Die Zimmer sind leider nicht sehr groß und zudem sehr hellhörig. Die daybeds am Rooftoppool 35,-€ viel zu teuer. Die Cocktails am Pool lecker, aber auch zu teuer. Der Geruch in der Lobby hat mich persönlich gestört, Es war ein künstlicher Duft. Fahrräder würde ich lieber woanders ausleihen.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Zum Strand sind es etwa 100 m. Auch Palma ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und alles war sauber. Viel Platz. Toller Fahrradverleih im Keller des Hotels.

Der Balkon war etwas unsauber. Auch von den Wänden bröckelte der Verputz etwas herunter. Aber war noch ganz okay. Die Stühle am Balkon könnten etwas bequemer sein.

Прекрасное расположение отеля — особенно понравился удобный выход к пляжу и красивый вид. В номере было чисто, полотенца меняли каждый день. В целом остались приятные впечатления от проживания.

Основным недостатком стала работа лифтов: некоторые из них периодически не работали, а ожидание лифта иногда занимало довольно много времени. Также хотелось бы более разнообразного питания на завтрак — учитывая стоимость проживания, выбор блюд мог бы быть значительно интереснее. Персонал на завтраке мог бы быть позитивнее ,особенно девушки которые готовили яйца . За 5 ночей постельное бельё ни разу не меняли. Также не приятно пахли полотенца, которые выдавали для пляжа.

Za mało wind. na taką ilość gości. Często nieczynne. Mój pokój był na 7 piętrze i choć widok z balkonu był piękny, ciężko było się do pokoju dostać z uwagi na zatłoczone windy. Często wchodziłam po schodach.

Abendessen konnte besseren Qualität haben.

Baseny i inne atrakcje otwarte 24/7. Zamknięcie o 18 to trochę nie wypal.

Sachant que nous avions passé une 1ere nuit blanche et donc 48h de nos vacances gâché !

Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux dans la salle de bain.

One day, an electrical phase went out in the building. The elevators were not working, it was dark in our room, there was no water supply (neither hot nor cold). We had to go without washing for a whole night, and we could practically do nothing in the room. This incident greatly spoiled our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the food. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the menu offered a good variety of dishes. We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. When our daughter suddenly got sick at night, the staff was very supportive and helped us contact a doctor. Their quick assistance and care made a stressful situation much easier for us.

Un hotel molto accogliente e spazioso con una vista stupenda. Servizi e pulizie eccezionali. Ristorante ottimo.

Les chambres sont petites, il n’y a même pas de place pour mettre les valises. Personnel débordé pour le petit-déjeuner. Les ascenseurs sont la catastrophe: très petits, très lents, et jamais disponibles, de sorte que tout le monde utilise les escaliers.

We had 20 hours no power electricity, all hotels around didn’t have this problem. They have very often this problem and no solution. One of the bar employee hit my wife and child with the door and no apologies. Awful elevators, you lose your holiday for a normal service.

Wonderful hotel and bar staff. Exceptionally clean, Food and drinks were perfect. If I could choose one criticism, it would be there was no music by the main pool.

Our last night at the hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. At around 8 PM, the electricity went out, and we also lost water in the bathroom. The telephone stopped working as well, so we were unable to contact the front desk from our room on the 9th floor. Because of this, we ended up falling asleep without having dinner and essentially lost our last evening in Mallorca. When we woke up the next morning, there was still no water. It was a very frustrating way to end our stay, especially since this happened on our final night on the island. I would have expected better communication and support from the hotel during such a major service interruption.

Lage direkt an der Playa de Palma. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Auch bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit um 10.30 Uhr sind alle Speise stetig nachgefüllt worden

Le personnel désagréable au possible. Le fait de devoir presque s’excuser pour commander quelque chose au bar tant le personnel est désagréable et fainéant. Le fait de devoir payer les transats sur le rooftop, c’est inadmissible ! La clientèle qui se balade torse nu dans l’hôtel, en maillot de bains et mouillés de la piscine, aucune élégance. L’étroitesse de la chambre.

The location was great 20 minutes by bus to Palma. The hotel interior is beautiful, and there is a lovely scent as soon as you walk in. The food is okay. There is also water with orange or lemon slices available to drink in the lobby.The staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are too small, and I did not like the beds. They are on wheels, which does not really suit a four-star hotel, and sometimes the bed can move away from the wall. There is also no live music.The selection of food could be better.

