La habitación era muy amplia y estaba todo limpio. Pese a estar en Phuket, se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y eso se agradece si solo estás de paso. El personal muy amable en todo momento y me ayudaron con todo.

El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido. Algunas cosas necesitaban algo de mantenimiento, como una mano de pintura en algunas zonas de la piscina

Sehr ruhige Lage in Rawai. Alle Läden fussgängig erreichbar. Sie verleihen Roller um an die Strände zu fahren. Der Pool ist klein aber tief. Und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

As well the most important aspect of this place—indeed, I would not call it merely a detail, but rather its very essence—is the staff. In particular, I would like to single out an extraordinary woman: a consummate professional with the kindest of hearts, an impeccable command of English, and an unwavering readiness to resolve any issue and offer assistance at a moment’s notice—the manager named Nipha!!! She is a truly outstanding manager, capable of solving any problem in remarkably short order. She is always present, and each interaction with her is marked by patience, understanding, and the highest level of professionalism. To be entirely honest, people of such caliber are exceedingly rare. For this reason, I believe that no one who visits this place could ever forget her. I am convinced of this, because anyone who has had the privilege of dealing with such a professional would remember her for a lifetime. Amazing!

Pool was well kept but a bit warm. Nevertheless it was great. the water jets were working and water was clean. Rooms were big and had everything you needed. they cleaned them every 2 days which was maybe a bit much but delightful. the location is also great.

in one of the bigger room on the second floor you could hear the downstaris doors closing. it only bothered when the downstairs neighbours were up longer.

Чисто, тихо, удобства все есть , минимализм, но все для быта в наличии. Закрытая территория , с ребенком то, что надо. Зелёные зоны создают уют и умиротворение. Бассейн чистый большой . В пешей доступности 5 мин 7/11, недорогие тайские кафе . И всевозможные рестораны ( стейки, пиццы, и т д) до пляжа далековато , мин 20-25 ходьбы с коляской , но такси 150-200 бат в одну сторону. Цена гораздо ниже качества.

Слышно как двери в комнатах соседей хлопают, но это не критично

Une petite structure hôtelière au calme, au sein d'un joli jardin exotique. Une piscine bien entretenue. . Un environnement où l on trouve tout à proximité sans être au sein d' une station balnéaire c'est ce que nous recherchions. Et enfin la grande gentillesse de Nipah, notre hôte. Je recommande vivement.

Sehr schöne gefolgte Anlage mit tollem Poolbereich. Das Apartment war gemütlich und sauber. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind auch ohne gemieteten Roller/Auto gut zurechtgekommen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, zum Strand haben wir Grab genutzt.

Die Betten waren extrem hart.

Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood few mins walk from 7/11 quiet villas with plenty pool space. Staff were lovely in particular the manager was so helpful. Place was spotless. 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, child friendly, would come here again and again

We really enjoyed our stay at Babylon Pool Villas. The location is excellent perfectly situated between Nai Harn Beach and Rawai. Both are within walking distance if you enjoy exploring on foot, and it’s also very convenient for those with transportation. The accommodation feels more like a small apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen that’s perfect for longer stays. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance, and for those who like to stock the fridge and cook, there are supermarkets and shops nearby as well. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the on-site laundry facilities are a great bonus. A comfortable, enjoyable stay highly recommended!

Ich hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt -zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, mit bequemem Bett und schnellem WLAN. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!!

We liked the Villa very much it was very clean and the staff were amazing as we decided to leave early as the location was a bit too far away from amenities which was not good for us. The staff helped us talk to booking.com to sort leaving early.

The location was a bit far away from amenities that we like to use. It is ideal if you want to relax, unwind and stay by the pool. It had a great menu of food & drinks which you could order in.

The best host you can have. Everything works well.

Everything was amazing at this apartment. The pool is really nice and the temperature of the water is just perfect. The apartment is very big, especially the living room and one of the 2 rooms. The area is calm and quiet, but you also gave shops around a 5min walk. The staff were very nice and kind.

