地點真的太好了, 有帶30吋大行李也不怕,4號出口有電梯,企鵝店和一蘭拉麵和超市都是24小時,適合去玩景點玩到所有的店都關門, 回到飯店還可以購物和隨時都有一蘭可以吃真的好幸福 (深夜會加費會從1080羊1碗變成1190羊),樓下還有3家便利店,超愛這家的地理位置一級棒,下次來福岡還要住這家。購物吃飯一點都不累~給5星好評

The location was convenient very near a subway station. The area was a lively and lovely place. The hotel room was well-organized and had everything we needed.

Staff - not friendly and helpful enough to foreigners but super friendly and polite when it comes to Japanese guests Property - not clean and has a bad smell (like dog smell) in hallways in the room (staying at 5/f). Room amenities such as coffee, toothpaste, etc. seem to be unaccessible compared to other excel tokyu properties in tokyo.

体調が悪く、早めのチェックインを現地で希望したところ、清掃を急いでいただき12時にはチェックインでき部屋で休むことができました。また、お部屋へ移動する際も「体調はいかがでしょうか、お荷物運びましょうか」と声をかけてくださり、心遣いを感じられました。 個人的には、シャンプーやコンディショナーなどが大好きなスティーブン・ノルだったのがうれしかったです。 今回朝食はいただきませんでしたが、豪華なようで次回追加しようと思います。 また一時帰国の際には利用させていただきます。

夜中にエアコンが壊れて暑かったのが残念、 朝早くにスタッフを呼んだがエアコンが直らず、暑くて早めにチェックアウトしたのが非常に残念です 次回は長く滞在を楽しみたいのでエアコン点検ちゃんとお願いしたいです。

飯店就在運河旁,不論是坐地鐵或是散步都很方便,走到天神也只要10分鐘左右,在天神吃完飯散步回飯店還可以順便在運河旁散步,散步餓了可以順便找一家屋台喝個小酒配點小菜,運河城也很好逛,如果下次有再安排到福岡旅行,這間飯店是首選!

眺望を楽しみにしていましたが、ホテルの窓しか見えず残念だったかな。冷房の効きも弱かったように思いました。

위치가 좋습니다. 지하철, 버스 역과도 가깝고 돈키호테도 근방입니다. 근처 도보 10분 내외 정도면 이온몰이나 쇼핑센터도 갈 수 있습니다. 어메니티 제공, 조식 서비스도 있습니다. 침구도 편안합니다.

4성급 호텔인데도 영어를 조금이라도 사용 할 수 있는 직원이 전혀 없습니다. 짐 맡기기, 체크인, 체크아웃과 같은 메인 서비스 외에는 소통이 안된다고 보면 됩니다. 객실 청소는 요청하는 경우에만 가능하고요, 객실 문에 붙어있는 자석으로 외부 에 부착해야 합니다. 아니면 청소 안해줍니다. 타 호텔에서는 보통 방해금지 팻말을 문고리에 걸어 놓는데, 여기는 좀 다르게 운영 합니다. 청소 관련 안내도 상세하게 제공하지 않습니다.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a Superior Twin Room and it was a great experience! + The hotel is easy to access (metro is 3 minutes away) and its location is great, being pretty much central. + Our room was extremely spacious and had everything we could need from an amenities point of view. It was very clean and the beds were big and comfortable. + The staff was polite and helpful and spoke good English (except one incident which I'm going to mention later). + You have plenty of kombinis, shops and restaurants around. + Despite being in a very active area, the room was completely quiet and we were able to relax without any issues. + The hotel offers paid parking; be aware that this is not your usual parking lot but rather an elevator type parking, which means that you have to drive your car into a very narrow platform, exit and have it taken away. If you're not comfortable driving into a very narrow space, I'd recommend looking for alternatives unless you want to risk damaging your car. For me it was pretty stressful especially since I was in a rental car that I wasn't fully familiar with. Thankfully nothing was damaged

I wouldn't consider this a negative, but it was a bit stressful due to a miscommunication. On our first night, we told the staff that we'd be renting a car for the rest of our stay and would like to pay for parking. There were no issues at the time. We paid, and they told us to simply go to the parking lot the next day, where the attendant would help us. The next evening, when we returned to the hotel and tried to park, things got a little chaotic. The parking attendant (who unfortunately didn't speak English) kept speaking to us in Japanese and insisting that we couldn't park there. I tried using Google Translate to explain that we were hotel guests and had already paid for parking, but he continued to turn us away. I assume he thought we were just random visitors trying to use the lot rather than hotel guests. Thankfully, my partner was with me and quickly went to the front desk to explain the situation. They eventually called the attendant and clarified everything, after which he allowed us to park. He then gave us a parking pass to use whenever we needed to leave and re-enter the lot. We had no further issues for the rest of our stay with him or the other parking attendants. I'm not blaming the parking attendant for not speaking English because I'm visiting a foreign country, and it would be unreasonable to expect everyone to do so. However, I do think the situation could have been handled better by the front desk from the start. If we had been given a parking pass or some form of proof that we were guests who had already paid, the entire misunderstanding could have been avoided and we wouldn't have spent 15 minutes going back and forth with this. Overall, this wasn't a major issue, and I'm not really faulting anyone. It's simply something worth keeping in mind, and perhaps the hotel could adjust its process to make these situations easier for both guests and staff in the future.

