Justiniano Deluxe Resort

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised, and the overall condition of the hotel was below expectations. The service was poor, with staff showing little interest in resolving issues or making guests feel welcome. For the amount this hotel charges, I expected much better quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the cost, and I left feeling that I had wasted my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value. There are much better options available for the same price or even less.

The lunches were surprisingly good and offered a much better experience than breakfast and even dinners. The hotel has several swimming pools, good facilities for children, and various entertainment options throughout the property. Direct beach access with complimentary sunbeds was very convenient. The sauna was also enjoyable and well maintained.

The staff seemed indifferent whenever issues were raised, giving the impression that guest concerns were not a priority. Although the hotel markets itself as family-friendly and many guests travel with children, there were only two high baby chairs available for the entire hotel, making it nearly impossible to get one at dinner. We requested a baby cot before arrival and received confirmation, but it was not available at check-in. Despite six visits to reception and repeated promises that it would arrive within 15 minutes, it was delivered only six hours later, forcing us to stay in the room waiting. Housekeeping was below expectations: towels were not consistently replaced, beds were poorly made, and the balcony was never cleaned. The duvet was provided without a proper cover. There is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms; internet access is only available in the reception area. Breakfast quality was disappointing. Omelets were cooked with excessive oil, toppings were often missing, and the cook was unable to identify some ingredients in English. Additionally, restaurant staff would sometimes clear dirty dishes and wipe tables, then immediately touch our infant's face, which we found inappropriate.

We had a great family holiday at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with lots of variety every day. The only downside was check-in, as the reception staff didn’t give us much information about the hotel or activities. Thankfully, the guest relations team was very helpful and made everything much clearer for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again.

Very good, nice sea view!

Panoramic views

Thank you, everything was perfect: animation, food, service, cleanliness, sauna, hamam, the sea. Every day we did morning exercises in group, that was fun and healthy. Thanks Svetlana, you made our day every day: a lot of activity for kids and teens. My 12 y.o teen was happy (swimming competition every day, fun mini-disco (especially serpantin and confetti from umbrella at the end), cards playing. Thank you Justiniano team. You are the best, especially Svetlana from animation. Nothing negative, just positive vibes. 🥰

The staff is really kind, I asked for some soy or vegetarian milk for breakfast and they soon provided for it, they really care about their costumers. Rooms are wide and clean, food is delicious and vegan friendly. I would suggest to put some labels to indicate allergens (milk, gluten…). I really had a good stay in that hotel and I thank everyone who works there.

Everything!

Nothing

Resepsiyonda sabah çalışan bayan girişte doğru düzgün ilgilenmedi yüzümüze zor baktı,kolbandı takmadı biz hatırlattık,oda notunda french yatak ve asansöre yakın oda yazdık,2 kere gittik geldik bu bayan arkadaş oda hazır değil dedi, sonra Kırgız erkek bir personel 2 yataklı tekin oda verdi, bayan arkadaş yatakları birleştirelim dedi sonra başka oda verirken tekrar bu oda 2 yataklı işte istediğiniz gibi dedi, hanımefendi 1 french yatak yazdım notu okuyun lütfen deyip uzun uğraşlar sonucu 14:00 de odaya gidebildik.12 ay açık bir otelde özellikle kış için güler yüzlü işi bilen resepsiyon olması gerekli.Barlarda 2 içeceği karıştırıp basit bir kokteyl bile asla yapılmıyor, sadece ücretli kokteyller.

The hotel was wonderful. This was our first experience spending Christmas in winter, and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is very well maintained, everything is looked after with great care, and the service was perfect. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, speaking several languages including Russian, English, and German, which made everything very comfortable for us. Even though it was winter, many facilities were still open — even the beach bar. The snacks were delicious, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The food deserves a special mention — truly 10 out of 10. A huge thank you to the chef: everything was incredibly tasty, and everyone always finished their plates. Thank you so much for your hard work — Ellerinize sağlık! We are very happy with our experience and would gladly come back again.

