The main reception area was nice, though quite cavernous (some like this, but I realized it's not for me) due to the lack of windows. It feels as if it was a nightclub that was converted to a reception area.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026朝食がとても美味しかったです。福岡ならではの料理もちゃんとあり、パングラタンが特においしかったです。お皿やカトラリーも可愛かったです！ 夕方のラウンジもゆっくり過ごせました。お酒やソフトドリンク、コーヒー紅茶におつまみや軽いデザートもあり楽しめました。ラウンジの落ち着いた雰囲気が素敵でした。スタッフさんのサービスもほどよい距離感で対応もデシャップもスムーズでした。 部屋も広くて、ベッドもお風呂も広くて、ドライヤーもケトルも最新型(？)でとっても良かったです◎ウェルカムチョコレートやコーヒー等も楽しみました。お水のサービスもありがたかったです。
シャワーの水圧が弱かったです。エレベーターが1機のみなのでたまに混雑しました。お手洗いに音姫がほしいです。冷凍機能付きの冷蔵庫があったら嬉しいです。ヘアアイロン等レンタルできたら最高です。部屋の入口で部屋の照明やテレビを一括で消せたらいいなと思いました。

Reviewed Aug 8, 20261.早餐：通常不會訂旅館早餐，因為起的晚，吃的不多。但是在這裡早餐可以用到11點，份量跟種類適中，服務人員也很注意各桌的需求，非常好 2.房間非常乾淨，晚上可以泡澡將一天的髒汙與疲憊除去，床也很舒適。空調可以自己調整也很舒適。
早餐迴廊的動線有時很擁擠，如果可以距離寬闊一點會更好

Frühstücksbuffet aussergewöhnlich. Super sympathisches Team: Empfang wie Frühstück. Tolle Lage - alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um's Eck. Metro ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder, absolut empfehlenswert! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt meines 5tägigen Abstechers.

Absolutely unhelpful staff, amenities that changed from the time we booked the hotel, $400/night pricing double that of other comparable hotels in Fukuoka. General manager and other executives were all somehow unavailable during our entire four-day stay. And I can’t emphasize enough how unhelpful the staff was.

Reviewed May 21, 2026In the heart of the fun district in Fukuoka, Il Palazzo offers an extremely modern environment with something that is rare in Japan: space. We chose a room with balcony on floor 2, and we never had so high ceilings ever in a hotel room. The balcony was very spacious, too. Everything is new and squeaky clean. They are aiming for a top experience, and it shows.
The logistics are a bit bizarre, almost like in a David Lynch's movie. One needs to go to the underground floor to check-in, in a windowless space. This is also where breakfast takes place. Being deprived of sunlight first in the morning while eating doesn't help you wake up or recover from jet lag, believe me.

Room layout was awkward. A traditional bathroom so you don't enter the room directly into the bathroom area would be more comfortable and would give the room more usable space.

・建物全体として窓が少なく、エントランスからして閉鎖的な印象。 ・浴室が独立していたのは良かったのだが、バスタブが大き過ぎて、その分洗い場が狭く日本人にとっては、非常に使いにくかった。

Our room was stylish and sleek, off a corridor that is full of character and clever design. The dark and atmospheric lounge space offered an incredible breakfast, served until 11am and fabulous in quality and range. And the afternoon/early evening drinks and snacks service was very elegant and much appreciated. A chic choice of hotel, which seems to attract some very chic guests

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026スタッフの対応。 今回は、以前に泊まってお湯の出が悪かった部屋と同じだったので、チェックイン時にチェンジをお願いして、すぐに対応して頂きました。おかげ様で快適でした。 デザインの美しさと清潔感あふれる空間はとても素敵です。
チェックイン時の待たせ方。混んでいる時は順番の整理ができていないところ。 ランチメニューと21時までのフリーダイニングも先月と比べて（リニューアルしたらしい）物足りない。

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Great hotel in a great location! Staff was very accommodating and friendly and communication was easy. The room was clean and refreshed daily with clean towels, water and travel amenities. We found the variety and quality of breakfast food to be very good and the availability of snacks and refreshments all day was a really nice touch.
We prefer a cool room, especially overnight for sleeping and struggled to get the temperature below 23. We didn’t ask for assistance, so perhaps we just didn’t understand the thermostat.