Apartment had kitchen and we could do a breakfast. The location is nice as it is in calm environment and close to restaurant or beach

We were welcomed immediately, and very warmly on our arrival by the lovely Nipah, who remained attentive, helpful and extremely friendly throughout our stay. The appartements were clean and mostly comfortable, although the beds were very firm. There was a quiet and laid back feeling, and the kids felt safe to wonder around the complex and hang out by the pool. Perfect for families who don't want to be in the thick of the tourist destinations, but want to easily get around, to see some of Phuket, and have a relaxed holiday.

As mentioned, the beds were very firm, so it was difficult to get a comfortable nights sleep. The pool was great, however very sharp stones around the edge of it took some getting used to when getting in/out of the pool. Beach locations were a taxi ride due to having young children who struggled to walk very far in the heat, but taxi's were cheap and easy to to access.

It’s really quite and comfortable. The villas located near Main Street but on a side which doesn’t have hard traffic. Staff were nice and kind, and we enjoyed our time at the property. We like to stay near pool at morning and went on a beach at afternoon. We would like to stay here again ☺️☺️☺️

The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed to switch room it was no problem. The pool is a good size and the gardens are lovely. It’s 1.5km from Nai Harn beach so an easy walk for children. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with almost no traffuc noise .

Nipha and her team could not have done more to make our holiday special. Lovely pool and grounds. It would be nice to have a smart tv when it gets too hot to be outside in the evenings.

Beautiful place, the room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier and got an early check-in. The location is great - located in a village like area so it is quiet and nice but 3 minutes walk and you get to a main street with shops and restaurants. I loved this place!

The price was a bit expensive relatively, but I suppose it's a matter of personal perspective.

Clean, silent, spacious apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent garden with nice trees and a swimming pool. Very good location for exploring the most attractive parts of Phuket. And above all extremely kind and helpful lady Nipha, who takes care of everything you might wish or need - including renting a motorbike, taking massage, eating, swimming, taking a taxi to the airport, etc. Big, big "thank you" to her!

The size of the villa was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the pool. There were some nice cafe's nearby (definitely recommend Coco's). We didn't attempt to walk to the beach as it was hot and a reasonable distance but easy enough to use Grabs to get around. Seemed like a much quieter location than elsewhere in Phuket which was crazy busy. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Appreciated he loaning us some snorkels so we could enjoy Yanui beach.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The little apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We really liked that it was tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

There are no sidewalks on the nearby roads. Obviously, this isn't the hotel's fault (and is fairly normal in Phuket), but something to keep in mind, especially if you're traveling with kids.

Big, comfortable apartment in a quiet location, with great pool and friendly staff. Nipha especially was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations - including nearby Catfish restaurant.

having a kitchen was good so I could cook my own food. pool was nice to cool down in. spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. decent choice of TV channels & internet worked well. place felt safe

The staff was really nice and helpful, the location is great, close to everything but still quiet. The pool is nice as well. We felt welcomed in this place.

The bed was giant which is good, but we didn't have a dedicated bed for our daughter. Maybe we should have paid extra for an extra bed. Also, the AC was difficult to adjust and we couldn't sleep with it as it was too strong. But I'm sure the staff would have helped us if we would have asked.

I like everything except Pool that should be zoned separately for adults and kids.

The property is beautiful and located in a quiet area that is easily accessible to the busier areas. The staff is wonderful and receptive to fixing any issues that come up (thank you Nipah!), and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I’d stay here again absolutely.

It was clean, quiet, lovely garden and spacious apartment. Plenty of great shops/restaurants nearby but yet it was quiet and serene. If you are off season like we were and swimming is a little challenging, the pool is awesome. We were in it morning, noon and night. The hosts are very laid back and accomadating. We loved our stay here We hired bicycles but ii we came back we would hire motorbikes. It’s too hot to walk any distance and the beaches are about 25min walk away

Nipha and the team were lovely and so helpful. The pool and room was spotless and comfortable. Babylon is in a quiet street, close enough to walk to Nai Harn beach in 25 minutes and Rawai in about 15 minutes. It allows pets so it was nice to see dogs and cats there. I felt very safe there as a lone traveller. I stayed for a month. I would definitely recommend. The water and electricity was very reasonable costing around £25-30 for the month. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you.