The resort overall is truly beautiful, offering a serene and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes guests feel at ease. The reception team was exceptionally respectful and cooperative, with special recognition to Mr. Emre for his outstanding manners and genuine support. His kindness and professionalism turned our stay into unforgettable moments. The buffet and dining experience were absolutely delightful. The food was not only delicious but also of remarkably high quality, deserving a perfect score of 10/10.

We stayed with a group at this hotel in September 2025. Overall, everything was fine. The food was excellent, with themed dinners and polite and helpful staff. The sea was clean. Cons: inconsistent service from the receptionists. On the first day, our room wasn't cleaned before our arrival. We checked in room at 2:20 PM. We looked for the receptionist in the Theodore building, but he wasn't there. We asked the maids at the hotel to clean the room. On the second day, new guests came into our room and were given a key card for our room. We were in the room at the time. This is a problem with the receptionists. They distinguish guests by their bracelets: fabric and beads, apparently depending on the origin of the guest's passport. They only give one key card per room. Inconvenient. Frequently asked questions: there is a hookah, but it's nicotine-free. It's better not to agree to a trip to “Novamall” in Manavgat with the condition of visiting the Olympia jewelry store from guides and hotel staff. In Olympia, they sell low-quality products at overpriced prices. Read reviews of places where they plan to take you on a free tour.

So, Justiniano was a great experience overall. Its so huge, that you have to "understand" the hotel. You have 6 bars, 5 restaurants and everyone has its pros and cons. The best bar is definitely a Moonlight bar. And the master bartender - Mehmet (you can see in our photo) is a top notch bartender- 10/10. I really love to see such professionals and friendly persons in hotels. The restaurants are varying but the main one is GREAT! Always look into the GRILL section because you can always find some steaks, fish, etc there - AMAZING. The beach is very nice, but it's Stone-ish - which is acceptable and the water is AMAZING and AZURE - wonderful. This hotel is like 95% Russian, which is absolutely not a problem but the personal know more Russian than English. So bear this in mind. But personal know English as well (e.g. the Mehmet from the bar). Generally, we LOVED the stay and I would definitely would come back. I love it here

There was nothing good Be careful! they might try to charge again. I would not recommend this hotel at all! Not professional, they don’t know their job. They don’t know peoples rights. They can just hold you there in the room just because they themselves do not know how to operate their business. They advertise their hotels in booking.com and we are customers who used this platform to book and paid using this platform. But they didn’t know how to take their money from booking! Now a question: is this my problem ? Why does this have to affect me and My family?

I had horrible experience in the hotel. 1) food was not tasty at all 2) really bad customer service from the front desk 3) cleaning was not good. They made up only 1 bed and left other 3 beds. 4) i payed for our stay 2 weeks in advance which was taken from my bank account and while checking in I mentioned it. But while checking out front office manager kept us for more than 2 hours as if we were criminals and tried to make us pay again for our stay just because they did not know how to access to payment in booking.com I showed them the receipt I showed them my bank statement I even phoned booking in front of them and they advised me to leave the hotel because we didn’t owe anything to them. But manager Umut and Eldiar from front desk didn’t allow us to leave. At the end they found out that the money is with booking and they let us leave without apologies. They hold us with my 2 year old toddler with the temperature who missed her lunch, her nap. With mum 70 years old mum who was very tired and frustrated. With 2 other under aged nephew and niece who had their flights on that day. They could have left a note in the room during our stay that they need to speak to us. Instead they blocked the room card. When we went to the reception they just unlocked it as they were unaware because Eldiars working shift finished and he didn’t let others to know. But caused us an inconvenience and treated like a criminals bringing 5-6 men in uniform like a security having handcuffs in their hand! Really bad experience! I will try to contact my embassy and consular in Antalya. I’ll do my best to escalate this further. Because it was very and very bad situation and I was shaking all day and feeling unwell.

