Había estado otras veces y siempre muy contenta. Pero esta vez cuando llegué me habían puesto en una habitación que era prácticamente un zulo en la primera planta, con muchísima humedad y muchísimo olor a humedad y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Se lo dije al chico y no le vino muy bien, o por lo menos esa fue la sensación que a mí me dio por la cara de resignación que puso. Después me propuso llevarme un ventilador, pero le dije que por favor sí me podía cambiar la habitación porque ese olor me estaba poniendo mal cuerpo, y finalmente me la cambió pero de muy mala gana. Por la mañana había otro chico que era mucho más agradable. Pero bueno, en general la estancia estuvo bien. En cuanto me cambiaron de habitación, genia. Aunque me costó bajar tres veces porque no se creía que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado . Voy a puntuar en función de la primera habitación, porque creo que las personas que vayan solas tampoco deberían estar en una habitación tan agobiante y sin aire. Acondicionada.

Mogelijkheid om bagage neer te leggen. Zeer centraal gelegen van winkels, restaurants en zandstrand. Op 5 min. van de bus naar het vliegveld.

De straat laat in de avond oogt niet altijd heel veilig. Daar er veel zwervers hier rond hangen. Daarnaast is het hotel heel erg gehorig. Voor lichte slapers raadt ik dit hotel niet aan.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026This hotel was a pure gem. It is renovated with modern interior. Room were bright, clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked excellent. The location was perfect. Everything needed was nearby: grocery store, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. The bus stup for the airport is 5 min walk away. I would definitely come back again. My rate was room only, but there was a bar on the ground floor where Spanish breakfast could be purchased.

El tamaño de la habitación es algo justo, así como el baño, donde el extractor hacia mucho ruido. La cama no es demasiado cómoda.

The breakfast was very disappointing and definitely not worth 6 euro.I expected a proper hotel breakfast,but I only received a horrible Capuccino and a croissant cut in half with a small amount of cherry jam. The following morning i went to a nearby cafè and ,for the same price,had a delicious chocolate-filled croissant and a very good coffee. Also the music in the Hotel bar was extremely loud at 8.00am,which wasn't pleasant at all.

Les chambres sont certes petites mais il y a tout les équipements,le personnel est d'une politesse exemplaire, toujours un petit mot d'accueil. La personne du petit-déjeuner est vraiment super sympa et apporte une touche très conviviale. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de faire un check-out tardif, c'est vraiment un vrai plus pour profiter de la plage jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Just a few very minor points: * sound isolation OK, but could be improved * strict policy on not allowing visitors (that are not the hotel guests) visiting the guest's rooms at any time * small lift * TV limited to Spanish-only channels and only few available.

W hostelu czysto, przyjemnie. Pokój malutki, ale spora łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Można wykupić dodatkowo śniadanie (kawa, sok pomarańczowy, tostada z pomidorem lub na słodko). Wrażenia pozytywne. Na 1 czy kilka nocy, aby pozwiedzać Alicante jak najbardziej polecam.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Este pequeño hotel está situado en pleno centro de Alicante, al lado del Mercado Central. Por ello, se puede ir andando a cualquier lado. La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada y, además, muy moderna, sobre todo el baño. Destacar la excelente cercanía y profesionalidad de las personas que trabajan en el hotel.
Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas con respecto al interior del hotel, ya que por la mañana se escuchaba al resto de húespedes entrar y salir de las habitaciones, así como sus conversaciones.

On my first night, the bathtub/jacuzzi drain stopper was completely stuck, leaving the tub full of water and making it impossible to take a shower after a long trip. To make matters worse, the night receptionist's attitude was unacceptable. I had to call him repeatedly, and every time he said, '5 minutes and I’ll come.' When he finally came to inspect the room, he couldn't fix it, promised again to return in 5 minutes with a solution, but completely disappeared and never came back, leaving me waiting late at night with no shower. He could have simply said that this issue is not his specialization and that i have to wait until morning. Even after the drainage was eventually sorted out later, the jacuzzi function itself didn’t work at all throughout my stay.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The room was very clean, there was AC, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the eye mask and earplugs, although they were not needed. It was an open design room, but the bathroom facilities were separated by a wall. I would recommend and stay again.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Falta e incluso tuve que poner esta mañana una hoja de reclamaciones en consumo porque tuve un problema con la persona que me atendió porque quise pagar la entrada de una amiga en la misma habitación y se me negó y tuve que contratar otra habitación en el hostal Portugal que costa en la aplicación!! Y e solicitado que se reembolso de la habitación por las molestias ocasionadas y el malestar que a ocasionado en mis vacaciones!! Espero y deseo que lo puedan solucionar pronto y que a ningun cliente más vuelva a pasar por esta situación..
Todo en concreto y es la 2 veces que me pasa en 1 año !! Esto no puede suceder en una aplicación como es booking porque la próxima vez no lo voy a contratar por la aplicación!!!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026El hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero justo en verano el AC se daño, pedí que me arreglaran el Aire porque en agosto en pleno verano era inaguantable el calor y me metieron un ventilador en la habitación hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones son pequeñas. No me cambiaron la habitación, no me dieron respuesta. Vale más pagar un poco más si quieres dormir bien.
Me dejaron sin aire acondicionado, la atención de la persona por la noche muy maleducado.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Alles was prima in orde! Locatie heel centraal, kortbij de mercado en het leuke centrum van Alicante. De kamer en badkamer zijn groot genoeg voor 2 personen voor enkele nachten. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Fijn dat we onze bagage ook enkele uren veilig mochten achterlaten bij het personeel tot onze inchecktijd.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location is the real "value for the money". The room is modern and extremely clean even though a bit small. Showering was a pleasure (considering the outside temperature of 37°C!!). It was never too hot in the room, thanks to the air-conditioned system. The 15 min walk to the Postiguet beach (the place-to-be in Alicante) was every day a real pleasure, through the beautiful downtown. The most chique market in the world (Mercado) is just 2 min away, they have the tastiest fruit you can imagine. People at the desk were extremely nice and helpful, those I met all spoke English.
There's nothing that didn't fit the whole picture: small hotel, good management. One incident: the cleaning lady came in while I was inside. Not a drama but I wish it didn't happen :)

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Personalen var trevlig rummet och gångarna var fräscha och mysiga. Nära till olika aktiviteter/ upplevelser. Nära till busshållplatsen. Lätt att ta sig till och från flygplatsen.
Inte bra utsikt ut genom fönstret. Hotellet låg på en gata som kändes sådär.
