The drinks at the bar could be a bit costly at times but I suppose you need to expect hat nowadays. Everything else very good.

Hoşgeldin içkimiz vardı. Yanlışlıkla kâğıdı verdim diye vermediler. Bu çok saçmaydı. Resepsiyon hariç bardaki insanlar kabaydı. 2 gün için 500 euro ödememe rağmen birde ekstra benden 50 euro kahvaltı için istediler. Çok bencilceydi

Alles, hier gibt's nichts wirklich was zu kritisieren. Sauberkeit ist in allen Bereichen besonders positiv hervorzuheben, aber auch die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch die Ausstattung des Hotels war gut.

Zunächst möchte ich erwähnen, dass während des Duschens leider das ganze Badezimmer bzw. Zimmer unter Wasser stand. Ich habe mit den Mitarbeitern darüber gesprochen und mir wurde gesagt, dass die notwendigen Wartungsarbeiten erst im Winter durchgeführt werden sollen. Bei einem Hotel, das bereits seit vielen Jahren in Betrieb ist, kann ich mir allerdings kaum vorstellen, dass dieses Problem erst kürzlich entstanden ist. Leider wurde selbst ein solch grundlegendes Problem bisher nicht behoben. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt sind die Öffnungszeiten des Pools. Der Pool im unteren Bereich wird meines Wissens bereits gegen 18 Uhr geschlossen, obwohl zu dieser Zeit noch ausreichend Sonne vorhanden ist. Meiner Meinung nach könnte der Pool problemlos bis etwa 20 Uhr genutzt werden. Außerdem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass auch der Pool nicht ausreichend gewartet bzw. gepflegt wird. Besonders problematisch war die Tür unseres Zimmers: Selbst nachdem wir sie geschlossen hatten, konnte man sie teilweise einfach aufdrücken, ohne sie mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen. Offenbar gibt es ein Problem mit dem Türschloss. Das ist aus meiner Sicht ein erhebliches Sicherheitsproblem, da theoretisch jeder das Zimmer betreten könnte. Bei einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich außerdem erwartet, dass zumindest täglich kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt wird. Wasser wurde jedoch nur am ersten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Gerade angesichts des vergleichsweise hohen Preises hätte ich hier einen besseren Service erwartet. Insgesamt ist das Hotel meiner Meinung nach relativ teuer und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis blieb leider deutlich hinter meinen Erwartungen zurück.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet!

Very pleasant staff at reception/restaurant/bar/housekeeping. Felt very relaxed. The location to the beach was great. We didn't use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean.

Towels in the bathroom were very worn out and there were limited toiletries in the bathroom. We did pay extra for the sea view balcony which was little pricey.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room ready on arrival and welcome drinks were a bonus. Had 1st floor room overlooking pool and beach view - it was well presented, spacious, clean and with fridge/air con. The hotel was spotless clean and staff clearing up and cleaning all the time. Food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. Main pool was large enough to swim a few lengths and never had an issue getting beds. The upstairs plunge pool was a lot quieter which was great to relax and views were amazing. Location was amazing - beach front and quiet, away from the loud bars & clubs further down the strip. 10mins from airport which was great. Overall excellent!!!

Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer

Mâncarea la terasă a fost veche și fără gust ! Spa ca și inexistent am așteptat 20 min nu a venit nimeni vroiam un masaj și servici de spa. Marea cu intrare în mâl de lac și foarte abruptă și nu beneficiez de nici o reducere la șezlong sau umbrelă. Nu este din punct meu de vedere un hotel de 8.3 eu as zice ca este cu indulgenta 7.0.

Le cadre est très magnifique aussi bien de la piscine que du roof top. Le petit est très bien servi et il y en.a pour tous les goûts. L'hôtel est bien placé même si on pense qu'il est excentré de Palma. Le lungo mare est très beau et animé.Les taxis sont abordables.