The bar manager mahmet is so good like a strong men and sweet and i think if he grow up like from the bar manager to the manager of the hotel he can comes many peoples from which country i would like take my opinion and thanks

Beautiful beach, perfect location, amazing food, friendly bar staff, and excellent housekeeping — the hotel is almost perfect.
But the reception ruined the first impression. No up-to-date info at check-in, we had to ask about everything ourselves. Eldiyar works like he doesn’t care, while only Gulnura was quick and helpful. Everything else was fantastic, but the reception service needs serious improvement.

The hotel is a complete disappointment, I would never consider coming again. Some of the staff are very rude. We were greeted very nicely by the reception at the first entrance. We then went to the restaurant for breakfast. The waiters are very helpful. The garden is very large and beautiful, it includes different trees and flowers. The bad side is that the food is not very sufficient, the fruit area is insufficient. Generally it is good. Zeynep, the girl at the Panorama bar, is very rude and disrespectful. She shouted at me and my daughter countless times and showed bad looks. I never liked this behavior. The rooms and sheets are dirty. It does not deserve 5 stars.

We were with 2 more families and we were accommodated in Theodora building. To be honest it was under our expectations. Starting with the cleaning in the rooms and finishing with the beach.First of all the beach doesn’t look at all same as in the pictures on the website; there it’s not sand, only little stone, painful to step on them. The second thing is food. We was eating almost the same food 3 days in a row(not too many choices),hoping that something will change. On the third day,at dinner time we complained about this situation and we spoke with the manager. The next day, they changed the menu(adding more varieties of food like seafood, barbecue, etc). After this day, everthing came back to “normal”. The third thing is cleaning in the rooms. Since we settled there until our third day, they didn’t change the bedsheets, hoovering or cleaning the bathroom. We spoke at reception and ask them if they can do a proper cleaning, not just emptying the bins, thing which shouldn’t happen at 5 stars hotel. That’s happen twice in our 7 days there. The resort itself it’s nice, the swimming pools are clean. For all of us was a bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel itself is nice. Right on the beach and lovely pool. Rooms are clean and nice.

Unless you are Russian you are not made to feel very welcome. I had an awful experience with a member of staff who refused to serve me a drink. Because I asked for alcohol in a drink that was on the mocktail menu. Completely humiliated me in front of many other people for no reason at all. I must say though any Turkish staff we dealt with were lovely. We were the only English people there and were very much made to feel like the outcast. The whole hotel is very very much catered to Russians and Russians only. If you take a trip into Alanya itself which is 25 minutes down the road it’s like a different place. People are so welcoming and much more catered for mixed nationalities. I would definitely stay closer to Alanya if I returned. The atmosphere is so much nicer.

Great swimming pool and the beach, food is good but there were not much choice. Very nice staff at restaurant

The cleaning of rooms was not done very well sometimes. The stuff of the reception is not very friendly

Loved the hotel and the facilities, hot and cold drinks available 24 hours.

No locks on the bathrooms,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Justiniano Deluxe Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring I felt welcome and comfortable. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained with breathtaking views, lush gardens, and direct beach access. My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The food at the resort was exceptional! The buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes. The à la carte restaurants were also fantastic, with high-quality dishes and excellent service. One of the highlights was the entertainment and activities. From the lively evening shows to the relaxing spa treatments, there was always something to enjoy. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the private beach area was perfect for unwinding. Most importantly, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always with a smile. Overall, Justiniano Deluxe Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation. I can’t wait to come back!

Otel konum, temizlik , yemek, hizmet her şey harikaydı. Odaları çok genişti

Had 6 nights booked at this hotel. Stayed for 2 and left. Could not get out of there fast enough. Was put in a room below a floor which was being renovated. Asked for another room was told there was no availability in the main hotel but we could have a room in another part which was a 10 minute walk away. This is not what we booked and stayed this to the staff. The staff are a very mixed bag, with some being very helpful and polite where others were abrupt and uninterested in helping. The location is beautiful and the food was below acceptable mainly catering for Russian tourists. The facilities were a little run down but the pool was clean looking. Far too many cats in the restaurant including on the tables which was not for us atall. Ruined 2 of a 6 day holiday. Would not recommend visiting.

