Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport by IHG

Cerca del aeropuerto, bastante conveniente.

Hollll

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by the front desk agent, Lily. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile and a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Lily went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and providing helpful recommendations. Her attention to detail was remarkable, she remembered my name and preferences, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. What stood out most was her willingness to assist with a last-minute request I had. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my stay.I cannot recommend Lily enough. Her exceptional service and genuine care for guests are a testament to the high standards of Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Lily for making my stay unforgettable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were both friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My room was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The only downside I encountered was the lack of a pedestrian path for walking around the 8 km distance. This made it a bit challenging to explore the surrounding area on foot. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its great service and hospitality.

Todo estuvo perfecto...

Good.

Quiet

Five star service. Our flight delayed by 2 hours because of bad weather. It was 3.40am after we claimed luggage at Xinzheng Airport. Even though, hotel still arranged pickup. Thank you so much, Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport.

The staff is amazing, very helpful. Nice clean comfortable room.

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff

nice hotel for a short stay.

Very good hotel for airport access

it's a clean place and the people working hereaee nice

friendly staff. 10mints driver from airport RMB24. no cash and card accept. need wechat. room is very large. free wifi. and bfast. however bfast start 6:30am only. free airport shuttle available.

Helpful and friendly staff. Morning breakfast is very good. Shuttle service to the airport is very useful, especially for guests who are taking the early morning flight. Counter staff could do to kno

It was a good to stay but seems the room had a bit of cigarette smell

Roomy and clean.. nice dinningroom. Has free shuttle to and from airport.

Hotel do not use air conditioning during 90 degree tem, hot room, breakfast is not useable for USA customer, they refused to activate AC, Expedia should take this hotel of the list, we book this hotel because is American company but it runs very poorly, never will book this hotel again

Wet close to airport. Staff very friendly and always tried to be helpful.

The room was clean and big enough but the TV was tiny. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is close to the airport and provides free shuttles during business hours. I had to leave for the airport before 7:00AM. Ordered paid transportation from the hotel to the airport for 30RMB but I think it was worth the peace of mind. Taxi could be cheaper. The hotel did have a gym but equipped with cheap equipments and most weight lifting equipment were broken :-(

Very comfortable.

Hotel is clean, spacious and well located . Very reasonably price as well.

Good food

It was indeed a memorable stay. I really enjoyed my trip . The staff were very professional ,very friendly, helpful and supportive

The manager here is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

This is a really nice hotel with friendly staff and convienent location nearby the Zhengzhou Airport. We highly recommend it!

Ficamos no Hotel devido a localização e padrão internacional

Overall, it was a nice hotel. The plumbing for shower needs to be taken care of ASAP. Water would not drain at all. I felt like I was swimming in a dirty pool. There's nothing to do around the hotel.

I booked the hotel for my uncle who lived in a small county. The front desk is very friendly to answer my questions in advance so as to provide the service in a very nice way. It is a good choice if you have a trip overseas and need a place to stay.

loc is bad

Reasonable pricing and nice, clean & spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is nearby airport, however it is located far from city area (around 2hr plus journey by bus transport). Surrounding area is nice and peaceful. There is complimentary breakfast at level 3 everyday.

但是Hotels.COM地圖資料錯的離譜！

In this hotel you get the Standard of Holiday Inn Express. The Bed was comfortable, shower hot, breakfast good and the staff overall very nice. There is only one small thing, when I was booking, the address did not match where it is displayed on the map. It is obvious that this is a mistake, since you are booking a hotel near to the airport and not the city center but nevertheless you should consider this when booking this hotel. If you want a hotel close to the city core then this one would not be very good for you.
