Quite shocked to find the hotel pool being used for swimming lessons, leaving me waiting from 5:00 to 7:30 PM. This is a very poor idea considering the price and standards of this accommodation. I am truly speechless and deeply disappointed.

As it was low season the breakfast buffet was not operating. The staff was gracious, and offered a few items that were well prepared. My compliments top the staff for making an extraordinary effort to make our breakfasts enjoyable. The room maintenance and cleaning services were very efficient. The staff was very professional and easy to work with around our schedule of activities.

I didn't find the room furnishings to be up to par for my needs. I would have like a couple of comfortable chairs rather than the single swinging chair that occupied a corner of the room. I would also have appreciated a taller desk to work at for the few times I needed to use my computer to accomplish some necessary tasks. As we occasionally wanted to warm some food brought from outside, we would have appreciated a microwave oven in the room.

Very quite and comfortable until they changed the room

2,Friends visited to play cards for a few hours and we got charged 1000 THB for this , no prior mention made of no visitors . With 2 nights remaining from our 18 night stay the A/C became inoperative and we got downgraded to another room . I had just been discharged from a overnight hospital stay due to food poisoning and had to pack our belongings up whilst a staff member stood at the door and watched , no assistance given , this individual obviously has not been trained properly and does not understand hospitality. Still waiting on compensation for this very poor outcome

Room was comfortable and clean, shower was good, staff were pleasant.

When we first arrived and started to get settled in our room, the air con switched off after just 10 minutes, we switched it back on, but it happened two more times. We called reception, they came twice to look at it and told us it was fine. It wasn't. On the third attempt I had to ask to move rooms, they needed to speak to the manager before we could move rooms which took another 15 minutes. The hotel was not busy with plenty of free rooms, I feel this shouldn't have taken so long to rectify. The gardens and yard area seemed unkept. Lots of weeds and a bit overgrown.

The room was very spacious, both indoor and even the terrace. All rooms face the pool area, with a lovely garden / pool view. It was very quiet and could really relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pool is MASSIVE! and very modern. Hotel is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, however, allocated in a quiet area, where it is easy to relax and have a goodnights' sleep. The gym was well equipped and overlooking the pool as well.

The buffet breakfast was a bit restricted, but I think it was due to the low season and being the only guest opting for the breakfast option. The A la Carte options were good and the service was always with a smile :)

There was no lighting for the desk, I had to ask for a replacement lamp which they happily provided.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Gallery Hotel. The property is very clean, and the grounds are beautiful. The pools are gorgeous. The staff here are incredibly friendly. Smile at reception was especially welcoming, and Pond, the chef at the restaurant, cooked a delicious breakfast. A nice bonus was seeing two gorgeous ginger cats wandering around the grounds. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven and plenty of restaurants within short walking distance.

The only issue was that the shower was blocked when we arrived, but it was sorted out first thing the next morning.

PAAK Hotel is an amazing airport hotel located just 5 minutes from the airport, which makes it the perfect place to stay before or after a flight. The location is excellent, with a Seven Eleven nearby for anything you might need. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and a great gym, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable throughout our stay. We only stayed here for one night, but we had a wonderful experience. Definitely highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist schön, ruhig und sauber. Das Putzpersonal ist wirklich gut. Alle Angestellten sind sehr nett, besonders am Empfang. Smile hat uns besonders geholfen, ihre Hilfsbereitschaft ging weit über ihre Aufgaben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, ganz toller Service 🙏

The rooms were very comfortable well maintained . Good staff. Good housekeeping . Great pool area and long pool. Very clean pool.location was good near beach. Easy walking or scooter for most things needed.

A nice, modern hotel close to naiharn beach. We ate breakfast there once, it was 300b for adults and kids over 10. The breakfast was quite good. The cleaning staff were very kind and friendly. The pools are large and clean and the gym is small but well stocked. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay. There is a mini mart at the front of the hotel and a 7/11 a few minutes walk away. They also have a vending machine downstairs which is useful for late night snacks and drinks. There is a tour company outside the front that we rented a scooter from and booked a tour with.

Die Poolanlage lädt nicht zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert eher an ein Hostel.

Bij het inchecken werden de ‘huisregels’ toegelicht. Ook in de kamer ligt een ‘prijslijst’ wanneer zaken worden beschadigd of meegenomen. Dit komt niet echt gastvrij over.

Отличный тихий и комфортный отель в спокойном месте. Персонал выше всяких похвал, завтраки отличные. Возможно кому-то может не понравится инфраструктура в районе отеля, всё очень просто, сельская местность, но нам наоборот это очень понравилось, особенно после посещения Патонга и окрестностей пляжа Ката мы наслаждались спокойствием и уединённостью. В целом рядом всё есть - и магазины, и кафе, можно за минут за 25 дойти до набережной равайи с лучшими морепродуктами. Ну и шаговая доступность пляжа Най-Харн, где есть всё что надо, но людей далеко не толпы и очень комфортно отдыхать, ну и наш теперь любимый пляж Я-Нуи недалеко.

big rooms, great pool, location but please forget your jail police behavior, we checked in as family with kid so why to annoy me with penalties for bringing "working" girls and so on?

staff is not helpful at all. actually when you check in they push you to scroll through book with prohibitions and penalties, like 10 pages, WTF??? its jail or hotel? when we ordered a nanny for 6mths old baby and try to go dinner with my wife they said NO, no guests. we explained them nanny is there for dinner time 8-10pm but took 30min fight to let her in and go eat. never more.