NEVER AGAIN. I FEEL THAT THE HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT AND NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. WEEK BOOKED A 5 DAYS ALL INCLUSIVE WHEN ARRIVING TO THE HOTEL NO WELCOME. WHEN OUR ROOM WAS GIVEN TO US WE ENTERED AND THE LIGHTS WENT OFF HOT WATER WENT OFF NO HEATING NO KETAL WERE I COULD MAKE MY BABY MILK. THERE WAS ALSO WORK CARRIED WHILE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. LAG OF ENGLISH I HAD USE GOOGLE TO TRANSLATE. WE DID GET NO ROOM OFFERED THE SAME NIGHT UNTILL THE NEXT MORNING. WE PACKED TO GO TO ANOTHER ROOM, EVERDAY THEY WANTED US TO MOVE ROOOMS. I GOT FED UP AND CONTACT I LOVE HOLIDAYS. FOOD I WOULD RATE TO 0/10 SAME MENU EVERYDAY. NOT EVERYTHING IS INCLUDING LIKE JUICES AND OTHER THINGS. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN!

Clean, position

Too noisy, always in the morning after 7 am doors from Staff bang bang.

Indoor pool very cold Food options not great or snack options Alcohol options very poor for a 5* But overall ok stay.

Lovely sized room, shame about the view. Great shower

The whole visit was wonderful. We came as a family of all ages including 4 months old. Great facilities from fantastic restaurant, coffee shops, pool area and even chickens and peacocks on the grounds. It's extremely family friendly lots of different nationalities visit. I'm vegetarian, so food wasn't an issue ever. Great selection to choose from. The beach is very close to the hotel and the hotel rooms have great amenities. All the staff were very helpful and always willing to answer questions or even have a chat with you. Super friendly, feels like a real community. A hotel I would definitely visit again.

Temizlik güzeldi. Fakat her şey dahil gitmemize rağmen alkollü kokteyller ücretliydi.

The hotel location and nature is great but the food was tasteless and really poor selection. For wifi you have to pay for it. The outdoor Polo was good but indoor pool area needs attention. İ am sure it will be better in summer but now the activities are quite poor.

Kaikki toimi hyvin , ruoka oli hyvää , viihdyttiin hyvin . Paavo & Tuija

Hello, the hotel is great in terms of location, it is a beautiful hotel in the winter, it is one of the best hotels, everything is very good, it is nice to swim in the open air, in the warm pool. The food is delicious, the sea is warm, the weather is sunny, I recommend it.

Service in the restaurant very good. Best regards Mr Bilal, Mahomet, dzgih sek, Akiz. So here is great service. We are very pleased with our stary. We have a good stay at the hotel. We are satisfied. Nie views, noce service. Service in the hotel at a high level.

Lovely hotel

Very nice👌👌

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The food was amazing, the staff members were super helpful and polite. The rooms are just huge. The kids could sleep upstairs while we were downstairs. The beach is right next to the hotel and there are beautiful cliffs where you can walk. Strongly recommend👍👍👍

Mukemmeldi, sadece personelin kendi arasinda konusmalari rahatsiz edici ozellikle gece barlarri kontrol eden sorumlu kişi

Made to pay for internet that was sub par

Good location in Alanya, serene and quiet. Good Access to the bazar shops. Hotels needs a bit of mordernisation. Shocked at having no wifi in the rooms, hence guests have to hang around lobby area for free wifi. In this day and age, wifi should be standard in a resort of such. Also, shocked they would not provide iron to the rooms and we were charged to iron clothes as laundry service. Variety of food could be better but drinks range very good.

The coffee shop cakes were tasty, there was a good selection of salads everyday with dressings & fresh bread.

The staff attitude was awful. 7 day stay, only 3 staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Met 5 different members of the reception team, 4 could not care less. Long waits at the downstairs bar, staff literally ignoring you. Stray dogs are allowed by staff inside the premises, a child was attacked by one dog, the child went to hospital and police called. Staff & police laughed & joked, after staff the ‘guest relations’ team member was seen verbally abusing the family.

