Le logement est spacieux et le jaccuzi est vraiment sympa.

Le petit déjeuner est une grosse blague sur Booking vous avez l'impression que c'est beau ça donne envie mais en vrai c'est différent. Il y a un effort de présentation a faire et d'hygiène...les oeufs, saussice étaient froids ..le thé dans un état et une sorte de thé.... La route pour aller au petit déjeuné, c'est loin et ce n'est pas du tout une route agréable. A ce prix là autant prendre un autre logement. Il y beaucoup de choses pas nickel dans le logement, on nous a donné gel douche shampoing 3 jours après, les serviettes n'était pas toujours remis ...le jacuzzi beaucoup de sable a notre arrivée. Le prix ne vaud pas le logement c'est dommage. Il y a un effort à faire au niveau de la salle de bain . Je n'ai pas pris de photo

Los apartamentos eran muy modernos y comodos. A solo 150m del mar y restaurantes. Parking comodo en el mismo alojamiento. Un mercado para realizar compras en la esquina. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

El desayuno estaba a 600m aproximadamente del alojamiento. Era buffet pero no con muchas opciones, bastante normal. Lo bueno es que tenia vista al mar.

Lovely spacious, clean and comfortable. The plunge pool was a definite plus as we spent the a fair bit of time enjoying it. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location and the privacy of the room was great, felt like you had the place to yourself

- La limpieza. Encontramos la habitación impecable, y cambiaban sábanas y toallas a diario. - Las instalaciones. Nos quedamos en la habitación con jacuzzi privado y fue una maravilla. Parking gratuito en la misma puerta. - La ubicación. A 5 mins a pie de zona de restauración y playa maravillosas. - Desayuno a 10 minutos andando, en un sitio muy bonito. No se hace pesado el camino.

- Es cierto que el buffet del desayuno no es muy variado, y como el sitio es un bar de playa abierto al público choca comparar tu desayuno (de buffet, incluido por alojarte en Agia Anna) con el de la mesa de al lado (de alguien que va a desayunar allí pagándolo de su bolsillo) - No hay microondas en la cocina

Wir hatten zum Glück die Möglichkeit auf ein neueres Zimmer mit beheizten Whirlpool upzugraden und waren mehr als nur glücklich.

Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Standard Zimmer, davon würde ich jedoch abraten, außer man möchte günstig Urlaub machen. Man hatte kaum Platz sich zu bewegen und die Ausstattung ist nicht besonders modern (z.B. ältere Möbel, kleiner Fernseher mit griechischen Sendern, kleiner Kühlschrank der ständig läuft und neben dem Bett liegt). Das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend, sehr wenig Auswahl und aufgefüllt wird immer sehr spät.

Non mi è piaciuto niente! La situazione da noi vissuta ad Agia Anna Living denota una grave mancanza delle condizioni contrattuali con Booking quanto di igiene. La struttura non rispecchia quanto mostrato sul sito e neppure i filtri di base, come il letto matrimoniale. I gravi problemi sono i seguenti: -due letti singoli uniti con un topper per farlo sembrare un letto matrimoniale alla francese, anche se è stato espressamente selezionato e richiesto un letto matrimoniale. Questo porta ad un avvallamento centrale che rende impossibile dormire come dovrebbe su un vero materasso matrimoniale; -l’aria condizionata fa un forte rumore impedendo il sonno; o si lascia spenta e si muore di caldo o si accende e non si dorme comunque per il rumore; -la cella frigo presenta uno strato di ghiaccio evidente con peli e capelli; -posate e utensili da cucina sporchi e incrostati; -il mobile del bagno, dove c’era un rotolo di carta igienica che avremmo dovuto usare per pulirci le parti intime, presenta molta sporcizia, peli e capelli; -l’anta dell’armadio è rotta e non si tiene chiusa, sbattendo contro la porta del bagno; va tenuta bloccata con una sedia per poter entrare/uscire dal bagno! -appendiasciugamano rotto; -rubinetto del bagno non si riesce ad aprire per la quantità di calcare attaccato; -cestino del bagno pieno di muffa e/o residui di feci (visto che viene richiesto di buttarci la carta igienica dopo essersi puliti, a causa delle piccole tubature greche). Le foto sembrano rispecchiare la realtà, ma la stanza era lurida e quello che abbiamo ricevuto non è quello che abbiamo scelto e per cui abbiamo pagato. Era la nostra luna di miele e l‘unica soluzione che ci hanno trovato era di spostarci durante il soggiorno di 5 notti per ben 2 volte di stanza, al fine di non rimanere in quella topaia (che il giorno dopo è stata rifilata comunque a due malcapitati).

