Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Room is spacious. Confortable bed. Very nice smell in the room. Towels also smell nice and bigger than other hotels so plus size people have no issue to wrap it around the body.
Wifi not stable. Trolley for the bags are not ready when we arrived. Hotel this big should hv more trolleys provided

pls provide user guide for us to use your smart tv, hear sound baby crying from our next room might tht time stay was on weekend, pls provide 2 key card for your if anythg happen left out our card in room at least have another spare to use, aircondition temp 16c feel like 20c.

Cleanliness. The room smelled a bit musty. And could pay more attention to cleanliness. Bird droppings on veranda chairs at the cafe Tepi Bendang. Bathroom can be cleaner. The taps were dull and with water marks. Mould at bathroom corners.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Easy check in. The hotel is right next to the airport which is really convenient. A nice view just next to a paddy field. Toilet is okay. Large smart TV. Quite spacious room. Toilet is clean.
The mirror in our room is so mouldy we could not even see outside. Hotel please check on the mirror cleanliness it would be so embarassing for outsiders to see such mouldy glass and cannot enjoy the view outside
