La habitación es muy cómoda y confortable, el desayuno exquisito, el personal muy amable y atentos. Un lugar acogedor para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Queria una habitacion viendo al paisaje pero quedo de lado no se pudo aprovechar esa vista hermosa, el Omelet muy pero muy pequeño

Great stay as always. The staff is very helpful and security is usually always present in the front. The place is very quiet and the rooms are very big!

The parking lot is shared with the resturant and wedding events. It took over 10 to 15 mintues just to get out because of the wedding guests parked in same area.

The breakfast was good and the location is fantastic

Only the address need to put big sight on the road, because I passed two times and don't see the entrance

Me gustó Todo, excelente lugar, muy acogedor, habitaciones muy cómoda y limpia, excelente desayuno, atenciones de primera, apto para una escapada de la ciudad !! Volvería sin duda !!

La habitación super limpia, el personal muy amable, los alrededores del hotel muy bien cuidados, llegar fue muy fácil ya que tienen señalización por todo el camino.

Algunas bebidas no estaban incluidas en el desayuno..

La habitación era magnífica: amplia, cuidada de lujo, con una cama grande y muy cómoda. El personal fue muy profesional y resolvió de inmediato el inconveniente con el ruido/música del restaurante; el volumen de la música afecta a uno de sus principales atractivos: la tranquilidad. Me trasladaron a una habitación todavía mejor y completamente tranquila. El check-out fue rápido y la devolución del depósito, inmediata.

La música del restaurante estaba demasiado alta y, en la primera habitación, se escuchaba incluso con las ventanas cerradas. En un entorno natural así, una música más discreta mejoraría mucho la experiencia.

Todo increíble. Desde que llegamos atenciones de primera por parte de Rainier. La habitación super cómoda. La vista espectacular . Ei desayuno rico y abundante. En el desayuno Rodrigo nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Esperamos poder volver. 100% recomendado

Es un Hotel totalmente renovado con excelente elegante . 10 de 10. Las atenciones de Anderson magnífica atenciones . Respuesta inmediata a todo. Hablar de la suite matrimonial; eso es lo mejor que tiene Santiago que ofrecer a un huéspedes, tiene una biblioteca con mobiliario modernos y varias obras para leer. También posee un salón de reuniones con medio baño para las personas que nos visiten , todo climatizado y nuevo. Además tiene una sala amplia con detalles finos para reuniones más privadas .en cada zona hay tv. Todo eso es parte de la suite. Ya dentro de la habitación amplia, closet cómodo, detalles de artículos personales de calidad , cama gigante y comoda, todo recién instalado, una maravilla, uuuhh ni hablar del amplio balcón con vista a santiago y a las montañas debido que este gran hotel está en montaña a 8 kilómetros de santiago. El desayuno lo pedimos enviaron a la habitación de la suite, una locura. Excelente presentación, abundante , exquisito, jugos natural pura fruta recién realizado. Todo su recurso humano atento hasta vigilante de los amplio estacionamiento. Luce estoy exagerado, la verdad falta más por decir. Lo recomiendo y volvemos en dos semanas. Bendiciones.

La calidad del alojamiento es superior, y en el restaurante nos fue muy bien

Que me pidoeron dejar los datos de la tarjeta de crédito para "garantia" eso hoy en dia genera mucha preocupación a los clientes. Al fin pensaba irme asi me cobraran la noche, pero aceptaron que dejara US$100 que luego me devolvieron.

Such a beautiful property with a great view of the city and the mountains. The property is beautiful and modern, situated in a peaceful environment with great restaurant. The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. We are so grateful to have chosen this place to stay and look forward to coming back to stay here again!

It’s a boutique hotel, very private and calm.

The service. I think it could improve, the first day people were unbothered and neglected. When we arrived to the facilities, it was raining once we parked our car we requested a umbrella to the security guard and he said that they didn’t have any, he didn’t even looked us in the eyes and was using his cellphone (unbothered), after doing the checkin we saw an umbrella RIGHT next to him. the people of the restaurant and the front desk agent did ok.

Très propre et très bien tenu. Emplacement top pour la vue sur la montagne. Très bon restaurant pour vue panoramique sur Santiago. Bon petit déjeuner.

Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you could tell real attention went into every dish. The drinks matched that same quality, refreshing and perfectly crafted, adding to the overall experience. What really brought everything together was the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, always making sure everything was just right without ever feeling intrusive.

The hotel is wonderful, super clean, super confy. The location is great if you wish to be outside of the city in a peacefull place with a stunning view.

The restaurant is a disaster. The service is good, we can't deny it, and the location amazing, but the food... They dont know what they are doing. Unfortunatly.

The view, the restaurant, excellent drinks. The tranquility up in the mountains. The rooms are gorgeous the hallway is spacious and feels like your own living room.total privacy. Yet a little neighborhood store 2 min down the hill to get snacks. Its just a beautiful place to be.

Las atenciones de todo el personal, en especial la del lobby, muy amables. La limpieza y la arquitectura del hotel, hermoso, la vista es un must.

El personal del desayuno fue amable pero cuando estaba muy lleno duraban mucho para pasar por la mesa .

Hotel renovado recientemente, camas y almohadas súper cómodas.. El trato del personal fue fantástico aún siendo un grupo súper grande.. volvería alojarme en este lugar 🥰

Confort de las habitaciones

El servicio al cliente, exceptuando el seguridad que nos recibió muy amable, y las conserjes siempre sonrientes todo el personal parecía estar molesto, incluyendo camareros, recepcionistas, la verdad que una verdadera decepción. Desayuno dominicano estaba muy bueno, sin embargo la cena fue un total desastre ambos risottos incomibles, calidad precio con relación al nivel recibido nada que ver.
