overall nyaman bgt, i only stayed for a night but it was awesome. it was funnn, thank you tl the staff they are all niceeeee, 5 stars deh pokoknyaa, nsnti kalo ke dumai kesini lagi, males mikir lg soalnya bingung mau nginep dimana, fun experience

Nice simple hotel and very friendly and helpful Personal room are okay with nice view Hotel internet not always available so the best you get your own simcard Room are good standards and the services are very good and provide you free water and coffee and tea

Clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of food choices in the restaurant. Best of all, very kind and helpful staff.

The pillows are nice, the room is nice and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the location is easy to reach in the city centre. The service is also friendly, I will come back to this hotel next time to enjoy a very delicious breakfast.....

Sorry I did not take breakfast. Because when booking I overlooked to tick for breakfast...as I focusssed on the price assumed it was incusive of Breakfast.

Since it was just short stay attending some urgent matters, I didn;t quite bothered about it.

Bicycle friendly. Bicycle was securely stored behind reception. Room was clean and modern.

The non smoking room still smelled like smoke.

First time at Dumai and found this hotel as per recommend from friend. Actually Good service, 2 nights here and so far so good Comfort and cozy hotel, strategis sekali karena dekat dari kota dan pelabuhan

I stayed 4 nights at the Grand Zuri. The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped me book my ferry to Batam and recommended good places to eat. The breakfast is good with a variety of Indonesian and western food. My room was spacious and clean with a very nice view of the city.

Variety offers of local traditional cake

The egg station cook who dont know the difference between half boiled egg and 3/4 boiled egg.

Very good hotel to stay and relax

we booked super twin room, but were given deluxe room in the smoking floor. smell was very bad and staff was not able to provide a non smoking room although we requested when booking in expedia. only until next day afternoon, we were given non smoking room, but there’s no hair dryer and power plug was not working the good things are food was nice and there’s free shuttle to harbor

My second stay at a Zuri hotel was once again made very nice and simple due to the wonderful friendly staff, especially at reception. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

A well maintained and clean hotel even though it is 12 years old.

Everthing are ok unless food are not at my expectation from the hotel restaurant...not recommanded at all to dine at the restaurant for dinner or breakfast or lunch..not at all.

Overall is a good hotel with friendly service and nice variety of breakfast. However, with some serious on cleanliness. We have booked 2 rooms, and found out one of the room is very strong urine smell as soon as we entered the room. We then asked to switch room. After a long waiting, we were transferred to another floor. However, both rooms are smoke room with cigarette smell too. We were told that there is no other available rooms so we have no choice but to request to go back to the original rooms, and asked them to try to clean again to remove that urine smell. Luckily this was resolved but have already took us about an hour. We initially go for this hotel by the thought to use their swimming pool facilities. However, when we check-in we were told that the pool is closed due to service maintenance that day, and will only re-open again the next day. However, when we visited the pool on next morning, we noticed the pool is full of "floating stuffs" near the entrance glass door. We were hoping that the other side of the pool will be good in condition. However, we were very disappointed that there were plenty dry leaves in the pool too.

Being the first time in this small city, it's nice to have a comfort room after a long day work. Breakfast is good. It will be good to have facility like gym.

Karena letaknya di tengah kota. Hotel ini menjadi hotel yg paling direkomendasikan. Dan hotel terbaik mnrt saya dikota dumau hingga saat ini ditulis cuma grand zuri.