ロケーションが最高！ 近くにお気に入りのパン屋さんが有って、朝から買い込んで、部屋でユックリ出来る。 推しライブが有るマリンメッセまで歩いてでも行けます。 部屋で仕事したくて、有料ですが、チェックの時間も融通してくれました。

The receiptionist was a lovely girl. She recommended the Motsunabe which was very delicious. The hotel is near subway station (200m I think) and was close to Ichiran Original store and the river and the Naka food stall street.

The only drawback was: because the hotel overlook the river, there are many singers in the river park singing at night so it is a little bit noisy. If you easy sleeper this is ok. If not, they might sing until 1 or 2am in the weekend.

Location was great, a lot of restaurants in the area. Staff were fantastic, polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean, quiet and had multiple types of charging points.

Our room was a standard Japanese double which is quite compact for 2 people with 2 full size suitcases.

Perfect location for exploring and getting around Tokyo. Near subways, restaurants, and shopping. We were on the upper floors so very quiet. We didn’t eat there but there are excellent bakeries close by.

Está ubicado de tal forma que tienes el lado tranquilo y romántico a un lado y las calles con marcha al otro. Y está cerca de Tenjin y de una parada de metro. La habitación era amplia, limpia y cómoda, y el personal nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos, también a mandar la maleta por Takyubin. Un acierto.

早餐款式很多，味道不錯。是今次訂房令人最滿意的一環。明顯酒店房內設施傢俱有點歷史，雪櫃不夠凍。雪糕放了一晚後已變成奶昔。還好的是酒店每天均會提供樽裝礦泉水，這點倒是細心。房間清潔方面，地毯清潔不足，其他的還可以。酒店地點算是方便，面向河邊，很近地鐵站口。樓下有超市及激安殿堂，不愁買不到零食飲品生果。

予約していた部屋とは別に、部屋を変えてくれました。あと、館内や、お手洗いや、匂いがいい匂いでした。

アルコールが販売されていないことだけです。

たまたま、どんたく祭りをやってる時期でした。レンタカーでの旅だったので、道路の規制などでなかなか到着できずでしたが、初めての場所での道の案内を電話で丁寧にしていただきました。駅からも中洲の屋台からも近くとても便利な場所だと思いました。部屋の中のアメニティも充実してますが、化粧水などのコスメのアメニティがあればなお良いかと思います。

Clean and good location.

The rooms shown in the pictures are different in reality. When we got to the hotel we noticed the room looks different from what we booked. We to ask for the room we actually booked - and they tried to explain us that is the very same room. "Room designs are changed each floor". In reality the room they pictured was the corner room in one floor which looks very different than the others. Mostly tried to "get away" with the situation and make us stop complaining. Eventually we stayed with the room we got even though we booked a room for two - it was meant to use for one person. The most infuriating part was when they asked extra charge for switching rooms. EVEN TO THE SAME ROOM TYPE. Not to mention that you check in and out by yourself. The staff via automatic machines. Even when you try to communicate with the staff - they don't pay much attention. Being careless. Was very disappointing. Beware before you book a room in this hotel.

飯店大廳接待男性員工英文很好溝通沒問題，旁邊有自動入住機台可選繁體中文，如果不想溝通可以跟接代人員說透過機台自助報到(住宿稅一個人頭一天200可刷卡喔) 飯店門口出去左轉有肉鬆右邊有全家，往後走滿滿的紅燈區酒吧跟無料案內所喔 附近有個大廣場有很多攤車跟街頭藝人很有趣喔，即使到了凌晨1點廣場依然有人在大聲唱歌，我都能從他的歌聲裡感到滿滿的靈魂律動呢 房間有一扇對外窗可以打開讓空氣流動(有看到其中一個負評是房間沒辦法開窗，代表不是每間房間窗戶都能開喔)，小缺點是會有小蟲飛進來 雖然飯店老舊但該有的都有，基礎設施都還不錯喔~至於為什麼要開窗戶通風請看下面負評的地方喔

房間冷氣數字面版是可以調的，但你調規調他是不會有反應的 根據前幾位留言反映看起來是中央空調，即使你調到20度他吹出來的溫度就是中央空調的冷度喔(夏天住宿的請留意喔) 洗衣機只有兩台使用人口眾多灰塵棉絮還蠻多的，如果住多天又愛乾淨想洗衣服推薦走個600公尺到MINE (Main) Suzakiten Coin Laundry這家自助洗衣店，還可以透過現場QR扣看使用狀況喔
