The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was delicious The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the hot water worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s perfect for couples and families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. ❤️

入住的时候，房间里有一只超大的蟑螂，服务员很快就清理了 酒店的位置比较好，但是门口是个很大的三角形停车场，没有路灯，很不安全 如果有服务员可以讲中文就好了

Rooms definitely require renovation and proper cleaning. Cleaning service could have been better - maids forgot to leave towels, no soap. Super slow internet, limited selection of TV channels, low water pressure.

Parking tak ada satu pun pihak hotel beli utk kegunaan customer. Belilah beberapa petak. Sangat susah dpt parking, nak loading barang tengah jalan? Agak2 la. Lantai tandas sgt licin. Teramat bahaya! Etika staff perlu diperbaiki. Dengan menarik mukanya. Anda melambangkan dan membawa image hotel. Perbaikilah menu breakfast, kuih muih, croissant tiada. You can do better than this. Di tandas tidak tersedia penyangkut. Pressure air sgt low. Wifi slow yang amat, nak buat kerja office pun tak lepas dengan wifinya tu.bantal keras dan menyakitkan tengkuk, tilam pun keras jgk. Gantikanlah dengan kualiti yang lebih elok. Hallway yg panas, tiada bau bauan yang menyenangkan. Letakla bau wangi sikit. Jagalah image hotel. Khidmat yg anda tawarkan kurang dan tidak memuaskan.