We only stayed in the hotel for one night, because of an early flight. The hotel is really beautiful and the pool also looked nice, even though we didn't get a chance to experience it. The room was really spacious and comfortable. There was a store and a nice little food market down the street. The breakfast was amazing with lots of delicious options. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a nice stay close to the airport.

Location was a long walk from restaurants along a busy road. Bar was not open.

The pools, peaceful atmosphere, the big balcony in the room, the location is great - easy walk to the beach or to nice cafes, check in and out was quick and easy. 7/11 and really nice restaurant/cafe nearby, eaay access to beaches and viewpoints, the room was huge and spacious, big egg chair / swing seat was so nice to sit in and watch the sunrise from the room

Aircon is old and rattles but still slept mostly fine. The lake opposite in under construction which is a shame - no noise distrubance which was good - but would be a nice place to run or walk

Расположен в 10 мин.ходьбы от пляжа, но в тихом месте, птички поют. У входа в отель есть небольшой магазин и фруктовая лавка. Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Il est propre et les chambres sont jolies, confortables et spacieuses. La piscine est assez exceptionnelle.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être plus qualitatif. Très peu de fruits et le peu qu'il y a ils ne sont pas très bons. C'est dommage de n'avoir aucune animation ni aucun service autour de la piscine. Il faut aller à l'interieur du restaurant pour commander une boisson, parfois il n'y a personne et on ne peut rien mettre sur la note de sa chambre, il faut tout payer tout de suite et en espèces. C'est la première fois que je vois ça. C'est un peu hôtel dortoir il n'y a pas beaucoup de personnel ni d'animation.

Hôtel à taille humaine (30 chambres), chambre spacieuse et moderne, grande piscine, le calme.

Loin de la plage 15 minutes de marche, mais surtout en bord de route car il n'y a pas de trottoirs. Grande terrasse avec un large et confortable canapé, mais il manque simplement une petite table pour éventuellement y poser un verre.

Amazing stay at the Gallery! We chose this place because it is a little further away from the noise and chaos of Phuket, the beach is just down the road and there are excellent coffee places on the way and nearby. The beds are super comfortable and the staff are friendly, the pool is lovely and it’s nice that there is a separate pool for children too. Can’t recommend enough!

Nothing! The only thing I’d say if you want to do other island excursions or see the other parts of Phuket it is far away, but that is also the charm of this place 🩷✨

It does not look like in pictures! The pool bar looks like a “ghost” building, looking like is having mold. The rooms are with huge humidity! In 2nd floor, the humidity was 80% when we arrived and a strong sewage smell in the room, which was present the entire 4 days! Stains on the walls, even looking like mold! It was awful! we had to endure these awful conditions, on my money! And we paid more than 500 eur! After the first night, i had an infection in my through!When I asked to change my room to the 3rd floor, they said that is nothing available…but we saw later people checking in at that floor…they brought me a dehumidifier which had to be non stop plugged in and i had to endure all nights the sound of it….and change every few hours the tank, because, even was large, of about 4L, he was filling up quickly!!! The breakfast is a poor joke! Literally is nothing served in a buffet, except some pancakes, rise or noodles with vegetables, around 3 types of fruits and yoghurt (in which you may find flies occasionally). They will give you a short menu to choose a dish (a la carte), but with very limited products (2 little sausage, 2 eggs…Sometimes, not even available! The beach is at around 1,5 km! There is no sidewalk!!! This was the worst booking ever! I feel like I was deceived! This is for sure not a 4 stars hotel, but the price is for a 4 stars hotel!

Rustig hotel met mooie kamer en met een mooi groot zwembad.Erg rustig hier,goede schoonmaak en hele vriendelijke mensen.10a15 min lopen naar het mooiste strand van Phuket.Supermarktje met cappucino ernaast.7eleven op 5 min.

Ontbijt was beperkt vooral brood keuze. Geen cappucino oid mogelijk.Ook geen drankjes etc.Supermarktje/7eleven was de optie.Was in de buurt ook niks te doen savonds.

Ottima struttura a 10 minuti a piedi da Nai Harn beach e a pochi minuti da ogni tipo di servizio. Personale estremamente accogliente e gentile, camera confortevole e colazione ottima. Ci ritornerei!

The room was a nice size and the pool was excellent. The property could easily be a 4 star property but there are things needed to be undertaken to meet the standards that I think people expect. The staff was pleasant and friendly but I am afraid that hotel management does not put customer satisfaction as a top priority.

I do not recommend the breakfast. There are many more pleasant cafes nearby that serve excellent breakfast. The coffee machine was broke for 10 days. The hotel is quick to charge you 50 baht for a broken glass but no apology or compensation forthcoming when the coffe machine is broken. In addition the you have to set your own table and the choice of breakfast is limited.