Il manque un porte serviette en sortant de la douche. Le tapis de bain est trop petit. Des indications sur les interrupteurs seraient un plus, pour savoir ce que l'on allume. Des tarifs préférentiels pour la location de transats et de parasols sur la plage.

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten das Zimmer eine Kategorie höher gebucht, sehr schön groß und ruhig. Dachterrasse, Pool, Fahrradkeller und Parkplatz sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

Frühstück und Abendessen sind ausbaufähig, es wurde zu wenig angeboten und im Grunde immer das gleiche. Das wäre für uns ein Grund dort nicht mehr wohnen zu wollen. Der große Barkeeper war nicht sehr freundlich

The hotel was great, everything from the facilities, the food and the staff deserve the best rating! Especially the staff, a very nice gentleman in the restaurant, the always smiling girl at the terrace pool bar and the reception.

Everything was excellent, no complaints at all.

The pool was clean and nice but I never use pools. I like the sea and that is my only complain (not related to the hotel). The sea wasn’t the cleanest and the water wasn’t crystal clear. For that you have to go to the other beaches on the island and that is what we did.

Fuimos con unos amigos y su habitación apestaba a desagüe les cambiaron la habitación despues de aguantar 2 dias con este olor nauseabundo, además de las molestias del traslado de toda la ropa En alguna zona del hotel hacia mucho calor y en nuestra habitación el primer día cuando salimos fura dejamos el aire apagado y cuando llegamos pusimos el aire y no había forma de bajar la temperatura de la habitación a menos de 27 grados esta claro que ese aire no esta preparado para tanto calor Despues de eso ya lo dejamos encendido todo el día y aun así no bajaba de 24 grados Echamos de menos una cafetera El bufé muy poca variedad en la cena y desayuno correcto, el café muy bueno y zumo de naranja natural

We loved the location near the beach, beautiful ocean view, clean, and comfortable rooms, and affordable breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating,and the pool and secure parking for our rental car were great added bonuses!

Pulizia eccellente in tutta la struttura, staff sempre molto cortese e disponibile e posizione davvero stupenda, direttamente fronte mare e molto comoda per vivere Playa de Palma. Spettacolare il rooftop all’ottavo piano, con una vista meravigliosa sulla Playa de Palma e una piscina molto curata. Ottima anche la colazione, con prodotti di buona qualità. Nel complesso, soggiorno davvero molto piacevole.

La qualità del cibo è sempre stata ottima; come unico suggerimento, migliorerei leggermente la varietà dell’offerta per la cena. Potrebbe essere interessante, ad esempio, organizzare occasionalmente delle serate a tema, così da rendere l’esperienza a cena ancora più varia e piacevole.

Das Hotel an sich ist völlig in Ordnung, aber das Buffet entspricht meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels. Die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt, und beim Abendbuffet sind die Speisen leider fast immer kalt. Zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben habe ich in einem Hotel erlebt, dass die Gäste ihre Suppe selbst in der Mikrowelle aufwärmen müssen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr enttäuschend und hatte nur wenig Auswahl. Eier und andere Speisen, die eigentlich warm oder heiß serviert werden sollten, waren ebenfalls immer kalt.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. We really appreciated the adults-only concept, which is genuinely respected and makes the atmosphere much more relaxing. The towel and beach umbrella service is excellent and extremely convenient. Everything was very comfortable and the overall experience was great.

There is very little to criticize. The only thing I would improve is the automatic bathroom light, which can be quite disruptive at night. If one person gets up to use the bathroom, the light turns on automatically and can easily wake up the other person sleeping in the room. Having the option to disable the sensor at night would be a great improvement.

Incredible location. We stayed in the panoramic sea view apartment and it was totally worth it - stunning apartment, close to the beach and everything you would need - restaurants and supermarkets. The two sided view from the balcony from the 6th floor was unmatched - spacious with big glass railing and the windows with sliding doors were a huge plus. The bed at the front gives you a way to enjoy the sea view while resting and cuddling with your partner! The staff is great and the breakfast is really good. Upon check-in, you receive a voucher for free drink from the bar. The room service is exceptional. Another thing that we liked is the hotel's anti-plastic policy - the keys for the room were wooden cards!

