Gorgeous small hotel, beautiful landscaping. Excellent pool, lovely big room with a kitchenette which was replenished daily with coffee pods and sugar. Brilliant location 2 mins from Agia Anna beach, the grocers, bus stops but also very quiet. The ladies who worked there were so friendly and even provided free beach and pool towels daily! It was perfect for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos, salle de bain peu pratique avec mini bac de douche et rideau trop court, on mettait de l’eau partout. Une seule pièce pour dormir dans le même espace que les enfants alors que les photos montraient 2 espaces distincts.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont très gentilles, très serviables et toujours disponibles. Notre chambres étaient spacieuses, propres avec une superbe vue sur la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Nous étions à côté de toutes les commodités . Nous avions un quad pour nous déplacer sur toutes l'île ce qui facilitait nos déplacements mais vous avez tous les restaurants , la plage, les magasins à 200m de l'hôtel. Merci beaucoup ☀️ À bientôt

De locatie was perfect. Vlakbij een bushalte waar je kan opstappen en overal heen kan. Personeel is enorm vriendelijk. We hadden een leuk zitje buiten voor onze kamer.

De douche. Water was op een lage druk, zachte straal en werd snel koud. Ook hadden we last van wat mieren in de keuken.

Hotel was clean and so close to the beach. Staff was attentive. Best buffet breakfast. And we loved the resident cat!

Αυθεντική φιλοξενία και εξαιρετική διαμονή! ​Παρόλο που η διαμονή μου ήταν σύντομη, η εμπειρία στο Ξενοδοχείο Ανεμόμυλος ήταν απλά υπέροχη. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολικό σημείο στην Αγία Άννα, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία, τα μαγαζιά και τις ταβέρνες της περιοχής, προσφέροντας παράλληλα την ηρεμία που χρειάζεσαι. ​Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο στην κάθε του λεπτομέρεια, εξαιρετικά άνετο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο. ​Το προσωπικό και η διεύθυνση ξεχωρίζουν για τη θερμή τους υποδοχή, το χαμόγελο και την πρόθυμη εξυπηρέτηση, κάνοντάς σε να νιώθεις αμέσως ευπρόσδεκτος. ​Μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για όποιον επισκέπτεται τη Νάξο, είτε για λίγες μέρες είτε για πολυήμερες διακοπές. La camera era vecchia e sporca… al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato insetti morti sui muri, uno scarafaggio enorme sotto il lavandino del bagno (che era impossibile da non vedere se fosse stata fatta la pulizia..), angolo cottura non utilizzato perché pentole bruciate (tra l’altro buttate sotto il lavandino alla rinfusa), telecomando della televisione senza copri batterie!, guarnizioni delle portefinestre penzolanti, aria condizionata anni ‘90 … Necessita di una ristrutturazione!!! Non vale assolutamente i soldi spesi (più di 300€ al giorno in due persone ad agosto). Il personale della reception poco interattivo … per qualsiasi domanda la risposta era … go to main street !!!

The hotel offers spacious rooms that are cleaned daily, with coffee capsules regularly replenished. The kitchenette is useful for preparing simple snacks, and the pool area is clean with generally sufficient shaded space, although it can become crowded.

Unfortunately, despite booking in January, we were assigned a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a dirt road rather than the pool as advertised. The passing traffic created dust and raised safety concerns for our 7-year-old child when playing on the terrace. Considering the cost of the stay—more than a month's salary for 10 nights—we expected a room that better matched the hotel's description. The kitchenette also needs updating. It was missing basic items such as tea mugs and a wooden spoon, and only three teaspoons were provided.

Beliggenheten var perfekt. Hyggelig personale og god frokost. Housekeeping hver dag, så veldig rent. Koselig bassengområde.

Las habitaciones son bastante antiguas y el baño necesita una renovación urgente. La ducha es especialmente incómoda: hay muy poco espacio, se sale el agua y la temperatura del agua caliente iba y venía constantemente. Además, el trato del personal de recepción dejó mucho que desear. En varias ocasiones fueron bastante bordes y, cuando acudías a preguntarles algo, estaban pendientes del móvil y ni siquiera te miraban a la cara.

