Tesis öncelikle yemeklerinden tut temizliğine kadar çalışanların ilgisi ve güleryüzüne kadar hersey harikaydı hotelin tüm tuvaletlerine hangi saatte girersek girelim hep temizdi hemde baştan savma bir temizlik değildi, yemekleri çok çeşitliydi sürekli farklı birşeyler denedik, hergün farklı farklı yapılan şef tabakları harikaydı, bir keresinde ravioli mantıya denk geldim hayatımda bu kadar lezzetlisini yedimmi bilmiyorum, yine bir keresinde şef tabaklarından tiramisuya denk geldim sanırım 3 kere kaldıp 3 tabak yemişdim, yemekleri bu zamana kdar gittiğimiz tüm antalya hotellerinden harikaydı… ala carte restaurant’a gittiğimiz zaman çeşitliliğin fzla olması istediğimiz ürünlerin tekrardan getirilimesi ana yemeği birden fazla kez seçmemiz çoğu hotelde yok ve buradada ala carte menüleri çoğu hotelden zengindi. En en önemlisi çalışanlar her zaman güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi bir hotelin en güzel yanı bu olmalı, havuz ne kdar kalabalık olursa olsn her zaman temizdi, şezlong bulmakta zorlanmadık, patenli gezen çalışanlar sürekli bar’a gitmememizi kolaştırıyorlardı, waffle çeşitleri çoğu hotelde görmediğim bir deneyimdi, malzeme çokluğu lezzeti harikaydı… hotelin içerisinde pastane olması güzeldi, nesspresso kahve kullanımı güzeldi..

Malesef tesisin tatlılarını hiçbir öğünde beğenmedim, tek beğendiğim baklava ve kadayıf çeşitleriydi… yapılan pastalar sütlü tatlılar malesf sınıfta kaldı, bir tatlı yiyordum ama lezzet yoktu en önemlisi görünüş olarak cezbedici değildi !

Personnel professionnel et sympathique, la propreté, la restauration riche et variée, une bonne ambiance , bonnes animations

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und immer hilfsbereit, egal um was es ging. Essen war einfach unglaublich so viel auswahl ich war meist verwirrt was ich essen soll.

Eine turkish night hat gefehlt bei den Animationsteam. Ich hätte mir gewunschen, dass kidsclub richtig ausgestattet wäre wegen betreuung der kinder. Ich bin alleinerziehend und konnte nie wirklich abschalten oder die animationsshows mit genuss erleben. Kidsclub ist super ausgestattet aber jeder kommt und geht und man verliert leicht den überblick weshalb ich meine kinder nie alleine dort lassen konnte um mir eine show anzusehen. Meine kinder sind 5 und 7. hoteleigene geschäft wo man Zigaretten kaufen kann fand ich sehr verarschend eine Zigaretten packung kostet überall 110 lira und im hotel selbst kostet eine packung 300 lira das dreifache fand ich schon eine richtige abzocke.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left we experienced an amazing stay. The staff couldn't have done more or been any nicer, or more helpful. Great food, bars, facilities and staff make this a very tough resort to beat!

Drinks service around the pools could have been more frequent.

Hotel was quiet nice but seems little bit old. Room was good enough. There was a lot of activities in property and beach also was good and clean. Service people they was kind and helpful all the time with our request.

Reception was kind of poor when you compared for the 5 stars rate, before my departure i ask for late check out because i had a baby with me and our travel was late at night and i got a cold answer no, is not possible, from one of the receptionist. Food was average good but didn’t change at all for the days during our stay ( and we stay for a week) breakfast was same all the days and lunch and dinner also same compared with the photos in internet that they show nothing happen, small dishes change but 90% remain the same so after the 3rd day you ask yourself what are going to eat. Snack area also same kind or poor if hotel call itself 5 stars. Top of everything was the part that every single time you go out for the pool you meet with people who have shops there and you feel like you are in Turkish bazar because they constantly talking to you especially people who make photos, you go in pool they are there, you go to beach they will come after you so if you want to have a peaceful day this one will become kind of frustrating.

We have been going to Belek every year for golf stays or with our grandchildren for 15 years. So we know a lot of luxury hotels and can compare. As for the Kirman hotel, we can share this assessment: a great hotel suitable for families with children. Services, architecture, events, food - it reflects the needs of a family with children a lot. The hotel would deserve a renovation of the entrance hall, more frequent washing of glass surfaces and some major maintenance work that would fix small things throughout the hotel. But otherwise it cannot be faulted. It provides an absolutely amazing kitchen with an incredibly extensive and tasty assortment of dishes, great cleaning, friendly staff, plenty of activities, We really appreciated that there were always enough sun loungers (6/26). The grandchildren enjoyed the slides and large pools. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay and we will be happy to return.

