Rooms were comfortable and clean

The one room we had could have been just one bed to allow for a small table and chairs. But that's just my thoughts

Warm, quiet, on the main road through town. Spacious rooms.

Beds and couch a bit uncomfortable.

The kitchen was handy. Close proximity to markets and downtown. Esthetics were modern and tasteful

We would have liked good reading lamps on both sides of the bed. There was very minimal space by the sink for things you need to get ready for the day. Sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on plus no lamp by the table or sofa

Clean, roomy and comfortable.

I think the stay would have been a 10 but there was renovations possibly going on in an adjacent room until pretty late at night. So that kept us up.

It smelled so bad. Wind was blowing under the door. Pool not in use for years but still on their site. Power was out for over an hour.

We liked the pet friendliness, especially the pet area in the back. We also appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the ease of communication.

The tap in our room (219) did not work very well. It was somehow both loose and stiff.

The owners are wonderful people, very accommodating to thier guests

The air conditioning did not keep suite cool.

It smelled so bad. The wind whistled under the door, we had to put a towel down to block the noise. The blanket smelled like febreze instead of clean laundry. The pool is not in use anymore!

The room was very clean and well equipped. The bed linen was very soft and the bed was really comfortable. The room was actually better than we expected for the money. Highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights in the Kootenays. This place was not what I expected. The stove did not work so it just took up space. The room charges were inappropriately high. They should have charged $150 and not $270.

The bed was cozy, and the room was nice and cool for me, the wife not so much. The room was clean.

The bathroom fan was awfully loud when you turn the light on. The tv was pretty small compared to other accommodations that had a bigger tv and better value for your money. The pictures were deceiving when it showed a hot tub and people sitting in it, only to see a junk pile on arrival where the jacuzzi use to be, and the blankets had some stains on them.

My room was updated and clean. Perfect for what I was looking for. Price was good too. I used booking.com and it was a quick check in and faster check out process. I would stay there again.

It is a bit of a walk to any restaurant's or stores. Just under 1 km. No other issues for me.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The fridge was set to freezing so it wrecked about $100 of food and drinks (our bad too cause we should have checked).

The bbq area is very clean now.the table in the front nice to have coffee.

We played horse shoes in the back.the horse shoe pits not level.didnt have enough sand in them. So the shoes were bouncing all over.

No ground floor rooms available. Couldn’t use the dead bolt.

For the quality of the room and amenities, the price is far too high.

Very clean, comfortable bed, lots of towels and soaps (only used what was needed). Matty at reception was lovely and even brought ice for an injury. Would stay here again!

The staff, particularly the lovely gentlemen checking in. Gave so many excellent recommendations for the area, nothing too hard or an issue. Beds were comfy and we had an excellent stay. So good having a normal sized fridge/kitchen as well

Room was made up for 4 even though booking was for 5 people however this was quickly resolved.

I loved how we had a kitchen in our room to cook food instead of going out the room was nice and cold the inn even has a fire pit in the back so you can have a fire, a staff member was very helpful and helped me chop some wood to have a fire I will definitely be coming back here in a month even pets are aloud all in all I was very happy and very impressed

It was easy to find and clean and the king size bed was great!

Provided hair shampoo needs to be opened with scissors. Could not tear it so having scissors provided would be great.

Out the back windows there were no lights... Just trees and a green space. So it felt like being away from everything and very private. The rooms have lino not rug, which is a bonus, and a small fridge and microwave for essentials. A very pleasant spot.

Older style motel. Very clean updated rooms. Convenient to town centre. Super courteous and friendly owner. Quiet. Huge green area in back of motel for activities play, barbeque, exercise pets. Highly recommend a stay here

Beds were comfortable , size of room was good.

The fan in the bathroom was almost falling out, had a few dead bugs in the bathroom. Went for medical appointment but since I booked online wasn't able to get a cheaper rate, was no option when booking.

The beds were very comfortable and the towels were actually very nice and plush, plus they actually had enough towels for the amount of people staying there. The fridge was full size and the kitchen had the basics.

There was only 1 wall conditioner in the kitchen which we ran all day and night and it barely kept the three rooms tolerable at night. But I know that was because of the hot weather. The room was in need of a deep clean (baseboards dirty, tile in shower had mold growing in the grout, floor was sticky in places)

For the price it was terrible. We stayed at a Hampton Inn and paid $10. more was a beautiful big room all updated had a wonderful breakfast. Nothing has been changed or updated at all in this room.

Staff were so friendly. Room was beautiful with a beautiful view of the back yard and mountain. Quiet, even for being right beside the road. Awoke to birds chirping. Awesome location. Definitely recommend staying here

The manager asked me to cancel booking.com reservation and made a new reservation for me as he said there was some problem in my booking.com reservation and gave me discounted price to stay. He also took deposit for my stay and did not refund the deposit. SI was charged twice. Now this person is not responding to my calls or messages. This manager stays in the hotel itself