Perfect location just 2 minutes walk from the beach.

Whilst bathroom was lovely and modern, the room was a bit tired in contrast to the bathroom. That notwithstanding beds were comfortable and it was perfectly serviceable.

The room was amazing. Great size, comfortable bed, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. We even had a cute balcony with a place to hang clothes. The pool area was beautiful and quiet. A minutes walk to the beaches and shops and restaurants. You couldn’t want for anything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!

A bit expensive

The location was great, very near supermarkets, tavernas, beach and bus stop. The pool was lovely - get there early for a bed! Room was big. Like the curtain separation for the child’s bed.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 (2 adults + 11yr old and 13yr old) at Hotel Anemomilos. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with pool-view and it was the perfect home away from home for our time in Naxos. The staff work extremely hard quietly maintaining the property throughout the day and preparing breakfast which had the home cooked feel. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful and prompt in addressing anything we needed during our stay. The location is safe and very close to all you need, while offering a quiet place to rest being one street back from the beach and Taverna's. It's an easy bur ride to Chora. Bus tickets can be purchased from the small convenience stores and the bus stop is right outside Salt & Sugar on the main street of Agia Anna. It's a short walk to Agia Prokopios to get amongst a more lively atmosphere of bars, Taverna's and sunbed hire but we found Agia Anna the perfect location for a family who wanted to experience all Naxos has to offer while having somewhere quiet and relaxing to retreat to in between activities. We would absolutely stay here again when we plan a return trip to Naxos.

Size and condition of room was excellent with a lovely Private Patio area. Pool was a nice size. Staff were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Location excellent - 1 min from Beach and nearest resturant (Salt & Sugar) which was so friendly. Loads of restuarants wuthin a few mins walk.

Ideally would like more space around pool although most times there were sunbeds free.

Perfect location, closeness to the beach, nice pool and breakfast on site was very good with good selection of pastries and fruits. Pool and beach towels provided for guests is convenient. Laundry service for 15 euro a bag, washed and dried. We used the kitchen, it has the basics for an easy meal like pasta and salad.

The room isn’t presented like the photos shown at all, the place is quite dated especially the bathroom. We were quite disappointed with the room and the bed was not comfortable. It is a family room but the living areas used for sleeping in our case lacked storage shelves. We had a balcony but there was no shade so it was too hot when we wanted to have breakfast outdoors.

Nice big rooms, clean bathrooms, location; close to beach, restaurants, bus stop (25 mins via bus into Naxos central), little shops, medium supermarket & bakery. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was very family/young child orientated. As a couple mid 30’s without children, we found the pool hard to sit by because there was a lot going on (splashing, jumping, games etc at all times of day). As a family this is probably great, but for us, it took away the relaxing experience we craved after working so hard. There also wasn’t many sun loungers around the pool, considering the no. of families staying there, so often sat on beanbags.

Wij begrijpen eerlijk gezegd niet waar alle positieve reviews vandaan komen. Juist omdat deze accommodatie zo hoog scoort, hadden wij hoge verwachtingen. Helaas was de werkelijkheid een enorme teleurstelling. Bij aankomst bleek de kamer erg vies te zijn. Er zat schimmel in de badkamer, overal lag stof, de vloer was smerig en er zaten zelfs dode muggen op de muren. Dit gaf direct een zeer onhygiënisch gevoel. Toen we het personeel vroegen of de kamer de volgende dag grondiger schoongemaakt kon worden, kregen we nauwelijks begrip of een passende oplossing. De keuken was door de slechte hygiëne eigenlijk niet bruikbaar. Borden en bestek waren vies en we hadden geen vertrouwen om deze te gebruiken. Het interieur is daarnaast erg verouderd. Kasten gingen nauwelijks open en het meubilair, zoals de stoelen, was duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Ook de badkamer was teleurstellend. De waterdruk in de douche was erg laag en regelmatig was er niet eens warm water. Het balkon konden we nauwelijks gebruiken omdat er een vieze, natte laag vuil op lag. Daarnaast viel tijdens ons verblijf de stroom uit, waardoor we ruim een uur zonder elektriciteit zaten. Het personeel gaf hierover geen enkele informatie of update. Het ontbijt was erg matig. Veel producten lagen in plastic bakken en maakten geen verse indruk. Ook bij het zwembad was het vrijwel onmogelijk om een ligbed te vinden doordat er veel te weinig plekken waren. Over het personeel zijn we gemengd. Voor aankomst verliep de communicatie via Booking.com goed. Toen we eenmaal ter plaatse waren en hulp nodig hadden, voelden we ons echter niet serieus genomen. Omdat de accommodatie geen passende oplossing bood, hebben we via Booking.com een klacht ingediend met de hoop op een andere kamer, een ander verblijf of een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling. Helaas kwam Booking.com niet tot een overeenkomst met de accommodatie. Uiteindelijk heeft Booking.com ons zelf een compensatie gegeven, waar we erg dankbaar voor zijn.