My mum and I stayed in a twin room for 5 nights. Our stay was average, however we will not be returning. The room was clean to an extent, but with hairs on the bed on arrival, I didn’t feel it was cleaned to a high standard prior to our arrival. The room was cleaned daily and clean towels provided. The shower was good, very powerful with the choice of a handheld shower head or an overhead shower. The soap and shampoo dispensers remained full and smelled lovely. We intended to spend a lot time relaxing on the balcony however, the 2 x plastic chairs were very uncomfortable. The fridge in the room was tiny and as we were bed and breakfast, we would have liked to stored some fresh food in the fridge for lunches. There was 0 cutlery or crockery in the room, and again, we intended to see to our own lunches in the room. As you can stay room only, I feel it’s not unreasonable to expect basic cutlery and plates. The beds were average for comfort, they were adequate for the 5 nights we stayed there. There is very little space in the room, which isn’t a massive problem but just a bit inconvenient. The location is obviously good as the hotel is situated right on the beach however, as for restaurants, a lot of them are sea food and/or steak. There is definitely a gap in the market for an English restaurant or even a cafe. We actually ate from Burger King 3 x days of our stay. We would have walked for miles along the promenade to find a restaurant we liked however, in 36 degree heat we were sadly unable to (our fault for going at one of the hottest times). The aircon was exceptionally good. The buffet breakfast was very poor. The hot “fry up” style food was stale. The 2 x I attended breakfast, I had hot cereal, the whole milk was not kept in a chilled cabinet and was sitting at room temperature, or higher. There is a supermarket below the hotel which is handy for water and juice. There was a couple of mornings were we were unable to get a lounger by the pool. The outdoor pool is quite snalll for the size of the hotel, there is an indoor pool, however, it is like a greenhouse so very warm and humid. There is also the rooftop pool which is nice. The rooftop bar is nice to sit at for sunset however, drinks are pricy, €10 for a mocktail and €12.50 for a cocktail, which is fine if you are only having a couple. The rooftop is really lovely, lovely furniture, atmosphere, music. The reception area was nicely decorated and furnished, and was very cool with the aircon.

We’d previously stayed in this hotel 3 times before and we definitely would not stay again, the pool area was filthy, bins not emptied, sun beds not hosed down in the evening litter not cleaned up. The hotel and room smelled of drains. Overall no hygiene

My wife and I stayed at the HM Gran Fiesta in Mallorca in August 2026. We went mainly for the eclipse which was incredible. First impressions of the reception area were very good. It was cool and welcoming and the check in procedure was quick and the staff were very friendly. Our room, 405, was a little small with limited storage space but had everything we needed. Our first meal was in the evening and was very good. We were on half board and the food was very good throughout our stay. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and there is a huge choice of things to eat. Yes it’s a bit repetitive but with such a wide variety to choose from you can eat different things every day. The same can be said for the evening meal, which starts at 6:30, but there are variations and theme nights every day. Overall The food was very good and the staff in the restaurant, as with the rest of the hotel, were great. The lifts are very slow and 2 are very small but it was no big deal just a little annoying. The pool doesn’t open until 10:00am but the beach over the road is excellent as is the gently sloping sea bed. The only problem we had with our room was the safe refusing to open on our last day. This was fixed in around 5 minutes which was very impressive. The staff were great throughout all areas of the hotel with a particular shout out to Mark the American lifeguard who was excellent at keeping the pool safe especially for the small children. A big thanks to the management for suppling complimentary glasses for watching the eclipse. That was a really nice touch. Would I stay at this hotel again? Definitely.

Era un regalo per i miei figli e i nonni ed ho chiesto anticipatamente se potevo pagare con bonifico istantaneo per evitare di far pagare ai miei genitori all arrivo. Mi hanno detto di sì, ho sollecitato iban per diversi giorni per effettuare il bonifico e non mi hanno inviato nulla. All’arrivo all’una di notte di due persone anziane con 2 bambini non volevano farli entrare in camera. A quel punto ho chiesto telefonicamente se potevo fare un bonifico istantaneo o pagare con carta mi hanno risposto che dovevano cercare uno sportello e pagare contanti 1400€. Una follia. Pulizia inesistente asciugamano cambiati 2 volte a settimana da regolamento. Terribile sopratutto lo staff dell accoglienza

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was not the best, mainly because of the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The rooms were not clean enough. The floors were dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The housekeeper also did not provide enough towels for the room, so we had to ask for additional ones. There was also a strong unpleasant sewage smell coming from the room, which was very uncomfortable. We also had a serious problem with the room door. Even after closing it, the door would unlock itself and would not properly lock. This made us feel unsafe. On the first day, we also had a problem with the air conditioning, so the room was extremely hot. As for the food, breakfast was okay, but dinner was a complete disappointment. The choice of food was very limited, and overall, the quality of the hotel food was not good at all. The best part of the hotel is definitely the rooftop pool — I mean the pool on top of the hotel, not the pool in front of the hotel. The rooftop area is really nice, and the bar there is excellent. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar were great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, the hotel has potential and the rooftop area is definitely a highlight, but the hotel really needs to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, the door security, the air conditioning and, most importantly, the quality of the food.