Lage war super. Es gibt ca. 85 Fotos der Unterkunft bei Booking. Wir hatten dann eher ein Zimmer das als 83. Foto kam und nicht den vorherigen Bildern und Standards entsprochen hat.

Das Frühstück im Santana Club ist leider keinen Cent wert. Das Personal chillt dort in einer Ecke rum, während eine Person arbeitet; oftmals keine Teller verfügbar; lieblos angerichtet; keine Variation; sieht auch eher schmuddelig aus. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung; Badezimmer naja. Den Fön würde ich meiden. Die Toilettenspülung hat leider nicht immer funktioniert.

Sfrutta ormai da rimodernare, spazi piccoli in camera e angolo cottura piccolo Pulizia non ottimale e colazione a buffet non variegata.

Personnel très accueillant, l’établissement est très propre et très bien tenu. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Hôtel proche d’une superbe plage et de petits restaurants. À 20min de route de Naxos port.

Le seul point négatif pourrait être que le petit déjeuner se trouve à 5-10min à pied de l’hôtel dans un restaurant sur la plage. Bien que ça reste un cadre paradisiaque tous les matins.

The outdoor jacuzzi

The fact that it says on the booking.com site that it has a restaurant and breakfast on site when it definitely does not. This is misleading, and in my case, with a chronic back issue during the stay, I was not pleased. Just because the owners have a restaurant that they own 10 minutes down the road, doesn't equate to being on site. The Gorgona, is also quite definitely not on site. Having to navigate the rough unpaved road in the dark with back pain, I could have done without. I chose the property thinking these restaurants were really on site, and clearly they were not.

It’s false advertising the web site shows suites , the one we were given was not on web site, it was dark in room bathroom / shower needs mould removing . Balcony / terrace over looking car park was closed in by sail sheets , the hot tub hardly worked . We were told the tub is very low due to size , the others worked perfectly, we should have requested what room we wanted . We didn’t have an issue with the suites advertised on web site . I would have been happy with any of them on web site . But ours number 36 is not on web site site , we sit at the bottom of stair case people up and down , very disappointed for the amount of money we spent and breakfast is nothing like advertised wen site needs updating . We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and it actually ruined our stay . So disappointed. No full mirror , no dressing gowns this is a suite

Approchant les 60 ans et avoir beaucoup voyagé dans le monde Depuis 1997 nous allons en Grèce, entre le continent et les îles grecques . Jamais j’ai eu un accueil aussi déplorable , la responsable de cette hôtel soi-disant 4 étoiles a été odieuse a mon égard pour cause avoir garé ma voiture dans un passage à valise ( plus de place ) J’aurais dû aller me garer sur le parking du village à 5 minutes à pied !! Pour un 4 étoiles vous devriez avoir le nombre de place de parking en fonction du nombre de chambres . Madame ,Vous devriez avoir un établissement propre ( tête d’oreiller taché ! Vous devriez avoir un établissement moins vieillissant mais surtout une amabilité en fonction de votre poste et de cette établissement, jamais vu ça !!! Autre point négatif, petit déjeuner à 7 minutes à pied dans un autre endroit. ( photo à l’appui) L’accueil de la petite jeune Elisabeth ( je crois ) très bien . Je déconseille cette établissement

Su ubicación. Quedaba cerca de las mejores playas y tenía supermercados y restaurantes cercanos. Te prestaban las toallas para que puedas ir a la playa. Eso me pareció una ayuda excelente.

We had a couple of power cuts and had asked for a double bed but been allocated a room with 2 singles. A little noisy in the room being located behind reception desk.