Balayı için geleceğimizi belirtmiştik. Odaya ücretsiz olarak dekorasyon, çikolata ve küçük bir ayıcık koymaları bizim için çok güzel bir jestti. Bu gerçekten hoşumuza gitti. Konum olarak da iyiydi. Naxos’ta iki güzel plaja yürüme mesafesindeydi ve otobüs durağı hemen yakındaydı. Şehir merkezine gidip gelmek de, plajlara yürümek de kolaydı. Ayrıca daha çok ailelerin kaldığı, sakin ve rahat bir yer gibiydi. Bu açıdan huzurlu bir ortamı vardı.

Fotoğraflarda otelin ortak havuz alanı, odalar ve genel tesis daha temiz, modern ve bakımlı görünüyordu. Ancak gerçekte biraz daha eski ve beklentimizin altında kaldı. Tesis sakin ve rahat bir tatil köyü havasındaydı ama modern değildi. Odadaki yatak, dolaplar, genel oda yapısı ve otel alanı biraz eskiydi. Ayrıca konaklama öncesinde birkaç kez çamaşır makinesi olup olmadığını sormamıza rağmen cevap alamadık. Tesise vardığımızda çamaşır yıkamak için makine başına 15 euro istendi. İki kez çamaşır yıkadığımız için toplam 30 euro ödedik. Bunu önceden bilmek isterdik. Kahvaltı da çok bize uygun değildi. Belki bizim beklentimize göre yetersizdi ama kişi başı 15 euro için daha iyi olmasını beklerdik. En olumsuz nokta ise dairedeki lavabo/banyo bölümünden gelen çok kötü kokuydu. Odaya girer girmez camları açmak zorunda kaldık ve kaldığımız süre boyunca camları açık tutmaya çalıştık çünkü koku tüm daireye yayılıyordu. Bu durum konaklama deneyimini ciddi şekilde olumsuz etkiledi. Yani yaptıkları jest çok iyiydi ama objektif olarak onun dışında muhtemelen bir daha buraya gitmezdim. Yani konaklama yeri bence iyi ancak 9,4 güncel puan abartı. Hak ettiği puan 8,3 falan olmalı diye düşünüyorum.

Un petit cocon paisible et apaisant. Petit déjeuner avec choix varié, très agréable devant la piscine. Les lits sont très confortables et le personnel accueillant.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anemomilos Hotel. The room was perfect, so clean and spacious with a lovely terrace area. The pool area was great, comfortable chairs and loungers and the water felt very clean. Special shoutout to the wonderful staff, particularly the main housekeeper who was extremely friendly. We felt very relaxed and welcome here. Location wise it’s perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby and a wonderful beach. Near the bus stop for easy transfer to the Port. Couldn’t recommend it higher. Hope to return!

We had a great stay at Anemomilos! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, which was actually a one-bedroom apartment with a large terrace, was great. Very comfortable, clean. The location was great, close to the beach, a couple of shops, many cafes, tavernas, and beach bars. It's also close to the bus stop (100 meters), which makes it really convenient to go to other parts of the island, including Naxos Chora.

