Great staff - Naklua is as laid back as it gets in Pattaya. Breakfast was good, really good. They have a few buildings so if there for more than a night or two try to get a high floor with a view. We liked it a lot.

Det är ett otroligt trevligt hotell där man verkligen känner sig välkommen från första stund. Personalen över hela hotellet är fantastisk, glada och hjälpsamma. Rummen är fräscha och rymliga med god städning, och sängarna är mycket sköna vilket garanterade god sömn. Det är tyst och lugnt på nätterna, perfekt för återhämtning. A really well managed hotel with attentive & courteous staff. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods & was amazing value. The ground floor swimming pool was very clean & well maintained & was very popular with guests. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Exceptional value. Also for getting into Pattaya the songtaew (10THB Baht Bus) stopped on the main road in front of the hotel. Terrific.

After a long journey from Hanoi to Bangkok and then to Pattaya, we—Avi and Jessica—arrived at Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel Pattaya on a pleasant afternoon. After hours of travel, stepping into this hotel felt like shedding all the exhaustion. We were fortunate to be assigned a room in the newly built Crystal Luxury section, and from the moment we stepped inside, we knew we had made the right choice. The room immediately impressed us with its refined and well-arranged space. It was quiet, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a sense of relaxation and comfort. The highlight was undoubtedly the bed—exceptionally soft and plush, making it incredibly easy to sink into a deep, restful sleep. The bathroom was spotless and thoughtfully designed, providing both functionality and a touch of modern convenience. However, one downside of the hotel is its location—it’s not close to the beach. For those looking for an oceanfront stay, this might be a slight inconvenience. On the other hand, if nightlife and culinary experiences are a priority, the hotel’s proximity to night markets and bustling eateries (just 200 meters away) is a major advantage. It was incredibly convenient for exploring Pattaya’s vibrant energy after dark. When it comes to the staff and service, they performed their duties professionally, but with a lack of warmth and engagement. They smiled, but not in a way that made us feel particularly welcomed. While they provided adequate responses to our questions, they didn’t go out of their way to connect or engage with guests proactively. Final Thoughts: Despite a few minor shortcomings, Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel Pattaya remains a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort, tranquility, and modern amenities after a long journey. The well-designed rooms, excellent bedding, and convenient location for nightlife make it a great option. If the service team could be more attentive and engaging, the experience would be even better. Well, the hotel is a value fr money,but staff is rude and unreasonable, they breakfast offers the same menu daily, the menu is not that extensive ,even ceased to offer me ice cubes,as i wanted myself an ice coffee, if u accidently happen to distroy hotel property, they charge u a bomb, i was charged 500 bhats fr loosing my room key card,disgusting, at time internet sucks,by and large ,u find Chinese here

Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, to call this a 5 star hotel is an absolute joke, the receptionist we checked in with was extremely rude and just laughed when we tried to explain that we had paid for a double bed room and had been given a room with 2 single beds. Secondly the hotel tried to charge us 500 baht because there was a small stain on the duvet cover (which was there from the previous guests) there was also blood on the bed sheets from the previous guests, WHICH HAD NOT BEEN WASHED!!! When we explained that the stains where there when we arrived (and showed the photo we had taken upon arrival proving this) we were told to go and clean the sheets ourselves. We asked to get our room cleaned after a couple of days of staying at the hotel, we came back to find that the cleaners had simply re- tucked all of the bed sheets but not actually washed anything, due to this and the fact that there was blood on our bed sheets from previous guests makes me believe that nothing in our room had been cleaned after the previous guests had left and before we arrived. The downstairs swimming pool is also extremely dirty with what looks like bits of mud floating in it, however the upstairs pool is ok and a lot cleaner. The buffet breakfast (which is from 6am-10am) is also quite good, however there isn’t much variety and the food is the same every day but I would still recommend getting it. The air conditioning started leaking one night causing a small flood on the floor of our room and wifi also does not work.

If you need internet don't choose this hotel everybody has login problems! We booked twin bed received single beds. Not helpful to change room although we are Expedia gold member they upgraded next day and we had to pay upgrade fee! We had to leave the room 12 o clock ant they let us wait 2 hours in he lobby before we could access the upgraded room. Terrible service!

