Am petrecut un sejur relaxant și plăcut. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult atmosfera liniștită, curățenia impecabila și profesionalismul echipei de la recepție. O alegere excelentă pentru vacanță!

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen und Getränke waren lecker und vielfältig. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Es gab nichts Wesentliches, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

schöne aussicht

I have been there 8 years ago and I could see the entertainment activities were poor ,compared with 2018 .but I should mention Sherwood dream are being ran by a strong management team. In one word I say I am happy with my stay.

They didn't put our family in close rooms as I had asked them to do a month before.

2 bed family rooms were a decent size. Very clean, all amenities available. Food was good. Gym was a decent size.

Location, not close to anything bar a few shops. Turkish À la carte was not good. No air con, sun streaming in your face, small portions - we left and went to the buffet.

Еда была очень хорошая. Особенно понравилось отношение девушек на ресепшене при входе. Они были вежливы и приветливы.

Уборка в номере тоже не понравилась. Полотенца были уже старыми и изношенными. Смеситель в ванной тоже очень старый, его давно пора заменить.

The food was amazing,ste staff very nice,clean facilities,variety of food and drinks…the beach was also well kept and clean,we had a walk on the beach around other resorts and we could not say the same.

I felt at some point that they would focus more on russian speaking guests…we went out couple of times to listen the music at the outsider terrace/bar and they would play a lot of russian music but none for the other guest wich left me a little bit dissapointed…

Все было безупречно, выше всяких похвал, самый клиентоориентированный персонал, которым мы только когда-либо встречали – во всём пойдут навстречу, все сделают для удобства гостя, максимально приятные и вежливые, всегда с улыбкой! Очень хорошая уборка, чистые комнаты, все на высшем уровне!!

Der Pool ist sehr gut und sauber. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten wie Fußball, Wasserball und Volleyball, sodass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir auch die Wasserrutschen, die für viel Spaß sorgen. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kann dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen. 🇩🇪❤️🇮🇶❤️🇹🇷

Много мили момичета в детския центъра. Специални благодарности на Юлия. Бутилирана бира ефес във хладилни витрини до баровете. Персонала се старае много всичко да е на ниво. Детския аквапарк е много добър, а и лунапарка си заслужава. Компактна територия, на която има всичко. А и да не забравя вечерните шоу програми. Супер бяха. Браво. Има места винаги и около басейна и на плажа.

Малко пейки за родителите в лунапарка. Трябва акваобувки за плажа.

One of the staff members was trying to convince us to use their rip off taxi service. Please walk up the road and you will find a bus shuttle service.

Sehr bequeme Matratze im Zimmer, schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, sehr freundlicher Service (Reinigung, Miniclub), sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant (inkl. Kinderbuffet), sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder

Nur ein Fahrstuhl im Gebäude, größtenteils haben wir uns selbst mit den Getränken beim Frühstück und Mittagessen versorgt (kaum Interesse von Kellnern, langsame Bedingung), draußen Schwimmbäder könnten etwas wärmer sein (nur ein Schwimmbad war ein paar Tage etwas beheizt, bei 16-20 Grad Temperatur draußen wäre nicht schlecht. Während unserer Reise war ein Zimmer auf dem gleichen Stock renoviert. Tagsüber war sehr laut, vor allem mit dem kleinen Kind könnten wir kein Mittagspause 3-4 Tage machen.

Intrarea in apa plina de pietre, apa rece si mare imiat ce intrai. Costuri suplimentare percepute la inceputul sejurului (840 euro). Noi personal nu mai revenim aici.

The location is perfect and i had pretty much everything i needed. I ESPECIALLY liked the people working there in restaurant service and the cleaning people. They are super nice and helpful i really hope they are well taken care of and paid decently. Special shout out to the lady working at restaurant who’s always smiling

A little too crowded and at first they gave me a room next to the AC system was super noisy but they changed it later for me. I also didn’t like the fact that there are not much options in the bar for people who don’t drink alcohol . No fresh juices or fun healthier drinks

Het is zeker een ultra all in hotel. Het eten is divers en lekker en is er de hele dag. Er is zelfs een nachtrestaurant tot 6 uur! Er is voor ieders wat wil. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Worden ook elke dag keurig schoongemaakt. Elke dag krijg je ook frisse handdoeken. Onze kamer had een uitzicht op het resort en het strand. Zwembaden zijn groot genoeg en schoon. Er is ook een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Service is uitstekend. Voor de kinderen is er oom genoeg te doen. Er is een kidsclub met een goede animator en savonds kunnen de kinderen meedoen met traditoneel mini-disco. Wij hebben er 5 leuke dagen gehad.

