Cactus Tree Inn

Good place for a night or two.

Awesome staff, super clean comfortable room .

Excellent property- so clean!!! Friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Very clean!!

Staff friendly but I had to wait for him to come to the property as I arrived after 6 pm at 6:30 pm.

The bed was very 'tired' and needed replacing. I was woken by a very yappy constant barking dog in a room above or adjacent to mine. Very frustrating.

It was in a central location and made it easy to get to where I needed to go. The room was clean and well air-conditioned, especially during the summer heat in the Okanagan.

I can't think of anything the facility can do to improve.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The Owner and Staff were great. Room was comfy and clean. BBQ Sitting area was very nice. Pool was ok.

It's tired and showing its age. Some repairs around the property need to be done and garbage was a mess beside dumpsters outback.

Comfortable Beds!

Smoke from the forest fires

Location and price was fair for what it was.

Location , all facilities were available in the room as promised .

The aroma in the room could have been better , towels also were smelling a bit off. AC wasn’t cooling after a while l

Good place to stay

Fantastic hosts, very convenient and clean rooms, comfy beds. Fast WiFi, BBQ and pool, ev charging on site everything you want is here. Will definitely spend above vacation stay with Trevor atain.

Great location, good value

A little dated, but comfortable

April was very helpful and friendly. The text communication was very convenient and response was quick (during office hours). Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool was a bit dirty from leaves.

Good size rooms

COCKROACHES, did not stay long in the room. Out of respect for the business, please take this review with a grain of salt. The following morning when we drove by, they tore the whole room inside out. Just unfortunately, I am unable to give a fair review, rather a distasteful one, due to the circumstances

Location

It was more basic than I would normally book

The layout, the great manager, and the cleanliness of the room

The only negative was the terrible shower head in room 130. Run around in circles to get wet

Centrally located in Oliver good price clean

Really helpful staff room was clean and brand new linens

Beds were soft and saggy.

La uvicasion

Do not aviate any kind of welcome drink or tooth seed.

Very kind staff, rooms were clean, good location with nice restaurants nearby. Check in was easy, we were a little behind due to rain and they texted us the information for the room, which I really appreciate.

Some of the room fixtures were a bit strangely designed, IE coffee pot cord didn't reach the outlet where coffee pot was placed, and the curtain came off the rod. Not a big deal though!

Last minute booking which worked out to be what we where hoping for. Spacious rooms with good layout for a motel room. Good standard, must have been renovated fairly recently.

We liked that this budget hotel was centrally located in downtown Oliver. This is an older hotel/motel with basic amenities but does have a pool and an outdoor bbq area. Our room was very basic but the beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent.

Rooms (bathroom) could definitely use a refresh.

Great location. Clean .

Traffic noise

Locatie is heel rustig! Heerlijke plek lekker zwembad erbij prijs kwaliteit prima!

Aanslaan van de airco.

great location - in town but still quiet at night. front desk was awesome, great staff ready to help (forgot my code!). Very gracisous to let me grab a shower after my check out time had come and gone!

The manager was friendly and helpful. He remembered me from my last stay there.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. I wish he managed my apartment building!

Linens were clean. The request for a ground floor room due to injury was easily accommodated.

Lack of available electrical outlets to charge our cell phones. The remote for the TV did not work and was very sticky, felt dirty. We had a full size pick up and found parking very tight.

The location was close to our venue.

All was great.

Clean and quiet.

This place was good for the price. Clean and quiet, room was fine, bathroom needs a reno. Our heater/air con unit didn’t work but the temperature was mild so that was fine. Note that there are some units here that people are living in full time.

Friendly staff and host people!

Clean and economical

No breakfast there

Very good location on main highway

It has been renovated over the last couple years but the beds are brutally hard!! And i Like a firm mattress

Friendly staff

Clean, quiet, comfortable, close to amenities

Could have used extra blanket. Was cold in the night. I also didn't care for the brand of coffee, bitter, strong couldn't drink

Room needed some tender loving care,

Budget friendly, easy check in check out, accommodated to a late arrival (8pm), comfy

Clean lots of towels. Lots of coffee soap shampoo etc.

Little noisy as we were on the bottom floor. Would recommend top floor.

I asked for a lake check-in which had no issues with whatsoever. I had my code to the door before even i left for my destination. Overall, 10 out of 10

Water in front of evey door on upper level hard to avoid standing in a puddle to unlock door

Great large room, very clean. Bathroom was completely new and great

Unclean shower, ill fitting sheets, toothpaste left in sink, no soap (had to buy our own) no tissues, no drinking glasses, stains on bedspread, cobwebs in bathroom corners.

Great location. Easy walk to all the amenities.

Check in and check out is very efficient. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good price.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The place did not seem to be visited much as the room was dusty and at times dirty.

Having to clean surfaces

Didn’t do the breakfast

We are used to high end hotels and we felt that this place was extremely comfortable! The young family that runs this place are kind and welcoming. Great job! We’ll be back

Perfect and pleasant with extras like fireplace and whirlpool bathtub……communicative owner too.

A bonus point is meeting the owner personally

We were happily surprised to find a fireplace in the room. Clean fresh bedding. Overall great especially for the price!

Nothing

Excellent, no issues, quiet, reasonable prices, 2 night stay in Oliver while we went racing at Area 27. Xxxxxxccxc cccccc

Location was good. Coffee in the room. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom did it work and a bar of soap would have been good.

No breakfast but very close to amenities. Comfortable, clean, and affordable.

Having to leave.

Efficient check in, quiet, comfortable, basic needs met for a basic price.

Couldn't get the shower to work but the bath was okay. No soap. Smoker in the adjoining room. Seal the rooms better?

Nice stuff,good location

The hood in the bathroom doesn't work 3 my check-in in a row, a lot of steam when you want to warm up under a hot shower

There wasn't a breakfast. Booking.Com would not allow me to change the stay to two nights from three, so the hotel was not able to accomodate this change either so I lost the money for the third night

That I had booked through Booking.Com and it offered me no satisfaction

Good location with stores, restaurants nearby. Quiet even though it's right off the main street. Bed was comfy. Sheets and towels good quality.

The motel is older, could use some updating and could be cleaner.

It'd a great central location room was large and tidy Bathroom was huge Tv was working and there was all the things you need for your stay

It is a budget friendly motel. The price reflects that. If you want a simple, clean place to crash overnite, this is it. No ice machine tho.

Bien situé pour nos besoins. Pas trop cher.

Le matelas était mou.

Good location

Just needed a couple of extra pillows for the bed plus there should be a nightstand both sides of the bed not one side and should have two chairs for the kitchen table.

The bed

N/A

The pool was disgusting, so much algae and ripped liner all molding. Broken fence, appalling pool space. Housekeeping staff very condescending to patrons.

everything was super clean & nice!

Nice location in the middle of Wine country, spacious clean room, quiet night. Could use an ice machine is the only negative.

I think they are making up-grades. Our room was very clean.
