Struttura molto pulita, in una zona tranquilla, vicino alla Bts , molti servizi a disposizione dei clienti, piscina bellissima e con personale sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti, sala fitness con sauna a richiesta inclusa nei servizi, sala per i bambini dove possono passare del tempo giocando, sala giochi per i bambini/adolescenti, servizio lavanderia self service oltre a l parcheggio gratuito. La struttura si trova attaccata allo shopping centre CENTRAL AL QUALE VI SI PUÒ ACCEDERE DIRETTAMENTE DALLA ZONA ASCENSORI . Colazione eccezionale a buffet con una gran quantità di cibo Thai e non. Ristorante aperto e sinceramente molto buono . Receptionist e concierge sempre attenti alle esigenze di tutti. Devo fare i nostri complimenti a tutto lo staff e all’hotel. Thank you so much.

De kamer was niet op tijd klaar en werden steeds aan het lijntje gehouden over de precieze tijd waarop hij klaar zou zijn. Ze hebben wel netjes excuses gemaakt maar het was alsnog vervelend omdat we al lang aan het wachten waren

In a city as large as Bangkok it was difficult to decide where to stay but I feel I hit the jackpot with my stay at Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom. The position was ideal being very close to the Sathorn Ferry stop and the Saphan Taksin subway station. There was an excellent supermarket and shopping centre a few steps away from the lobby. The staff were welcoming and efficient and my room was spacious, extremely well fitted out and as a brilliant bonus, it had a washing machine.

The only negative was the balcony didn't have any furniture to sit on as most of the space was taken up by the aircon unit.

Estancia espectacular. Personal extremadamente amable y todo muy limpio, Cama y almohadas comodísimas. El desayuno muy completo, variado y todo de buena calidad. Al pagar con tarjeta no te piden el 3% extra como en otros establecimientos. Ubicación céntrica, cerca de todo. Llevar dinero en efectivo para propinas y depósito a la llegada. La cocina también está completa con todo lo que se necesita. Se puede fumar tabaco en el balcón con la puerta cerrada para que no entre el humo.

房間有一股強烈的氣味，也許是潮濕吧？！ 微波爐有上一個房客的使用痕跡，門板上有許多醬汁，入住期間雖每日有打掃，也掃的很乾淨，就是微波爐一直被漏掉了。 第一天有補餅乾，其餘天數則沒有，不清楚是否是誤補還是漏補。

Персонал достаточно приветлив. Завтрак разнообразный, фрукты свежие. Номер не новый, но чистый, как и весь отель. Заселение ждали чуть дольше чем положено, но получили номер выше, чем планировался изначально. ТЦ в этом же здании, очень удобно.

Парковка на 6 этаже, по факту выше, если на своей машине постоянно выезжать и заезжать - очень муторно, проще поставить машину и передвигаться на такси, что мы и сделали. В лобби очень холодно.

Dejlig stor og rumlig lejlighed, lækker morgen mad og utrolig flinkt personale. Ligger super godt til floden, og mega centralt, til alt slags transport. Perfekt med et indkøbscenter som nabo og et et lækker street food markedet sammen med.

Værelset / lejlighed trænger til lidt maling hist og pist. Der kunne godt være en elevator mere, nu der ikke er trapper man kunne benytte.

The location was great with transportation from both BTS and River ferry access. The Breakfast and the staff were very nice as well.

The room and facilities were fine. Just having two elevators was a bit limiting for upper floor room access. Was a bit overpriced for the standard room we received.

Since I stayed it has been revamped and its even better. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is excellent. So much choice. The room is large and very nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. Close to lots of things to do and links to the river and BTS.

為環保起見我們未要求每天更換浴巾及毛巾 但住的第二天擦手巾收走了 隔天洗臉斤也收走了 離開前一天所有毛巾都不見了 只剩浴巾

Está cerca de una estación de metro que te lleva a las principales ubicaciones. También tenéis al lado el muelle para hacer la ruta por el río. Desayuno bueno.

No sé cómo serán el resto de habitaciones, pero no recomiendo pagar más por tener balcón. Es solo un espacio para guardar el aparato del aire acondicionado. Otra cosa es que te piden una fianza para ingresar en el hotel y casi un mes después de mi salida, sigue retenida en el banco y no me responden los mensajes que envío por booking. Una pena que el servicio termine así.

Es gab nur zwei Aufzüge für das ganze Hotel. Dadurch kam es immer zu Wartezeiten. Auch der Frühstücksbereich ist eher zu klein dimensioniert.

Tolle Lage in Silom nahe dem Sathorn Pier, sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Auch der Poolbereich, der Spiel- und Fitnessraum waren super. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen. Bis auf die lange Wartezeit auf den Check-in ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Bangkok.

