Reviewed Dec 28, 2025The location is ideal to Mahkota Parade, Palawan Megamall and Jonker Street. The rooms are clean but a bit too small. Hotel could provide a more complete set of basic toiletries such as shampoo, face/hand towels and tissue box.
However, due to the constant traffic jam along that stretch, it was difficult to get Grab service. The rooms are not really sound proof and we could hear the activities around the hotel till quite late into the night.

It would be nice if it have breakfast, lunch and dinner in house provided :) But, Everything is clean, staff is friendly. this is the 2nd time i stayed here. i like everything that this hotel have to offer

1. The front staff (male) was practically on the phone when we were checking in. Rude. 2. The duvet and bed were dirty with questionable red spots, everywhere. It was terrible. 3. Wifi not provided in room. Albeit smart tv supposedly using wifi 4. Too noisy at night with karaoke. The room could use some sound proof surfaces. 5. Instead of two night, we only went for one night. (Two rooms)