The room is very nice for 2 adults and a baby , the balcony give the view on a very beautiful sunset.

Assenza di armadi, per 7 notti abbiamo dovuto tenere i vestiti di 4 persone nelle valige o sul vano cottura. Personale alle reception cortese ma non prolifico di indicazioni sull’isola - come ci si aspetterebbe - al netto di una sola indicazione di una taverna in particolare che non abbiamo mai visitato (Gorgona, con anche sconti del 10% per pagamento cash!), avendo trovato molti posti sulla spiaggia di agia Anna molto più belli, ben posizionati e con cucina ottima. Jacuzzi sul terrazzo che dava su vegetazione mai utilizzata.

Newly renovated, clean, our room had some seaview. Not too far from the sea. Nice idea to have breakfast at a beach club that they own. Appreciated the roof fun (in addition to the AC).

Getting to the sea or to the beach club where breakfast is served requires walking in a busy street without side walk. Double room with sofa bed was a bit small.

Good location, and lovely to have a clean room everyday.

We felt our room was tiny and didn’t live up to the photos. Ultimately fine, just crammed in there, but definitely choose a higher priced room for bigger space

The staff were lovely and location was good. The bed was big and comfortable.

Felt a lot more worn down than what the pictures shown. Wardrobes and cupboards didn’t stay closed unless you put a paper in between, toilet wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived (very disgusting and not okay).

Amazing location, walking distance to plaka beach and agios prokopios. The complex is beautiful, ladies at the reception were very kind and positive and always ready and willing to help with anything we needed. The room is super clean, comfy bed, they got both AC and ceiling fan. Couldnt be more happy with our stay.

Sehr saubere und stilvoll modern eingerichtete Apartments mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Lage - ein paar Minuten zum Strand, Supermarkt und allen Restaurants und Beachbars. Leider konnten wir wegen eines Geräusches nicht besonders gut schlafen.

Wir haben bereits bei der Ankunft gemerkt das im ganzen Apartment ein seltsames Geräusch zu hören ist, wir dachten zuerst es ist eventuell Whirlpool, Klimaanlage oder Ventilator vom Nebenapartment und hofften das es nicht die ganze Nacht zu hören sein wird. Als es dann unerträglich wurde, sind wir zur Rezeption gegangen um zu fragen. Die Damen dort waren wirklich sehr nett allerdings hatten wir hier das Gefühl, das wir gar nicht ernst genommen wurden. Eine Rezeptionist kam mit und meinte sie hört es auch aber das es vermutlich der Wind von draußen ist. Natürlich kann man da nichts dagegen machen allerdings sind wir am letzten Abend draufgekommen was das Geräusch war. Als wir draussen auf der Terrasse saßen, hörten wir es wieder sehr laut und haben gemerkt das es das Rohr am Haus entlang war. Fotos hab ich angefügt, eventuell sollte sich das genauer angeschaut werden, denn dann wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen, wenn wir besser geschlafen hätten. Ebenso ist unser Apartment direkt neben den Aufenthaltsräumen der Mitarbeiter gewesen und diese waren auch nicht unbedingt leise.

The location of Agia Anna is great and the courtyard area is wonderful to sit in. The gorgeous family of cats!

This property was good but we had problems with the sink not draining in the bathroom, the WiFi not working in the room, the kitchen have 10 spoons but only one knife and the beds were not very comfortable. We also didn’t love that the breakfast is a walk away from the apartment (maybe 5-10mins depending on your walking speed). The location of breakfast is beautiful but is annoying (first world problem, I know).

This stay was deeply disappointing and felt highly misleading from the outset. The included breakfast is not served on-site, but at Santana Beach Club (the most expensive beach club in Agia Anna FYI), which is a 10-minute walk away along a busy road with no shade whatsoever. I booked this property specifically for my elderly parents, who have mobility issues, and they were effectively unable to use a service that was advertised as included. The property showed no flexibility or consideration in offering a nearer alternative. For anyone unfamiliar with the area, this is extremely misleading. The mosquito net in the room was damaged, which made nights utterly miserable. The room was constantly filled with mosquitos, and given the ground-floor balcony facing an unkempt part of the garden, it also raised concerns about other insects or cats getting in. Basic maintenance was clearly neglected. The room itself was significantly smaller than expected and came with a small double bed, making the accommodation feel poor value for money and far less comfortable than advertised. When asked for an upgrade, I was offered the option of a suite for only 2 nights and expected to pay a difference of 100 euros (which I declined). The cleaning service was substandard.