L'emplacement de ce petit hôtel est idéal, 3 mn à pied d'une jolie plage à l'eau turquoise. L'accueil des deux jeunes femmes est très sympathique, elles sont toujours prêtes à rendre service. La grande chambre bien équipée. Très bonne literie. Hôtel familial ravissant avec sa piscine centrale et ses murs blanchis à la chaux. Bon petit déjeuner face à la piscine, un soupçon cher. Un parking pour la voiture, à 2 pas. De bons restaurants au bord de la mer et couchers de soleil.

-La chambre qui n'était pas côté piscine, à l'est, était sombre en fin d'aprem car en contre bas d'une petite route de gravier. Sur le site j'avais compris q ce genre de grande chambre, assez grande était forcement a l'étage! Donc déçue.. Donc pour plus de lumière nous ouvrions porte et fenêtre devant notre petite terrasse le soir mais les fréquents bavardages de voisins, quelques bruits d'avion, de rares voitures, m'ont empêchée de me détendre après de nbses balades dans l'île. Par ailleurs, dans la chambre elle-même, nous entendions les pas des voisins du dessus, ainsi que les chaises que l'on tire de façon indélicate. Des voisins du dessus incorrects contre lesquels on ne peut pas grand-chose si ce n' est peut être avertir à l'accueil qu'il y a des gens en dessous ( marcher doucement, ne pas courir, et éventuellement mettre des tampons sous les chaises pour limiter le bruit). Dommage.

The room was spacious, featuring a large and comfortable bed, a well-designed bathroom, and a balcony with a beautiful view that made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was also clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service and attention from the staff. Although we experienced an issue with the air conditioning, the employees went out of their way to resolve it quickly and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Não existir bar, o quarto não tinha janela, permitem reservas de cadeiras na piscina e queriamos tomar banho e não tinhamos espaço pois outros hospedes reservam lugares e não estão na piscina.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Rezeption empfangen und der Ablauf war sehr schnell. Das Familienzimmer liegt direkt am Pool und man kann den Kids von der Terrasse aus direkt zusehen. Der Poolbereich ist zentral und sehr schön angelegt. Die Nähe zu Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bus ist klasse. Das Hotel liegt in jedoch so weit entfernt, dass man im Hotel nichts von dem Trubel mitbekommt. Super!

Unser Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster und der Abzug hang weit aus der Decke heraus. Hat aber die Funktion vollstens erfüllt…war eben nur nicht schön anzusehen.

The hotel is quite close to the beach ( 2 minute walk) and the pool area is lovely. The staff are friendly.

Weird layout of the suite, which was dated ( 70’s style) and the ventilation was poor so that it was very damp and the shower curtain was too short so water went all over the bathroom floor. I booked this place due to its high rating, but I was as bit disappointed at the standard of this hotel to be honest.

Las encargadas amables, el hotel encantador y confortable, con una piscina estupenda. Muy tranquilo pero con muchos restaurantes y supermercado al lado. La playa a dos pasos, ubicación, muy buena, a 15 minutos del centro y con parada de autobús. Desayuno correcto con productos de la isla. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Her warmth and willingness to help were truly welcoming, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms, which exceeded our expectations. The receptionist also provided us with valuable recommendations on local eateries, attractions, and tips on navigating the island, which greatly enhanced our experience. Furthermore, the kind and friendly locals we encountered during our stay were a delight, and we appreciated the opportunity to make new friends. Tere are no recommendations that I would like to advise against during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and felt that the experience was exceptional.

Such a nice place to come home to after a day on the beach, which was conveniently located just across the street. While not luxury accommodations it’s still a lovely hotel and ran by the most delightful person you could ever ask for, Katerina. She truly made this hotel worth staying in with her kindness and care. In fact, all the staff was incredible! The pool was super clean and the vibe was so quiet and chill. I really loved my little terrace with the grape vines.

The room I choose online was not the room I received. Some of the rooms (we saw a couple) and amenities are super dated. The beds could use new mattresses.