The hotel has an evening program until 11 pm. And then, unfortunately, the bars are still open and very noisy clients in the bars until late at night. So if you have children who wake up at night because of the noise, or if you are just going to relax and want to sleep in on vacation - then you will not succeed here. And further- we encountered mainly Russian and Turkish clients at the hotel. As for the Russian clients - they are very noisy, they have no respect for the staff, they leave full plates of food and a mess in the dining room and they do not know how to behave….. Unfortunately, the hotel management cannot influence this, but it may make your stay unpleasant.

- die untere Duschabdeckung fällt fast auseinander und man sieht den Dreck/Schimmel dahinter - das Bett ist zu hart, man Spührt jedes Federkernpacket in seinen Rücken - als ich einen höheren Angstellten um Salz bat, wartete ich 5 min und als ein zweites mal fragte wurde dieser mit seinem Ton aggressiv - Hotel eher abgelegen somit bleibt man nur in der Hotelanlage - Transfer nach Belek 60€

Essen ist gut, Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gute Leute. Die Veranstaltungen und Tanzvorführungen waren hervorragend. Die Farbparty am Strand war fantastisch.

отель втиснут между двумя другими, поэтому во время вечернего шоу, была какофония, все отели старались переорать соседа. Очень шумная анимация на бассейне, зачем включать звук на такой громкости, не понятно. при заезде 1 мая, такое ощущение, что отель прошел реновацию, и до конца не была вымыта строительная пыль и в комнате, и в коридорах, и в общих зонах. Грязные стекла мешали наслаждаться видом из окна. ну и напоследок, возможно это только мое впечатление - слишком мягкие (промятые) матрасы. Я не полная, но лежала как в люльке, что не слишком полезно для позвоночника

I didn’t like that the main language in kids club was Russian, the cleaning was not good and the personal was not helpful and very indifferent.

Все. Еда супер. Пирс отличный. Персонал вышколенный. Все оч круто за такие относительно небольшие деньги.

Основной бассейн на улице не подогреваемый. Есть бассейн с подогревом внутри, на улице небольшой, но только 16+, и где взрослые горки. Для взрослых это не проблема. Для детей и подростков в полусезон - не очень. Но все остальное компенсирует этот недуг.

Alles war super! Das Essen war immer frisch und sehr lecker. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in April, and overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. The hotel is quite dated and fairly basic, although the common areas are generally well maintained and clean. The food selection was average, with limited variety—many dishes seemed to be repeated daily and even across different stations. Room cleaning is scheduled only until 4:00 PM. As we were traveling with a child and had to follow a nap routine, we weren’t always able to vacate the room in time. Unfortunately, this meant that on some days the room was not cleaned until the following day, which was inconvenient. The kids’ club could also use improvement, as the facilities and activities felt outdated. At the beach, the sunbeds are placed very close together, offering little privacy. We imagine this could become quite uncomfortable during peak season. There are no individual umbrellas, but rather large shared canopy covers. In terms of location, the hotel is situated in a rather isolated area, with limited surroundings and not much to explore nearby. Overall, this hotel might suit travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay, but it may not meet the expectations of those seeking a more comfortable or above-average experience. Personally, we would not choose to return.

Mir hat das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und die Einrichtungen, besonders der Pool- und Strandbereich, waren sehr schön. Das Essen war ebenfalls gut und es gab eine große Auswahl.

Manchmal war es etwas voll, besonders während der Essenszeiten. Die WLAN-Verbindung könnte in einigen Bereichen besser sein. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Kirman Belazur - это любовь с первого взгляда. В воспоминаних только положительные эмоции и восхищение. Очень приятный персонал, обслуживание на высоте, относятся с уважением, любовью и пониманием к каждому гостю. В отеле чистота, красота, приятный аромат по всему отелю и в номерах, что не маловажно для приятного времяпрепровождения, масса развлечений, как для детей, так и для взрослых. Кухня - это вообще нечто. Огромный выбор еды, напитков и десертов на любой вкус. Всё очень вкусно и красиво. Есть бассейны с подогревом, очень удобно для тех кто приезжает не в сезон. Остались очень довольны этим отелем. Однозначно рекомендую!!!!!

Не слишком дружелюбный персонал в баре, особенно местные бармены и местные официантки, особенно, в баре Clark Gable. В номере протекал шланг душа.

Wspaniałe baseny. Podział na strefy dzięki czemu rodzice z małymi dziećmi nie uprzykrzały pobytu innym. Przepyszne jedzenie. Fajne wieczorne atrakcje.

Le personnel était formidable, chaleureux, disponible, toujours avec un grand sourire aux lèvres et très agréable. La restauration juste exquise, d'une variété d'exception et d'un choix à couper le souffle. Franchement impossible d'être dessus ou mécontent, impossible.