La estancia fue perfecta. Cerca a pie de la playa y restauración de la zona. Todo limpio y el personal súper amable. Mención especial a patatula, el gatito que se mueve por el patio del conjunto de apartamentos. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

We received a warm welcome and biggest bonus was the lovely Pascale who helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure! The location is fabulous , just 5 minutes from the beach . The entire property was super clean , traditional and quaint. We booked a small room and it was actually more than we expected. Comfortable bed, good shower and a lovely balcony with a sea view. Overall great value for what we paid and we would go again.

The breakfast was a let down , as other reviews show, varying from excellent to bad. We know the Santa Anna beach bar from previous visits and were surprised by poor quality of the breakfast buffet at such a beautiful venue. Although there was lot of food, it was poorly presented, not great quality and the catering equipment looked grubby and neglected. Overall, an unappealing experience and we never went back but it may work well for others.

We stayed in Agia Anna for 5 nights, it was very nice. Clean apartment, great location, walking distance to Plaka beach, bus stop just a few minutes walking. Everyone was kind, breakfast was great! Overall great value for money, and we would gladly come again!

The room was nice, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job, cleaning the room every day and changing the towels daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even provided separate towels for the beach upon request, which was a thoughtful and convenient extra.

The breakfast was disappointing. First of all, you have to walk about five minutes to a different location. The selection was limited and exactly the same every day. Even more disappointing was the quality of the ingredients—they seemed to be the cheapest supermarket products, including the tomatoes, cheese, ham, bread, pastries etc... What surprised me the most was that there wasn't any feta cheese at all (???!!) Instead, they served the same cheese cut into different shapes to make it look like there was more variety. This was especially strange considering the island is well known for its fresh, locally grown produce and traditional dairy products. I expected much better quality and a better representation of the local cuisine.

Estabamos en el edificio “mas antiguo” y las instalaciones estan para hacerles un buen ciclo de mantenimiento correctivo!

This facility is exceptional- lovely well kept grounds, clean spacious rooms (we had a private jacuzzi!), close to restaurants and the beach. But the best part are the wonderful, generous, attentive and lovely front desk ladies! They helped us become familiar with the surroundings, book a rental car, choose and put a down payment on a cruise, choose restaurants, etc. They were kind and fun and so attentive.

The only thing was having to walk down a somewhat busy road, just a short distance, to the main beach area. But so many others had to do the same and cars were careful with the pedestrians.

Personal foarte amabil. Camerele se curățau zilnic, schimbat prosoape și lenjerie. Mic dejun servit la o terasă foarte frumoasă pe plajă. Resortul arată foarte bine, îngrijit și cu vegetație, iar arhitectura specifică insulelor ciclade. Un raport excelent calitate preț. Foarte aproape de plaja din agia Anna și de foarte multe taverne.

La chica que habla español de la recepción es una persona que desprende una alegría envidiable.

Las habitaciones que no están reformadas lo están pidiendo a gritos. Los textiles (toallas, sábanas) tienen un olor bastante desagradable Hay mucha luz en la habitación aunque cierres las persianas. La columna de ducha es un auténtico desastre deteriorada por la cal y el espejo del baño más de lo mismo. La cama es de muelles bastante incómoda e igual que las almohadas. Las camas son individuales y las juntan, pero no son de esas que aunque sean dos colchones está vestido en forma de una sola cama SON DOS CAMAS JUNTAS. Se escucha absolutamente todo. Tienen un montón de normas (limpiarte los pies al llegar de la playa etc…) hasta tal punto que me han hecho sentir incómoda. El desayuno está subcontratada por otro negocio de la zona pero queda bastante lejos. Si no llega a ser por la chica de recepción les doy un Cero.