Sono partita per il mio primo viaggio in solitaria, con un po’ di ansia e il dubbio di non riuscire ad orientarmi da sola su un’isola completamente sconosciuta. Ho deciso di alloggiare da Anemomilos Naxos e non avrei potuto fare una scelta migliore. Katerina, la padrona di casa, è una persona straordinaria: sempre gentile, disponibile e attenta. Mi ha consigliato ottimi posti dove mangiare e bellissimi tour da fare, e mi ha anche presentato un suo amico grazie al quale ho vissuto esperienze incredibili — come una passeggiata a cavallo lungo mare e nell’entroterra dell’isola. Il marito, pur parlando meno inglese, non ha mai mancato di regalarmi un sorriso gentile ogni volta che ci incrociavamo. La location è spettacolare: dalla mia camera al mattino potevo aprire la finestra e vedere l’alba, e la sera, dalla porta, ammirare i colori del tramonto con vista sulla piscina. We had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent — just a few steps from the beautiful Agia Anna beach and very close to the bus stop that takes you to the city center. The hotel has a warm, family atmosphere. Our room was lovely, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. Katerina, the manager, welcomed us with great kindness and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast offered at the nearby restaurant was very complete and delicious. We would definitely recommend this place without hesitation

Fabulous Hotel by the beach , I received an upgrade upon arrival to a suite, spotless rooms and property cleaned daily, breakfast next door daily on the beach , quiet area, Nespresso in the rooms so no need to source a morning coffee. Walking distance to bars , restaurants, supermarkets and all the local beaches. Staff and owner were super helpful and responded immediately to any requests. 5 star Greek Hospitality!

I walked into the hotel without a booking [ although i had seen on booking .com there was a ` deluxe ` room available ]. Spoke to Katerina on reception and indeed this was the available room. She showed me the unit at the back of the hotel on the concrete road that runs somewhere..... never did find out. The room was amazing with a beautiful big bed, own kitchenette area, gorgeous bathroom with rain shower, and a sitting area by the bed that was super useful for reading etc. All perfectly laid out, super clean with top quality bedding including spare covers for the bed in case it got chilly at night [ which a lot of places throughout my travels didn't supply ]. All kitchen utensils including a KETTLE, an essential for an Englishman. Well done. I had a great time here and Katerina and I presume her husband at reception were the perfect hosts. Even after a really long season they were all smiles and polite. So, a perfect little place. A minutes walk to a beautiful beach, a few tavernas open [ even in mid October ] and on the bus route to Naxos Town [ Chora ] in 15 minutes or so.

Very nice hotel, very good rooms/studios. The personnal is very friedlyy and helpfull. hotel very quiet. The only negative things is breakfast . Not bad but we found the place a little bit dirty, lile is end of the season leave like it. but i recomment your hotel thks a lot

This hotel was everything we wanted ! 3 min away from the beach with a great breakfast included. Katerina is wonderdul help us book a tour and a taxi, the place is peaceful very clean and tidy! We recommand this place !

We stayed in Room 11 and noticed a serious ventilation issue. There was BLACK MOLD on the bathroom ceiling, and the room stayed very humid even when the outside air was dry. We hand-washed a few clothes, but they actually got wetter overnight from the moisture in the room. The toilet seat was also half detached. The location is okay if your main goal is to go to the beach, but it’s not very convenient for exploring elsewhere since the bus service seemed unreliable. Buses don't run on Sunday. If you want to go to the main town or the airport, taxi costs about EUR 25-30 per trip. On the positive side, the reception staff were very kind and helpful, which we really appreciated.

Great hotel and excellent location close to the beach. The pool is a big plus when you get tired of the beach. Breakfast was great as well. Our room had a nice balcony which was super convenient.

The room gets very small when you expand the sofa. So it gets difficult to move around with two kids.

Nice location very close to the beach, it was very clean and well organized kitchen but the best thing was the staff. Katrina was extremely helpful and pleasant. Note that there are no mosquito nets.

Lovely hotel, amazing warm welcome by the owner. Had a one bed Apartment overlooking the pool which was lovely. Spotlessly clean. Great location 5 minutes from the beach and bars and restaurants and a supermarket.

Katarina was wonderful and everything she suggested we do and see was spot on! Everything was clean and comfortable and a great location
