Clean and good location

They charged me for the regular water battle that i used in the room,although i thought that it was complimentary as other Hilton locations used to do.

The bed was comfortable

The AC kept turning off at night, making the room super hot. They only cleaned the first night. It was really hard to get towels, even after calling twice. The pictures made it look bigger and more spacious. No early check-in or late checkout. The view was terrible, and they wouldn't let us change rooms. So many hidden fees and charges, plus parking fees. No breakfast included.

Very nice room, hospitality was awesome. At front desk, Ryan went over and above accommodating us for our 50th anniversary stay. This was one of the nicest rooms we've stayed in by far.

The housekeeper comes and changes towels and trash but they never leave paper towels or tissues or water or clean the coffee machine or wipe the floor. And the swimming pool wasn't clean but the good thing there was towels next to the pool

The location of the hotel and the parking is very convenient and the lobby is clean and the elevators are sanitized all the time and no smoking in the hotel which is makes it big difference and it's quiet

The service was excellent and the hotel centrally located to legacy mall restaurants and shops. Beautiful surroundings, vibrant walking around the boardwalk. Breakfast was Mayans bar and lounge are fantastic. Excellent service by front desk staff and ARjiarianna.

I wanted to get a good hotel for my wife to sleep comfortable before her surgery. We loved the burgers and enjoyed it more that we didn't have to drive anywhere after our 2 long drive.

Excellent hospitality throughout our stay! Accommodations were clean,comfortable and extra amenities made the stay enjoyable.

I lost a valuable Konstantinos designer pearl earring and though the staff went the distance to assist … following my call they located and held on to a pair thought to be mine. My sister picked up/mailed a pair found during my stay … but I returned them to Granite Hilton as they belonged to someone else that will hopefully claim them. :( Still holding out hope it turns up!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Ricardo for always having a smile on his face, his helpfulness and sharing words of wisdom and kindness with me and especially my daughter. We will cherish that memory foreve!

When we checked in found out some mix up happened and on day 2 our key cards didn’t work and had to go to front desk to get resolved again.

Excellent experience! First time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back when I'm in Plano next time. It exceeded my expectations. The property feels very new (I heard it is maybe 3 years old) and seems more upscale than a typical Hilton. The lobby has great ambience and lots of comfortable seating. The room was bigger than I expected with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom (shower had door instead of curtain). It was easy to request things like extra towels using text message. I am a Hilton Gold member and although I knew about the food & beverage credit, I was pleasantly suprised by the discounted overnight parking fee for Gold members ($5/day instead of $18). Finally, we were visiting family so didn't spend time at the various restaurants/bars behind the hotel but it was nice having that right there.

Beautiful, large lobby & bar area. Two choices for restaurants- one counter & one sit down - both with great options.

Great clean rooms- suite is nice with pull out couch bed if needed. Not a lot of food options more basic but good enough. Clean rooms Bar not open late if you have a show and want a late gathering for a toast. Good gym and nice pool.

Clean room but we tried to order room service after 10 but kitchen closed. Not happy about that. In this area on a Saturday night? Not good.

Everything at the hotel was great! The hotel bar staff was amazing and made the best drinks ever! My room was spotless, so clean and comfortable.

So clean and beautiful inside. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room so comfortable we didn't want to wake up and go to my activities.

Great staff and location! Clean room, but was expecting more from a Hilton at this price. The location is great, with a short walk to many great restaurants! Shower was vary large and clean, but the tiny low-pressure spray ruins the experience. Also bathroom doors are very difficult to open/close (mechanical problem), the microwave didn't work sometimes (door stuck open), and the fridge was cheap ($20 Walmart?). The room was very quiet with the central air not making much noise. I suspect if you used the bed closest to the A/C the constant wind noise may bother you, but to us it was like a wind machine :) Breakfast was very good, but at at $26 buck additional charge for a free breakfast (not sure if that makes it free or not), I guess it was OK. If you payed for the breakfast it would be $26/person. It is a very good but small Buffet (see video). The food is REAL (unlike many cheaper hotels that serve fake eggs and potatoes), and variety pretty good :) There is a bar in the lobby, and the prices are not bad. Many evenings they have a live band but the lobby is so spacious you don't hear much other than echo's. Note: I tried to upload a small video of the breakfast, but Tripadvisor says it is too big. The guidelines say I can upload a video < 500MB, but is not true. I tried a 64MB video and a 28MB video, and it failed both as too big. I will post it on my Google review instead (they have an IT department that knows what they are doing :)