Location is Ok if you are looking for a place near the beach and restaurants. There was a nice view from the balcony because we booked a sea view room. Breakfast is ok and reception at breakfast is kind.

- New hotel with VERY dirty room! Pictures look good but experience is terrible. First time we have a case where we enter the room and the floor is dirty with send from previous guests - there was a whole layer of send!! - your toilet is glass room facing the bedroom- 2 meters from your head. Yes, toilet! Not shower. You hear EVERYTHING. You smell everything! - Reception is rude and absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel! - you hear all the drama in the corridor - poor isolation. Including all the drunk groups in the middle of the night or very early morning. - You book a parking spot, they confirm and when you arrive there is NO parking spot - we had a huge welcome “fight” so we can have a place for the car.

Location is spot on..Staff are courteous, attentive ..Iam a Vegetarian and care was taken by multiple staff to make sure dinner had many Veg options.. Sky Bar is the highlight..except on Wednesday,other days weren't crowded and really enjoyed.. Proper arrangements were done for the Solar Eclipse show.. Rooms were cleaned everyday and all towels were clean..Also you get a welcome sparkling bottle as well..

Breakfast Vegetarian options are limited..I cld have only mushrooms and Baked Beans on all days..Few more resting chairs on the sky Bar could be helpful..thanks

Fine basseng og nærme strand. God frokost og rommene var større enn jeg hadde forventet etter å ha lest tidligere anmeldelser. Vi hadde sjøutsikt og basseng/sjøutsikt. Vi ba også om rom i nedre etasjer. Så slapp vi ta heisen. Ikke et hotell der det var mye ungdommer. Helst vaksne og noen familier. Så det var stille om natten :)

Det var lukten i resepsjonen. Der luktet det kloakk eller noe. Men det var kun der. Og at en må være klar når bassenget åpner kl 1000 for å få solseng. De blir fort opptatt. Heisene var klaustrofobisk små. Så den tok vi kun når vi skulle til takterrassen. Strømmen gikk 2 ganger mens vi var der. Kun på hotellet. Ikke hele området som de i resepsjonen sa. Så det virker som det er noe galt med strømmen der. Noen ble da fast i heisen. Så det ble forbud for min familie å ta heisen etter det.

Stayed here for a 30th Birthday celebration. Feels very safe and family oriented. Right near the beachfront with loads of shops and restaurants. Not too far away from Aqualand and Palma Aquàrium with a train that runs past every 30 mins. Amazing rooftop pool and bali beds. Loved it!

Emplacement parfait : vous traversez la rue pour aller à la plage ! Rue marchande, bar, restaurant, boutiques à 2 pas ! buffet de qualité et avec du choix, personnel serviable et sympathique, chambre très agréable et avec une jolie vue mer Rooftop canon ! On recommande !

The hotel is overcrowded and the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't cool properly. There is no gym, another minus from me. The food selection is nothing special. Apart from the location to the beach, it's an average three-star hotel.

Sehr sauber gehalten. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage war und ist top gewesen, Meer ist direkt vor der Haustür. Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut und am Abend sehr abwechslungsreich.

Einzigste was zu bemängeln ist war die Liftthematik, da es jeweils lange Wartezeizen gab.

I asked for just ice, which they didn't want to give me...huffing and annoyed and speaking to each other in Spanish..asking me then why I wanted just ice...Alexandra and her other female member of staff should come to England for some customer service training!!!...Deborah on the other hand was AMAZING!!

Rooms, pool, location, everthing is very good. Polite crew. Carlos did help us with the late check out en no charming. We are very thankfull!

Le personnel vraiment très gentil, la piscine extérieur et la proximité avec la plage et l’emplacement. Proche de l’aéroport sans avoir les contrainte (bruits..). Vacances avec un bébé très bien.

J’ai pris un massage, je pensais que ça allait être dans un espace spécial, j’ai été déçu de faire mon massage dans la salle de réunion. Dommage vu le prix du massage.