Place was nice food was ok but need to cater a little more variety for breakfast

The staff were friendly but seemed to accommodate for more German/Russian people and the spa was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.

1. The food- the food did not cater for people from the UK. The food was Turkish food that not everyone would like to eat and each day the food was pretty much the same. They had chips but that was it to be honest. We had to wait until 12 to get burgers with chips which isn't even what we would like to eat every day. We did not enjoy the food at all unfortunately which was frustrating because we had paid for all inclusive. 2. The distance - the hotel was FAR from civilisation. We had to pay for av taxi to go to anywhere near places we can buy food. One day we just didn't eat because we thought we'd give the restaurant another chance but the guys was not food and by then it would have been late to journey outside. 3. Unsafe- we ordered a taxi and they told my Orkney and I that the taxi will be here in ten minutes but 20 minutes passed and no one came. We asked again and they said it was 5 minutes away. Finally they said the taxi was outside. When we got outside, you should have seen the car they called taxi. The car was old, decrepit and very low to the ground. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. To make things worse, there was already people in the car! People that knew the driver and seemed to be a friend of the staff or even family member. I told them what is going on because we ordered a taxi there shouldn't be people inside and taxi has taxi written in it and it is yellow. He was saying its fine and that we can pay the guy 35 euros. I asked him if he was okay because I was not paying this man 35 euros as it was but a taxi as far as I was concerned and felt concerned for my safety. The hotel worker finally agreed and told the man to go. He then said I will call taxi. I told him to not worry herbage the trust was fine and I felt Unsafe so I tried to look myself. He convinced me taxi is coming. With no lie, the taxi came in two minutes while I was trying to find another way myself.

The location

Same food every day very rude staff unclean in the food tray bees around

F&B

Poor swimming facilities

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel! The food was delicious, and the resort is impressively spacious. The staff were brilliant, especially Mila at the reception – her exceptional assistance and quick resolution of any issues truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience!

Big and spacious room with a balcony and nice sea view! Compact territory - very convenient for the holidays with babies! Great beach and pool! Good entertainment in the evenings!

Wi-FI only in the lobby

The professionalism of the staff and the location

Apart from the journey from the airport to the property, I have nothing whatsoever to complain about

The staff, room, the balcony, hotel location and ease of access.

Everything was tailored for the Russians and those who spoke Russian, I'm not against one nation or another but just mention that 99% of your guests are coming from one exact part of the world and also mention that your signs, infos and activities are custom made for them so that i would select another hotel. From the very morning till the end of the night you would be all be part of the activities and songs that were made for the russians, shows and love musics that were Turkish got changed to Russian, the whole disco night they were playing their songs and you can't find any timing infos without knowing Russian, you can't know anything even if you know Türkçe or English. I came from Italy to visit my parents, fully understanding Türkçe , English and Italian yet i couldn't read any signs. Atleast keep your own countries language in the info signs. The bar locations are a joke if you want to relax by the pool, from morning till afternoon they only serve in the lobby which is in the third floor and 4 floors far from the pool and only with DRESSES ON, from afternoon till midnight you can get it from the one near the restaurant which is a full floor far from the pool, i mean how hard can it be to just include a place to get simple drinks by the pool? 40% of my trip were inside the elevators. The hotel area is confusing as ever, the 5* (!!) deluxe Hotel is sepeated with their other 4* hotel with just a walkway and nothing else, the fun part of the pool is in that area, It's just a mess. Anything that is good is also with money, the hookah, private area near the beach and much more. The park(more like a backyard) is just a small place behind the snackbar and it's also a park for the kids. The pool is also a place where kids and adults can swim without any problem, such a wonderful relaxing thing to do!