Wir kamen mit unserem 3 Kids früh am Morgen an nach dem langen Flug. Leider war ein early Check in nicht möglich (das ist völlig ok, das Hotel war voll belegt) und man sagte uns, das wir um 14 Uhr einchecken könnten. Leider waren unsere Zimmer um 14 Uhr immer noch nicht fertig, es dauerte nochmal eine Stunde länger bis EIN Zimmer fertig war und dann nochmals über eine Stunde bis das 2. fertig war. Das war in unserer Situation mit 3 müden Kindern, die schon seit über 6 Stunden in der Lobby warten mussten extrem unangenehm und ein großer Dämpfer für unseren ersten Tag in BKK. Dazu kam, dass es den Anschein hatte dass andere Gäste erheblich schneller einchecken konnten. Warum unsere Zimmer nicht prioritär behandelt werden konnten zumal wir mehrfach nachgefragt haben erschließt sich uns nicht. Über den Entschuldigungsbrief bzgl der Verzögerung haben wir uns gefreut, allerdings hat dies die Unannehmlichkeiten nicht aufgewogen. Sonst war dann aber wirklich alles super!

The room was very comfortable, and had a great city view. It was very clean, and the game room and the pool were appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. The best part of the hotel was the location. It was just a brief walk from the river from where one can get the Blue Flag tourist boat and easily visit some of the main attractions of the city.

This is a minor point: We reached the hotel in the morning due to our morning flight, and had to wait till 2 for check-in. Early check-in was not available - though that is not the hotel's fault as they were fully booked. While the lobby was nice and comfortable, I wish there were a bit more facilities to endure our very long wait. There is a door that connects the hotel with the next door mall, which is very convenient. But the door doesn't open till 10.30 am, which is probably most of the mall opens. But it also meant that going to the next door Starbucks involved going out in the city and around the block when we already were very tired from a red eye flight.

Locatie is super. Kamers zeer comfortabel, lekkere bedden. Goede service. Perfect gelegd ten opzichte van skytrain en bootjes. Vanuit hotel zo in shopping mall. Grote supermarkt onder het hotel. Heel veel mogelijkheden om te eten rondom hotel (zelfs Mac Donalds en KFC). Zwembad is heerlijk en heel fijn dat we wat tassen in hotel achter konden laten voor rondreis door Thailand om bij terugkomst (2 weken later) ze weer terug te krijgen.

Jammer dat ze strikt zijn met tijdstip van inchecken. Bij aankomst voor 14 uur is het echt wachten tot 14 uur. Bij 2e keer inchecken om 14 uur aanwezig, maar pas uur/1,5 uur later de sleutel.

1整潔度不及格。訂兩間房，兩間浴缸都很髒，一間裝水後變黃色，還有指甲漂浮；另一間裝水後是綠色的。 2洗衣機有點問題，一間房的洗衣機操作完後無法開啟，請飯店人員來處理，是用扳手撬開⋯⋯不敢再用，因為機器上寫：門板若用壞要賠償1500元。另一間的烘乾功能無法使用，烘整晚還是濕的。

Location is perfect. Very close to BTS and the Ferry pier. Very close to great food and the Wat.

Very run down. The towels were all frayed and so ghetto. The room definitely needs renovation. Kinda run down actually. Only the foyer was nice looking the rest of property was very run down.

Very good hotel, spacy rooms with kitchener and washing machine.

The staff at the swimming pool was not very friendly.

The family suite size, the pool, the breakfast and obviously the staff.

Only one toilet for the whole family suite and also located together with the single bathroom, which for a family of 5 required a bit of ordering and a prep work before someone goes to take a shower.

We had a large family suite which was very good value. Loads of space, kitchen area, washing machine. Great location, easy to walk to lots of restaurants, easy to walk (5 mins) to Sathorn pier to get boats up and down. Across from Iconsiam and easy to get to Asiatique. Grabs were very efficient to get to main attractions overall we found it to be a very good location. The pool was nice, not too salty for a salt water pool.

The accommodation was large, it felt a bit empty, we had everything we needed was there but lacked a bit of home comforts (this is just personal preference though). The accommodation was excellent.

Fast alles war perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage: Die BTS-Station Saphan Taksin und der Sathorn Pier sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Dadurch ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Bangkok mit dem Skytrain oder dem Boot zu erkunden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt waren die lediglich zwei Aufzüge. Dadurch kam es häufiger zu längeren Wartezeiten.

We stayed in the family room and it was great! Spacious and even included a washing machine. The hotel itself was excellent with great facilities. Lots of food options downstairs as well as in laneway outside hotel.

This is really minor, sometimes you had to wait a while for the lift.

We zijn een gezin van 5 en ik kreeg via Booking een familiesuite. Maar als we toekwamen was er maar plaats voor 4. Onze dochter van 10 zou tussen ons moeten slapen… we kregen extra bed maar moesten wel serieus wat bij betalen.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel and we found the location perfect for getting around Bangkok. The water ferry dock and the skytrain were short walks away and there were always taxis easy to get. There were a few good places to eat also very close by and there was a market for cheap street food options. Our child enjoyed the pool and the kids play area. There was a huge variety of choices at breakfast. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable.

We liked everything, but we would suggest a different coffee option at the breakfast. The machines didn't make great coffee.

