eating nearby from street food vendors, cafes, restaurants and malls and reasonable price . Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming and dealing with any issues.

Some areas of mould in the shower area. Crack on basin. Traffic noises may cause sleeping issues for some people. The street can be very busy at times and needs to be careful walking. Some of the local restaurants people only speak thai and may cause a problem with communication.

Make sure you are away from street side people shouting all day selling street food . They moved me after i asked for a quite room Otherwise very good

Hotel manager did not know how to handle guest. Don't care about guest requirements. Manager behaviour was so rude. Scare about to stay in this hotel in near future.

Clean & convenient stay. Friendly staffs too. About 10 mins to bts Victory Monument. 7-11 is just around the corner. The only downside is the curtains. Even the street lights could penetrate the curtains. There's no lift too 😅

The hotel is very accessible to various modes of transportation, though I only used taxis, taxi motorcycles, and BTS (railcars). Another plus is there's a convenient store nearby (about 150 meters) so food won't be a problem. The mattress was firm and the pillow was solid, which I liked. The room in general looks nice. In the room, you will have a fridge, a TV (with cable box), a small kettle, and some cups, but no toothbrush and no toothpaste.

You have to climb the stairs to your room which might not be best for people with knee problems. The corridor to the room was sometimes filled with smell of grills from nearby BBQ place. I didn't notice the smell once I was in the room, though I might be used to it then. I'm not picky about decorations, but the curtain in my room was discoloured or something.

The staff was kind to me. They cleaned every day and changed towels and sheets. There was a dryer. It's in the drawer. There is no toothbrush. It was helpful that water was replenished every day. It is crowded at night because there are many stalls lined up on the road near the park. It's easy to access a lot of different places There's a laundry and a cafe nearby It was a convenient place.

Our Grab ride to and from KIX took around 30-35 mins via the local roads. Great location about 5 mins walk from Victory Monument BTS Station. There were plenty of food stalls eateries, shops and malls in the neighbourhood. We got a room on the 3rd floor which was clean and well maintained. It was easy to get around and explore the vicinity by foot. There was daily change of bath towels and face towels which was much appreciated. Room came with a fridge, kettle, safe box, cups and teaspoons. Shower gel, shampoo, handsoap, toilet paper were available and replenished.

After entering the property, access was via key card at the lobby. Our key card stopped working twice but this was promptly resolved at the reception after a reset. There is no elevator at the property so do take this into consideration if carrying heavy luggage

It is an ideal location for short stay if you are travelling for business. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reception is open 24/7. Seven Eleven is just a minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor which can be smelly and uncomfortable as they are open 24 hours for takeaways. You will notice motorbikes stopping by to collect takeaways for deliveries every 10 minutes for the whole night. Hotel doest have lift if you are booked on the 2nd or 3rd floor which can be sometimes difficult if you are carrying large suitcases.

Good stay for a few days, central point in Bangkok, everything is close, big, comfy and clean room, staff very helpful. The only disadvantage was that there is no elevator! You ll get some help at check in but not at check out - could be tricky if you are on the top floor. Would recommend overall!

Decent place and location for the price.

- Near the Monument of Victory station. - Easy to find. - Nearby you can buy everything you need for living. - View of the park. - Clean. - There are no problems with early departure.

- There is no elevator. - Gorgeous panoramic windows cannot be opened. - Poor sound isolation. - When trucks pass by, it can shake a little. - Pillows are not very comfortable.

Very happy with my stay. Very convienient location for travel and for my stay. Friendly and helpful staff. I will stay there again.

When we arrived by taxi to check in at S3 a man was standing outside to tell us that the hotel was closed and we should go to their related hotel, Le Tada which was 270 metres down the road. We walked to the hotel and were told by the receptionist that they did not have a reservation for us. I showed them my reservation and forwarded it to them. The receptionist's reaction was excellent. She was very pleasant and helpful and gave us an upgraded room.

This smaller hotel is located really close to a BTS station, so you can travel about the city with ease. There was several places to eat nearby, too. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the WiFi. The WiFi, which in fairness is free, is about the worst I have experienced outside of China. It was slow and constantly kicked me off. Very annoying. However, everything else about the hotel was good.

BTSの駅からも徒歩圏内ですし向かいに公園もあり静かです。2回目の宿泊ですが次回も使いたいと思います。

Yes it's 3 stars because of the facility. No swimming pool No lifts But don't let that put you off. Rooms are clean and the staff extremely helpful. In walking distance for supermarkets, McDonald's and many other restaurants. A hotel on the same Soi has a massage parlor. Very nice. The hotel is facing the park. Which is very popular. It's used as a fitness club for locals and visitors. It's a small hotel ideal for a trip into Bangkok. Near the main shopping areas. Transport all close by. We used the taxi as they are meted and very reasonably priced. TukTuks are more pricey, ASK THE PRICE BEFORE YOU GET IN.

Hôtel pratique avant de prendre l’avion pour Paris car pas loin de la ligne de l’aéroport. Très propre et très bon rapport qualité prix. Le directeur et son personnel sont charmants et nous ont aidés à monter les valises et les descendre (pas d’ascenseur) et nous ont aidés à trouver un tuktuk avec gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Comfortable bed. After a few days, the air-con was not working well and we were given another room. Overall I enjoyed my stay with a friendly front counter.

BTSビクトリーモニュメント駅から徒歩7-8分です。途中でショッピングセンターやコンビニやtesco express (mini super)もあり、長期滞在でも問題ありません。価格の割には、室内もキレイです。大通りに近いので、クルマの音は聞こえますが、私は気になりませんでした。静かな場所が好きな方はオススメしません。チャトチャク 市場に近いので、1日に2回行くこともできます。費用を抑えて、長期滞在したい、だけど安全性も担保したい方にオススメです。基本的に学生街なので、怪しいお店はありません。スタッフも親切でした。