The lights in the toilet are switched on and off automatically - there is no way to turn them off after a toilet visit in the night - which was not ideal. The pool on the bottom floor wasn't that clean.

Localização excelente. Em frente ao delicioso calçadão e a praia. Perto do aeroporto, vários restaurantes, supermercados e lojinhas. Bom café da manhã. Área da piscina muito aprazível. Restaurantes e lanches no hotel com preços competitivos.

Quarto muito pequeno. Não tem como acomodar duas malas. Ar condicionado em geral é muito ruim, seja no quarto ou em outras áreas do hotel.

Lage des Hotels ist super, tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut und ausreichend Auswahl - für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sei es am Empfang, die Zimmermädchen oder im Restaurant/an der Poolbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bon emplacement, pas loin de l'aéroport, en face de la plage. Hôtel calme. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons pris la formule en demi-pension, le petit déjeuner très bien et le dîner varié et de qualité.

La literie est un peu dure, le seul bémol de notre séjour

La struttura è carina anche se un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria. Posizione buona se si vuole rimanere nei paraggi di playa de palma, ma se si vuole andare a vedere altre spiagge è un po’ scomodo.

Il menù della colazione e della cena era abbastanza ristretto e non c’era molta scelta.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer verbreitete einen penetranten Gestank - gehört dringend gereinigt/gewartet! Das Essen war gut, aber die Hälfte der Speisen beim Abendbuffet waren kalt oder maximal lauwarm!! Aber das waren schon die einzigen negativen Eindrücke während des Aufenthalts!

Hezky udržovaný a čistý hotel s velmi příjemným personálem hned u písečné pláže😊 Jeden větší bazén s dostatečným množstvím lehátek a další menší bazén na střeše s krásným 360 výhledem, kde byla dostupná lehátka kdykoliv během dne 👍 A plážové ručníky byly k dispozici za vratný poplatek. Doporučuji 😊

Sehr guter Service an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und der Bar. Kleine, aber schöne Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage war wunderbar unauffällig, kühlte hervorragend und war nicht wie sonst üblich auf das Bett gerichtet. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Lage direkt am Meer sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Reinigungspersonal fängt sehr früh an und kommt auch um 9 Uhr schon ins Zimmer rein, also lieber einen Zettel an die Tür hängen. Dann fangen sie allerdings in den umliegenden Zimmern an und lassen Stühle und Betten über den Boden quietschen, das man trotzdem wach wird. Sie machen sehr sauber, allerdings lag anschließend mein Schlafanzug in der Ecke auf dem Boden. Machen sie vmtl immer, räumen aber sonst wieder auf, das wurde hier dann vergessen. Das Restaurant riecht schnell und unangenehm nach Bratenfett, lieber ein paar Shirts mehr mitnehmen. Die Liegen reichen bei weitem nicht aus und sind schon früh am Tag alle mit Handtüchern "reserviert". Die Hinweisschilder stehen zwar überall, das Personal setzt ihre eigenen Regeln allerdings nicht um. Sehr schade, dann keinen Platz im eigenen Hotel zu haben... Die Betten sind leider sehr hart.