BTSの駅と船着場が徒歩圏内で、地元の人の生活が身近にあって、何でも揃っている、便利なロケーションでした

リバービューのお部屋を選択したのですが、お風呂場の高い部分にある窓と、ベランダのような場所へに出るドアからしか外が見えませんでした

Perfekte Lage, nur wenige minuten zur Fähre oder Skytrain. im Hotel hat es einen Super Markt und einen Streetfoodmarket gleich um die Ecke. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La habitación era realmente muy amplia. Las vistas del balcón eran espectaculares tanto por el día como por la noche. El buffet del desayuno es abundante y variado (habiendo continental, occidental y anglosajón). Debajo del mismo hotel hay un centro comercial con algunos restaurantes conocidos, ideal si optas por conocer/cenar allí.

Las almohadas son incomodisimas, haciendo que tu descanso no sea suficiente. Aún pidiéndoles a recepción que nos las cambiaran, continuaban siendo muy bajas. El ruido del aire acondicionado se escucha mucho, sea la hora que sea. Solo tienen dos ascensores, que para tantas plantas es lento ya que debes de esperar bastante para poder subir/bajar. La ubicación es buena pero si se usa coche es caótico, ya que su calle es muy transitada y los taxis tardan en llegar o se pierden. Recomiendo tuktuks o moto.

Hyper bruyant. Nous étions au 18eme étage, et le bruit de la route (highway) était très fort toute la nuit, comme si on était collés à la route. Ambulances, Klaxons, prévoir des boules suies n’est pas une mauvaise option

Family suite was very spacious and well equipped. Location was brilliant. Hotel facilities were exactly what we needed, we loved our stay here. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing buffet! The room is amazing, and the view from the balcony is mind-blowing. The hospitality is truly warm and I celebrated my birthday there, and they decorated the room. Great experience. Would recommend to everyone and will visit again!

The shower system is complicated. Couldn't figure out the hot and cold water. Had to bath with cold water once. Apart from that, no complaints at all!

Очень долгое заселение, заселили в 15 часов вместо положенных 14.00. Ждать устала просто. Я выбирала категорию номера только из-за балкона который на фото Букинг и он отличается от того что мне дали, фото реального балкона приложила, меня очень это расстроило, так как балкон реальный мне не понравился. Очень шумный кондиционер и очень слышно шум с улицы, спала с выключенным кондиционером. На балконе невозможно выключить свет, нет выключателя в номере, это странно. Свет мешает спать так как он проникает под штору

Sehr freundliches u hilfsbereites Personal im ganzen Hotel! Vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerreinigung und Liftboy, alle sehr sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig und es wird immer aufgefüllt. Sehr sauber alles. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Für so ein grosses Hotel müsste es ein zweite Frühstücksraum geben. An Stosszeiten muss man warten.

De locatie is perfect, nog geen 5 minuten van de BTS en van de pier. Alle highlights zijn daardoor goed en snel bereikbaar (Chinatown, old town, verschillende malls, lumphini park). Buurtje zelf is ook leuk, met veel authentieke restaurantjes en foodcourt vlakbij. Schone, rustige, ruime kamer en bedden liggen heerlijk. Het personeel van het hotel is ontzettend attent en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is ook top, groot en schoon.

Er was niks was niet beviel.

Ligging. Alles in de buurt. Winkels, restaurants, skytrain, opstapplaats hop on hop off boot. Grote kamer mét bad. Mooi uitzicht op rivier.

Ontbijt is uitgebreid, maar vond het niet super. Iets teveel warme opties. Detail.

Great location, great views (we selected a room with river views). Staff very friendly. Great size rooms and facilities. The washing machine was a great bonus! Good breakfast. Good value.

Air conditioning was noisy. Bed was hard. Walls very thin and could hear people in other rooms, very noisy. Lots of families, which is awesome but not if you’re a couple with no kids, adds to the noise mentioned. Shower had no water pressure.

Wij hadden 2 kamers geboekt. Helaas lagen die ver uit elkaar. Een op de 12e verdieping en één op de 19e. Eén kamer rook wat muf. Weinig sfeer in het hotel, zakelijk. Niet echt iets voor een gezin met kids. Ook de ontbijtzaal was sfeerloos. Het eten was redelijk, maar ook daar weinig bijzonders en niet heel veel verse producten. Ook vonden we het prijzig in vergelijking met andere hotels. Dames achter het omelet bakken ook niet echt pro-actief, vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Ook het 'papierwerk'/ borg etc. veel werk om in te checken. Liften werken langzaam en lang wachten. Ook kan je niet op de andere verdiepingen komen tenzij je een pasje hebt.

Habitación muy amplia y hotel muy cuidado y limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado del sky train y del embarcadero, donde se pueden coger los barcos que te transportan a muchos de los lugares que hay que ver en la ciudad. El hotel está en el mismo edificio que un centro comercial donde hay un buen supermecado y una zona de restaurantes. El personal del hotel es muy amable. El desayuno es completísimo y muy bueno.

La ubicació prop del riu i les instalacions estaven molt bé.
