the refrigerator in the room had a leak which I mentioned to the staff when we checked out

Nothing i did not particularly like, just noted minor problems like our hotel room door (420) had some issues closing and one of the carabiners on the weight lifting machines was malfunctioning. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, el baño estaba como nuevo y la cama era increíblemente cómoda. La piscina cubierta y el jacuzzi fueron de lo mejor de la experiencia: todo muy limpio, moderno, bien cuidado y perfecto para relajarse. Otro gran punto a favor es que el hotel cuenta con muy buenas opciones para cenar y desayunar, así que no fue necesario salir. La comida estuvo deliciosa y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin duda fue una experiencia de 10/10. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a quienes busquen comodidad, limpieza y excelentes instalaciones.
Lo único que podría mejorar es la atención en la recepción. Durante nuestra estadía no encontramos personal bilingüe, lo que dificultó un poco la comunicación. Sería un gran valor agregado contar con al menos una persona que hablara inglés y español para atender a los huéspedes internacionales.

I did not feel it was on par. Bathroom wall was stained. Found a few leftovers on the carpet from prior person. Room at the end of the long hall on the top top floor. No breakfast included. Then I paid an upgrade of $40 for early check in. It was one hour early and they charged me tax on the $40!

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026I had breakfast at the Moxie which is an attached restaurant. It was a good breakfast and nice surroundings, but not complimentary. My recommendation would be that hotel guests should get some form of discount. I have stayed at this hotel probably a dozen times and their systems provide little loyalty rewards.
The fact that booking.com reservations do not carry over any requests and thus the one thing I asked for (not to be next to an elevator) was where I was placed. They were not able to move me even though the hotel was not fully occupied. Regardless, it was a nice stay.

Bed was uncomfortable (hard and mattress sagged in the middle). There was a homeless person eating sugar packets in the lobby around 11pm at night, and management didn't seem to mind.
