Cleanliness
7/10Mixed reports: several guests praised good cleaning, but multiple comments note dirty bathrooms, bad smells and at least one 'sucio' complaint and cockroaches — overall slightly below average.
Service
9/10Generally positive: staff described as amable/attento and good trato in several reviews, though a few guests reported poor handling of problems (ignored complaints, extra charge). Overall service is frequently praised.
Location
9.4/10Strong positive consensus: many guests highlighted the central/airport-convenient location and easy access to transport and commerce; location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
8/10Mostly comfortable rooms with some positives (beds, some rooms with microwave/fridge, comfortable) but occasional issues (improvised fixes, small TV, broken shower) keep it from being top-tier.
Amenities
6.4/10Limited amenities: secure parking noted positively, but frequent mentions of no breakfast/coffee, no hangers/closet space, small parking and no hot water at night reduce the score.
Value for Money
8.6/10Good value: many reviewers call it economical or 'you get what you pay for' and praise price/parking; a few concerns about extra charges but overall perceived as good value.
Food and Beverage
5.8/10Noted weakness: multiple guests explicitly mention the absence of breakfast or even coffee; food/beverage offering is minimal or nonexistent.
Overall Experience
9/10Generally positive stays: several 'gran estancia' and 'muy agradable' comments, stable wifi and friendly staff balance the negative reports (noise, cleanliness issues) to produce a strong overall impression for many guests.