Прекрасное расположение отеля, всего пару минут и вы на пляже. Номер был с боковым видом на море, но он тоже был очень красивый. В отеле относительно тихо, прям рядом нет заведений с громкой музыкой, для нас это было важно. Но если вам хочется потанцевать- все есть в пешей доступности. Приятный персонал, все очень дружелюбны и пытаются разговаривать с вами на вашем языке

Не очень понравилось время уборки в номерах, наверное , это единственный существенный минус. Приходили убирать в 2-3 часа дня, иногда и гораздо позже. Т.е в самый пик жары, когда хочется остаться в номере на пару часов . Поэтому иногда просили и не убирать, хотя песок конечно уже был повсюду

Una settimana splendida!!! Abbiamo pernottato in una camera matrimoniale con balcone, con mare a vista laterale: comoda, spaziosa, pulita. Prima colazione abbondante dal dolce al salato, con spremuta di arance fresche e omelette preparate dallo chef presente ogni mattina. Cena a buffet: tutto ottimo!!! C'era anche la possibilità di avere carne e pesce grigliato al momento. Torte buonissime, soprattutto quella alle mandorle. Staff gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile sempre. Un ringraziamento particolare al maître Xisco, alla receptionist Sara e alla simpaticissima oltre che bravissima bartender (purtroppo non ricordo il nome) per i freschi cocktails e l'ottima sangria. Ambiente tranquillo, ordinato e rilassante. Nella speranza di poter ritornare, consiglio di scegliere questo hotel affacciato allo splendido mare di Playa de Palma.

Neustále zapáchala na izbách kanalizácia, ktorá vyrážala cez klimatizáciu. Neskutočný zápach. Jeden deň dokonca netiekla ani voda.

Estuvimos muy cómodos. La cordialidad y la ayuda de todos los que nos atendieron. El desayuno es EXCELENTE.

Positives - close to the beach, airport and transport services, the room was clean and spacious, amazing sea view, we used both pools the rooftop is a little warm so like sharing a bath but the weather was super hot! (Can’t be helped) the sun loungers were comfy, well spaced out and I loved the fact they don’t allow you to reserve beds and if you leave them unattended for 30 minutes or longer they remove them. (Unless you’re dining at the hotel) This is great because too many people reserve them and go out for the day when they could be used. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, the food and drink prices were reasonable. Negatives - no coffee or tea in the room, just fruit teas, for the price we paid - there should be coffee, the beds were so firm, it was like sleeping on a rock, the rooms also didn’t provide hair conditioner or replace glass water bottles after the first day (which isn’t expected but usually a nice touch) saves you buying plastic ones constantly. We was never informed that the hotel provided pool towels or how we could get them so we ended up buying two cheap ones. We asked if we could have a late check out and we was told we had to ask on the day, my husband asked the day before just to check again and they said they’d all been fully booked, we asked again on the day - now if they’ve been allowed to be booked prior to on the day, why were we told on the day. Also - we arrived at 2.30am in the morning so barely even used it for the ‘night’ so we should have had first priority for a late check out (even if we need to pay again) considering we paid full price for a few hours sleep!! That room would have made more money that day as we didn’t arrive until so late. That brings me on to my last point - we didn’t need to leave for the airport until 5ish and we checked out at 11 we was told we could use the spa rooms to get ready and oh my goodness were they hot! It was disgusting, after a shower I was dripping in sweat trying to do my hair and makeup for the airport - this wasn’t nice when you go to the airport you should feel refreshed ready for your flight. Due to the below improvements that need to be made this hotel is only a 4 for us.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, nähe Flughafen, den man aber nicht hört im Hotel. Weit genug entfernt vom Ballermann Klientel. Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, im Seaview Zimmer schöne Aussicht direkt aufs Meer. Auch das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut, wenn man mal keine Lust hat wohin zu gehen. Pool hat eine passable Größe, und man hatte auch keinen Stress bei den Liegen, da eig immer welche frei waren.