Le lit double 140cm c'est un peu petit pour un couples grand et fort, sinon tout le reste était parfait au point de rendre ce détail très négligeable

Unser Bett war zu klein und das Badezimmer hätte ein bisschen moderner eingerichtet sein können. Frühstück hätte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl geben können. Der Service war auch nicht so gut was ich auch schade fand das man sogenannte Handtuchkarten hat und man jedes Mal die Handtücher abgeben musste um seine Handtuchkarten wiederzubekommen ich finde für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätte man das anders lösen können

I stayed at this hotel in early October 2025. The only truly remarkable aspect of my stay was the food. It changed every day, was very tasty, and offered a wide variety of options.

Now to the downsides. First of all, if you book through Booking, be prepared that for any question regarding your reservation, the hotel’s support staff will simply redirect you back to Booking. At the same time, Booking may take several days to respond. This back-and-forth can continue until your vacation is over, when nothing can be fixed anymore. This is exactly what happened to me. I had a question about my reservation and reached out to the hotel staff before my arrival. They told me I had to contact Booking. Since Booking took a long time to reply, the hotel staff said they couldn’t do anything on their side. As a result, I ended up paying more than expected, and there was nothing anyone could do about it. This was a very unpleasant experience. Another disappointment was the cocktails. Their “signature cocktails” did not taste consistent and depended heavily on who made them and at which bar. The cocktails at the beach bar were practically undrinkable — it genuinely felt like they were not using right alcohol, and the origin of the alcohol at the beach and pool bars seemed questionable. The drinks in the lobby bar tasted better, but even there the cocktails were nothing special. I certainly didn’t have the same enthusiastic impression that other reviewers mentioned. These were just basic cocktails you’d expect from an average bar — nothing extraordinary. It’s also worth noting that while the bartenders themselves seem to know the cocktail selection, the waiters do not. They have no idea what ingredients go into the cocktails and simply tell you to scan a QR code and figure it out yourself. Additionally, the evening entertainment program wasn’t particularly interesting. The spa area is quite small, and the hotel grounds overall are limited as well.

Just one suggestion : to supervise housekeeping , our room was dusty and our bathroom had a very unpleasant smell . In addition staff could have smiled more after all you live in such beautiful part in the world .

Были с 20.10-01.11.25. Погода была жаркая 27-30 градусов на солнце, но утром и вечером было холодно, несколько раз был сильный дождь, но уже ближе к вечеру. Купались, но вода была не такая теплая, как в сентябре. Понравилась еда, но часто рыба и говядина были пересушены.Но, тем не менее , еда была лучшим того, что было в отеле.

Самым неприятным была оглушительное музыкальное сопровождение вечерних шоу. Закрытые окна и двери не спасали от этого кошмара. К этой какофонии присоединялся соседний отель. не понимаю, зачем нужен такой грохот, почему нельзя уменьшить громкость??? Это неуважение к отдыхающим очень сказывается на оценке отеля.

Самый большой плюс - еда. Ее много, на любой вкус и это просто отвал всего, настолько вкусно и разнообразно. Рыба, мясо, супы, суши-роллы, салаты, овощи, фрукты, всего навалом. Пляж песчаный, но у входа в море камешки - берите аквасоки, если не любите довольно болезненный массаж ног. Есть пирс, на котором бар и лежаки. Замечательный радушный персонал, нам поменяли номер при первой же просьбе (окна выходили на сансет бар, было громко вечером), с ребенком лучше брать корпус потише, мы в итоге жили в корпусе I, и там шума не было вообще, с балкона был вид на море и горы, шикарно. Бассейн большой, но мы не плавали, ходили на море и в оба аквапарка. Взрослый аквапарк работает с 10 до 12 и с 14 до 16, хотелось больше. Детский практически без перерывов до 18. В анимации не участвовали. Шоу как везде. Один раз было реально крутое шоу с трюками на мотоциклах. Анимация в детском клубе хорошая, все девушки очень доброжелательные, есть русскоязычные. В отеле много немцев, видимо, это один из «немецких отелей». На территории много котов. Есть отдельный взрослый бассейн с баром, куда вход только 16+. Есть кофейня с вкуснейшими десертами и кофе из капсул. Территория небольшая, но все продумано - например, детская площадка в тени (на ней как раз сансет бар, где в один из вечером была шикарная живая музыка, мужчина пел супер-профессионально). Формат для семейного отдыха - для детей много всего.

Хотелось бы почище ковролин в корпусах, до корпуса I уборка доходит, видимо, нечасто - пыльные растения, грязный ковролин, неубранные коктейли на столике на улице. В номерах такого не было, там к уборке претензий не было.

Essen war aussergewöhnlich qualitativ hochstehend, sehr abwechslungsreich, riesige Auswahl. Nicht zu vergleichen, wie ich es von anderen All-Inclusive-Hotels kenne. Sehr nettes, fleissiges Personal.

Sehr häufig laute Musik, tagsüber und auch nachts aufgrund Show/Animationsprogramm.