De verlichting is soms wel een puzzel in de kamer.

Nagyon kedves a a személyzet és segítőkész mégha nem igazán tudtak is angolul. A szálloda abszolút rendben volt, jobb mint amire számítottam. Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak.

Çox təmiz, səliqəli oteldir. Elanda göstərilən bütün xidmətlər yüksək səviyyədə təşkil olunur. İşçilər, heyət çox mehribandır və nəsə lazım olarsa, dərhal kömək edirlər. Resepsion Pınar xanım daxil bütün heyət çox yüksək xidmət göstərdi.

Resort was nice

Its my second time in Sherwood dreams and I loved it before and still love it.. staff are really friendly and super helpful.. food variety and quality is really good.. one of the best in its category

Despite that almost everything was great I had the below disappointments which really can be fixed if a regular maintenance was conducted 1. There was some dirt coming out of the jacuzzi when you switch it on. Once I informed the reception they immediately offered to switch room. Which was a good gesture from them. Yet when I went to the other room, I asked them to try the jacuzzi before moving and the same problem was there.. so they sent someone to fix it in my room, and unfortunately it still have the same problem definitely need proper maintenance. 2. There was some maintenance out of the room and they left a lot of dirt outside. I have informed the front desk yet it was not cleaned out. Dust and cable cuts were all over the carpet at the entrance of the room. 3. Too many children playing in the lobby area and the bars and they were too loud..

Stuffs are professional and friendly at the same time. The environment is very fresh. Food is very delicious.

The location, friendly staff, small territory which is perfectly organized for the stay with a little baby of 0-5 years old

Klimaanlage Geruch im Zimmer nicht so schön, AlaCart lohnt sich überhaupt nicht.

Le personnel du Kids Club était très attentionné. La nourriture était correcte. La plage était sympa.

Nous avons séjourné au Sherwood Dreams Resort et avons été victimes d’un incident de sécurité extrêmement grave dans le parc d’attractions de l’hôtel. Lors d’un tour de grande roue, le mécanisme s’est brusquement déréglé : le moteur s’est inversé et a fonctionné en roue libre, projetant violemment notre nacelle contre le sol. Nous avons dû sauter avec nos enfants pour éviter un accident grave. Après l’incident, plusieurs témoins – y compris du personnel de l’hôtel – ont confirmé que le manège présentait déjà des problèmes et que les règles de sécurité et de poids n’étaient pas respectées. Le management a reconnu la vétusté de l’installation, mais n’a proposé qu’un late check-out, sans réelle reconnaissance de la gravité de la situation. Au-delà de cet événement, de nombreux équipements de l’hôtel sont en panne ou mal entretenus, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas à un établissement affiché 5 étoiles : luminaires hors service, attractions du parc fermées, jacuzzi défectueux… ➤ Nous recommandons vivement à Booking.com et aux futurs clients d’exiger une inspection de sécurité avant d’y séjourner.

Everything was good!

The restaurant and room cleaning staff is polite, hardworking.Good swimming pool and big cosy bar with sea view.

The reception staff is rude,never smiling,you are not welcome when you arrive at the hotel.We booked room with sea view,but when we arrived it was not avaible and we had to spend few hours at reception next day to fight for better room what we booked.If you need any information, they are telling you to find it online.The hotel needs renovation,its far from 5 stars,more like 3 stars.Very loud music from the bar until 1-2 o'clock at the night.

The breakfast , lunch and dinner buffets were really good. The staff were polite and helpful. The animation team were very entertaining. The restaurant staff were great. Engin at the Turkish restaurant especially And Schabi who did the activities during the morning and afternoon was amazing. The beach is nice, just be sure to get up early and claim a chair!

The air conditioning was very weak.. the room was so hot... especially in the mornings. Some of the sliding doors on the windows had broken locks. Security hazard when you're on the ground floor and people are walking past your room regularly. The taxi's that the hotel call for you charge way too much to go to the airport, and try to get aggressive when you tell them they are overcharging you compared to the price it says on the meter. Book your own taxi online. It was very hard to book the a la carte restaurants as their was almost no avalibility during our stay ... same goes for the massages at the spa.. almost no availibility. (Perhaps it was just a very busy week)

We liked the staff, bedrooms, facilities, abundance of sun loungers around pool and beach, plenty of snack bars and bars, very good variety of food and drink available around the clock, the fridge stocked daily with soft drinks, water and beers. Overall best hotel resort that we have stayed in for quite a while. There were plenty of fridges around with small bottles of ice cold water included in the all inclusive. Over all an excellent holiday. Would definitely recommend.

The safe in our room was just a few inches off the floor. Very awkward for elderly folks.