The room and the bathroom are huge and very neat! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the idea of having breakfast in such a nice place (beachfront) was amazing! Loved it! The Agia Anna Beach (and all the others nearby) are great!

Є лише один мінус , це те що все дуже чутно , немає ізоляції , через це поганий сон… Сніданки в іншому готелі , який знаходиться в 7 хвилинах ходьби.

L’espace de la chambre, la propreté, le personnel et l’emplacement

Il y a eu un pépin avec le jacuzzi mais le personnel a veillé à le réparer rapidement. J’aurais aimé avoir un peu plus d’accessoires pour la cuisinette comme un couteau et un ouvre bouteille mais ce sont de petits détails.

Nos gustó todo: la ubicación, estado de la habitación y la atención de todo el personal. En especial la atención de las chicas de la recepción.

Nos gustó todo muchísimo. Acabamos quedándonos más días y probando habitaciones. El hotel está precioso decorado, con mucho gusto y estilo de la isla. La habitación es un apartamento con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Cama muy cómoda. Buenas toallas. Una cocinita con frigorífico, cafetera, dos fuegos, utensilios, platos y vasos. También tienes, jabón y utensilios para fregar. No hay foto de los baños, pero son bonitos también, con una buena ducha caliente y con presión. Buen aire acondicionado y ventilador. Tanto la chica de recepción encantadora, como el personal de limpieza que están a diario dejando todo impecable. La playa está cerca y los paseos por las playas se puede hacer caminando. El desayuno en Santana tienes de todo de tipo buffet y es un gusto ir caminando a desayunar y sentarte con vistas al mar.

El desayuno en Santana podrían poner alguna leche de avena y poner el desayuno más bonito. La máquina de café etc se ve fea.

Una gozada estar disfrutando de un baño junto a árboles frutales y flores como un limonero. La habitación con todo lo que puedas necesitar decorada muy bonita. El personal además de encantador son buenísimos trabajadores. Desde la chica de recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, tofo perfecto. Caminando en nada estás en las playas.

Quizá la piscina estaba demasiado caliente para el calor que nos hizo ;D

La struttura era in una posizione fantastica, vicinissima alla spiaggia, ristoranti e fermata dell’autobus. La stanza con angolo cottura e terrazzino era praticamente nuovo e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Inoltre veniva pulita in modo impeccabile ogni giorno da una gentilissima signora delle pulizie! Ci torneremo senza dubbio, tutto veramente fantastico!

The property was in its own village which felt secure and well maintained. Parking was easy and spacious. It was only a short walk down to the vibrant beach front which meant it was a lovely quiet vibe in the evenings. Super friendly and helpful staff up to a week before arrival who sorted our car hire and booked our island excursions including private transfers.

Sehr hübsche Unterkunft mit super Ausstattung und extrem warmherzigem Personal. Die Lage ist toll und der kleine Pool wirklich super. Ich kann mich nicht beschweren, dass es zu laut gewesen ist wegen der Straße.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist perfekt und wirklich zum erholen. Allerdings idt das Frühstück leider wirklich grausam. Dafür kann dir Unterkunft nichts, weil das Frühstück in Kooperation mit einer Beach Bar organisiert wird, aber das hat uns leider wirklich enttäuscht. Ich habe schon in Bewertungen gelesen, dass es nicht gut oder nur ok ist aber wir sind tatsächlich jeden Morgen in andere Cafés oder Bäckereien gegangen weil es nicht genießbar war und das Beach Lokal leider auch überhaupt nicht nett und einladend sondern chaotisch, lieblos und zweckmäßig gestaltet war.

Sehr schöne Terrasse, alles wunderbar. Wir wurden sehr lieb willkommen geheißen und bekamen gleich tolle Tipps um die Insel zu erkunden. Alles war wunderbar auch das Frühstück am Meer.

L’emplacement incroyable . Proche de tout. Chambre et sdb propres Rooftop avec vue sur l’acropolis . Personnel absolument adorable .

Loved staying here. Rooms are super nice, nicely decorated and very comfortable and private. The whole properly is kept super clean. Very very close to the beach and restaurants. We really felt at home