Always a great day, the front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities are super clean. It is near the granite boardwalk so you can walk to lots of dining options. It’s also near legacy east and West for shopping opportunities

What an awesome hotel and location! I was there on business and there was another large group there as well, Oncor, I think. We had the best time out on the patio! This was probably the most fun I have had hanging around a hotel in a long time! The staff was wonderful. This fun atmosphere has definitely made us want to book at this hotel from now on and we have stayed at a lot of different hotels in the Dallas area. Awesome staff includes Heather, Daciana, Maria and Ryan. There were so many people in the bar and these employees kept a smile on their face and I think they genuinely like their job. Do what you can to keep these people working there! So friendly! They were getting A LOT done. I will come back because of these 4 people and the fun that was had on the patio. Also, awesome location with all the restaurants in walking distance. This area is great! Hotel and room looked recently renovated. Everything was CLEAN!!!

service in breakfast room was super slow

I was upgraded to a luxury suite due to my ro not being available until after 5 pm.

Easy front lot parking, a clean, upscale lobby and friendly front desk staff is always a great start. Room was spacious, clea and well appointed. Lots of plugs and charging ports (everyone wants that). Didn't eat there because the dining options in a couple mile radius are insane. Legacy East & West alone would providevfor a week. Good location at a reasonable price. Would stay there again.

The staff made us feel unwanted. I’ve never had this being a British citizen.

The breakfast buffet in my opinion was no better than a free continental breakfast. Parking was awful, but other than that I will be back very clean, friendly, and comfortable.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Several restaurants right outside the hotel. Nice spacious rooms and breakfast buffet. Good sleep quality with friendly staff and on-site parking at $20 a night. Would definitely return. Priced right as well.

The fireplace area outside of the hotel is nice

I am very disappointed about the reception staff. We made the booking of 2 rooms, we got one room 512 and the other one 745 when we checked in,I asked the staff's help to check if we could get the rooms on the same floor, while he answered immediately all their rooms have been sold out.When I entered the room 745, the toilet is not installed, all the drawers are open and the room smells like it was just renovated. Obviously it is not available and safe for people to live in.I had to go to the reception again, but surprisingly this time another staff changed a room for me on the 5th floor! I am so surprised that why the first staff don't even check for me when I firstly asked him and just replied all rooms sold out, if all sold out, how can they change a room for me???

The room was absolutely amazing. From the decor to the bedding. The location and boardwalk are perfect for both indoor and outdoor amenities and entertainment. I slept very well. Nathan at the front desk helped in assisting me and he was very professional and helpful. I will most definitely be back.

This is our go to hotel for the DFW area. With plenty of restaurants and entertainment around, the location is prime. The guest services here is top notch, always! Nathan and Rylan lay out the red carpet. Always a pleasure to interact with the personnel at this hotel. Will be back soon!

It was a nice a hotel but it seem that they had some baseball teams there and alot of kids and just no one around to clean up all of the mess.. I had gotten on the elevator several times and there would be trash in there some of the same trash as the first couple of times.. at one point had half eaten pizza in the elevator told the front desk and took some time to get cleaned up and even then it was just picked up and the rest of left over still on the floor. Busy night at the bar the next morning had food crumbs all over the flooor along wtih mud and dirt. just really unexpected to see for a Hilton of this size and price range.

Ricardo was AMAZING!!! He drove me safely to and from where I needed to go. He is very polite, personable, and a great conversationalist. Thanks Ricardo for making my shuttle experience at the Hilton Hotel one that was pleasurable and memorable!

Had to combine two reservations and we couldn’t afford to be out of the room because we were in town for a wedding. Nathan at the front desk was the best. He made sure we stayed in our current room and made it to the wedding. I highly recommend this location.

Great customer service by Nathan! Beautiful hotel and in a great area! I would definitely recommend staying here and using their shuttle service! They are able to take you up to 3 miles radius and back with no prior reservation needed. Overall a great Hilton Hotel!

Great family hotel, food at hotel is great and restaurants within walking distance.

This location has always been one of my go to locations when I’m in town the customer service and location is excellent. Hilton outdone themselves by remodeling the rooms I liked them before renovations but now they’ve stepped up the game GREAT JOB Hilton. Nathan and Arianna are new staff whose customer service was EXCELLENT !! Kudos to the management Team (Ryan).