Our vacation was all inclusive. So we had limitless food all day long and all kinds of drinks including cocktails, vodka, whiskey. Food quality and diversity at the Resort is good (better than the Club foods). There are art, acrobatics or cultural dance shows every single night as well as contests including hotel guests. Animation team organizes activities like pool games, archery, riflery, pétanque and etc in beautiful nature. You can dance every night at the outdoor disco near the beach. I'd like to express my gratitude to the people in animation team for being friendly and professional: Hasan, Adilia, Burak, Mehmet, Fuat, Samet and also to the DJ. We also really liked the Italian restaurant with live music and classy atmosphere. My observation in August 2023 was that around 90% of the guests were Russian (this is not a good or bad comment). Finally; special thanks to ladies preparing gözleme near snack bar.

The beach consists of pebbles, making it difficult to walk into to sea. And sea gets deep rapidly as you walk in 3-4 steps, preventing you from enjoying shallow water. You could rarely see some waiters being a bit too friendly (like over the border) which might make you have to step back and keep the distance, but not so serious issue. There is no accessible internet in the rooms which I was negatively surprised. It is way too difficult to find a sunbed in the entire facility. You should like wake up as sun rises before breakfast to share yourself one.

Location is great. Friendly staff. It would be helpful to tour the new visitors around when they first arrive, in order to get familiar with the available facilities.

Everything was good. The AC in our room didn't work probably in the first night, otherwise everything else went well.

Very nice hotel clean very nice staff and kind all staff big swimming pool nice sea side

The food is no taste absolutely no taste every day shame for the nice hotel and nice staff is no good food 🙁

rooms and hotel were clean and food is very good

All-inclusive features, Drinks and alot of things were paid even the kokteyls in the bar were not free after 12 am !

Room cleaning Staff attitude

Very nice piece of beach next to a pine forested undeveloped peninsula

The territory was under construction in prep for the season

I love everything about this hotel, from the location, till the incredible food, from the friendly workers , till the spa zone. There are many cool and interesting facilities, like a basketball , volleyball, tennis, big chess, especially animation was on the high level, everything was on the high level , also there was a very good animation for children every evening, near this a hotel, a big shop Migros, and a small outlet shopping mall

Only the location of the hotel.

The facilities were not fully open. The food was repetitive. Not much entertainment for an all inclusive holiday and bar not open 24 hours. Very poor..

ROOM: - light, with a balcony, fruit, wine, electric kettle, tea, coffee FOOD: - poor fish dishes (mostly river fish), good variety of vegetables, not many fruit (probably because of the winter season), tasty fresh bread and tea BEACH, SEA: - its own way to the sand beach SPA: - Prices for one-time massage service are like in Germany - Better to buy an Abonnement - Specialist Angile has the best hands :) she massaged perfectly :)

ROOM: - strange shower, there is no door so the water is out of the shower and water ist everywhere on the floor, so we should have cleaned water with a towel… !!! DINNING ROOM: - smell of cats inside the dinning room, I like cats, they are nice and all the guests are happy to see them and communicate with them but not when the seats and corners are seemed to be soaked with cats' urine. (in the terrace everything is ok, no smell) - fresh juice - additional charge !!! Wi-Fi in the room: - WI-FI COSTS ADDITIONALLY per EACH DAY of stay!!! 8€ - 3 days - NEVER seen such a situation before, not user-friendly - there is free Wi-Fi only in the lobby on the 3rd floor - better to buy a SIM card with enough Internet and don’t waste money at the hotel, moreover you will have internet when you are out of the hotel !!! SWIMMING POOL (for those who are interested): - outdoor pool is closed due to the winter season, it has an oval form and doesn’t suit for „sport“ swimming - indoor pool is open in the winter season, it has a Г-form, you can use it only for after-spa-service, not for sport swimming - description should be better because for me it was important

Hotel view

Construction work in the hotel without safety considerations specially at the resturant

After we complained online regarding all the issues with the room we had, like toilet air vent hanging from ceiling, bar fridge mouldy etc, hotel Manager listened to us and upgraded our room. There were Ants in both rooms and bathrooms. Bar fridge never refilled. Food was average, staff look and act unhappy, the reception staff were very flipint. Lack of English, hotel caters mainly for Russian language. It should NOT be rated 5 stars. Don't recommend. The change of rooms assisted in preventing us from checking out early.
