Good hotel for the money. The staff needs a little more training in customer service. The front desk girl when I checked in was horrible, restaurant waiters when I was there for breakfast every day had not customers service at all, they just clean tables. Sent a note to the General Manager about my check in, he never answered.

Great for families and travelers who are used to American style amenities. Big showers, good AC, a stunning Mountain View. The property is located in a safe and upscale part of the city.

Todo fue excelente, sobretodo del botones Juan Diego. El inconveniente que el ultimo piso no estaba disponible porque están haciendo remodelación y el sábado en la noche una fiesta de 15 anos, queríamos tomarnos un coctel y no fue posible. El resto de la estadía fue buena

Great location but my reservation for a mountain view was not included when we arrived.

It was amazing

Toilet wasn't well clean at arrival. Overpriced. Busy, also pool always full, rooftop place still under construction, sort of. Restaurant and cafe staff were very kind and attentive (the fact they needed to ask for a paper review probably implies they're under pressure from management).

Everything was good

I thought it was an amazing experience. I loved the breakfast and the rooms were so clean. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my time there with my family. The only things I would improve are the surrounding area’s which are a little sketchy and how you have to pay for snacks in your room, but that alone isn’t enough for me to rate the experience less than 5 stars. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful Hotel in the chic part of town. The top terrace has a great view of town! Staff is very kind and service minded! The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable, buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious with little touches from Colombian food! This is my 2nd stay and I will definitely go back next time I am in town.

Stayed many times here, staff and very helpful, rooms are excellent, spacious, breakfast provides usual Colombian offerings but good. The roof top bar is being renovated but the is a small bar on the ground floor that is very nice, the pool is still accessible from the roof but its always fairly cold as isa jacuzzi. They very kindly added an extra Wi-Fi point to allow better signal in my room which was initially awful, but they fixed it immediately, Close to shops and mall and good restaurants and café

I liked the property overall. It would be convenient to have a mirror outside the bathroom to help our family get ready for outings faster. The keys were sensitive and had to be reset everytime they got close to a phone or credit card. The rooftop pool area will be great once renos are finished. The view up there is incredible!! Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy our stay. Service and facilities are excellent.

Unfortunately weather did not cooperate. Also there were major renovations and gym and pool area were inaccessible

The room was not up to the standards of a hotel of this caliber. The staff/front desk was not helpful. Seemed preoccupied with other things instead of helping their guests.

Great customer service and the personal very professional.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Our room had a few things to be fixed though, the bathroom door didn't close properly, the shower knob was loose and there were some towels missing when we first checked in. The staff was very helpful and kind.

We stayed for 3 nights in a mountain view king room. Beware if you book a superior king you will most likely be looking on to a fire escape and ac units, we payed extra for the view. The room itself is well appointed with all the amenities you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are on the roof with an amazing view. Breakfast was good, but dishes needed to be topped up as they were often empty. Dinner was very good. Hotel has three bars to choose from which were all very nice. Our big negative was Christy on reception who was unhelpful and knowingly tried to mislead us. Dealing with a complaint was difficult if your spanish is not great and the general manager failed to respond. Conclusion is we had an enjoyable stay at what is probably the best hotel in Armenia.

Good location with everything you need close by. The entire hotel and rooms are emaculate. Room was spacious, no issues with noise, and shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Breakfast was good considering included in the room - no complaints. All the staff in the hotel are all friendly and always willing to assist. Will stay at Mocawa every visit to Armenia. Thank you to all the staff!!

They have a very lack service in the restaurants service. Many bosses but also not productive service for the customers

Excelente alternativa para hospedarse en Armenia. El Staff es súper amable, respetuoso y hacen de que la estadía sea más placentera. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme. La única incomodad fue el mattress o colchón de la cama, era muy rígido para nuestro gusto.

This hotel is phenomenal!!! The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and towels were changed daily. As someone that enjoys good water pressure while showering, this place has got to be the best place I’ve ever stayed in all of my travels.

Excellent hotel, one if the top in Armenia Quindio. The swimming pool in the 17th floor offers a nice and relaxing view.

La estadía fue como lo usual muy placentera solo que la habitación que se me dió no cumplía para mi criterio los estándar está ves, los inteructores de luz todos sueltos, las paredes golpeadas, el estante de la nevera en un estado desgastado y dañado y para el colmo en la capital del eje cafetero no contaba con café ni máquina para hacerlo en mi habitación

Only place I stay

A good hotel and close to everything. Staff are excellent and very helpful. They can provide transportation to Filadia, Valle the Cocora at a very good rate. They have a roottop with a pool with wonderful sunset view.

We had stayed at the hotel before and wanted to stay again. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, service is excellent. The price was more than the year before and the air conditioning cut off twice making sleeping a little uncomfortable.

Hotel muy limpio, bien ubicado , buen personal. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. No me gusto el spa, muy malo. No me brindaron una toalla para cubrirme, me dieron una servilleta de papel para limpiarme luego de mi masaje, hacia calor, fue horrible. Deben mejorar las opciones de vino, cocteles y comida, es muy limitado.