Wie auch in vielen anderen Hotels gibt es kaum mehr eine Minibar, bzw. diese wird nicht befüllt. Am ersten Tag eine Flasche Wasser, dann nichts mehr. Also jeden Tag Wasser kaufen, finde ich schade. Auch die Pool Öffnungszeiten unten, kurz vor halb 7 wird "geschlossen" mit einem Zaun rundherum, in einem Adults Only Hotel, gerade in der Hauptsaison wo es bis spät Abends über 30 Grad hat, täte eine Abkühlung am Abend noch gut. Rooftop Bar wird um 9 geschlossen, gerade beim schönen Sonnenuntergang

We had a lovely stay, which met our expectations and has a fantastic location, just across from the beach. A special thank you to Angie at reception, who was so kind, attentive, and helpful. When our first room had an unpleasant smell, she quickly arranged a room change for us and made sure we were comfortable. She also recommended great restaurants and shared helpful tips on what to visit around the island. Her warm and friendly service really made a difference to our stay. Thank you, Angie!

Personeel is super vriendelijk. Goede prijzen, fijne service. Top!

Das Personal war überwiegend sehr nett, immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ausstattung war top man konnte von Klimaanlage bis Licht vom Bett aus alles steuern, top. Zimmer top sauber, auch Platz für alles sehr gut. Lage top Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Wasser herrlich dafür hat sich der Preis echt gelohnt. Keine Kinder in Hotel ebenfalls top.

Der Pool war immer voll, man musste um mal einen Tag am Pool zu verbringen leider schon morgens Liegen blockieren, sowie andere Gäste - die dieses tgl. machten. Veranstaltungen die am Abend im eigenen Haus statt finden könnte man besser mitteilen, bewerben. Man hat sie nur selbst gesehen, öfter auch zu spät und schon was verpasst weil nur ein kleiner Zettel an der Seite angebracht war. Schade, ein Schild was etwas größer ist im Weg wäre fast besser, weil es richtig tolle Auftritte waren.

Location is perfect. 1 min to beach and 2 min to bus stops also very close to grocery shops.

When we arrived the hotel the guy(bald one idk the name)at the reception was not kind and did not explain everything(where can you reach SPA, do they have a quick shower outside after sea or before pool, no info about roof top pool or bar etc.) clearly but luckily the others were very kind.The pool was smaller than the images and no chance to swim only thing you can do just stand. Last day we wanted to use SPA to use that we needed towels and swim caps but there was no one at SPA reception we needed to wait more than 15 mins( we needed to leave soon that's why this 15 mins was important for us)

Great location on seafront. Great room, overlooking Palma Bay. Ample breakfast choices with excellent service from Xisco and staff. Value for money car park, attached to the hotel. Easy distance to and from airport. We stayed twice in the space of 2 weeks.

Изключително доволни сме от престоя си в хотел Негреско! Всичко беше страхотно – храната беше вкусна и разнообразна, местоположението е отлично, а обслужването беше на високо ниво. Świetny hotel do spędzenia urlopu na Majorce. Przede wszystkim bardzo przyjazny, miły i pomocny personel. Pyszne i urozmaicone śniadania i kolacje w opcji half-board. Pokoje utrzymane w nieskazitelnej czystości.

Myślę, że powinna być uzupełniana woda codzienne w pokoju. Brak siłowni

La posizione è splendida in una zona tranquilla, fronte mare, servizi impeccabili, personale gentilissimo ed efficiente, pulizia nelle camere e nell'hotel perfetta. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi dell'albergo con possibilità di doccia senza problemi. Eccezionale!

Poolöffnungszeit erst um 09.00 Uhr ... schade

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alles war wirklich prima. Obwohl wir ein seitlich gelegenes Zimmer hatten, hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist hervorragend – man muss nur die Straße überqueren und ist praktisch direkt am Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt war alles bestens und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse könnte etwas größer sein. Außerdem hätten wir uns einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gewünscht, um morgens oder abends Tee zubereiten zu können. Zwar öffnet die Bar bereits ab 9 Uhr und dort bekommt man Getränke, trotzdem wäre ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer eine schöne Ergänzung gewesen.

De ligging was perfect, heerlijk aan het strand en boulevard.

Het zwembad was klein en wij hadden het idee dat de filters niet optimaal waren. Om 15 uur smiddags dreef er een film van olie over het water.
