Le mobilier est vieillissant et usé. Le miroir de la salle de bain est piqué. Les serviettes de toilette déchirées. Le balcon couvert de fientes de pigeons. La vue sur un parking couvert. La proximité de l'école avec un réveil à 7h45 lors de l'accueil matinal des élèves (chorale, discours au micro et fanfare). Il fait trop chaud dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Is very nice and clean but just that there is some hair found on the sink and nothing much. All is good

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location in Park Village. 7-11 in complex. Comfortable bed. Amazing view from balcony.

Shower doesn't get hot and hot water doesn't have good water pressure. Too many light switches in room. This didn't affect my stay.

This place I have stayed in was absolutely gorgeous I can honestly say the people downstairs the room was tidy every day and the maid who'd done it she was so efficient I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I've studied

There was nothing I didn't like everything was perfect I would recommend this to any of my friends

The staff

2 star parading as a 4 star TV didn’t work maintaince tried for 30 minutes to repair it while we sat there waiting. Tried to otder a beer and food but only breakfast service. Chagrd rooms but the elevator didn’t reset after a power outage had to wait 10 minutes. Beds were too soft water pressure in shower poor. Complained to the front desk that the hotel was not as listed and we wanted to change hotels, the front end woman appoligized but said we wouldn’t get any money returned. After we checked in they gave us a notice that renovations we being done and suggested we keep the drapes closed during the day to create privacy. The included breakfast was a joke. All in all it was a really poor showing of Thai hospitality in 28 years of living here i can’t rememer a pooer performace. My Thai wife phoned the hotel and asked them if We could have a small Birthday party for our 2 year old granddaughter and they said yes but didn’t mention they couldn’t supply food and beverage for the guests. Basiclly it was a stab and grab!

Buffet Breakfast.Clean pool. Clean Rooms. Nice Staff. Good location. Not far from the local area shopping centre. Markets and food stalls across the road. Cafe, 7/11, McDonald's, Nail &Spa shop downstairs. Laundromat across road( If you like doing your own). The hotel does offer laundry service. Beautiful skyline city view.

Breakfast is normal, and the location is near my office, but it is not suitable for my international guest

The shower unit is out of control, meaning the water is either too hot or runs cold water and the water pressure is not to my expectation

On the pictures, the property looks beautiful and yes, it is nice. It is clean but it’s a little old bathrooms could be more cleaner. The rooms are OK but bathrooms too small sorry shower is too small and not clean enough.

The building is located right next to a well-known hospital and it is only walking distance from a large shopping center. Across the street there is also a local market where good quality food can also be obtained. And there is a 7-EVELEN right next door where necessities can be picked up at any time of the day. The staff is courteous and helpful and the building is very secure.

The front building where the main suites are has a great view, but the building in the back where some of the smaller rooms are located at is facing the large hospital building next door. It would be nice to have lace curtains on those rooms' windows so the shades could be opened up during the day without people from the hospital offices being able to see into the hotel rooms.

Die Zimmer waren in einen anderen Gebäude (Tower C). Zum Swimmingpool mussten wir durch öffentliche Bereiche zum Tower A laufen. Zudem gab es bei diesen 4* Hotel keine Bademäntel. Der Pool war extrem kalt; so etwas hatte ich noch nie in Thailand

Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, aber das kann mann von einem "Viersterne Hotel" auch erwarten. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist toll.

Meiner Frau fehlte ein Spiegel im Zimmer. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist so schwach das man sich kaum rasieren kann. Der Toilettenpapierhalter hängt lose an der Wand und die Stange des Duschvorhanges ist kurz vor dem runterfallen.

Have been staying at this hotel for several times already. Conveniently located for shopping (nearby Central mall) and local food centre directly opposite. The only downside is that it is next to a school so they have their school assembly quite early in the morning and it can get loud.

The room is clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly and ready to assist you, and I like roof top swimming pool

Everything’s was good

The hotel is ok for the price. Pool is fine for my needs. Impossible to relax on the small balcony due to the air-conditioning unit blowing across the balcony instead of outwards. I stayed in building C, security is good but no safe in the room. Building B, has Black Canyon Coffee and food, excellent service and staff.

We just had a great stay in Bangkok! The pool area was perfect for relaxing, the service was outstanding, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely come back!

One night stay to be close to the hospital. It's a good location self parking with rooms showing a bit of wear. The bed slides out when you lean back on the wall. (I hate that) a food court across the street and an awesome pizza place 2 doors down as well.

I know to area of Bangkok, so not quite as busy.

The area had some lovely restaurants, but this would be a place you would go to if you had a purpose. There is not much to do outside of a few great restaurants in the area and the central shopping centre not too far away. But it is quite a distance away from transportation to areas to sightsee. There is a lot of roadwork going on in this area at the moment I think mainly because they’re extending the BTS into this area.

Coffee shop and seven eleven downstairs, room ok Was in C building, arrived to room around 2pm, room right where the school is, so lots of noise till the evening

Room not clean great, shower has pressure but not the best, noisy being beside school

The view wasnt the best because we were put into another building behind the main hotel , but it was new year so we can understand the reason for it.

Complimentary water was always available. and house keeping was good in cleaning the room.

The hotel was offering a studio room that includes breakfast. However, the studio room was located at another building and it was very inconvenient in the morning to take breakfast as you have to and walk to the another building just to have breakfast. And also, the hotel did not even have a shaving kits, and when i asked for a bucket of ice, they told me to go to 711 and buy ice.

Location wasn’t great, quite far from centre of Bangkok but taxis are cheap enough. Also bathroom was very dingy and couldn’t really see with the lighting
