Best Western Hotel De Paris

excellent sommeil.

tout va bien

Lovely staff. Great location.

N/A

Parfait !

L’emplacement

Le manque de rangements

Very close to the La Velo Francette cycle path. Safe, locked bike storage. Our room was not cheap but spacious, quiet and well equipped. Good big bed.

Nothing

Albergo all’altezza della catena che rappresenta. Ambiente nuovo e particolarmente pulito. Colazione internazionale abbondante.

Nulla

Accueil, confort et emplacement parfaits

Établissement très correct

Convenient location , helpful receptionist

Service was great

Given the French heat wave, we had to check-out of our booked accommodation for want of air conditioning. The Hotel de Paris is fully air conditioned, immaculately clean and the staff were first-class. Friendly and helpful whenever needed.

Unfortunately, the heatwave affected the hotel lift, which was out of order for two thirds of our stay. This was difficult for my wife, who has mobility problems.. However, the staff put us on the first floor, which was a great help.

Large room. Great value for money. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

The approach to the hotel is not that inviting. Area seems a bit run down. However, hotel is very good.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly

The so-called "air conditioning" was so poor and ineffective that if we hadn't packed a fan to use we probably would have roasted to death. On the second day the toilet could no longer be flushed. The manager proposed we use the room next door, only informing us it would cost an extra €50- after we had moved all of our things. We strongly suspect the malfunctioning toilet was a ruse to move us into a more expensive room.

Centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, river, etc. Air-conditioned room was like an oasis in a heat-wave desert! There is an excellent brasserie, La Taverne, right next door.

Gloomy interior decor, in both public spaces and bedroom.

Myself, my sister and friend had a lovely relaxed, friendly stay. Rooms were lovely size and very clean. Breakfast was good, good choice. All staff were very friendly and went over and above to help, they were happy to print out boading passes for our return flights home and book taxis. Great hosts definitely recommend.

No complaints what so ever.

Air conditioning worked efficiently. Good selection for breakfast.

Booked 2 rooms. The smaller room was more expensive.

Great staff. Excellent rooms, secure bike storage

Superb city centre location. Good shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep Functional, clean and comfortable hotel. Room was a good size, and had all we needed for our 2 night stay. Very good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with accomodating our car in the car park. No complaints, and would stay there again !

No complaints - basic facilities but excellent value

Easy location from train station. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff.

Location.

Entrance was bleak.

Breakfast was OK. Location was good.

being met by homeless people at the front door and also int the car park access. Lift not working but no sign or helpful staff. I had to challenge the price and we were not given the room I paid for so had to change rooms and carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs with no help.

The staff were very friendly, and the manager/owner was excellent

Air conditioning could have been better

Hotel is perfectly located just over the river from the historic centre. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was airy and clean with AC which was a bonus in a heatwave. Breakfast was excellent and our bikes were locked securely in the bike store overnight.

Great location in Laval, very comfortable rooms and great staff

The lift was very small and no milk in the room

Très bonne position géographique dans Laval. Chambre propre calme et spacieuse Personnel accueillant. Température très agréable. Lit confortable.

Bruit de la climatisation

Lovely central hotel, perfect for any escape to the chateau fans as that’s where the bus picks you up! The rooms were really comfy, but the staff are what make this hotel - absolutely brilliant staff, can’t recommend enough.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauberes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück!

Gerne wieder.

Everything great, but challenging a discrepancy in the payments

No bar, even for some ice

It was exactly where we wanted to be as we were being picked up for a function right out the front

The lift was miniscule and the shower was very hard to use

Good central location

We stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting the Chateau de la Motte Husson, which is located around 20 minutes away. It’s a short walk to the river and restaurants/shops, although not all of the restaurants were open on a Monday evening so we struggled to find one. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. The room was comfy and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was standard and basic but nice enough.

Nothing.

The staff were so helpful and really looked after us very well. It's also in a good location to the older parts of town and places to eat.

Everything was in order. Shorthly said, perfect!

Personeel erg vriendelijk.8

Great location, right in the middle of town ! Super friendly staff ! Very reasonable prices ! Great breakfast ! And a great restaurant right next door with the best dinner we had on our whole trip !!!

Nada ! The hallway and lift are a bit small, but that’s the way the original hotel was…

The hotel is perfectly located in Laval city centre, the room I stayed was nice, with all the necessary equipment and a nice view over Laval. Staff is very kind they even cancelled my reservation of the parking to let me pay less because street parking was cheaper.