Sänky aivan erinomainen. Minulle sijainti hieman liian sivussa. Ei marketteja eikä ravintolapaikkoja kuin yksi läheisellä kadulla. 7/11 kauppoja muutama ja siinä kaikki. Jos haluaa olla rauhassa kaikista, sopii hyvin. En lapsiperheille suosittele tai lapset saa hepulin.Alue kuin kuollutta kehitysaluetta; ei mitään elämää!! Jomtien alueella on sentään elämää!! Jos tilaa Boltin taksin, niin pääsee Jomtien alueelle n 120 Bathia ja kadunvarresta riksakyydillä 20 Bathia .

worst experience ever. Terrible hotel and unreliable reception，No WiFi No slippery or tooth brush，tiny bed， And it's a hotel with price of 2200 bhat. Why both come to Pattaya Stay in Bangkok will be way more better.

One of the worst hotel i have ever been. They made us pay for towel which was placed on the floor because it got dirty. They themselves placed that towel to be used on the floor in the bathroom. When checking out they made us pay 400bahts saying we ruined the towel!!! If that towel was not to be used on the floor then why put it there?????? Donot recommend at all!!

We stayed at this hotel in Pattaya as a group of girls, but our experience was far from pleasant. Upon check-in, we were required to pay a deposit of 1000 THB, which seemed standard. The issue arose at check-out when we were unfairly charged 400 THB for a floor mat. The floor mat, which clearly had “welcome” written on it, was provided as part of the room amenities. Naturally, as a floor mat, it was placed on the floor and used as intended. However, the receptionist insisted we had "dirtied" it and demanded payment for what seemed like normal wear and tear. The receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unable to communicate effectively in English. When we asked to speak to her manager or someone who could assist us, she mocked us with exaggerated facial expressions instead of helping. Her behavior was insulting and completely unacceptable. Charging guests for a used floor mat—something that is naturally expected to get dirty—is unreasonable. The lack of professionalism and poor communication from the staff made the situation even worse. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming experience.

Meant to be luxury definitely not. Was constantly kept awake by other guests to the early hours extremely noisy. Then ping 6am other guests get up for breakfast and are totally noisy above a normal level. After that reception ring on a phone outside my room to alert cleaning staff to work rota rings everyday many times. Consequently averaging 4 hours sleep per day. Came out of lift and noticed part of the ceiling had fallen down on to the stairs. No balcony and bars on the window and some kind of noisy thing next to the bars. The cleaning lady is very lovely. Reception staff fine but don’t really have a clue about dealing with the issues. It’s difficult due to the language barrier. Beds are comfortable and room is cleaned daily. Windows single glazed so traffic noise bad.

Diring check in they infored the room is not available in the Chrystal palace luxury hotel and they provided room is Cyrstal palace std hotel And service was very bad Cleanliness inside room was also worst Bed sheet and pillow covers are very old even we have dought that is washed or not Some what we managed by using our stuff Bath room also found very dirty ... As they not provide the room as per my booking, we need to request refund .

This hotel managed not to make up the room twice, even after we complained (2 rooms), they managed again not to make up the rooms the next day, not to change the towels in 1 room, no make up of the beds, obviously there is a serious problem in the housekeeping. Staff speaks very poor or no English at all. Breakfast is pure Asian style which fits their clients (98% are loud Chinese).

The pictures and the facilities shown while booking is the hotel is completely change A/C is only available in room not in the corridor and Swimming pool was not clean and room service also not good. Staff at the reception they don't understand English which is very difficult to explain anything. Worst thing was wifi connection the internet was disconnecting again and again and when we explain to the reception the response was not good. Breakfast was also not good fruits only two type watermelon and pineapple other than that other things were also not good. Spoiled my trip.

the bathroom walls weren’t clean, it looked it they havent scrubbed it for weeks. the toilet bowl looked old, and the crevices of the tiles around the bathtub needed some deep cleaning too.

Staff was always gently specially with our son, 7 moths old.them all was great. when they finally guve us bulding and room we booked, room was big, bed was big.

no wifi at 7 floor, we make them notice once a day. any day answer was they will provide. that day never comes when we arrive they give us different room than we booked. we did specifically booking becouse we have 07 months baby. they changed the building non olny the room. hotel manager cheated us for two days and only afer two calls with booking they said the truth: overbooking due to Chinese meeting. we had to stay 3 nights into onother building. they said we will get refund: NEVER HAPPEND.

What is the point of having a safe that is not mounted to the wall or cupboard, and you can take under your arm and walk away?

Used for two weeks, great friendly staff. Good facilities and site with a good warm breakfast. Bed wasn't ideal for me, was hard so I struggled with sleep but that's a personal preference. Bath and shower, great option to have and the balcony down to the pool was a real comfort.

Sometimes set for the room to be cleaned and it wasn't, just had to reach out to front desk and they was happy to assist. Wasn't a real deal breaker as I don't mind an untidy room for an extra day but they'd send someone up right away to resolve.

The shower got hot. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was Thai-style buffet. The location was good if you like being outside the chaos.