We stayed here early July - 4 ladies and the whole experience was terrible. When we got there it took nearly a hour to check in with a very rude receptionist. I had asked for rooms next to each other when i booked and also sent an email asking this, but we were at different ends to each other and asked for ones nearer and then we were told that we would have to pay extra !!! we then tried to get some food, we found some sunbeds and then one of our ladies went to get a pizza and we were told you could not eat and drink around the pool, ok we accepted that, we then went inside and asked 4 different staff could we order drinks and they kept saying 1 minute, 1 minute and the pizza came, and we asked again could we order drinks again was told 1 minute and we ate the pizza and nobody came to us for drinks. The pool is opens at 10am until 6pm and I am an early riser and like to have an early morning swim before breakfast but was unable to do that. We went up to the bar on the roof one night at 11.15 and was told it closed at 12am, so we got a drink and then went to the bar to get another at 11.45pm to be told we are closed again from a very rude bar tender. I could go on as there was something every day and the staff, and service leads a lot to be desired, it is a 3 star at tops and very very poor

The location itself is very good, but I do have some criticism regarding the service. > During our stay, there was an issue with the hotel's electrical system, leaving the entire hotel without power for around two hours. Because of this, a guest was trapped in the small lift for quite some time, which was a very concerning situation. > On another occasion, there was no running water for approximately one hour. While I understand that unexpected technical issues can happen, I was disappointed that the staff did not provide any meaningful updates, apologies, or compensation for these major inconveniences. > These are serious issues that I would not expect from a four-star hotel. Better communication and a more proactive approach towards guests would have made a significant difference. Overall, the location is excellent, but the service unfortunately did not meet the standard I expected.

In general, I've liked the hotel and the proximity to the airport and to the beach is priceless. However, I don't think it's up to a 4* level, as there was no drinking water available aside from a complimentary bottle on the first night (we had to buy at a very high price in the hotel); there was no coffee in the room, no mini bar; no clean glasses after the first night, no body lotion and hair conditioner as standard toiletries (after spending the whole day in the sun you cannot go without these); etc. Based on my previous experience with many different 4* hotels all around the world, I would say this one is overpriced for what it offers.

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly! The rooms are cozy, most of them have sea view, the beach that is right in front is not that busy, a bit wavy but overall the experience was very pleasant! Recommended!

Overall I would say it is 8/10. The receptionist gave us a room with a great view - 6th floor with sunset (because it was available and we did not book any specific room in advance)! We were also hoping for an early check-in, but that was not possible, but there are lots to do there, so no worries. We also appreciated the free lemonade at the lobby. Food (breakfast and dinner) was good enough, special themed nights, which I guess are repeating every week. Some were better, some less. The variety is good, everyone can find something, lot's of fruit, even ice cream (cheaper kind) available. The room was also good enough, good space, clean. Some of the details were not so great, but acceptable. Biggest issue was the sound - their walls are like paper, you can hear the neighbor and people on the floor quite well...there was also a slight gap between the entrance door and the wall, so no wonders about the non-soundproof thing. We had an amazing stay at HM Gran Fiesta. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the pool and beach were fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Cleaning was jot good enough. I always had sand in the room. My shower gel and shampoo were empty for couple of days. The cleaning just included make the bed.

We had a wonderful stay as a family with a 3 year old at HM Gran Fiesta in July 2026 and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets just outside the hotel. The beach was beautiful, clean, and sandy, and both the sea and the hotel pools were lovely and very warm during our stay. The food was very good and really tasty throughout our holiday. Breakfast was quite repetitive, but that’s fairly typical for hotel breakfasts. Dinner had a different theme each evening, which was nice, although many dishes remained the same with just a few changing each night but overall food was really good and we always found something to eat. Despite that, everything was well prepared, there was plenty of choice, and the dessert selection was excellent. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone, from the reception team to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, buffet staff, and kitchen team, was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and welcoming. Thank you to all of you for making our holiday even more enjoyable. The only slight downside was that English was a little limited among the staff apart from the reception. However, this was never a real issue because everyone was so kind and always did their best to help. The pools were excellent. Our 3-year-old absolutely loved both the downstairs pools and rooftop pool and spent hours enjoying them. Our room was cleaned every day and was always spotless. The only minor criticism is that the room was a little small, but it was comfortable and perfectly adequate for our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday with no issues at all. Great location, friendly staff, delicious food, lovely pools, and a beautiful beach. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend HM Gran Fiesta.

We stayed on a Saturday night and had an early flight on Sunday so the music from the adjacent hotel was irritating but we were trying to sleep earlier than most

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer mit einem schönen Balkon und Meerblick. Das Abendessen war gut, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Vom Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Die Qualität war eher durchschnittlich und die Auswahl zu einseitig. Auch der Kaffee hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Etwas störend waren außerdem die langen Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen. Das hat uns genervt, sodass wir meistens lieber die Treppen genommen haben.