The price was high, but the hotel felt budget. The pictures made me think we'd be in a resort next to the pool, but when we arrived we were in an older building next to the road. We could hear the trucks at night. There were no hand towels. The TV barely worked. It felt like a budget hotel, but for the price it was not. They had multiple busses of tourists staying. It was crowded on the one elevator serving 6 floors

Extremely basic hotel, rooms are simple and cleaning service is not good. Breakfast doesn’t have too many options besides chinese food and some bread. Far away from the beach. I won’t recommend it at all.

Clean room, comfortable bed, heating OK, food is fine, large TV screen, a lot of channels. The room has a balcony. It is near the main road. They have parking. I recommend to stay here. I will go there for sure.

Tråkigt med ett 20-tal bussar som lämnade av och hämtade upp massa asiatiska turister, de flesta kom under dagen och åkte tidigt morgonen efter, vilket gjorde hotellets baksida till en bussparkering. Frukosten påverkades av dessa turister då det blev väldigt likt en äldre skolmatsal. Rummen var inte så ljudisolerade så bussarna hördes väldigt tydligt. Poolen på taket var avstängd samt bara en restaurang öppen där de hade karaoke vilket inte var så trevligt. I övrigt var hotellt ok, nära till pattaya, enkelt med bath bussarna att ta sig, trevlig personal samt bra pool och rum.

The rooms were just ok. Internet not great, but the worst is that we were surrounded by tons of bus tours from China and the breakfast that was offered included, was not western. The staff were fine though. Price was cheap!

From the outside it looks great and initially you are well received. However, shortly after entering my room and doing a customary look around (which includes a look under the bed). I noticed that most things are just swept under the bed. Any other request for the room including and extra pillow came with a considerable charge.

There are several blocks in the hotel. We stayed in superb (I believe it was called smth like this). The room was large and nice. Cleaning was good although one time we failed to reach understanding with the staff and our room remained uncleaned. The best thing about the hotel is food. It's diverse, mostly thai-oriented and usually ok for European tastes (not so spicy), yet there are some hot foods. The hotel is close to the local public transport lines (pickup trucks with seats in the trunk), however, the way to the sea was tiresome and confusing. There are some services in the hotel like massage or souvenir shops. We've tried massage it was ok, but a little bit more expensive (300 bath instead of 250, 1.5 US dollars difference) than in most other places. Roomers are mostly package tourists from China (~70%) and Russia (~25%). WI-FI coverage was not perfect and it stopped working in our room in the end of our stay. So we had to go downstairs to the lobby to get Internet access. Fine warnings about not hanging wet clothes in the wardrobe and other staff are annoying.

Everything in this hotel was excellent apart from some of the hotel rude staff. This was my 4th stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone

There are many Travel tour from China and very very noisy. Specially, when they are close the door of room and during their talking in corridor anytime. My hushand and I must wake up around 6:00am everyday due to this reason.

Ich war mit meiner Firmenbelegschaft aus China mit einer chinesischen Reisegruppe dort. Dieses Hotel bedient vorwiegend dieses Klientel. Dafür waren aber die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ausgesprochen gut gepflegt, was man bei Reisegruppenhotels nicht immer behaupten kann. Das Frühstück war natürlich Massenabfertigung, aber auch noch oberhalb des Durschnittes.

Good position, nice clean rooms , stayed there 4 times, although more and more Chinese are staying there so a little noisy and they hoike at the side of the pool so I won't be going back in there . Still my friends own a small Local True Thai Restaurant across the road and down about 100 mtrs called "Lans Thai and European Food and Drinks " , so for a change from the Restaurant at the Hotel it is a nice change and not far for anyone to walk to. They have drinks there , great Thai food, and Lan cooks great Pork Chops and Dumplings for Europeans too as her Husband is German. Also you can jump on a local open Taxi and travel all the way to Walking Street for 10 Baht , good spot away from all the noise.

Stayed only the one night. Modern room so, clean, comfy beds. Food was nice as well, freshly cooked. Overall a nice stay. The pool looked awesome with its swim up bar; which we didn't use though. Try to get a room in the newer part of the hotel as those rooms looked really good. Only downside was cigarette smoke smell coming out of the air conditioning.

der pool auf dem Dach 8.Etage war sehr schön und sehr klares kühles Wasser.Leider sind einige Iraner nur mit unterwäsche ins wasser gegangen. Das Frühstück war gut und sehr asiatisch ausgerichtet.Einige Cinesen haben mehr wegeworfen als ich gegessen habe.Raucher bereiche auf den Etagen fehlen leider völlig.
